As soon as Meng Fan entered the elevator, his phone rang. It was from Wu Tong.
"Are you in Japan?"
"Yes, I just got to the hotel."
"How long are you staying?"
"Two or three days?"
"You're not coming back earlier?"
"If I got everything done with the manga, I would go back earlier. Why, you miss me or worry about me?"

He was a normal person like everyone else except for his multi personality, and his  different hobbies, he was a 17 year old boy in his Junior year on highschool with low grades which were caused from him not giving a fuck about school and just being in his phone reading comics or novels or hanging around with friends skipping classes fighting with other guys etc... he will be what other people called a Hooligan or delinquent with no future and he himself knows it too but it wasn't that he was stupid or something like that actually he was pretty smart before being in highschool he always had good grades but everything change after he started asking himself

 "what am I going to do with my life? where do I see myself in 10 years? why do I feel empty inside? why even though I'm breathing and alive outside I feel like I'm suffocating inside? why is life so boring? am I just gonna end like everyone else behind a computer after graduating just gaining a miserable amount of money that will be spend in bills? or like my dad working in a construction company until I get old? and not enjoying life? well I say fuck that shit!" said David

that's when everything change inside him he started hanging out with his friends skipping classes being in fights smoking and all of that, he thought that doing that he will feel alive again , but it was just like drugs you feel amazing for a couple of minutes or hours but then you get sober and start realizing that life is still going and it won't stop just for one insignificant person , and even if he had all the money in the world he will still feel empty because at the end of the day people who has everything don't need nothing anymore, what can they do? if they already got everything what are their goals if they already had a lot of money and power? and if you were born poor then what are your expectations? becoming rich? yeah but after doing that then what? exactly nothing you will have everything, what other goals will you have? and at the same time becoming rich is easy to say it but if it was that simple then starvation won't exist in this world so you will just live life waiting till the day you die and stop living that ugly life you live... that was the point of view of David and he lived all his days like that...

Until one day he discover something called comics and start reading them and was fascinated with it at first it was just like a hobby but then it became part of his life it was like crack for him which he need more and more and more after that he discovered the amazing world of webnovels, at first he thought it was weird to read something without images because he was used to read and see drawings but after giving it a shot he got into it he start reading popular novels and unpopular novels his favorites genres were the ones with badass mc, cultivation stories, fanfictions of normal people like him, the ones with systems , etc... 

He was in love with it, he imagined  like he was the main character of the novel, he wished he was the one slaying dragon fighting superheroes having womens who will love him being a God above everything and not live in the boring world he live in , his one if not his favorite character of all the comics he read was the one that appears in X-MEN in the Marvel Universe, David Charles Haller better known as Legion, one of the things that makes him love this character was that they both got almost the same exact name except for the Charles part they got the same name and last name other thing he liked was how bad ass he was and looked and how powerful he was, other thing he liked was his different personalities which he found amazing because it reminds him of himself he sometimes was wondering why it got so many similarities with him except for the part of powers which he doesn't have they were almost the same, they both even had large hair except Legion has it upward and David has it tied.

He always thought about why they got so many stuff in common but never paid attention to it because he thought it was just a coincidence, one day he was on YouTube and was browsing on the main page when he saw a video titled 

"Parallel Worlds, do they exist?"

he got curious and start watching the video he was so impressed about it and instantly subscribe to his channel and start bing watching all his videos and for everything he watched he was impressed and realized how tiny and insignificant he,  no wait , ALL the people in this world were just with so many planets and universes, he even thought that maybe in one of those parallel worlds he was Legion, he was shocked and instantly astronomy became one of his favorites hobbies.

Time flies... and without he realizing it the second semester of his class already start but he still didn't care about school he just like reading on his phone.

One day while he was at the school cafeteria with his friends eating and reading one of his favorites novels , a message appear on his screen which was like this

"Do you feel like your life is boring and feel dead inside? do you feel like the world you are living in is boring? you want to have an exciting life? if it was given to you the choice to go to another world will you accept?"

This Story is about David Haller, a junior highschool student, and a normal person like everyone else, except for his different personalities, and his hobbies, he's like everyone else, he is what people call a hooligan or delinquent, he's always skipping classes, fighting with other people, smoking, hanging out with his "friends" etc

Being bind together by a contract, what will happen?

Kiara wants a new life. She flips the world over in order to find a way to relive her life, a way to change her destiny.

Abby went through the next year in a blur. She forced herself to keep studying because it was the only thing that kept her going. She stopped spending time with her friends and spent way too much time looking through old memories of her sister. 
Photo albums. Home videos. Katie's diaries and social media accounts. It was impossible to accept that she was truly gone even though Abby didn't get her daily random texts anymore. 
Graduation was especially hard. A few of her aunts and uncles had come out for the occasion but it wasn't the same. Her parents should have been there. Katie should have been there. 
Losing her parents had been horrible but at least she had Katie to hold her together. Who was supposed to hold her together now that she had lost her best friend? 
Abby got a well-paid graphic design job right off the bat and buried herself in her work. But when she wasn't able to do that, she decided to finally get to the list of things Katie had always bugged her about watching and reading that she never had time for. 
Comics. Novels. TV shows. She spent several months consuming all that media and frequenting stopping to sob as she wondered which parts her sister had wanted her to see the most. She only recommended things she was certain Abby would like. 
 Once that list was complete, Abby felt like she had lost her sister all over again. There was nothing left that Katie was telling her to do. 
That was how she ended up desperately checking her sister's old Goodreads account for every book she had ever bothered to post a review for, both good and bad. She found herself frequently agreeing with the reviews Katie had left behind. 
Even though not all of the books were her cup of tea, Abby felt a little closer to her sister again. She was a bit confused when she got to From Pastry Chef to Princess though. For the first time, she didn't agree with Katie's review. 
'If you're looking for a cute, cliché fantasy love story with 2-D characters and minimal world-building this is the book for you. (I literally only read it because someone left it behind at the doctor's office and I was stuck waiting for three hours)'
What about these characters was 2-D in her mind? Sure, Prince Alpheus had been pretty boring at first but Catherine du Pont was a riot. Watching him fall for her had actually been pretty fun even though she was frustratingly resistant to him. 
The book was in his point of view, which didn't make a lot of sense. It seemed more like Catherine, who preferred to be called Katie, was the main character. But the synopsis on the back of the novel had clearly indicated this book was about Marcy. 
Abby's heart ached as she read because this Katie reminded her so much of her own. Tears ran down her face as she laughed at some of the things this girl said and did. It was a fantasy novel but she didn't act like she belonged in it at all. 
She was surprised that things like pizza and doughnuts were included in the book, especially since none of the other characters seemed to know anything about them. There were a lot of inconsistencies like that. 
The book's Katie was a know-it-all bookworm with a weird sense of humor just like her sister. And she seemed oddly like one of those transmigrated characters in the comics from the list Katie gave her even though everyone else truly believed she was Catherine du Pont. 
Abby became more and more confused as the story went on. The only reason she hadn't stopped reading at all was because she felt oddly drawn to this character and what she was dealing with. 
More than halfway through the book, she read something so shocking that she dropped it slipped right through her fingers and onto the ground.  
"My name was Katrina Pullman but I had gone by Katie my entire life. I am not from Annalaias or any of the surrounding nations. I am from another world in a place called Arizona. Everything I ever said was from the country…was actually from my home.
"All of my knowledge came from things I learned back home. Jellyfish…politics…card games…hat looms….I want to be a librarian because that was my job before. I died in a carriage accident and somehow woke up in Catherine du Pont's body."
All of the odd things about Katie finally fit together in her husband's mind as she continued to speak but Abby felt like she might pass out after checking the next several pages multiple times to be sure she wasn't hallucinating. 
Was this some kind of sick joke? How would this author have even known that Katrina Pullman died in a car accident? Let alone that she had lived in Arizona and had a sister named Abby? 
There were too many specific details from Katie's life in this book. The author had to have known her but that didn't make sense either. Katie had been such a private person. She spent all of her free time alone or video chatting with her little sister when Abby wasn't swamped with homework or had other plans. 
She frantically flipped the book over to check who the author was. Janine Everett. Abby had never heard of her. She wanted to angrily demand how her sister had ended up inside this author's story—was there no respect for the dead anymore?—but she was compelled to finish it first to see if there were any more weird facts about Katie in there. 
Abby ended up rereading the entire book twice, skipping over unimportant parts that didn't specifically mention anything weird or different about Katie. She wrote down every single instance in a notebook, with page and paragraph numbers for reference. 
The next thing she did was track that author down. She had a website—apparently this wasn't the only book she had ever published—and on it was an email address for fans to contact her through. 
She sent a very strongly worded message demanding to know what was going on with this book. To her surprise, the author wanted to meet with her face to face so they set up a time to video chat.
