20: You Are Familiar

Mila was now locked in a dark and small room with her eyes covered with clothing and neither her mouth for her to avoid screaming. Her hands and feet were also chained. She was sleeping on the ground and immediately went up after sensing people were coming her way. She could not open her eyes but she could still sense that three men were walking toward her.

"What are we gonna do to her then if we won't kill her? Our men sacrifice their lives just to kidnap this woman! Tell the Boss to kill her right now! We must not waste our time. Let Zandro feel the pain too!" One of the men shouted as they still walking closer to her.

"Mrs. Mila woke up because of your shitty voice. Didn't I tell you to shut up and wait for the Boss' order?" The man with a gray shirt scolded the young man. The one with the gray shirt is Aamon who is now in his 40s because of his good physique, he is still like he is 27-29 years old.

While the young man on his left side named Marcus, one of the second in command of their boss. The other man on the right side of Aamon is seriously looking at Mila Clyde. Mila just shuts her mouth and focuses on sensing their actions while Facino where she believes they are.

"Aish, I don't know what is the reason for letting her leave. We can kill her right now if we want to," Marcus complained as he stared at Mila. He shook his head and sat on a chair. "This woman seems like she's not afraid." Mila was surprised to hear that. She was contemplating her options, unsure of how to feel about being kidnapped since she knew she could escape.

"I guess she used to be kidnapped since the lady is well-known as Zandro's wife also it is because she owned a big company before," Aamon speaks and sits as he takes off the clothing that covers her mouth. "You can speak now, Miss."

"What do you want from me?" she asks as she still faces them.

"We don't need anything from you. We just want to kidnap and kill you to take revenge for what Zandro had done to us. To our fellow members and some of our families." Mila didn't expect to hear that. Zandro had a huge enemy and this organization who kidnap her had a huge anger in their hearts that they could do anything they could to take revenge.

She and these men had the same goal. She smirks slightly as she was thinking of something. These men and the organization they are in might be one of her lucky draws to execute her plans perfectly.

"What did my husband do to your group? I didn't know what happened. I didn't know he did it." Mila's sweet and innocent voice captures Aamon's heart causing him to feel bad for doing this to a lady but an order is an order. Even though he pitied a person, for what his boss told him to do he would still do it even if he needed to kill people's lives.

"Ha! Zandro's wife is acting innocent right now?" Marcus stood up and went closer to Mila and tightened his grip holding her chin and facing her to him. "And I know for sure you know all about it. Everything that he did to our families. I know you know about it all!"

"Marcus!" Aamon's voice made Marcus release her from his hands and look down on her. "Don't touch the lady, the boss didn't order us to do that. A woman still a woman."

"Men or women, if they did something unforgivable they deserve to receive any barbaric punishment. If it weren't for the boss, I might have killed you now!" Mila presses her lips and properly sits on the ground after Marcus shouts at her.

"Stop it, Marcus. The boss will be right here for any moment." Mila heard Marcus click his tongue and walk away from her. Mila faces where she thinks the door is and senses four people walking towards them. She could sense the strong aura that the other person released. She knew that he was a skillful one however, Mila could also sense that she knew this person.

Her eyes are covered by a cloth, which is why she is unable to see anything. The door finally opened and the four other people started walking towards her. One person immediately stops before he can finally move closer.

"Boss? What happened?" Marcus asks when he sees that his boss is stunned after seeing Mila in front of him. She raises her eyebrows when Marcus asks that. Does that mean that their boss knew her? She wanted to remove the cloth from her eyes but she couldn't.

"Who are you?" She asks causing all of them to look at Mila. "Why do I feel like I know you?"

Their Boss shuts his mouth and looks at Marcus. "So, this is the surprise that you will give to me?" Even the voice, Mila knew that she knew this guy but he didn't want to be seen by her. He was hiding his identity from her.

"Yes, we have caught Zandro's wife. Isn't that a surprise for you, Boss?"

"Release her, I don't need her. Gave her a special treatment and give her back to Zandro." And just like that, he left immediately causing the three to look at him in surprise.

"What? Boss! She is a gem! A treasure that could make Zandro fall, if we try to blackmail him into using her for sure he will do anything just to give back his wife. This is an opportunity that we must not hold back! I don't want to waste this opportunity, nor do I want to waste our people, risking their lives just to take her away from him!

Their boss stops and faces Marcus glaring at him causing Marcus to look down. "You will follow what my order is, and that is final, Marcus. Don't you dare question me?"

"I am sorry, Boss." After their boss leaves, Marcus throws things on the ground while touching his head.

"How can we seek revenge now? We have missed our chance!"
