Chapter VII

Chapter VII- Find Alice.

"My Queen."

In the other realm, Alice left the whole place messed when she successfully escaped from her raged mother. The people in that place started panicking and confused about why everything ended up that way. The Queen has summoned the demon who guards the wonderland, These particular demons were called Raksha that symbolizes Protection.

"I am present here to serve you. I've heard about the sad news that the young Princess has gone to the dangerous realm."

The young and wise young man appeared before the Queen, he knelt down as he glanced with full respect to the Queen who seemed to be worried about the young Princess's whereabouts.

"A Raksha, huh? I never invited you here and yet you are actually saying that you will serve me?" The Queen sounded rather sarcastic than grateful to Raksha who is voluntarily trying to give out a stretch of help.

"My Queen, I never meant to make you displeased from my presence. I know that our clan isn't in good relation but I am here now offering myself to serve you my Queen, I mean no harm." the Raksha insisted, though his voice was calm inside him is rather mad.

The Queen twitched her right eyebrow, "I am sorry to disappoint you however, I don't have a plan to accept your help. Nameless Raksha. So, there's no reason for you to stay here."

The Raksha gritted his teeth for hearing the words he didn't want to hear, he was slightly restraining himself from what he received by calming himself and smiling toward the Queen.

"I, Flaris Raksha will humbly accept your decision. It's sad to hear that you still hesitate to accept my offer after all the centuries past…" The Flaris Raksha stood up firmly, "I will take my leave then. I wish that you will be able to find your daughter soon." when the Flaris Raksha said his last word, he then disappeared without saying anything besides his last words.

The Queen sighed in relief as she sat in her royal chair, she leaned her hand to her face disturbed by the current situation that was happening in the wonderland.

"How could you run away like this, Alice?" she thought to herself even though she wasn't aware that those words came out to her own mouth.

Alice's kingdom is now in danger. If by any chance the news of the runaway Princess spread in that world, The Queen in their kingdom will be accused of breaking the strict law. She needed to bring the Girl back no matter what happened so she decided to proceed to her plan.

"Lycos." She summoned a magi who can use shadow magic. Lycos was a young boy that was three years older than Alice, he had a long pure diamond color of hair that was braided into one and a blueish eye-color. His face was rather very radiant though he wielded forbidden magic.

"I am here, Your Majesty." He replied calmly, he appeared in the midst of the shadow as he bent down himself to pay full respect to whom he served.

"I'm sure you are aware that my daughter is missing." The Queen is striking a glare to the young boy as if she wasn't pleased that he was before him. "Yes, your Majesty." he certainly replied.

"And I know that you saw her the day she escaped." Lycos shifted his stare away from the Queen as he remained silent.

"Why is that? You just let her escape even though you can absolutely stop her." Lycos can easily figure out that the Queen is angry with him. He didn't dare to speak as the Queen continuously lamented.

"Why did you do that! I know that you and that girl have a strong bond but you just let her escape?! Do you know what will happen in this world without her? Everything will fall apart!" the Queen yelled however Lycos frantically replied to her back.

"Your position will become unstable. Because your sacrifice is gone. I have watched everything since then, you didn't get bothered by what happened in the past. Selling her like she is nothing, how can I stop her from seeking her own freedom? I know, I sound rude. However, Your Majesty, I won't regret that I let the Princess escape from you."

The Queen frowned as she looked at Lycos while breathing heavily, "I really don't want to do this but you leave me no choice. I must remind you of something. You still remember your little sister?"

Upon hearing the words regarding Lycos' little sister made him rather surprised, "What about it? Why are you mentioning her here? This has nothing to do with her."

"Of course it does. Your sister isn't dead. I'm taking care of her. Now if you insist that Alice must have her freedom, then I won't have any choice but to discard her." Lycos was upset and frustrated from what he heard from the wise Queen.

He knew that he was using his dead sister to control him, "But if you want to save your little sister. I won't let her die, you can always visit her in my chamber. I will give you three days to think about it. But I'm actually curious who you will choose, is it the Princess or ...your younger Sister?"

Alice's POV

"Uwaah!"

I was surprised when the man approached me abruptly. Though he doesn't really know that I'm hiding in that place, both of us were surprised.

But I quickly recognized the man, he was the one who helped me before though the later on event wasn't really good, I'm still grateful for him to receive help to him.

"Who are you?" he asked me suspiciously, "What do you mean who are you? Can't you remember me? I'm the one who you helped before." I was just in the middle of explaining when some people entered the cabin in a furious manner.

"Get the evidence, hurry!" wait, they are taking away the evidence? No, they can't! We need to do something.

The man beside me is obviously mad when he hears them but I think he doesn't have any plan besides hiding, I thought he also wanted to get hold of that Evidence why is he not doing anything?

Don't tell he doesn't know how to fight? Well, I can fight but without a sword, I don't actually know how I am able to defeat the enemies. However, I couldn't just hide here and do nothing. I have to get those Evidence no matter what!

"Oi!" I shouted as I stood firmly from where I was, the man that was under the table suddenly glanced at me with a confused expression. "W-what in the world are you doing? Do you want to be killed?"

Killed? Who said I'm going to be killed?

I got the attention of the people who are also searching for the Evidence, "W-who are you!? Wait, aren't you a demi-human!?" the person with a beard said, I jumped and landed before them.

"Demi-human? I am not a demi-human!" As I stated angrily, they just looked at me with dull eyes. "No, but you really look like a demi-human." I got pissed as I kicked the sword out of the guy's grasp with a beard. The sword flew and somehow I jumped to get it. I felt like I was flying (the main character is just kidding - -)

I plunged heavily into the ground as I glared at them. The guy wasn't able to catch up, "Now now… You don't have to be afraid of me. Actually, I want to give you people a chance to run away. So, what do you guys think? Are you going to run away or I need to take your lives?"

"Huh? You must be kidding! We are no going to run away from you, girl." I sighed, I already figured out that they will actually say that somehow. I threw the sword in the air, and these idiots are getting amazed. They didn't know that from the moment I catch the sword I will surely strike directly at them.

As I jumped to get the sword in the mid-air, I swirled, and when I landed on the ground. I quickly assaulted the guy with a beard, "Urgh…" they didn't see me when I struck him with a sword.

He just started screaming as he saw the blood flowing out to his body. "Ahhh!!!"

"W-what just happened?!" the other people inside the cabin started getting confused. When and how I bet that is the question running to their minds.

The man I stroke down stumbled to the ground, lifeless.

"I already told you. When I get serious, you won't see that you guys are gonna die." this is the real me, I was raised to become nothing but an assassin. My cruel mother did this, I should be actually a carefree Princess who wants to play girly things.

However, My mother trained me secretly that no one shall know what I am made for. But since I'm no longer bonded in that place, I can use this to protect myself from harm.

"A-ahh!" I smirked, "So? Who will be the next? You know, I'm getting bored so I might finish this quickly-" I haven't done what I was saying, these people finally realized what trouble will occur if they stay from where they were.

They quickly run away, I'm not surprised but I don't want to chase them so I just let them be.

Gosh, I shouldn't have shown them my other side. I want to be recognized in this place like nothing but ordinary.

"I never saw a demi-human that can fight like that." the man that was hiding under the table finally came out, "Oh no! I wasn't an expert! I just… they are just an idiot!"

"Yeah, yeah." but it seems he doesn't actually care. He is somehow looking for something, probably the evidence.

"Anyways, who are you? And why are you here???" I asked him, I saw him smiled for some reason, "I should be the one who's asking that. I know that I sent you to the infirmary, right? And I thought your cat is in danger but now I saw you here."

"I got… The doctor in that place is insane. When you left that place, he started insulting me and refusing to not cure my cat! Then his nurse attacked me, I don't know what drug he used but I immediately fell asleep. The next thing I know I'm already in some sort of ship where people are being sold! And… and I lost my cat!" The man turned his head to face me, he looked surprised.

I think he didn't imagine that something like that would happen.

"So, it was my fault. Forgive me for not noticing the absurd thing that shouldn't be happening!" I walked toward him, "It's okay. But may I ask, what are you doing here?"

"I found it! The evidence!" he was happy when he said that, he turned to me with an eased expression. "I was investigating this place to capture all the illegal traffickers! I won't let them get away from this, and the people who are actually backing them up."

Huh? I wonder if he is some sort of knight or investigator…
