not gonna lie when he when i was looking at the abilities i didnt even think it was gonna be a question dimensional shift was clearly superior. the ability to appear at your dorm. at his gfs house or giving each of your subordinates a mark for you to teleport to them is clearly worth more than. a bit more damage, some cc and some terrain manipulation
