12: Winston

Mila went back to the headquarters and headed to her boss's office, giving him the documents about Darcy indicating that she finally completed the mission within just a few hours. Mico claps his hands and takes the document as he grins widely.

"As expected! You are good at this, Lilith."

"So, when will I be able to take my reward?" Mico safely put the documents in the envelope and fave Mila.

"Unfortunately, the customer doesn't want to just put the payment in your bank account. There is something he wanted to do for you if ever you completed this mission that I gave you. He didn't tell me what is it as he wants that only you will know about it. You can rest now and just go to his residence tomorrow morning. Here is his address."

Mila takes the card and looks at it. It is kilometers away from Caleb's mansion but she can just use her non-registered big bike. "Okay, thanks." She was about to leave the office room when Mico spoke.

"You're still daring as ever, huh?"

"Shut the fvck up, Mico."

"You just forgot I am your boss, Lilith." Without replying, she continues to walk and leave the headquarters. It was a few hours before she was able to go back to her room by entering her open window. She removes the mask immediately and looks at the card.

"I wonder what kind of info would I be able to get from you tomorrow, Mr. Winston?"

Morning has finally come and she is now in front of the Winston residence. She left her big bike so far away that no one would be able to see it. She immediately rang the bell waiting for someone to show up. She still wearing her black uniform and a full mask on her face.

After minutes, a man wearing a tuxedo showed up and opened the gate for her. "You must be, Lilith?" Mila nodded her head in response. "Follow me. The master wishes to see you."

The man who assisted her was the one who walked first and Mila was just staring at his back observing his actions. The man could sense how Mila stared at him but he just didn't pay attention and just focused on bringing her to the master's room. When they arrived, the man knocked three times and when they received permission, they went in.

Mila saw Winston looking in the mirror as one maid properly fixed her necktie. When he finally feels Mila's presence looking at him, he tells the maid to leave the room and so does the man with a tuxedo. Mila and Winston are the only person left in the room.

"I am pleased to know that you have completed your mission within just a few hours, Miss Lilith. I just have received news that Darcy was killed and they can't even find any evidence about it." Mila looked down as she didn't expect that to happen.

Actually, she leaves the mansion without even trying to recheck about her actions inside the mansion. All thanks to her uniform which helps her to execute the mission perfectly. Her uniform is designed so detectives won't be able to identify her fingerprints and for years after she became an assassin, no one was able to detect her identity as Mila uses different kinds of modus operandi for killing a person.

"It is an honor." Mila tries to change her voice as she is worried that if ever she will be able to encounter Winston as soon as Mila, Winston will be able to identify her.

"Let's get straight to the point here." Winston started walking to his desk took many documents and gave them to Lilith. She immediately took it from his hands and studied every personal information of the two persons in the paper. "I want you to kill them both at the same time. I don't want it to be failed. I needed them to get killed before my Father could sign the paper about giving his heritage to my older brother."

Mila looks at Winston who is seriously looking at her. 'These two really are best friends. They share the same personality.' That is what she thought.

"I can do this, when will I start doing this?"

"At the ceremony, I will give you an extra invitation card so you can enter there. Actually, the ceremony is exclusively solely for group members of our organization. But don't worry about it, I already have one extra. The ceremony will held on Friday."

Mila was confused about what Winston had said. She was also thinking if ever she sees Zandro in that ceremony because if it is, it will be harder for her to execute the plan. Zandro could sense her immediately even a bit strand of her hair, Zandro could identify who she was.

She was having thoughts at first but this is also an opportunity for her to meet Zandro on how he interacts with other people without him knowing that she is also there. However, it is just that risky.

Mila dropped the documents on the table and looked at Winston. "I will get this. What time on Friday?" Winston smiled after hearing it.

"It will be in the evening, Miss Lilith. Seven in the evening, you needed to be here in the mansion and wear something like a gown. You need to prepare for everything and if you haven't any of it, I can give you someone who will assist you with your look."

"That's okay. I have my ways, Mr. Winston. Seven in the evening sharp on Friday, I will be here in your mansion." Winston nodded his head and smiled. "I will take the documents if is it okay?"

"Yes, you can. It is all yours."

"Thank you. I guess the conversation is done now, Can I go out now?" Winston nodded and called for his butler, the man who showed up to her earlier wearing a tuxedo.

"Vil, assist the lady." Vil bowed his head and assisted Mila in going out to the mansion.

While the two of them were walking to head to the main gate, Mila was seriously staring at two people in the paper. she clutches her hand on the paper and lets out a sigh. She can feel that there will be danger will happen in the ceremony. She could feel it.
