"What do you say". Sango commented, awaiting Getha's response.
An opportunity came knocking through her door and she for a second there, hesitated at the mention of death.
Now that it is assured that Sango was not going to kill her, nothing was stopping her from accepting his proposal. To hesitate now will be the same as admitting that the fear of death was not what was really holding her back.
"Yes, I will do it". Getha retorted, enthusiastically.
She was excited with a fluffy feeling welling up in her. A chance to finally face Sango as an equal.
Even though she knew she wasn't going to stand that much of a chance with him, nonetheless, it was an opportunity for her to see how far she can go.
A self-evaluation if you will.
Getha was eager to start, and that wasn't a good sign for her. Getting agitated or letting her emotions take over is one of the things that shouldn't be allowed in a battle.
