The Rain PT2

"When is he gonna get here!?"

In an abandoned factory two figures were waiting for Ryoiichi to arrive, One was an odd one having no physical appearance but rather a misty purple fog-like structure as he wore a suit a barista would wear while the other was a young man around the age of 20 who had plain jeans and a black shirt he has light skin and messy light, pale silver hair (blue in the anime).

But the most striking part of his appearance was the multiple hands attached to parts of his body he was constantly scratching his neck leaving marks as he was clearly annoyed

"Be patient young master he is a busy man, in the meantime why don't you read his file as you haven't done so" The misty figure then handed the young man a black file with only a single page of information

[Not much is known about Blackmore he is never seen active in clear weather his quirk possibly allows him control the water in the rain no information if he can control other bodies of water, he is cooperative as long as not threatened]

''Hey Kurogiri this is barely anything!?, are you sure Giran gave you the right file?" The young man opened the file to see the single piece of paper confused about how little was known about the assassin they are about to hire

"Tomura I assure you that he is someone you would want on your side"

A voice came from the small TV with nothing but static voiced out to the young man Tomura grunted as he read the file.

"Damn it!, Giran better not be holding any information from us or I'm gonna pay that bastard a visit.." Tomura cursed as he was clearly not satisfied with such little information as he threw the file on the floor

𝘥𝘳𝘪𝘱

The sound of a water raindrop hitting the floor as it passed through the many holes of the factory, Soon more raindrops fell through but something caught Tomura and Kurogiri's eyes

"What the hell?"

As the raindrops fell the shape of a figure began forming and soon enough Ryoiichi arrived wearing his 'Villain' Costume looking at the 2 individuals and the static TV across him he knew who they were as he has prior but not abundant knowledge of this world he especially knew that static TV wasn't normal

"Ey why the hell are you late!?" Tomura shouted in anger towards Blackmore while Kurogiri was ready to use his quirk if needed

"Forgive me but I had to take care of some problems" Ryoiichi replied in a calm demeanor as he slowly began walking towards the two who assume the problems he had to deal with were heroes, Tomura only let out another grunt as he signaled Kurogiri who threw a briefcase towards Ryoiichi

"Were paying you 20 million to help us with something this is 10 million in cash you will get the rest once you complete our request"

"Since you're paying me half in advance I'm assuming this isn't an easy job is it?" Ryoiichi asked Kurogiri who only threw an envelope at Ryoiichi, to which he caught, opened and read the contents

"Steal information from UA about schedules students and events and terminate your failed spy?"

"Yes we would have caused a distraction and I would have gotten the file myself but UA has upgraded their security and due to our little failed spy not cooperating that much we believe he has no more use for us as we intend to regularly hire you" Kurogiri then threw a photo at Ryoiichi Containing the image of a young man with blonde hair and a tight belt around his abdomen

"The information I can do but I can't just take out someone who I assumed is enrolled in UA as that would cause a big commotion" Ryoiichi who his target was his name was Yuga Aoyama a Quirkless boy given Quirk by All-For-One after his rich parents begged and paid him a hefty sum

"You don't need to eliminate him in UA as we will send you the location of his route home we would like if you make him 'Missing' and when found make it look like he protected himself but died from a thief, as we don't want his parents to assume it was our doing"

Ryoiichi just nodded before picking up the case and looked at the other two last time before stepping on the raindrops eventually he was out of the factory leaving the two alone

"Are you really sure we would need him Sensei?" Tomura asked as he looked at the TV with static who only replied with a cryptic cliche message

"Only time will tell Tomura, only time will tell"

[Catch The Rain Dear Hero]

Ryoiichi was born with Quirkless parents so they didn't bother giving him a check-up to see if he had a Quirk and since they were dirt poor they naturally couldn't do so if they wanted to

[Somewhere near UA]

Ryoiichi was currently high above the sky looking down at UA as he had a pair of binoculars as he look at the H shaped building, He, of course, was looking for a quick and easy entry and exit as soon as he obtained the information he needed as he may be trained but not trained enough to deal with someone like Allmight without any rain inside the battlefield.

𝘞𝘏𝘖𝘖𝘚𝘏!

Ryoiichie then made himself along the raindrops as he directed towards the ventilation system of UA.

𝘚𝘗𝘓𝘈𝘚𝘏!!!

A puddle of rainwater then made its way inside the air ducts which he began forming slowly but efficiently so that no one will hear him, he looked ahead of him to see an opening of the vent to which he knew led to a janitor's closet.

"You would think UA would make it so a person couldn't fit inside their ventilations yet here I am" He then reached out of his pocket pulling out a multi-tool to which he began unscrewing the vents entryway but what he didn't expect was a student with pink hair and pink skin to enter looking for something but it was already too late as the vent popped open dropping on the girls head.

"Ow-" Before she could say anything any further Ryoiichi dashed at her pinning her against the wall and pointing his gun straight toward her forehead

"Hey Mina are you alright!?"

"Say anything that gets me caught and ill blow everyone's brains out in this school" He threatened her the girl Mina was terrified and confused but she came to one conclusion

'𝘝𝘪𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘪𝘯!'

She was terrified shaking but she looked at Ryoiichi with pleading eyes but he didn't waver and so he let her mouth go still pointing the gun at her

"I-Im alright Tsu-chan! g-go on without me for awhile!"

As she replied to her friend Ryoiichi was currently in a dilemma he knew who she was but was confused on what to do, he couldn't kill her here as that be a stupid idea since if a student died while in school they will definitely change their plans making the information he will be getting useless. So he only had one plan which was to threaten her and take care of her outside of UA

'I'll let you go but if you tell anyone about this ill start killing everyone here and if you even try telling the police after your class I will kill you and your family go it?"
