Breaking a limit

Two weeks later…

*BOOM!*

The once peaceful and pure atmosphere had turned into a wasteland of desolation, filled with the carcasses of dozens of prehistoric beasts, as rivers of blood flowed outwards.

A shockwave spread outwards, generating a massive wind which caused every single tree within a mile to sway, as a figure crashed into the ground and skid along the rocky soil, smashing into multiple trees, before his body came to a stop.

He cut a sorry and pathetic figure and slowly arose from the debris, only to reveal a handsome face that was now covered in a mix of dust and blood. His hair was soiled with blood, and his makeshift clothes were torn apart.

However the golden wheel behind him shone brightly, illuminated in the rays of the sun, as an uncanny laughter escaped his lips.

"Hahaha. Wheel, you really are turning me into a blood thirsty masochistic maniac huh."

Alan raised his head to the sky as his gaze fell towards the golden wheel above.

*THUMP!*

*THUMP!*

*BANG!*

The sound of extremely loud and heavy footsteps reverberated, shaking the landscape, as a black furred creature suddenly punched out, uprooting a large number of trees towards Alan.

"You don't learn, do you, you stupid monkey!"

Clenching his fists, Alan punched out, shattering nearly all the trees that were smashing towards him befor the towards his foe, a humongous black ape that was several times larger than the mordern.

*ROOAR!*

The ape beat its chest in anger, being called a monkey by the insect before it. It instantly rushed forward, clenched its fist and punched out, sending out a wave of pressurised air that caused multiple trees to sway.

Alan clenched his teeth and punched out as well, without fear. As the two fists collided, a fierce wind exploded on contact, but Alan, ultimately lost the contest of strength and was hurled back with immense speed, as his body crashed through multiple trees and crashed into the ground.

"Damn it!"

Leaning against a tree, he clutched his mangled arm in pain and roared out, before coughing out blood.

*ROOAAR!*

The monstrous ape roared out and beat its chest, before it threw out another punch, towards Alan.

Gritting his teeth, he hurled himself into the air with a front flip and landed on the outstretched arm of the beast, zoomed across its arm and smashed his fist into the head of the beast.

The ape let out a wail and took a step back, as blood spurted from its mouth.

It roared in anger and swatted Alan's smallish body with a backhand, sending him flying into the air.

The beast then leapt into the air clenched both fists together and descended with an double overhead smash towards Alan who was struggling to stand to his feet at this moment.

"Hey, wheel. I don't even know how long you want me to fight this stupid monkey. It's as if you just love seeing me getting beaten up.."

Turning towards the golden dharma wheel with a sigh, the last thing Alan saw were two massive fists that crashed into him, destroying him and the earth around him.

He was mangled beyond belief, as blood stained the fist of the beast, who arose in victory.

*ROOAR!*

It roared to the sky and beat its chest, before walking away with a victorious gait, unaware of the beast it had just unleashed into the world.

*CLANG!*

A familiar bell chiming sound reverberated, accompanied by a massive surge of energy that caught the attention of the beast.

Turning around the ape was flabbergasted to see Alan standing before it once more with absolutely no injury before him.

However that was not the only change on his body. His body had grown taller to a whooping height of 6'1, his body, a tad muscular compared his previous skinny physique. His sea blue eyes shining unlike no other. His current appearance, along with the dharma wheel atop his head, was like a divine being, perfect in all his glory.

However, the most concerning change was the dharma wheel that seemed to have shrank about an in inch. Although becoming smaller, it's glow intensified, while the intricate symbols on it increased.

"Looking good my friend! Haha!"

Alan laughed and the turned towards his foe that was completely flabbergasted at his resurrection.

"Come on didn't you want to kill me?" Alan chuckled, and as if sensing the contempt from the insect, the ape rushed towards him, clenched its fist and punched out.

"Let's get this over with now."

Stretching out his palm, he stopped the massive punch in place, as a fierce wave erupted upon contact.

"Let's see.."

*BANG!*

Alan then clenched his fist and sent out a light punch. The next moment his jaw dropped, seeing the impact from a single non full powered punch.

Before him, the entire torso of the ape had turned into a bloody mist and splashed onto the trees, painting a bloody scene. However not only that, nearly everything behind the ape had turned to dust from the force from the attack.

"Oops."

Shrugging in surprise, he laughed and flexed his arm, however his eyes turned sharp and right in that instant, a large bird moving at near sonic speed grabbed him with its talons and disappeared.

Raising his head to look at the attacker, he swayed to the side, realising he had been captured a massive eagle.

*KAWWWW!*

The massive eagle cawed and then dropped him from a height, that was almost comparable to height of a mountain, aiming to completely kill the prey before it could eat him.

*BANG!*

Alan smashed into the ground like a meteor, his collision with the ground causing a large explosion of a wave that destroyed everything in its path, while he formed a large crater in the ground.

"Uggh.."

Arising to his feet almost instantly, he felt his head spin, but he regained clarit my almost instantly and turned around only to see the large bird descending from the skies to finish its handiwork.

"Fuck you! I hate birds!"

Alan tightened the muscles in his legs and hurled himself into the sky, shattering the ground beneath his feet.

Upon racking several meters away from the bird, he clenched his fist and threw a punch with all of his strength.

*BOOM!*

The body of the bird was torn to pieces almost instantly, before a massive superimposed force burst out scattering the clouds and nearly creating a hole in the skies.

As he descended to the ground along with a rain of blood, he noticed something which made him raise a brow.

The destroyed body of the large bird was merging with his body in a disgusting process, covering him in blood and gore.

"Wheel? Are you behind this?! This is fucking gross!"

He roared out, until he totally covered in the remains of the animal, and after a few minutes later, his eyes snapped open only to reveal him in a perfectly fine state.

"Was that some sort of prank? How dare you?"

He was about to berate his imaginary friend when he felt an itch at his back. He scratched and scratched in annoyance, until he flexed his shoulders and right on cue, a pair of deep black feathered wings burst out of his back, much to his shock.

"Okay, this is cool!"

He flapped gently, and before he could even realise, his body burst into the skies, soaring to untold heights.

"Whooo! Let's go kill that son of a bitch!!"

He laughed seeing as he levitated in the skies. After all, which child had never dreamt of flying. He laughed and turned towards a part of the forest with determined eyes.

He smirked readied himself and got into a superman pose, wanting to move at hyper speed, when his body suddenly dropped from the skies at super speed.

"Aarghhh!"
