Try going on the carnivorous diet. My mom is on it right now and a lot of her problems have been greatly alleviated.
I was waiting to see if there was any/some character development before I gave a review and which finally some signs of it at ch 30, I am happy to rate this novel as 5 stars. TBH the grammer could use some work but its readable. The idea is pretty unique and interesting. I only have two hopes: 1) MC isn't a total villain/ruthless mc who kills everyone. I am fine with killing enemies but don't annihilate everyone. 2) Nie le doesn't become a villian/enemy to the MC. I am fine with them not getting along and having issue but overall I would like to see them cooperate and take down the Sacred Emperor/protect glory city.
The MC is supposed to be a world cup hero/premier league veteran but he acts and plays like a mere talented youth player. He is willing to play with an injury without reporting it for just another youth league game. Playing with an injury can completely ruin a player's future. No experienced player would be willing to do this but the MC does it.
I give this story the max score becuase it is something new and intriguing. For once, the mc isn't Spiderman, Venom, or some X-Men guy, and Natasha Romanoff isn't his mindless harem drone after a few chapters. That being said, the story needs some improvement. There are some grammar mistakes and strange sentences, but nothing that is annoying. The author appears to be quite motivated and I hope he improves in the future because he has enough creative talent to write something interesting. This story isn't the best I have seen, but definitely an enjoyable read.
The story starts off well with a very logical mc. Has a realistic worldview and makes decisions that those with actual common sense would in his situation. Has a system but it is not invasive or controlling, he essentially has a non-physical pokedex he can use (no personality of its own, thankfully). I didn't give it full stars because at some point the pokemon stop acting like pokes and start acting like human people for some reason. They act like teenagers following an uncle they don't really like but listen to anyway. Mc is still great, pokes for the most part are still great. It doesn't seem to have any over arching story to it, more slice of life, but fun enough to keep reading.
This is basically a speed run of the original ATG except the MC is far more unlikeable. The author wants to make a ruthless and smart MC but ends up making everyone else an idiot and MC a spiteful manchild. The worst thing is that the author twists the personalities of the OCs and forces the same plot as the original.
This is an absolutely ****ed up novel. This a sterotypical chinese novel with people looking down on the MC left and right, them challenging the MC and then getting killed and forgotten. MCU is not a place where the MC can kill people in a training exercise and be simply forgiven! Moreover the MC broke both arms of a student and then broke one more arm of another student in front of the whole class. WTF is that?!
