It was a predicament Ryoiichi couldn't solve, the person in front of him was Mina Ashido one of the students of Class 1A her quirk was very basic it allowed her to make different types of acid. From highly corrosive dangerous acid to possibly harmless acid like Citric acid
Anyone in his position would just kill her quick and easy but he couldn't since if she died while in UA grounds the information he would obtain would be useless as the principal would definitely take more precautions, and if he killed her along side of his target it would be suspicious as she is a normal girl from a normal family and Aoyama was from a wealthy family they we're very different so it would make no sense for them to know each other as Class 1A just started their Hero course a few days ago.
'Its either I kidnap her and have someone take care of it or I get someone to erase her memories but where the hell am I gonna get someone to do it while I'm like this!'
Ryoiichi was frustrated he made one simple mistake and now he had to deal with Mina and right now he only had a few options and only one of them would probably work, so with a few more seconds of thinking he released his hold of Mina.
"Eh?" And in doing so the girl was confused but Ryoiichi kept going with his plan as he began taking of his 'Mask' showing her his face to make it more convincing
"Geez sorry about that it's either I do this or I fail my test.." That's right he was acting as if what he did was a test but Mina was still a bit tense not believing it.
"T-Test??" Mina was still shaking and stuttering she looked at Ryoiichi with worry at first when he let her go but showing his face to her it made her trust him more.
"I'm really sorry! Principal Nezu told me if I sneak around the school looking for a file he placed he would pass me and I could finish my third year!" He clapped his hands together as he bowed apologetically to her but inside he was cursing loudly as he had to make a comedic and realistic act of a Third Year senpai doing his final test.
"Could you please explain more?" Mina was less tense as she didn't know but she was slowly falling into Ryoiichis trap to whom who heard this smirked before looking back up at her
"My name is Kujo Jotaro! I'm a soon to be graduate of UA I was supposed to finish last year but I didn't have enough grades to pass Heroics but since I was close Principal Nezu said if I successfully sneak in the school and grab a fake file without being noticed he would give me enough extra credit to graduate fully!" Ryoiichi then went to a deep bow infront of Mina clapping his hands together once again.
" Please Forget about this and I'll give you some information of your next classes!" And with the final nail in the coffin Ryoiichi knew as soon as he heard Mina sigh in relief
"So it was like that you really scared me Senpai!" And thus Mina began scolding her 'Senpai' but Ryoiichi was quite pleased as if this continued on till the USJ without her saying anything he wouldn't need to kill her and using a certain dolphin lovers fake name even if she told the staff they wouldn't even be able to track him down, but he was more lucky as Mina wasn't someone who would look at the news much often so she didn't recognize him as the villain Blackmore
"Sorry Sorry! I truly am just don't tell anyone until the end of the week please!"
"Fine but you better tell me that information you we're talking about!"
Ryoiichi then looked at her with a 'Happy' smile and then placed his 'Mask' back on
"Alright! Their gonna make you go to the USJ and test you all they would say it's just about rescue but you will all fight fake villains!, so even the teachers would keep it seriously I shouldn't be telling you this as Aizawa-Sensei would kill me if he found out so keep it to yourself till you reach the USJ! again please don't tell anyone about it I'll be going now! " And so Ryoiichi leap back into the vent feeling relief as he didn't have to spend tons of money and time on Mina to make sure she would keep quiet and if she didn't he would know and would just 'take care' of her.
Meanwhile Mina was now feeling a bit peppy believing she received a headstart not knowing only half of what Ryoiichi said was true.

Ryoiichi found out he had a quirk when he fell off the ledge of a bridge while it was raining and in full instinct froze the raindrops in the air catching him

All I can say is that Mina would not be a love interest as she under is 16 and Ryoiichi is 21 but she will still play a role later on
