The synopsis was bait. I thought the story would break cliches or atleast make fun or play with it. But all I got was an occasional comment here and there on how garbage the orginal story was. I laughed a bit on the first chapter with him yelling at the system. When he walked out and bought suits on his underwear I thought he was a lunatic that doesn't take the world seriously but then it was revealed that he was supposed to be a business billioanaire and that he vauled his time a lot. So why did he do that? He could have just ordered someone to buy the suits its not like they took his measurements in the store he gave it to them and how did he even knew the size of the original body he was in? Then a lot of illogical things happened. They thought he was possed by an evil cultivator but no one even bothered to check they just accept it and move on that he became a completely person. Then he fell in love with one of the heroines out of nowhere (well it felt like that for me anyway) after that he started acting like a teen in puberty that doesn't know what love is. Then the crimes and trials which I will admit is entertaining but could have been completely avoided if he was smart enough. Killing three people in a motel like some sort of anti hero then leaving camera evidence? Anyway there were a lot of things that left me scratching my head but its ok because it was good junkfood. But all the little things pile up and I just ran out of patience to this story especially when I read the part that he will lose control of his body because of the original owner.
I don't know about that... it feels a bit like he is jumping to conclusions.
The writing quality is nice, I haven't really noticed grammatical or spelling error but I wasn't really looking fot it anyway. The story development is okay but feels like a rewrite except this time the mc replaces hajime. I was kinda disappointed honestly. Due to the MC being clueless to the world of Arifureta I predicted that maybe they will fall together in the labrynth but get seperated and only meet in the deeper floors after a bit of character development from both of them. Or maybe hajime will fall as per the original and the mc finally had enough went on his seperate way. It's till to early to tell maybe the author different has plans for hajime and the mc I just hope that it won't be the mc replacing hajime in the story because that was already a story that was told before.Character design is nice it's like a copy paste of Sung Jin-woo from solo leveling. Although he hasn't use much of his powers but there isn't much opportunity to use it anyway.
Is it just me or is Doom acting like some third rate Chinese xinxia antagonist.
I like it so 5 star. I just have something in my mind while reading this. I get that the MC's power is adaptation and evolution and that it is a big enough deal for everyone to have him on their radar but Marvel has Darwin. Darwin is literally called the evolving boy, he even adapted Hela's death touch then became a death deity and gained powers similar to Hela including immortality, Asgardian physiology and control over life and death. He can even survive in space by becoming an energy being, Darwin can't even kill himself. So while I was reading this I kept on comparing MC to Darwin. Anyway I lost my point while writing this review so forget everything I said. Good job Keep writing Liking the story I even binged it.
Probably in a chapter or two when the chapter one took place
I'm not really familiar with the Threshold and the Shi'ar Empire so I'm not sure if I'll add it. The reveal of the Threshold basically retconned the origin of mutants so it is important but I'm still undecided.
I uploaded it in a wrong order because the chapter doesn't have any numbers. Then when I tried to fix it I just can't so I deleted it and uploaded all of it again, this time in the correct order(• ▽ •;)
