Marvel's Mutant Gamer (Being rewritten)

This is gamer fic and I love these. grammar is perfect I love how you are writting german accent on english it makes story much more realistic. Will is a cool character he doesnt have 10000000 complexes. Or some oversued plot. I love his character and gamer fits him perfectly. All in all I think this fic with few more chapters is worth of Top 10 in FF section so author Good job and continue working hard.

To be honest this is probably the most detailed n consistent gamer ability novel out there so far it seems Mc is gonna take the hero simp role ima join avengers and defend earth because being a villain an stealing is bad with my powers ima be a symbol of justice yayyy that’s the type of vibe I’m getting so far once you get past chapter 5 considering he surrendered himself to that bold magician thot unless he’s gonna stab her in the back after getting stronger but she’s got him on a leashe already to see if he’s has bad intentions or not I don’t see him being a villain or anti hero you’re better off just reading the real manga of the gamer atleast he ain’t a slave or a simp I might change my mind about this novel but I doubt it but let’s see

A horribly written first-person story. Writing Quality: 2/5 It left nothing to be desired. The story is written like we're on the MC minds. Constants ramblings and random thoughts appeared out of nowhere some of them basically gave no relevance to the story. The author gave information about some characters that probably will have a minor role. While he gave some information about the characters, he forgot to gave crucial information to certain things (continued on the world background). Some words are misspelled, which ruins your immersion. Mind you this is a first-person story. A point of view that is synonymous with self-inserts where immersion is an important factor. The grammar is well enough, that I don't have a brain freeze while reading it. Updates: 5/5 nothing to say. Story: 3 So far, there's nothing going on yet. MC's ambition vaguely described. As of writing this, MC literally cause chaos without any total reason. The build-up of the next probable events is meh. We know that he will be confronted by the mutants. But the way it was made. It's just... I don't know. Basically, the latest chapter intervenes the fight the X-Men and the Brotherhood of Mutants. Mind you for no reason at all. There are multiple possibilities on how the author could handle this. Kurt (Nightcrawler) could watch the MC due to Kurt thought the MC was a robot. Then he combines clues together regarding the weird behavior of the MC. Remember! The MC is only Kurt's friend. That reason is enough for someone to be curious to investigate the MC. Galactus is already mentioned in the story, everyone knew omnipotent beings and aliens exists. Even if the mc wants to cause some chaos. He could just do it once and then leave. Character: 3 Pretty much the MC is mentally retarded or autistic. Or both. Or mentally unstable. That much is to say. A teenager won't act like that. Discovering that your body works like a game? He pierced his body. PIERCED. NOT STAB OR CUT. PIERCE. A KNIFE GOES THROUGH HIS HAND. A normal teenager won't do that unless they have a special 'past'. If he cut his hand it would be understandable. Some of his actions are incomprehensible or illogical. Of course, you could just have it off teenager 'things'. One of his actions that are absolutely dumb. MC uses a skill on a tree in a public space. We don't know where he uses it because the author didn't describe the place. There are no mentions regarding his family or backstory. We only know his grandma. Even then we don't know his relation. The author just assumes we know everything. Probably going to pull a surprise regarding MC background. Family is one of the most to build someone's personality. You can't just make an edge lord with a happy loving family. A past that is fully described would clarify the MC personality greatly. The side characters aren't explored yet. I don't have a hope the author would develop the character greatly. Then again the author described side characters with details. Which I would guess from the wiki. But the characters most likely have personality and won't be developed. Some problems I have regarding Jean and Scott's relationship are that the author could be explained why she is mad at Scott. Since Jean is probably a candidate for the female lead. World background: 2 The author just assume we know everything. It's fine if you don't describe the world really detailed. But places that have high importance has none. The school that the MC attends literally just being described as a school. No names, buildings shape, and so on. It has characters that are important in the Marvel world. Literally, some of the X-Men are there and the Brotherhood of Mutants too. Also Kamar-Taj, another major point of the story, that isn't described. Places such as ID or Instant Dungeon could also be described vaguely. A story that you read on from the perspective of the protagonist without any details is simply mind-boggling to read. Stop assuming your readers know everything.

First of all MC's actually relatable,he's not some battle hardened vet that got reincarnated or some thing,nor is he some pervert that wanna **** every beauty he sees.He's a ****,a shut in,and he's going through puberty. It's a good crossover between the gamer manwa and the MCU.Has a simple but good backstory for the mc,it explains why he's socially awkward. Awesome novel with a great and fun mc and proper integration of The Gamer system. The updates are going great and i would love it if the author keeps the update rate same or maybe even increase it 😜

I really like this story and hope it continues. As for the stars I've given ( the world background is from xmen and marvel, so only a few stars and also so far the stability of updates or good for now). Hope this continues.

At first I thought it would be just another fanfic with a bad storyline, but I was surprised by the story, even though I wasn't an avid fan of the franchise, I got really attached to the characters, especially Mc. I hope you continue the story to the end. 😊✌️

S tier fanfiction. It's hard to find a fan-fiction that is even half as good as this one. all original characters are extremely well made and all the characters that come from the original story have their personalities captured expertly. Most fan-fictions especially the ones on this site are harem and 90% smut, so much so, it is very boring, this has none of that and so far is very good. 10/10 would read again.

That is quite the story that the author created. I´m a big fan of the MCU but don´t know as much of the stories that are portrayed in the comics but I can still follow the storyline that the author drew for us. And most importantly: the MC is a Gamer that actually uses his power correctly! It is not as much a Story where the MC is instantly OP but he gains his strength pretty fast and actually follows a (imo) smart Statpoint distribution. All in all: this is a good story that I hope the author continues in the same quality as he did till now.

I will be straightforward: Writing quality- the grammar is good and there are some wording that is wrong. (like wish->Vish) Updating stability- your fanfic is just starting can't say anything about that. Story development- same reason as updating stability. I shouldn't be surprised that this fiction is number 1 on the weekly fan fiction power ranking. This community has almost zero standards for what they consider good, let alone great. Not even halfway through chapter one and I can already tell it's going to be a tedious slog. I mean, it's already hit most of the check-boxes for bad gamer fictions. Giving out wisdom points by the ton for literally having basic, common sense thoughts. Absolutely no limitations for creating skills. Dungeon creation skill that takes all suspense and tension out of the story. Can just grind fake enemies until the MC is OP. The Gamers name is William Williamson. Which, yeah... Says enough about the author's sense of humor, or total lack of it. At the very least the author has a decent command of the English language. As in the grammar is fairly decent, if not good.
