Through the meticulous styling of the makeup artist, Shiroishi Kazuma had completely changed his style. Now, he looked like a middle-aged man around 40 years or above, and his mustache had been shaved completely. He was bald, and his eyes were not big but were very expressive.
It wasn't an overstatement to say that unless someone really knew that he was Shiroishi Kazuma, even if they sat opposite him, they would definitely be unable to recognize him.
"Young Master Qian, how are things going regarding the things I've instructed on?" Currently, Shiroishi Kazuma was sitting on the sofa, looking through the information regarding online gaming. The two online games that Ko Gohon had managed back then were called "Spiritual Sword" and "Dragon Domain" respectively. They were both the big productions by a Korean company and were full 3D online games. The scene was grand, the magic effects were magnificent, and there was diverse content in the game. Based on this, it proved that Ko Gohon's taste was still not too bad. 
"Mr. Shi, it has all been arranged." Qian Youjin respectfully said, "Our men have already applied and registered for two readymade companies to create a smoke screen. I believe that nobody will be able to discover us behind it." 
"Mm, that's good." Shiroishi Kazuma nodded. "We definitely cannot give them any opportunity to attack me. How's the development of the online games?"
"They can already be publicly tested." Qian Youjin slowly said, "The internal testing in the company has been completed; there aren't any problems. But there are many able people on the internet, and it's unsure whether someone would find out any BUGs, so the company's suggestion is to publicly test it for half a month or so, and if there isn't any problem, then we can officially launch it."
"OK, I understand." 
Qian Youjin thought for a while, then asked, "But, Mr. Shi, how should we advertise it to achieve the best results?"
Shiroishi Kazuma took a sip of tea, smiled and said, "Speaking of advertising, we can also think about it in another way. If you're a player and you see a gaming product on the online shop, what would cause you to download it? Most of the players would refer to the introductory page to decide whether to download the game. So, go and get the company to write a complete game introduction right away. The more detailed, the better."
"Also, create two good-looking and grand webpages for the online games. We definitely cannot neglect the introductory page for the gaming products. This is where the players will form their first impression of the game. And when a player enters in the website out of curiosity, we have only about one minute or less to introduce the game, and from there, let the player decide whether to try playing it or not."


"I have to squander; otherwise, won't it be a waste of my parent's talent at earning money?" Hong Dali answers a reporter's question matter-of-factly. 

Just after the interview ends, Hong Dali opens the Great Prodigal System's interface and looks at the various good stuff displayed in it. Stroking his chin, he mumbles to himself, "I just need to squander 200 billion yuan more to exchange for the blueprint of the core technology, Engine Destruction, found in the strongest humanoid mecha weapon, Neo Granzon. Looks like I'll have to work harder!"

Wyn was mad. Not at Robin, not at Eve, not even at himself. He was mad, no, furious at the people inside his dreams. Who are they? How dare they infest his mind? He would give anything to rid himself of these otherworldly, enchanting but painful dreams. The hazy and confusing individuals, who always seemed to tug at his heartstrings.
Wyn jolted awake. It took a moment for him to recognise his surroundings. This was a  common occurrence; his dreams enveloped him into a world so genuine and deep that he always forgot he was sitting somewhere in the wretched town of Springton, in Eve's office. His only reminder that he was in a world from afar was the piercing pain in his head that arrived the moment the world inside his head changed colours. 
"You're awake," Eve frowned. "What happened in your dream?"
Wyn did not respond. He bolted out of the massage chair. "I want to leave."
"Your session is not over," Eve said. "We have to cover five sessions worth of…"
Eve's words trailed away as she met Wyn's soft yet angry but tortured gaze. 
"I'm not asking for your permission." 
Without another word, Wyn marched away. 

"Wyn! Hey, Wyn!" Robin called after him frantically.
Wyn strode down the street, ignoring Robin's voice. He was absolutely exasperated by his  session with Eve. He hated remembering his dreams, for they reminded him that there is something wrong with him. It reminded him that he could never be as content as the person he was in the carefree section of his dreams and that he was doomed to forever be a lonely and grumpy man.
"Wyn, hold up!" Robin caught up with Wyn and placed his hand on his shoulder to prevent him from moving further as he panted to catch his breath.
"What do you want, Robin?" Wyn scowled.
"Look, I know you hate going to the psychiatrist, but I'm doing it for your own good."
"What good?" Wyn scoffed. "I'm remembering my dreams but I don't know what they mean or what they are. No one can tell me why I am constantly having these dreams, not even Eve."
"Alright, alright," Robin nodded his head. "I'll tell Eve to lay off the dreams. She will just treat your depression, alright?"
Wyn sighed in frustration. "I told you a million times, I am not depressed!"
Wyn is depressed. He was diagnosed several months ago when Robin sent him to visit Eve for the first time. Initially, visiting Eve was simply for her to hypnotise Wyn to allow him to recall the details of his dreams, for his dreams are the basis of his web comic series, Fairytale Town.
For as long as he could remember, Wyn had been having dreams of a strange, mysterious island. At first, he was perplexed and sought to figure out what they meant. He drew and wrote down everything he could remember on an online whiteboard. The more he did, the more his dreams formed a story. He eventually began to draw and write anything he could remember in the form of a comic, which allowed him to better recall and understand the events that occurred in his dreams. He had no intention of publishing his stories online, but on a gloomy and rainy morning, he dozed off at his desk and accidentally published it. He had spent the wee hours of the morning drawing out the frightening nightmare that he had the previous night and fell asleep at his desk. He unknowingly published his story on an online forum and the response was explosive.
After he grew popular online, fans of his story demanded more, but Wyn had no intention of publishing anything. He took down his first upload, but it was easily replicated. He did not enjoy the attention he received, for he was a recluse. Since young, Wyn had been a detached and moody person. For an unknown reason, everything and everyone around Wyn seemed to annoy him. He was a hermit, speaking to others only when needed and living in his small studio apartment by himself. After his popularity grew online, publishing companies took note of this and offered him a contract. Wyn--who had been earning a meagre sum working as a night watchman at the Springton Museum--was convinced by a dedicated Robin to sign with his company after learning that he could earn much more money as a comic artist than he could ever earn as a night watchman.
He initially believed that his new career would be easy. After all, he would be doing what he loved—drawing and writing—for money.
He was wrong.
The pressure of churning out chapter after chapter of Fairytale Town broke Wyn. His stories were based off his dreams to allow him to investigate them, but somewhere along the line, he realised that no one could give him the answer to his strange dreams. He ceased production of his stories. That did not sit well with the public nor the publishing company. With a contract at hand and his career at risk, Wyn could only do as he was told and continue to pen down the dreams he had. It was easy to pen down the happy dreams, but it pained Wyn every time he had to pen down the frightening dreams. After he finished the first series of Fairytale Town, Wyn received an enormous sum of money that transformed him from poor wannabe author to millionaire comic artist. Though he informed his publishing company that he did not want to continue Fairytale Town, he was forced to begin the second series of the web comic immediately. Not wanting to recall his dreams, he lied to Robin that he could not remember the details, but that only prompted him to search for a psychiatrist to hypnotise Wyn to allow him to remember his dreams. That was when he was introduced to Eve and diagnosed with depression. Wyn did not care about Eve or her sessions, and skipped plenty of them without informing Robin, but eventually he found out. Bounded by his contract, Wyn had no choice but to visit Eve and continue to draw and write under the watchful eye of his company. In spite of this, after Wyn had published twenty-six chapters of the second series of Fairytale Town and received his second paycheck from his publishing company, Wyn simply disappeared from the face of the city. He had wanted to escape for a long time, for putting down his dreams in colours only brought him pain and confusion. He had enough money to disappear and do whatever he wanted, so he did. But now, with the threat of his copyright being robbed from him, Wyn could no longer hide from Robin and his publishing company.
"You're an alcoholic and drug addict. Do you think that I don't know that you have been  popping pills?" Robin hissed. 
It was true. Wyn had been abusing drugs for a period of time. The alcohol made his mind drift away, and the drugs made him numb. It placed him in a world that was neither Springton nor the island. It was a void, where only he existed. The absence of emotion allowed him to do whatever he wanted without being haunted by his dreams or his publisher.
"Those are medicinal," Wyn defended himself, though he knew Robin was right. 
"Sure they are. You…"
"Shut up, Robin," Wyn snapped. "Go and find someone else to annoy to death."
Wyn did not wait for Robin's reply. He flounced across the street, ignoring the passing cars that honked at him and the pedestrians with incredulous looks on their faces whose arms he bumped into.

This long-running comedy focuses on the eponymous family in the town of Springfield in an unnamed U.S. state. The head of the Simpson family, Homer, is not a typical family man. A nuclear-plant employee, he does his best to lead his family but often finds that they are leading him. The family includes loving, blue-haired matriarch Marge, troublemaking son Bart, overachieving daughter Lisa and baby Maggie. Other Springfield residents include the family's religious neighbour, Ned Flanders, family physician Dr Hibbert, Moe the bartender and police chief Clancy Wiggum.

With the cash and watch in tow, the group drove off in their car.
Li Du kept the watch in little bug's black hole. He had the real deal, why would he wear
a fake? He could not bear to dump the imitation watch, but could not derive any
happiness from keeping it either.
They stayed another night in a hotel and the next day, they started their journey back to
Phoenix.　　
Amengda Mountain in South Africa had been purchased successfully, and Li Du was
free to go over to develop the area any time he wished.
However, Li Du wanted to let Carl arrange for the diamond inspection team to conduct
their checks first. He was not in a hurry to begin the development and was keener to get
an evaluation of Amengda first.
For now, he wanted to go and resolve the bet he had made at Harry Winston, Inc. He
had to obtain Carlston Fritz's shares!
Sophie had returned to the villa first, and the five little ones had set up their own base in
the spacious backyard. Each of them drew out their territory.
Little Flathead, Ah Meng, had the largest territory. The four little ones were unwilling to
provoke Ah Meng. The hounds were clever enough to notice the wariness of their four
bosses, and were even more cautious around the new family member.
The truck entered the villa's grounds, where Big Quinn's wife, Rosalind, was waiting for
him with their three children. Seeing their father, the children climbed onto Big Quinn
and hung onto him like monkeys.
It was a heart-warming moment: Godzilla brought his gifts over to Victoria, Brother Wolf
went to see his recovering daughter and Lu Guan was reunited with his Golden
Retriever.
Hans wanted to take the opportunity to leave as well, and said, "I miss my sister very
much. I want to visit her."
"No, the two of us have to organize these books," Li Du said firmly.
Hans instantly lost his enthusiasm and said lifelessly, "We have to do all that work?"
Li Du said, "What if there are valuables in this pile of books? We have to look carefully."
Big Ivan took the initiative to bring down the books from the car. Hearing Li Du's words,
he took out a comic book that had been preserved in pristine condition. He passed it
over to them and said, "That's right. Look, this book seems like it could be valuable."
With a smile, Hans took the book from Big Ivan. His eyes widened.
Hans held the book in one hand and his phone in another. Then, seeing that his mobile
connection was too slow, Hans yelled at Lu Guan, "Let go of your stupid dog and bring
me my laptop! Hurry!"
Li Du stepped over, took a look at the book and said, "Aren't you being too dramatic?"
The comic book looked like it had been around for some time. The red cover page had
turned dull. On the front cover, Spiderman carried a little boy and was about to swing off
a skyscraper. There were shadows of cars on the streets below him.
The top right corner of the comic book carried the numbers '1962', and the bottom left
corner was labelled '12 cents'. The word Marvel was neatly printed above Spiderman. It
was a Marvel book.
Hans said, "Dramatic? I am beside myself. This seems to be the first Spiderman comic
book from 1962. If it really is, this is very valuable."
"More than ten million dollars?" Li Du asked expectantly.
Hans rolled his eyes, "How can that be? But it might fetch a few hundred thousand or a
few million."
Once he laid his hands on his laptop, Hans quickly made an internet search. Then, a
piece of news flashed on his screen. There was a picture of their comic book on the
news website.
The headline was, 'Spiderman' Snapped Up At Paris Auction. Comics Connection Pays
1.2 Million.
The news article described the story of that comic book. At an auction in Paris last year,
that first issue of Marvel's Spiderman comic was brought out, and Comics Connection
bought it for 1.2 million. It was actually exhibited in its town hall!
After reading that piece of news, Hans carefully removed the packaging to examine the
comic book more closely.
Having read the publishing details, he could not help but pump his fist in the air. He
yelled, "Yeah, yeah, yeah! This is awesome! It's this book! One million and 200,000 !
One million and 200,000 US dollars!"
Shocked, Li Du asked, "Really? Someone would actually fork out over a million for a
comic book?"
The most expensive books that Li Du had come across were the set of National
Geographic magazines he kept. They were priced at more than ten million.
However, that was ten million for more than a thousand magazines. Besides, most of
those were the only existing copies in the world. Also, from his perspective, National
Geographic magazines represented parts of history. It belonged to the narrative of all
humankind, and was not something that comic books could compare to.
Now this comic book disrupted his understanding and knowledge of magazines and
their value. A comic book, one that was published only fifty odd years ago, could
actually be worth more than one million?
A million was not the most they could earn from the comic books, however. As they
continued to organize the stack of comic books, they found a few more that were as
precious or even more so.
One of those was the first issue of Superman. On the front cover, Superman was
wearing his iconic red cape, blue spandex top, and red pants. He was running away
from a storm, looking as cool as ever.
In the middle of the front cover were the words 'Action Comics #1'. This meant that it
was the first issue.
Hans caressed the dated comic book and said, looking punch-drunk, "This is history.
We are looking at history. Buddies, this was the start of it all, the birth of American
heroes! We are looking at a baby photo of an American hero!"
Li Du asked, "Is it very valuable? Run an online check, how much can it fetch?"
Hans said, "There are no trading records online. At most, there are only ten copies of
'Action Comics #1' in the entire world. Even DC Comics Company don't have it… oh,
they had it previously, but it was stolen!"
Li Du was optimistic, "Then it should be worth a lot, right?"
"Let's put it this way, don't talk about money, brother. This book is priceless!" Hans
exclaimed. "There are no trading records of the original copy of this comic. However,
the re-released copy was sold for 1.8 million US dollars!"
Li Du was shocked. "A re-release version can fetch such a high price? Are those comics
collectors crazy?"
Hands said, "The high price is due to the main character. Superman is iconic, it is the
first superhero in human history!"
Li Du shook his head, "At the time of the Ming dynasty, we already had a superhero
named Sun Wu Kong in China. This is the first superhero in our history."
Hans called out, "Who cares who came first? Anyway, this comic is very valuable. It is
very, very valuable!"
Li Du carefully took the book out of the wrapping paper.
There was a price indicated on the front page. The comic was published in June 1938,
and its selling price had been ten cents.
As Hans continued to call out, 'careful, careful', Li Du checked the information related to
that comic book. 　　
The first issue of Superman comics, 'Action Comics #1', was the holy grail in the comics
industry. It was said that there were fifty copies of it in the world, but there were less
than ten registered on the official records. They were sitting either in huge publishing
houses or in the hands of billionaires.
Besides, Li Du also found a hand-painted copy of the 'Fantastic Four' that had Stan
Lee's autograph on it. That comic book was also worth a lot. Comic books hand-painted
by Stan Lee were typically exhibited in the gallery of Marvel Comics. Few of them were
found in the possession of individuals.

"Marcus took me on a small tour around his house. His mother welcomed me. She asked me if I'm interested in helping her prepare dinner for Marcus's dad. I had no objection , I loved cooking. Marcus also revealed the fact that we both were dating. His mom giggled she looked surprised. Ofcourse she would be , Marcus did hate me once. We sat on the dining table and had a long conversation about our school life after changing my clothes. I had to wear Marcus's clothes because I didn't bring my own. I was scared throughout the day because I didn't have my phone how can I possibly contact my mom. I can't use Marcus's mobile neither his mother's so I had to call Evelynn and tell her everything and begged her to inform my mother that I'm in her house. She said my mom already enquired about it , and she told her I didn't come over. I panicked and was sweating. Marcus asked if everything was alright. ofcourse not , I explained my situation to him and his mother as well. They both exchanged serious looks. Marcus's mother asked me a few questions about my mother and my family like where we live , what's her name etc.,. She said she had not come across my mother before but she's willing to inform her. I didn't want that to happen , I'd rather let the misunderstandings grow between me and my mother than of telling the whole story and get scolded at. What if she calls the police ? things could get worse so I had no option but to keep her informed so I told her to go ahead and inform her. I ran upstairs to the guest room which was my room for the day. The walls were painted in White with a few paintings hung. Shelves were filled with comic books and the bed was soft. I jump-climed the bed and counted the glow in the dark Stars on the ceiling relaxing, keeping my legs and hands far apart from my body. I closed my eyes to take a nap and someone knocked the door , it was Marcus. He asked me what was I doing and do I like it here. I did nothing and I really enjoyed staying there. He sat next to me , I stood up and walked over to the bookshelf. I took out one comic book he had and it had some cute charecters with big eyes. There were three characters on the front page and a few seagulls flying over them. One was a girl who had orange hair with white dress with blue stripes. The other two were boys one had black hair he wore a straw hat  , red dress and blue shorts and the other had green hair and was holding a green glass bottle. He had around seventy- nine volumes of the same series. How does he read so much. I'm sorry I don't remember the name though . It had a simple name , it was an easy-to-remember name. WTF i forgot. " 
Darcy giggled "nevermind just continue your story" 
"yea, so yea , so yea"
"what happened ?" 
"well err.. where did I stop again !?" 
"you gave a description about the books he had, how's that u forget so fast"
"nah was just testing you , I didn't know you were a good listener"
"as long as I get story ideas for my novel , I don't mind listening" she smiled.
"YOU WRITE NOVELS?" I freaked out "which genre"
"I prefer writing fantasy, I planned on something related to two polar opposite assasins , but I need to practice my English and I need to plan on side stories aswell and arrange them to make a good novel" 
"Oh Darcy I'm totally willing to help", 
she smiled. "continue.." 
"That book was bound on the right side" 
"manga" Darcy screamed "Your talking about Uno piece then , The straw hat guy , it's about pirates"
"yeah Uno piece.. You've read it ?" 
"nah ! it has thousand chapters I'm really lazy to read that much. half of my life will get drained out at this rate"
"Thousand chapters ?? oh my god , in that case the whole series might be really expensive to collect"
"Pfft I use pirated sites to read em , I don't wanna waste money lol" she laughed "but real copies are better than those available online atleast you can stop your eyes from almost bleeding I read around fourty chapters a day so.. I've personally experienced it".
"is it worth reading manga though"
"depends , if you like Japanese culture and like violence. Continue with the story already" She squeaked. 
"ok ...so yea ... where did I stop again ?"
"seriously?"
"erm yea I forgot" 
"you stopped with the description of manga" 
"yea so Marcus was the first person to tell me what a manga is, the pages were printed in black and white , different from American comics. I didn't pay much attention because I was not interested in it. Then , Marcus hugged me from my back. which shocked me and whispered in my ear if I wanted a copy. I pushed him away and said no I didn't. Then I sat on my bed and he sat next to me. He was really close so I moved away. He came closer and wrapped his hand around my shoulder and pulled me to his chest. Then he traced his finger on my jawline and his face came closer to mine close enough to kiss me. My mother's words filled my head. Don't do it , her voice screamed but my body wanted to. I had to push him away to escape from my fleshly desires. I was too young for this. Then I ran downstairs just to stay away from him and helped his mother cook food. Marcus looked a little angry and sad after what I did. I didn't look into his eyes though his eyes were fixed on me cutting vegetables and cooking meat. When I was helping, Marcus's mom told me that she informed my mother and my mother's voice made it clear she was furious. She told me to get her a gift or something that can cool her down tomorrow so that I don't get scolded much. Bell rang , Marcus rushed to open it , it was Marcus's dad. He looked familiar to me. I greeted him and so did he and without me telling my name he figured out I was Jenny and I was Marcus's classmate. He knew who I was . Who could he possibly be I wondered...."
