Chapter 2: The Birth
Many years have passed since that fateful day at the Final valley. After that day, Hashirama was touted as the God of Shinobi and was immortalized in history and Madara was immortalized as the greatest traitor of the Leaf.
But their has passed and it is time for the next generation to make new legends.
UCHIHA COMPOUND *Third POV*
It was new year and unlike the celebrations people would expect from the residence of one of the most powerful clans in the village, the situation was very tense.
Inside one of the larger houses in the Uchiha compound, a woman's screams of pure agony and pain could be heard. Why you ask?
Two of the strongest Uchiha namely Ryoto and Kanae Uchiha were expecting their first child or children to be exact.
Finally about an hour before midnight the screams stopped and the cries of two babies were heard. That day marked the birth of Kaen and Shisui Uchiha.
Shisui looked like the typical Uchiha baby, slightly tanned skin along with black hair and eyes. It was Kaen who was different, he had the same Uchiha hair but his skin was pale, very pale. But the most striking feature was his piercing silver eyes that shined even in the dark. One would think that he had a weak body if not for the fact that he was crying louder.
"You little devils, you made your mom go through so much trouble" Ryoto remarked while looking at the twins.
"Let me hold them" a weak and feeble female voice, undoubtedly their Kanae's was heard.
"But you are weak, take some rest and then you can hold them" Ryoto replied
"No, I want to hold them before the year ends, did you forget its New Year"
"Fine, have it your way. Here be careful."
Kanae looked at the two babies wrapped in towels and a fond smile appeared on her face.
"Kaen, Kaen Uchiha and this guy here is Shisui Uchiha, just as we decided right?"
"Yes, there is no name more fitting for the them. The older one will be Kaen and the younger one, Shisui" Ryoto replied.
HOKAGE OFFICE *Third POV*
The third Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen, was finishing some last minute paperwork and heard thunder rumbling. That day there were no clouds, so itgot hi him wondering why there be thunder but did not much of it.
Regardless of the thunder or the celebrations in the village, he could shake off the feeling that something very important had happened, which would change the world they live in.
"Well, whatever. I will deal with it when the time comes."
BACK AT THE UCHIHA COMPOUND *Third POV*
The new parents looked at their newborn children when thunder rumble loudly and at the exact moment Kaen cried out with all the strength he could muster.
His cries increased with the thunder. It was like the heavens were resonating with child's cries.
About 15 seconds later, Kaen's cries stopped and with it stopped the rumbling of thunder.
"Kaen, you are definitely destined for great things. Even the heavens have the same opinion" Kanae said fondly.
"Hahahaha, my son is most definitely blessed by the heavens. No, both by sons are and both of them will take the Uchiha name to heights never seen before" Ryoto laughed out while puffing his chest.
"Yes, both of them will one day become the pillars of Uchiha clan, no, the entire Leaf village"
Now both the babies gave a toothless smile that melted their parents' hearts.
MOUNT MYOBOKU *Third POV*
Mount Myoboku, a miraculous place home to the Toad clan. One of the four summoning clans that have mastered the sage arts.
The resident toad sages of this Holy Land were the second race to master sage arts followed by the slug sages of Shikkotsu Forest and the snake sages of Ryuchi cave coming in third. The first race to master sage arts is a race long extinct.
In the most decorated chamber at Mt. Myoboku, resided the old toad sage, Gamamaru. It is believed that Gamamaru existed in the time of The sage of Six Paths himself. He was also known as the "Toad Prophet", for he had made many prophecies that have played a huge role in shaping the the ninja world as we know it.
Right at the moment thunder rumbled in the Leaf village, Gamamaru's eyes shot open. All the lazy façade he had flew through the window. The serious expression on his face did not leave until thunder stopped rumbling in the Leaf.
He then mumble one sentence but that one sentence carried the weight of the world.
" The child of Fate has arrived "
He then closed his eyes once again and returned to an indefinite slumber.
UNKNOWN LOCATION *Third POV*
The moon shined at a huge altar at the top of a mountain that was filled with so much flora and fauna and the nature energy was so rich that it would make the toads, slugs and snake jealous of the place.
Near the base of the mountain was a gigantic cave. When the thunder rumbled something inside the cave moved. Whatever it was, it gigantic definitely a head taller than the Nine-Tails.
Suddenly the entire area chilled al the temperature dropped. Three pairs of glowing eyes opened. One pair was amethyst, another an icy blue and the final was a sickening green.
If one were to hear very carefully they could make out a few words.
"The keeper is here" "Finally, it has been a thousand years" "Looks like Kaganror is upon us"
UNKNOWN PLACE *Third POV*
This place was not in the mortal plane or specifically not in the plane of the living. No end to the ceiling and at the floor water that seemed to have to much energy to be normal water.
An entirely empty place devoid of all life, for the one who inhabited it was anything but alive.
A wizened old man, with the face of a buddha with ten pitch black balls floating behind him in a circle. On his lap laid a staff made of the same material as the floating balls.
His eyes closed but there was a third eye on his forehead, colored red like blood with a ripple-like pattern and nine tomoe.
Suddenly his eyes opened instead of the general iris and sclera, both his eyes were purple with the same ripple-like pattern. Just looking at these eyes would make one weak on his knees.
"He is here, will he guide them to a bright future or will he destroy it, only time will tell. "
