Chapter 2: Say Hello to my mother

"Kiratao was sitting at the top of the mountain, still thinking about how Kathrine died. 'Kiratao,' the wolf's voice echoed in Kiratao's head. 'I didn't mean to kill your friend,' the wolf said. Kiratao chuckled and replied, 'So that's what you think. When Katty died, no one talked about you or blamed you,' he said, tears welling up in his eyes. 'You are weak, Kiratao. Come on, let me give you a glimpse of my power. You will never feel like this ever again,' the wolf said to the crying Kiratao. 'Watch out!'"

"'Boom!' the smoke bomb went off. Kiratao jumped eight meters away from the smoke and looked towards where it came from. 'Someone is after your life,' said the wolf."

"Location: Richmond City Cemetery."

"'Thank you, people of Richmond, for being with me in this difficult time. I lost my daughter when she was very young, and I promise I will bring her peace and seek justice,' said Shin, who was Katherine's father. Shin was one of the powerful ninjas in Richmond City, known for his wild energy style called the Tiger's Trap."

"The people of Richmond City paid their respects. Godfrey appeared before Shin and said, 'Lord Shin, sorry for your loss.' Shin replied with a cold voice, 'Thank you, Godfrey. I am really grateful that you came.' There was silence between the two masters, indicating that both of them wanted to say something. 'Don't kill the...' Godfrey started to say, but Shin interrupted him, saying, 'No, no, I will kill that brat for what he did.' Godfrey tried to talk Shin out of killing Kiratao out of revenge but failed."

"A woman screams in the distance. 'That sounds like trouble. Let's go,' said Shin. Shin and Godfrey rushed towards the source of the scream. 'The scream came from Kiratao's house. What do you think happened to him?' Godfrey asked. 'Whatever happens, if it hurts or kills him, I don't care, but the scream is not of a male,' answered Shin. 'Oh no, Lydia, Kiratao's mother,' said Godfrey, jumping into the house through the window. He walked silently into the living room downstairs, searching for Lydia. Shin entered the house through the front door and found Lydia's body on the ground, covered in blood. The front door opened, and a figure appeared. It was Kiratao."

"(5 minutes ago, on the mountain)"

"A scream is heard in the distance. Kiratao runs and thinks to himself, 'Mother! How am I able to hear her from here?' The wolf answers, 'You are using my hearing style.' 'Oh, that explains it,' said Kiratao. 'Shape shift into me. We'll get there faster,' the wolf said. Kiratao shape-shifts into the wolf's body and jumps from the mountaintop, landing on his feet."

"'I smell blood,' said Kiratao. 'Eww, I hate human blood,' replied the wolf. 'Really? I thought you ate humans,' answered Kiratao in shock. 'Fool!' the wolf shouted at Kiratao, who ignored it and kept running. Kiratao ran faster, like lightning striking the ground."

"'We're here,' said Kiratao, staring at the door. He walked towards it and opened it."

"(now)"

"'You killed my mother, Master Shin! You're gonna pay a heavy price for this,' said Kiratao. He was very angry to the point that his wolferegan's eye awakened. 'Don't forget that you killed my daughter!' Shin answered the angry Kiratao with his eyes flaming red. 'Die!' Kiratao screamed, launching an attack at Shin."
