⚡️CH 32: Zaylifer ft X-Men

Standing at 11 feet tall, he possessed flawless brown skin that shimmered under the sun's rays.

Tribal patterns adorned his muscular form, exuding primal dominance, while his clawed hands and slightly wolfish feet added to his intimidating form.

His mesmerizing multi-sun patterned neon blue eyes and wild, jet-black hair streaked with silver and blue completed his unreal appearance.

In addition, he had a crackling blue aura constantly surrounding him, making him seem completely unruly and divine.

"What did you want to talk about?" Zaylifer asked as he unintentionally looked down on each of them.

"We sensed that a new Muta… Meta-human appeared and wanted to lend you our assistance and ask you to join us," Charles calmly explained, being the fastest to exit the sudden shock.

"Alright, but I have a condition." Zaylifer swiftly accepted, surprising each member due to his calm acceptance of being a meta-human.

"Tell us," Charles answered, still leading the conversation.

"My stay is a trial since I need to become familiar with you and your ideologies before deciding to join," he said honestly, while skipping over the reason that he didn't want to deal with the government groups. Also, regardless of trial or no trial, he could leave whenever.

"We have no problems with that," Charles replied. However, this time there was a slight delay along with mental fluctuations.

Zaylifer easily identified that telepathic communication had occurred, seeing as how Charles used the word "we" along with the mental fluctuations.

"Alright. Let's go," Zaylifer took command, and everyone followed behind.

Not because of some natural charm, but simply because nobody wanted to take the lead and then he couldn't fit in the aircraft...

As Zaylifer reached the craft's entrance, everyone watched as his feet went flat. It was so natural that one would think he was just tiptoeing before. Yet, his foot's previous form looked equally natural.

Nevertheless, he was originally 11 feet when his foot was flat, so the decrease in height was minimal at best.

Not fazed, Zaylifer then began to shrink with each additional step he took, leaving visible footprints on the craft's floor.

By the fourth step, his height was reduced to 7 feet, and his following steps no longer damaged the ship.

"Could you shrink further or is that the limit?" Mystique asked curiously.

"Why? Are you into shorter guys?" Zaylifer asked with a slight smile.

"Actually, she likes taller guys with a dangerous vibe. Sadly, only a couple of people meet the requirements," Beast added as a joke while referencing someone in particular.

"You sure you ain't here for me?" Zaylifer asked Mystique, subtly flirting.

"Maybe… Are you curious?" Mystique replied.

"Maybe…" Zaylifer answered while closing his eyes.

"How long till we reach the academy?" Zaylifer asked.

"The aircraft achieves velocities that exceed the Mach 1 threshold, effortlessly surpassing the sonic velocity boundary. This allows us to traverse substantial distances in remarkably short periods of time," Beast pitched in.

"I noticed the jet's supersonic capabilities from afar, but how long exactly?" Zaylifer asked, not at all bothered by Beast's roundabout way of talking sometimes.

"Approximately 2 more minutes," Beast replied.

"Thank you," Zaylifer said while getting into a meditative position.

"What are you doing?" Mystique asked, only after she noticed the slight abnormality of Zaylifer...
