23: Alejandro

The man with a black mask and shirt sitting in the swivel chair thinking about Mila. He couldn't take her away from his mind and could not believe she was the one that his underlings kidnapped. If ever Mila hadn't let them be, they have probably been killed by now as Mila is very skilled when it comes to killing people. She can run as fast as she can that a person wouldn't be able to sense her presence and even see her running. Years of experience made her do that.

"Boss, t-they are dead. And ten of our members have died during the fight against the Syndicat de Lions, we also had three injured members. We can't beat them as their leader, Zandro was there." Aamon speaks as he bowed his head for respect. He didn't try to lift his head until the man with a mask told him so.

"It is already expected, Zandro is a skilled person that even I have trouble fighting with him. What about the casualties?"

"We have killed seven of them and one injured person, Boss."

He was staring blankly at the desk while thinking of something. He knew that it was because of him letting Mila escape from them, that the casualties that they had in their group were greater than them. If their members continue to lessen, Zandro's group can beat them.

They only had 3000 members of their group while Zandro had 6000. If the war between the two breaks out once again, he is sure that all of them will die. Half of their count can already beat and kill them.

"We need to be silent for now. Our members are slowly decreasing, if ever you see any unusual actions from them tell me immediately. Recruit more members and take note, don't let anyone know about our information, about our members Aamon. You and I will only be the ones who will know about it. You hear me?"

"Yes, boss!" Aamon bowed his head again.

"Also, tighten the security in our base, especially at the place where our hidden weapon is located. I don't want Zandro will know about it, he has been chasing our weapons as he knows that it is all expensive and limited firearms. If ever I heard something, I know where I will go and who to blame and that is you, Aamon."

"I promise you Boss I won't let any person hear or know about this!"

"That's good then. Tell me the updates on your recruitment."

"Actually, we have only one hundred volunteered applicants who want to join our group and I only choose ten of them. Here are the documents regarding their personal information and these are for those 90 applicants that didn't pass."

He started to look at every detail of the new ten members and someone caught his eye causing him to look more at him. He knew that he already knew about this person causing him to look at Aamon. "Tyler? Is he here? If it is, bring him to me immediately there is something that I want to interview about him."

Aamon immediately followed his order and went to the applicant's lounge and there he saw Tyler sleeping while his cap covered his face. By the looks of him, he seems so confident and chill even though he already knows that the people inside of him are deadly people who can also kill him in an instant.

At first, Aamon really dislikes Tyler and even judges him as weak because how he speaks and dresses is cheap. Not only that but his body is thin like paper. 'Is he even eating?' That is what Aamon thought to himself while looking at him.

"Tyler Faulkincher, the boss wishes your presence, and for those other applicants, head to the registration office and find Alora to register your name to become part of our group."

All the people in the lounge started turning their faces to look at him while Tyler immediately stood up and seriously looked at Aamon. When they face each other, it can be seen that their height is almost the same but Aamon has a bigger body than Tyler.

"Why is that thin tycoon the only one that Sir Alejandro wants? What about us? Why did he call him and not us?" One man stood up wearing a tuxedo facing Aamon.

That man's application form was accepted not because he is good in skills and knows how to fight but because of his wealth. Money, Power, and Skills are the main importance of the group so it will remain standing.

"You are not yet in the group but you dare to question the boss' decision? It is not your problem if the boss wants his presence. So, please head to the registration office if you still want to be part of The Demon Saber if not, the door is open and you are free to leave, Mr. Cayko."

Mr. Caycko just gritted his teeth and clicked his tongue out of frustration. He went to the registration room and the other applicants followed him. Aamon faces Tyler who is still looking seriously at Mr. Cayko and when he senses that Aamon is now looking at him, he immediately bows his head before speaking.

"Sir!"

"Get up, you don't have to do that. Now, follow me." Tyler immediately follows Aamon until they have reached their boss' door room. Aamon knocked on the door and went in when they received permission to head in. "Tyler is here, Boss."

Alejandro keeps on staring at Tyler while bowing and greeting him. Based on his behavior he looks like a respected person, Alejandro could sense that Tyler is a very skilled man. "You don't have a full name?" Tyler shook his head in response.

"I am an Orphan, sir. I choose to just use my name and not my surname and other names. My name is already enough for me to be identified I guess? Besides, in the application form, it is said that we don't need to put all of our personal information, right? But we will be put in low positions and I guess that is enough for me. I can climb anyways with my skills."

Alejandro smirks after hearing that. "I love your confidence but I don't like how you speak and your words, Mr. Tyler. Don't you think it can be a cause to cancel your application?"

Tyler also smirks as he stares at Alejandro. "I know you already know me, Mr. Alejandro. You already know what I am capable of so I am sure that you won't just let a person like to be a waste, right?"

Alejandro smirks even more and speaks. "Long time no see, Tyler."
