Yes they will decide if they are able to cultivate or not, then they will find out the level of their talent. This will be done in public as there are three sects present. It has been a while since i wrote something and i hope i'll get some feedback to improve my writing. This story is something i wrote after reading a pretty large number of xianxia novel, i always hated the way those mcs go around collecting females like Pokemon and swinging their swords like retards at the first person who opens their mouth, creating a bigger problem and an enmity with a clan/sect, then repeats the same thing after 20 chapters. So yeah i'll be avoiding that.

The second is thinking of "killing" Itachi much like the original and then Shuji will show up as himself as the leader of the faction. This will probably be best because as I've said before Itachi's story basically stops being badass after it's told. I either have to kill him or really embrace being Itachi which I feel is kind of cringe. Looking back on this I somewhat wish that I didn't really make Xia Qingyue get too close for this reason. oh so you feel guilty when you don't donate a dollar which causes a child to starve? Inaction is different than actively causing harm, people won't give a **** if their inaction caused harm after all you aren't required to do something, you're trying to make the mc a twisted version of a saint

your thinking is flawed , you might as well make this story a self insert. people don't burn down orphanages, but they don't go out of their way to help the children. if someone decided to burn down an orphanage they won't feel guilt in the first place. Humans are selfish creatures, they think about themselves first, your charcter feels inhuman.
