Thats a nice character design of Alika to begin with. I always like strong-powered and will-driven female leads and Alika just falls into this category. Cool story. I liked the progression of the plot, it was decent, but there are some things that need to be corrected. Otherwise, the narrating style is good. I feel sad for the characters and author did a great job in potraying their sadness and inner turmoil.

It's a nice read. As per writing quality, I should say the author needs to work on it, as there seems to be spelling mistakes and such, which is off putting. The author could make the interactions more immersive like adding emotions and all. The writing flow is abrupt sometimes, I hope the author takes it into mind while writing the story and I advise the author to proof read the chapters for a better flow of the story.
