It being fantasy doesn't give it a free reign on believability. He just put well over 10kg of his body mass in the damn jar. It feels off for him to be just tired; "It's fantasy so anything goes" isn't an explanation, it's a shameless excuse. Sure it doesn't detract from the story, but I expect anyone with physique above 3 to be effectively immune to consequences of blood loss, since a kid(I think the MC's body is in early teens?) is basically fine after losing enough blood to dry out two adults.
