The beginning as an intern teacher isekai with a system to give him skills for cultivating and teaching is generic. The great teacher halo system and ascending ranks as a great teacher is some pretty good world building. As the MC teaches more students and raises early star ranks (through rank 3) I thought the story was pretty good. Then from ranks 4 star through Half Saint or whatever the stage did not feel as good as the early stages. Some of his students you see real growth in early on in the interactions with the MC but after the initial growth period the MC literally punches knowledge into their heads using his unique skill and does no teaching to his personal disciples. This story has the face slapping approach to conflict. Enter new town, piss off local haughty or secret power, face slap, ridiculous growth. Repeat. At one point the MC is drugged and sleeps with someone he wanted to sleep with anyways. After which, gloves come off and he sleeps around with many women and completely changes for essentially no reason other than he just did not feel like being faithful to his fiance meant anything anymore. Once they give the medicine to the grandpa who is the real headmaster and he wakes up, stop reading. The author essentially stops caring about the story at that point. No one likes any part of the story after that point. Rushed, makes no sense, MC loses all of his ability to find and solve obvious problems for no reason. The author must have decided the system made life too easy (and it definitely did) so they decided to just write another non system novel from a certain point on in a way that made no sense without wrapping up in any way why the mc isekaied and got the system. Also, the novel updates have fallen off a cliff and I think the novel is dead. It was a good run, for a while, but at this point I am honestly happy with the story never being finished, as I know any additional chapters will only make things worse.

I dont know why. But I simply incredibly strongly dislike the arc which began after waking the old headmaster.

Beginning of this story is a jumbled mess that made me stop reading. The premise of people being isekai-ed to a world with a videogame system to gain experience and level up is good. The Mc wakes up in the body of a child and is immediately running with his close friend away from monsters but the pair fall down a cliff to a dungeon. Then the mc completely ignores his friend to hunt dungeon mobs with a broken arm and no splint, medical or magical treatment. Finds out just him and not his friend was moved by a group of noble brats from different countries into a safe spot in the dungeon. The noble party had a healer that didnt bother to heal him when he was unconscious and possibly dieing but did heal him when they ran into him grinding mobs when the party returned from also grinding mobs. Instead of finding his friend he follows the strangers to the dungeon boss room where he is 'betrayed'. Then he is saved by plot armor because surprise the dungeon boss is actually some mysterious trainer and trains the mc for months, during which he completely ignores what could have happened to the friend he tried to keep safe when he came to this world. note: while i am dropping this because the early chapters were hard to get through, maybe the later chapters get better and the story improves and some folks may enjoy this for later plot development.

I like the plot so far (ch 40). The main character gets what is essentially an inspect or analyze skill without calling it that. When he looks at seeds he gets some basic info on what they are, how well they are growing, and how to improve them. The world is very game-like with loot boxes that have blueprints for farming stuff and respurces guarded by stronger monsters. MC so far has tamed a wild powerful creature, grown some crops, got some blueprints, and traded on the local and world chat for additional resources. Yes all the characters in this have English names and not Chinese names.

i dont like him just being gifted the ability to move again by some random being in his dream or soul or whatever. feels like a railroad for the character niking it so that no matter what he chooses or does in the future his direction is set in stone by some mysterious past he cant remember due to the curses which will naturally lift as he gets stronger.

if he had his arm ripped off and was clearly outclassed he should just die. i dislike plot armor preventing what by all rights should be the end of the story. emery almost dies in the swamp, plot armor, again almost dies here, plot armor. dropping the story here.

why does ves, knowing his emothions are an essential part of his design philosophy, essentially not care to be passionate about fabricating his most recent mechs. its not enough to get into a stable mindset alone before starting. he knows he gets tangible benefits for his design seed each time he fabricates a masterwork. why does he seem like he isn't even trying.

Why is he going to school at all of he is consodered legally to be an adult and is able to support himself entirely off of card creation? Not only that, but he seems to be wasting time he could be improving his soul and statistics by creating cards.
