Chapter 18

Hiccup Pov:

 I work on the weapons and tools for 4 days and the total from just the weapons, 80 Silver coins about and 100 silver = 1 Gold. The armor that I am still working on seems to be worth over 4 gold coins.

 The people who have already received their weapons and armor are very happy. Somehow I already have a blacksmith club and my guess is that they are going to be in the blacksmith course.

They ask me. "How are you so skilled?" That was asked a lot.

 "When I was 5 my teacher gobber taught me how to blacksmith for 6 years and I did that during dragon raids." I said and at this they were in awe. and they continue to bother me.

 I continue to work on the armor and tools.

 It is 2 days from the start of School and we meet the Headmaster in the Main hall for an announcement and our schedules. "We have some guests today so I want you to be on your best behavior. Act like you are in school, this may happen again later in the year. Multiple chiefs will have people come to make sure that everything is working fine and good." The Headmaster says.

 After that he points to 3 people beside him and I see Einar, Thorfinn, and a masked Astrid. We then go and get our Schedules, I have a lot of classes with Scribbler, Dagur, and Mutism.

 My Schedule is 6:00-6:30 Wake up and get ready, 6:30-8:00 Breakfast/Free time, 8:00-10:00 Sword Fighting, 10:00-12:00 Study/History, 12:00-2:00 Lunch/Free time, 2:00-4:00 Blacksmithing, 4:00-6:00 Hand to Hand Combat, 6:00-7:00 Maces and Talons, 7:00-9:00 Dinner/Free time, 9:00 to dorms, 10:00 Lights out.

 I have Sword Fighting with Dagur and Mutism, Maces and Talons with Dagur and Scribbler, Study/History with Scribbler, and Hand to Hand Combat with Dagur.

 I head back and work on the rest of the Items and I should be finished by today and everyone gets them back tomorrow.

 At lunch I eat and I see the masked Astrid looking in my direction and then quickly away. I finish my meal and go back to working.

 A hour or so passes and the tour the guests are on leads them here when Astrid sneaks off and asks me. "Where is the Item?" I quickly finish what I am doing and lead her to the clearing.

 When we arrive no one else is around except Mutism and he guesses why this person is here. I leave as I know Mutism will get Astrid the Item though Astrid stops me and asks. "Where are you going?"

 She doesn't know that Mutism will get the item to her. "Mutism will get the Item to you, it is best not to be seen with me." I say and she leaves me alone.

 I finish all the work on the Items around 5:00 and take them to everyone and get my payment. The total is 6 gold coins. I go and stash them with my other stuff.

 Since I have some time I go and see where my classes are. Next to the Hain hall are the Sword Fighting arena and on the opposite side is the History/Study class. On the second floor of the hall is my Maces and Talons class and the Blacksmith is Across the yard from the Sword Fighting arena. It is there to keep the books safe and to repair the weapons at the arena along with the armor.

 By now it is 7 and time for dinner so I go and have dinner when the Headmaster says. "I would like to congratulate you on your excellent performance with our guests. I would like all of you to say goodbye before they leave." We all do that and then I return to bed.

Astrid Pov:

"Where are you going?" I ask Hiccup as he leaves me with someone I don't know.

 "Mutism will get the Item to you, it is best not to be seen with me." he says and I let him go and as I turn around I see the boy digging up the package and handing it to me.

 "Here is the item that hiccup was wanting to give to someone, he felt more afraid of what would happen if it didn't arrive for some reason." The child said. Since I didn't know him as he passed the item I asked him. "What is your name?"

 "It is Mutism, also good luck. I suggest you get that back to your ship without being seen. if you go this way you should find the beach, follow it west and you will find it." He said and from that I realized that he is Heathers adopted sister.

 "Ok, I will say hi to Heather for you when I see her next. Is that ok?" I say to him catching him off guard a little. "Yes." He responds and we go our separate ways.

 On the way I nearly get caught but the way Hiccup designed this it helps me hide better. I get to the ship and put it on deck when I hear someone below and go down.

 Their is a man going through the stuff looking for something so I knock him out and take him with me. I arrive at the guard post for the docks and say. "I found this man snooping on our ship." They take him and I go back to join Thorfinn and Einar.

 We finish up our visit and leave. As we go to Hiccups island I tell them. "While you guys were on the tour I found someone snooping below deck. They didn't take anything but still." To this they got a little concerned but we didn't think much.

 We arrive at the island and I greet Stormfly while Thorfinn gets Toothless's new tail on, Einar is manning the boat. I don't see Ryder and it said to give the gift to Ryder so I ask. "I thought we were going to give it to Ryder to put it on?"

 "He had business to take care of so he couldn't do it." Thorfinn said, I don't believe him but I am not going to ask questions.
