Freya jerked from her slumber only to curl upon herself. She hissed loudly in pain as she clenched her shoulder. The burning in there turned into an inferno while tears leaked from her eyes. Despite Justin's best efforts, the stitching had done little to help with the pain. Bruising had formed around the wound, and her skin had turned an ugly black. The first few days it had swelled while she burned with a fever. Not once had Mouse come to see her, and the other healers did not have the power they did. They could only treat the infection, not heal the wound. She had been lucky it had not killed her.
Shaking her thoughts away, she parted her lips and breathed out slowly. Instead, she clenched to the memory of Justin's hands as he wrapped her... the unspoken questions between them. He had not asked further about her confession. Freya, on the other hand, had not pushed to give him answers. She knew soon enough he could come to claim them from her. Although, she had a feeling he already knew the answer. Justin was wise in his own way. It scared her just how... smart he truly was when he put his mind to it.
Shaking the thoughts away, she finally sat up. The makeshift fur blanket fell from her body. Still bare from her sleep, the cold assaulted her. She shivered from the cold while she glanced around the room. It took a few moments to realize... she was back in Bellaroos. She had thought for sure she was still at home... the dream... it had been so real. She had been able to feel the fur of her dogs...smell the smoke... feel the grass under her feet. She could still hear the blood curdling screams that left her sick to her stomach. The illness invaded her at the memory. Yanking around, she placed a hand over her mouth and leaned down. She pressed her head between her legs and allowed her eyes to clench closed. Her stomach, empty, attempted to undo itself. Horrible dry heaves wrecked her system as she trembled. Acid burned along her throat and choked her. She had seen blood... gore... but never like that. Never in her wildest dreams had she seen something so...
"Shut up." She cried out as a hot tear dripped along her cheek and curled itself to her jaw. She tasted the salt as its journey ended as it hit the floor. "Why me? Why?" She sobbed.
In her anguish, Freya shoved herself up and yanked her breast bind from the chair it sat on with her clothing. She couldn't sit here. If she sat here, she would lose herself. The only thing that was keeping her alive was doing something... moving... otherwise... The tightening in her chest and the memory of home will one day tear her down. She had accepted her fate, just as she had accepted there was little chance she would ever return home. It was the hiss that drew her from her thoughts and memories.
Freezing, her eyes landed on a small snake that was curled up on the chair. It was only about two feet in length with a rose red color. Black bands were placed along the snake with smaller yellow bands on the black. The snake flickered its tail with excitement, yet she could see it was rather relaxed. Could it be a pet? Unsure, she hesitated for a second or two before she stepped back. She kept the snake in the corner of her eye while she pulled on her breast bind. She had learned to use different materials to help keep her breasts in place, while also giving them proper support. It was a pain to have them always flopping around, let alone have them constantly being looked at. Once she had it in place, she picked up a new shirt. Blinking in confusion, she realized it was not the one she had laid out. Her old shirt had been fixed after the cheetah attack, but it would seem someone decided to give her something new. It was beautiful. A deep rose red was the background color while black rings were placed along the black of the dress. Down the side were black spots with dark orange painted in the middle. In the light, she could see it was translucent. It was beautiful with the collection of dancing colors. The dress was meant to come down to the ankles with elbow length sleeves. It took her a moment to realize it was made of snake skin.
Freya finger brushed down along it before glancing around the room. "Hello?" She called to check if anyone was in the room, but she was alone. Could... Looking down at the snake, she knelt down and narrowed her eyes. "Hello?" She mumbled, yet the snake only flicked its tongue at her. "If you are a beastman, I swear I will chop your fucking head off." Freya muttered. Her memory flashing back to the times she had snake for dinner. Perhaps, she would fry this one up. Huffing, she ignored it and looked at the dress again.
Freya chewed on her bottom lip, but pulled the dress on. The sleeves fit loosely against her skin with a softness that surprised her. The way it hugged her had her smiling just a bit. Brushing her hands along it, she picked up her leather sandals to put on. She had made them from deer hind, so they did the trick to protect her feet. She tightened the strap, and then went to working on her hair. She had been using bones for a brush. She needed to find something better though to wash her hair with. It had become dry and frizzy since her stay. After taming her hair, her attention finally turned to the snake. "Now, what am I going to do with you?" She mumbled before reaching over. The milk king snake did not even flinch when she picked it up and placed it around her neck. With that, she opened the door blushing a bit. She wondered if Alec had brought her the dress. "Lets hope Alec is in a better mood." Freya mumbled under her breath as her finger absently brushed along the snake's skin.
The hallway, true to the ancient times, were collective dirty bricks. There were no pictures, no color, and only the natural light and torches paved the way forward. Without them, she would have no ability to find her way. Which she needed as the quakes shook the stone. It woke her senses causing for her eyes to flicker about as she tried to focus on what caused the sounds. Her nightmare had made her jumpy... the thought of the calm before the storm and the bloodbath she had witness brought a new fear into her subconscious. This would be no common conflict. This would be a war to decide the fate of the clans... of her life. Freya felt sick to her stomach all over again. Her arms had moved to wrap around her chest as she shivered. She wanted to go back to her room and hide for the rest of the conflict, but she was pulled forward. She kept moving without breaking her stride as the vibration sounded again. It lead her down another hallway, down the stairs, and onto the main floor. Perking her ears, she absently brushed her thumb along the snake before stepping forward again.
Freya stopped at the sight before her. Widen eyes stared as she took in the sight of Alec as he sat on a throne of thorns. It was made of stone that have been beautifully and expertly crafted. It was hard to believe it would be created with the non-existent technology here. Stone vines collected along the side of the throne, cross-crossing, and climbing with thorns extending out like spikes. He sat there like a king overlooking his subjects. His feral green eyes glared down with clear displeasure. His black hair laid along his neck and shoulders like a mane. He had not cut it since Tessa's threat. To be honest, she found it rather sexy. Black wolf ears were curled back and pressed down against his skull. She had never seen them, but then again she never seen him show any wolf features while still human. His green eyes, so beautiful and clear, were now darken with dilated pupils. His lips were pulled back in a low snarl to reveal sharpened teeth including two canine fangs. Alec wore no shirt, however he did have on the feline pants that came down to bare feet. The only darken color in the pattern was the black tail that curled around him and flickered in annoyance.
His eyes were focused on the small group below that stood before him. Although, a crowd stood on either side of them both of his people and some Freya could tell did not belong here. Some of them did not have feet, rather hooves replaced them. Rather than wear animal skins, many of the hoofed creatures wore bark, collection of grasses and vines to cover them. Mud was streaked along their body and blended into their forms. She could see some had tattoos in the form of scars and splashes of colors to represent their clans, their place, and relationships. Others had a collection of spots, stripes, or patches that stood out on their skin like birthmarks. It was easy to tell what kind of form they took. Although, the most intimating were the collection of horns some of the individuals held. Curled horns, straight, forward, and backwards.. no horns had the same shape. The other half was the opposite. They were much more... like the Bellaroos clan. They ranged from young to old, while some did not have shirts on they all wore one thing in common. They wore shed reptile skin while others wore turtle or tortoise shells. They kept their shoulders and back open though, which she noted glittered with the sight of scales. Their eyes were slited and she noticed off and on the flicker of a tongue.  It was not hard to figure out they were reptiles... the Hopi clan. That was mostly given away by the Komodo dragon that stood glaring at Alec. Its drool dripped down like acid and collected at its feet.
It was Justin's voice that brought her back. "Say that again, Aadesh." It was then that Freya realized he stood at Alec's side. He glanced at Freya for a moment before turning back to the three. A man stepped forward. He was the only one out of the clan that wore a thick white woven shirt and pants. Curled grey hair settled on his shoulders and fell in his eyes. There was no ability to see the color, nor did Freya care to see them. Just like the clan, he had hooves. Behind him, stood a female with long thin legs and small hoofed feet. She wore a collection of wines and bark just like the others. A small white tail perked up behind her while two small white ears curled forward towards the two. It was easy for Freya to decipher her as a deer, but the male... She was not so sure.
"We will noooooooot be apart of this war." The R curled and the 'not' was dragged out when the male spoke. It took her only a second to realize he was a sheep. A thunderous pounding of hooves sounded in the room from his clan. That must have been the sound she was hearing down the hall.
Alec snarled low in his throat. "Our tr-"
"I knooooow what it staaaaates." The voice dragged out again. "Hooooowever th-"
Alec narrowed his eyes making the sheep shut up. The sheep bowed his head and stepped back slightly. "Do not interrupt me again." It was a threat, unlike what Freya has ever heard before. It was dark with a promise of immediate punishment. He commanded the room with a powerful presence that had even her shrinking back. If he spoke like that to her, she would not be able to help but obey. "Our treaty states that when we call, you come and you obey. We grant you protection, you grand your support."
"We are aware sir, but you must understand... We... We cannot go against them." It was the female that spoke this time. Her ears folding back. This time it was Aadesh that stomped his hoof in support of her words.
"Why?" A growl erupted from Justin's chest.
"We... can't say. Please understand. It was-"
"Coward." The voice was quiet, but it seemed to overcome the whole room. The male stood back, clearly not the figure head, but seemed to care little. He was tall, lean, and yet formed rather well. His skin was pale, almost a light grey. He had short bluish grey hair that collected just above his ears. Black scales collected onto his chest to then blend into a flat spiky turtle shell on his back. It was rich in color, and he was the only one that had something on his back. Those black scales ventured further down over his ankles were he stood bare foot. The second thing that stood out was the white fur that collected along his arms. No other member of his clan had fur on them making her nervous. The female next to him did not even glance over, but dressed in white scales with long white hair she looked like nothing compared to this man. Freya was glad she was unable to see either of their faces. However, she could tell the male was smirking.
Aadesh snapped his head around, but said nothing. It was the other male that kept speaking. His voice rough and taunting. "You are scared because Valhalla threatened you."
"Klpeto, explain." Alec commanded the room again.
However, a slow smirk slipped onto Klpeto's lips before he glanced over in Freya's direction. "She knows what I'm talking about." That was when all eyes turned to her, including those deep green eyes that she knew all too well.
Freya's body tensed slightly as she glanced about. Her form turning just slightly in defense as if it would protect her. She did not like this one bit. She didn't like the attention or the curl of Alec's lip. His fangs flashing as if to warn away anyone that dared take a step towards her, however Justin was faster. He came down the steps, slipped around the group and moved in her direction. It was then she realized why. Klpeto's tongue flickered outwards. It was a brief glance, but she saw the onyx color.. the deepest shade of black that colored his tongue and mouth. It was only then she could see his black lips... his black lifeless eyes. There was no mistaking the painting of scales that collected down his eye and along his cheek. They stood out against his pale flesh. He was a black mamba... the  deadliest snake known to man. One bite from them could kill a full grown man within seconds. Even she stared him down, however it would seem he had no intention of moving closer.
Justin reached her side as she spoke. "I don't know anything about this." Narrowing her eyes at him, she watched the black tongue flicker again. The husky came to stand slightly in front of her, tense and unsure while blue eyes watched the other two clans.
"Dreamweaver says otherwise." It was the first time the milksnake flickered its tongue and moved to slither along her until it hung along her arm. She glanced down at it before turning to Alec. "What did you see, little bird?"
A hand shoved her back making Freya yelp. She skid for a few inches just as the eruption of snarling and snapping echoed in her ear. Rolling over, Freya's eyes widened at the sight of the husky. His hackles were raised, his ears were turned upwards and forward. His tail was raised and buzzing with energy as he stepped forward. A bluish grey mamba hissed and curled on itself. Its head was pushed backwards read to strike. She was shocked how fast the snake had gotten over to her, and now it had positioned itself just in front of the husky. The two had a stand off, but no other party moved.
Shaky, Freya rolled until she was able to push herself up again. She went to speak, but the mamba spoke instead. "You ssssssaw it. Their power... their bloodlust. You are not of thissssss world." Gasps echoed throughout the crowd, but finally Alec shoved himself up.
"Enough!" Silence filled the room. "What did you see Freya?" Alec's voice commanded making her feel small, but still she held her head high.
"I saw... Kenya." The image of the individual wormed itself back into her mind. The thought of the black and orange feathers... the orange hair that shadowed their face... the voice... the voice that told her she would change the course of the world. "I saw the fall of the Kenya border. I saw a girl commanding them, and a bird... a black and orange bird that flew to sit on her shoulder."
"It would seem the Valkyrie has abandoned their peace." The mamba cold hisses swept across the room leaving Freya feeling more naked than ever before.

Zhao Yun pulled his dragon-scaled Snow Spear back from the soul core of a Four-Armed Snake Man who was revealed as the bosun of the Ghostship.
He then fought his way to the Ghostship together with Ji Ye.
They had to fight their way forward because the Ghostship was crucial to the soul creatures, and the crewmen who were fighting on the battlefield screamed and stopped in their way the moment they tried to approach it!
The screams of those soul creatures could severely disrupt the senses of ordinary people, but they were pointless for Ji Ye, whose mental power had reached Extraordinary Rank-7.
Ji Ye's attacks, on the other hand…
Hum!
Ji Ye pressed his hand down.
A gale with flames and snowflakes in the center blew at the hundred ghost crewmen on his way. It was exactly Ice and Fire Wind, the skill he created when he reached Extraordinary Rank-8!
Pew… Pew… Pew… Pew…
The gale contained the Extreme True Yang Qi from the Nine Yang Divine Art, as well as the weird wind from the Eagle Men's territory that could directly attack the mind. It was impossible for regular soul creatures to resist it!

From the flares that the Twin Dragon Mount fort launched to the battlefield, it could be seen that several dozen soul creatures were attempting to ambush them from underwater.
However, faced with the Snow Spear, which could freeze everything, those soul creatures were all frozen and couldn't put up any resistance even though they had special body structures.

As if sensing the crisis, the frozen Ghostship moved again. The cabins, which weren't many in the first place, were transformed into several Extraordinary Rank-5 creatures that looked like the third mate "Four-Armed Snake Man" earlier, even though some of the treasures were dropping into the water!
Then, they broke the ice with their magnificent strength and attacked Zhao Yun simultaneously with their weapons that emitted Extraordinary power!
"I've been waiting!"
Zhao Yun, wearing a silver robe, was not scared at all. He blocked all the attacks with the Power of Dragon Valiance.
The dragon-scale Snow Spear was plucked from the surface of the sea, and silver snowflakes were falling from the night sky again.
Crunch, crunch…
When Zhao Yun and Ji Ye approached the Ghostship, the green spots inside the souls of the five frozen Four-Armed Snake Men died out at the same time, and they fell apart into black pieces of ice, dropping multiple eye-catching Souls of Civilization.
At this moment, the Ghostship that only had the last few cabins left finally had to abandon all the treasure chests.
The cabins were divided into two parts and transformed into two soul creatures.
The smaller part turned into a Four-Armed Snake Man whose eyes were glittering in the green light, and the bigger part transformed into what appeared to be a dragon that was more than five meters tall and had orange pupils!
The green-eyed Four-Armed Snake Man was holding what appeared to be a magic scroll and opening it at Ji Ye and Zhao Yun!
Hiss! Hiss! Hiss!
Magic waves spread out.
The seawater under their feet, which had turned black because of the infusion of soul power, turned into abundant black serpents that attempted to climb on them like vines.
From the surface of the sea that had already been frozen, black flames were rising too, trying to burn their souls.
He was the first mate of the Ghostship and an Extraordinary Rank-7 Commander Four-Armed Snake Man!
The attack that resembled magic was undoubtedly rather weird.
However, when the black serpents touched the white Power of Dragon Valiance on Zhao Yun, they were directly exposed.
"Roar!"
Ji Ye stepped forward, and white Dragon Aura surfaced and shattered abundant black serpents.
The Dragon Aura then roared and swept out, extinguishing the black flames that were rising on the ice!
"Zilong, you'll take care of this 'sorcerer'. Give the 'big lizard' to me!" Ji Ye opened his mouth and said.
He already ran towards the enormous soul creature that looked like an enormous dragon.
The people of the Twin Dragon Mount weren't familiar with magic powers. However, the Power of Dragon Valiance on Zhao Yun could ignore all the weird magic abilities.
As for the enormous dragon, Ji Ye could tell that it had the highest level on the Ghostship.
Also, the dragon had been spreading out energy waves ever since it took shape, as if it was preparing for something.
What exactly was it preparing for?
Ji Ye realized the answer when he was five meters away from the enemy.
"Roar!"
Red flames that covered a range of three meters were spurted by the ghost dragon at him!
The scorching temperature of the flames even unfroze the seawater, which was no longer as frozen as before now that the Snow Spear was plucked out.
The dragon had clearly turned into a soul creature, yet it could still spew out dragon fire?
That clearly didn't make sense!
But obviously, the ghost dragon wouldn't consider if it really made sense.
The flames lasted almost ten seconds. When they died out, a lot of the seawater was already evaporated. The ghost crewmen that had been frozen in the seawater earlier were killed by the attack too.
Yet, brutality, as well as cautiousness, was beaming out of the ghost dragon's orange eyes.
Whoosh!
In the next moment, it seemed to have sensed something and turned its head to another direction, attempting to breathe out dragon fire again.
But before the flames gushed out, a mallet that was covered in yellow brilliance was quickly expanding in its vision.
Boom!
The Yellow Mallet that was two meters in diameter collapsed half of the magnificent dragon after hitting it. It was even smashed almost eight meters away into the seawater.
However, as a soul creature, it wasn't killed. Instead, it crawled out of the seawater with reddened eyes in the blink of an eye.
Nevertheless, it was transformed from a dragon that was more than three meters long into a regular Four-Armed Snake Man.

Alice lay on an operating table, scientists gathering around her for yet another experiment. This had been the fourth one in two days, but they thought that they finally had the right combination of chemicals and DNA for this particular plan.
As Alice lay, she came out of her unconscious state. That was when she first felt the poking and prodding of needles on her skin. A scientist on her left took a scalpel, and put it to her arm, the skin opening under the scalpel as it went down the length of her arm.
It took a minute for the signal to reach her brain, but when it did, Alice screamed. The scientists looked surprised and quickly gave her propofol, making Alice slip back into unconsciousness.
Unfortunately, two of Alice's cell buddies Juno and Gil heard her scream. They looked at each other before both yelling, "Alice!!"

Alice, with a collar buzzing with electricity around her neck, was lead back towards her only friends with a saddened look. The scientist holding her opened the door to the small cage, pushing Alice inside.
She fell to the floor, Juno and Gil crawling to her side. "Alice!" They both whisper-yelled.
"Uh-huh?" Alice groaned.
Each of them had the same collar as Alice did, though it wasn't used as much because Alice was their favourite to experiment on other than Rose, another experiment. Alice was tall, like all the other experiments, and had short blue hair. Her eyes were a bright orange with flecks of blue in them. She was 4% hummingbird and was faster than anyone.
"Alice!" Little Lennox cried, flinging his arms around Alice's waist and holding her tightly.
"Hey there, little snake," Alice ruffled his hair.
Lennox was 4% of a diamondback water snake. He was tall for a 4-year-old and had spots with scales and spots with skin. Lennox had big black-brown eyes and different shades of curly brown hair that looked like highlights, but it was just his natural hair. Lennox also had fangs, like a snake's fangs. And they were venomous, too.
Next out of the shadows was Rose, she was 4% of a red panda. Rose had red, auburn hair that curled toward her face at the end. She had white markings around her face that made her look like the red panda. Additionally, Rose had a long tail that was red with a black tip. Rose also had the ability to see through
Rose crawled over to Alice and Lennox, who was still grabbing onto Alice tightly. Rose grabbed Alice's arm which had been draped over Lennox. Rose stared at the long cut which had been stitched together.
"You were awake when they started to cut you?" Rose asked, worry set in her tone.
"Yeah, it does that a lot. The chemicals just go through my system too fast," Alice shrugged.
Rose narrowed her eyes at Alice's face. "You need to start caring about this stuff. They could kill you, you know!"
Tap, tap, tap!
The experiments jumped, turning toward the entrance of the cage, which was more of a maze. A man with black and white stripes covering the skin that was shown. He opened his mouth, stretching it into a smile. The man had sharp teeth that made him look scary- well, scarier than he already did with his sharp claws.
This man was what they called a Splitter. Why is he called that, you ask? Because he can split people in half, and kill them. He was one of many Splitters in the Laboratory. This particular Splitter wanted to split the experiments in half.
"Go away Ryker," Lennox said in a very little-kid way. He was still holding onto Alice's waist.
"How about you go away, Lenny?" Ryker said, growling at Lennox.
Lennox, scared, crawled into the shadows in the back of the cage. Rose crawled to the front of the cage, glaring at the part-tiger.
"Stop scaring Lennox, jerk," Rose told him.
"He needs to toughen up-"
Ryker was cut off by a tap on his shoulder. The scientist behind him wore a scowl on his face as if he was disappointed on Ryker. Though, all the experiments knew that the scientists couldn't wait until they would get Ryker or one of the other Splitters to split them open.
Ryker was led away, a scowl on his face mirrored to the scientists face. Rose crawled back over to Alice, who looked as if she was in a far off place and not the Laboratory.
"Alice, hey, Alice!" Rose shook her shoulder and Alice came out of her daze.
"Sorry," Alice looked down before looking to the shadow of the back of the cage. "Lennox, come 'ere."
Lennox crawled slowly over to Alice, Rose, and Juno. Juno grabbed his younger brother and sat him in his lap. None of the experiments had family, but Juno and Lennox had looked really similar so they guessed they were brothers. Of course, none of the experiments knew their age either. They only knew Lennox's, because as soon as Lennox arrived they started counting.
There were seven of them. Seven experiments and they didn't know if there were more other than the Splitters. The seven were Alice who was part hummingbird, Rose who was part red panda, Lennox who was part snake, Juno who was part frog, Alex who was part salmon, Gil who was part crocodile, and Shayla who you could just see-through. Shayla wasn't animal-related, at least that's what everyone thought. You would see through her skin and most of her organs, making her nearly invisible. Another special thing about Shayla, she never talked. She would only need to talk is she wanted someone to die, or kill themselves.
That was what Shayla's voice did to people. It killed them. It didn't matter what she said, her voice just made people kill themselves. And it wasn't if it was on purpose, it just happened. Shayla didn't mean to hurt anyone, after all, she looked barely older than ten.
The cage door creaked open slowly, getting everyone in the cage's attention.
"Everyone!" said the unfamiliar voice. "Come on!"

"Any why should we trust you, or rather, what do you want?" Rose called.
"I'm here to get you out! Now come on!" the unfamiliar voice said urgently.

Science experiment. The first thing that comes to mind is something like putting an egg in vinegar or making energy out of a potato, right? The first thing that comes to mind for Alex, Alice, Gil, Juno, Lennox, Rose, and Shayla is sadly themselves.

Why is that, you might ask?

That is because they are, in a way, science experiments. After the seven escape from the only home they've ever known, they travel from their home of Brazil to France in the hope that the scientists wouldn't reach them there.

Unfortunately, that hope is short-lived as the scientists follow them wherever they go. Their lives aren't without consequence, loss, fighting, and hiding.

Can the seven outrun, outlive, and fight off the scientists? What will they do when they find out the scientists actual plans?

In the black SUV's front seat, the young man in an old cotton coat turned his head and anxiously asked, "Boss, should we rush over now?"
The muscular man with a ferocious aura and an old scar at the corner of his right eye smiled and shook his head. "There's no rush. With their firepower and the experience they show, they should be able to last a little longer. Besides, with the Blackmarsh Iron Snake's size, its linear speed is definitely not comparable to a jeep.
"If we arrive too early, we might end up getting attacked by both parties. That would be too dangerous. Besides, we still have to take this opportunity to make some preparations. Ji Shun, stop the car!"
"Yes, Boss." The driver was the older man donning animal hide.
The black SUV then stopped.
The muscular man with the Storm submachine gun pushed open the door and got out of the car before walking to the trunk. He then took off his wrinkled black coat and handed it, along with his weapon, to his companion on the heavy motorcycle to the left.
After doing this, the muscular man lifted the trunk's cover, bent down, and stretched out his hands to grab something. His face flushed red, and the veins on his forehead popped. His knees bent even more, a testament to the strength he was using.
He retreated step by step and pulled out a derelict wooden box that was large enough to fit a person.
With a heavy thud, the wooden box was placed on the ground.
As it was opened, the contents were revealed.
Inside was an iron-black item that appeared to be armor with a metallic skeletal structure.
"Ah Yu, Ji Shun, help me." The man turned his head and spoke to the young man in the old cotton-padded jacket and the middle-aged man, who was in charge of driving.
Ah Yu and Ji Shun came over, each taking a side. They lifted the object in the wooden box without much effort.
With the effects of gravity, this item quickly unfolded, revealing its complete form. It looked very humanoid. It had a metal helmet with crystal goggles. Under the helmet were several pieces of armor that were connected together, protecting important pipes and wires.
Under this portion of armor was a large, iron-black pack that was abnormally strong. Surrounding this power pack were all kinds of metal bones that resembled cervical spines, thoracic spines, radius bones, humerus, ulna, scaphoid bones, femurs, patella bones, tibia, and fibula bones. They also had joints with metal buckles and dense arrays of sensors.
Among these bones, thick armor was attached to the thoracic spine. A grenade launcher and an electromagnetic weapon were also embedded in each of the arms.
This was a military exoskeleton device. Its production capacity had always been lacking. Even among large factions, only the best of the best could be equipped with the device. It was a true killing machine.
It could silkily execute a human's actions through a complicated and sophisticated sensor system, allowing the wearer to exceed a human's strength, speed, and balance limits. Not only that, but it was also equipped with a hot-weapon system, a precision aiming system, auxiliary combat system, a comprehensive warning system, an anti-poisoning filter system, and bulletproof armor in key areas.

"W-what should we do?" Long Yuehong almost suffocated when he heard the term 'Blackmarsh Iron Snake.' In such a situation, he—who was inexperienced in such situations—could only seek answers from Jiang Baimian and Bai Chen.
He had clearly seen that Shang Jianyao's assault rifle's long burst had failed to cause any damage to the python. All it did was cause some damage to its outer scales.

The jeep sped along at high speed. From time to time, it would bump into rocks or tree stumps. Just a bump would give people the feeling that they were about to lift off.

Before they could return to their senses, Bai Chen said in a deep voice, "The terrain ahead has changed!"
Jiang Baimian also realized this problem.
In front of them was a swath of darkness with no end in sight. The deformed trees grew sparsely, and there was no path for vehicles to pass through at all. It was like a large swamp had expanded at some point in time, swallowing up the original route.
Whether they looked left or right, they couldn't find the boundary. They didn't know how long it would take to circle around it, nor did they know if the large swamp had surrounded the area. They could only escape by retracing their original route.

They had seen this 'weapon' before and had always been a little confused. Why did their team leader not bring a tent but something so strange?
Bai Chen carried the Orange rifle to the hood of the overturned jeep. She mounted the weapon and brought her eye to the scope.
Jiang Baimian gripped the metal rod with her left hand and began stretching her body.
The python that was covered in layers of black scales rapidly slithered forward, getting closer and closer.
The surrounding winds seemed to be tainted with a putrid smell.
Upon seeing that the terrifying Blackmarsh Iron Snake was about to enter the poisonous gas-spewing range, Jiang Baimian held the metal rod in her left hand and suddenly ran two steps forward.
Her body suddenly froze as she used the momentum to throw the metal pole at the Blackmarsh Iron Snake.
At the same time, a bright, dazzling, and thick electric arc appeared between her left palm and the metal rod! The electric arc lengthened and wrapped around the metal pole, producing sizzling sounds.
In an instant, the metal rod turned into a thick, silvery-white bolt of lightning. It tore through the sky and landed on the Blackmarsh Iron Snake's body as if it was a punishment from the heavens.
The Blackmarsh Iron Snake sensed danger, but such an attack was not fatal. Therefore, it only bent its body and avoided having its head struck.
Clang!
The metal rod with countless silver-white electric arcs lingering around it struck the Blackmarsh Iron Snake's long and thick torso.
Without a doubt, with Jiang Baimian's strength, it was impossible for the metal rod to pierce through the target's thick layer of scales. However, it came with a terrifying electric arc!
With a sizzling sound, the silver-white light illuminated the grayish-black soil around them. Countless electric currents instantly spread to every corner of the Blackmarsh Iron Snake's body at a speed that could not be stopped.
The gigantic and strange python suddenly froze, paralyzed on the spot.
Although the prepared Bai Chen didn't anticipate this, she didn't hesitate. After adjusting the muzzle's direction slightly, she firmly pulled the Orange rifle's trigger.
Bang!
A glistening yellow bullet shot out, heading straight for the Blackmarsh Iron Snake's cold, dark-yellow left eye.
The Blackmarsh Iron Snake sensed fatal danger approaching it in advance, but it could only watch helplessly in its paralyzed, electrified state. It failed to make any attempt at dodging.
With a dull sound, the bullet sank into its cold, vertical pupil. It drilled into its brain and began spinning wantonly.
The electric bolts quickly subsided. The Blackmarsh Iron Snake's gaping maw let out an indescribable, snake-like cry. Its body suddenly collapsed as it tumbled around crazily, crashing into and felling several trees.
Before long, the gigantic python stopped moving.
Jiang Baimian turned her head to look at the confused Shang Jianyao and Long Yuehong. She smiled and rubbed her left arm with her right hand. "Electric eel-like biomechanical limb because you're worth it."

Not far away from Shang Jianyao and the others, the man in the military exoskeleton suit and his companions heard gunshots and cries. They sensed the slight quakes in the ground and heard the sound of trees collapsing.
The man's expression lit up. "They've reached the most intense and tragic stage. Now is the time. Charge!"

On the rooftop, the men are divide into two sides.
On one side there is a very old man, his skin is lighter, his hair is grey, his face is gaunter, and he has the wrinkles and liver spots of old age, he is wearing the usual ninja uniform with a samurai helmet.
On the other side instead, there are 3 men.
One of them has very pale skin, golden eyes with slitted pupils, purple markings around his eyes, and fang-like teeth. He also has pronounced cheekbones and straight waist-length black hair with some locks covering and framing his face or to his shoulders.
The second one is a tall man with tanned skin and dark eyes. He has waist-length black hair typically styled in a center-parted fringe that framed his face. He is wearing the standard shinobi dress of his era, consisting of dark red armor worn over a simple black suit with sandals. This armor is constructed from numerous metal plates, formed into multiple protective guards along his body; each collar of his shoulder guards bore the Senju symbol.
The last one is a fair-skinned man with silver, shaggy hair and red-colored eyes. He has three red markings on his face, one under each of his eyes and one on his chin.  He is wearing blue armor with a distinctive white fur collar over a simple black suit. This armor is constructed from numerous metal plates, formed into multiple protective guards along his body. Beneath his shoulder armor, he is wearing two extra shoulder guards on each arm. This clothing is accompanied by sandals and a happuri in place of the more traditional forehead protector.
Suddenly between them, a strange orange-colored portal opened and a kid went out of it wearing(usual Izuku's clothes)
The 4 men were stunned because of the portal.
Izuku:'' Oh hello there, I am sorry if I interrupt you all but isn't this fight a bit unfair?''
Hashirama:'' The kid is right.''
Orochimaru then looked towards the first Hokage and then towards Izuku, he stared at Izuku just for a second, he then looked towards the Third Hokage while throwing a snake towards Izuku.
Orochimaru:''Well well well Sarutobi it seems like this-.'' Before he could end he felt a treat coming from the direction of Izuku.
Izuku could be seen pet the snake that was positioned on his neck, the snake had his eyes closed, loving the touch of Izuku.
Izuku:''Tsk Tsk Tsk you shouldn't trow animals like that or someone could get hurt.''
Izuku disappeared and reappeared near the third Hokage positioning a hand on his shoulders to heal him.
Orochimaru was stunned, he couldn't see the kid move, but something felt strange his eyes were seeing more than what he should.

Tobirama:'' Why aren't we disappearing?''
When the summoner was too far the summonings were supposed to dispel or disappear(stronger the summon nearest has to be the summoner).
Izuku:'' Oh that's my fault.''
Izuku while moving towards Sarutobi gave both the Hokages enough energy to live for a minute now the only things that made them look like summons were their eyes and cracks on their body.
Izuku then teleported towards them and positioned his hands on his bodies.
Both the Kages felt strange energy coursing through them.
While coming here all the knowledge inside the Omnia gremori went inside his mind also the perfected Summoning: Impure World Reincarnation, the book had also created a way that instead of chakra used mana and some of his sorcery so Izuku was able to use it easily and reincarnate both the Hokages.
All of the presents were stunned.
Izuku had just defeated a Sannin easily and had made two hokages came back to life.
Suddenly from Izuku's stomach, a sound could be heard
*Grooooooooooooooooooooooooooowl
Izuku:''Sooooo… Can we go eating some ramen?''

After that little conversation, the group quickly arrived on the explosion sit. Multiple trees were uprooted, there was a crater on the ground, and an Ent was on the ground.

Erendur rushed over to the Ent, and extended out several tendrils. After a moment, he said "He is alive, but unconscious."

Gurek approached and its head gave out a green glow. It accumulated around his head, and after a second of accumulation he sent it toward the Ent.

The broken branches and burnt back recovered quickly, and in under a minute it came back from its miserable state to conscious.

Erendur asked it immediately "Who attacked you?" The other Ent replied with a voice a little lighter than Erendur "I came here to chase the intruder… He was a dressed in a black robe with a silver mask. He smelled… human."

As he said that, he looked at Dorian. Dorian ignored it and Gurek said "He is a friend. As for the attacker, it was a sorcerer we believe. Do you know anything about he's destination or purpose here?"

The Ent shook its head and replied "When I arrived here he was drawing something on the ground, but after seeing me he threw a spell at me which made the ground explode. But I think he is after us."

Gurek nodded and started sniffing around while a green aura spread to the surroundings. He was probably tracking the sorcerer. However, Erendur wasn't finished with the Ent, and said "You should have waited for the others, you are still too young in the end."

The young Ent lowered its eyes and said nothing. Erendur scoffed and began searching for traces too. Seeing an opportunity, Dorian tried looking around too.

Dorian couldn't really make any sense of what he was seeing, but he looked our for foot prints, broken twigs, flattened grass or stuff like that.

After a moment Gurek said "I have found him. He is heading toward the center of the forest. Erendur, I feel something wrong is going on. We should wait for the others."

Erendur replied "I don't need their help, and by the time they arrive the sorcerer would already have damaged the forest."

Gurek sighed and said "I don't understand, they have always been good with us, why do you hate them that much?" Erendur sneered but didn't respond. Instead, he started walking.

Gurek sighed but followed. Dorian asked "Who are you talking about?" Gurek replied "There are several leaders within this forest, leaders of their community. I lead the bears, while Erendur leads the Ents. I was talking about the other leaders."

Dorian remarked "So Erendur is an asshole toward everyone." Gurek turned his head to stare at Dorian, but said nothing.

With great speed, they went deeper and deeper in the forest, until they reached a temple. Gurek said "As I feared, he has entered the temple. I fear he is planning something big."

Erendur replied "We must stop him." Dorian warned them though "You should be careful, the sorcerer has certainly trapped this entrance. Are there any other?"

Erendur replied "There is one, but it is too far, it is a waste of time." Dorian said "I would rather waste time than lose my life. Tell me where it is."

Erendur didn't do anything, and Gurek had to say "You need to travel up north, you will see a fall. There is a passageway behind the water. Absolutely do not go through it, it is a trap. Dive in the water and you will see another path."

Dorian nodded and looked at the two Sadunites and said "You two probably should wait here to inform the reinforcement of what's happening." They both nodded and jumped from Erendur.

Dorian nodded to Gurek and sprinted up north. When he made sure he was alone, he checked his status. And indeed, he had a new ability.

[Basic Tracking (Level 1/10)]

Dorian was able to travel at top speed without being slowed down by the trees. That was thanks to his Wind Steps, which allowed him to move like the wind and dodge the trees without losing speed.

Dorian did not activate [Angel Wings], so it took him five minutes of running to reach the fall. The sight was majestic and beautiful, a true master piece from nature.

Dorian didn't hesitate to dive into the pond after taking a deep breath. He hurried down, and after a moment he indeed saw a water cave. Though, there was a problem. Of a slithery nature.

Coiled at the entrance of the cave, was a big snake. Its orange eyes were looking at Dorian, bloodlust obvious. It was coiled up so Dorian couldn't see its full length, but from what he could see it was a very big snake, bigger than any snake on earth.

In a sense, those were good news as it was most probably a constrictor, and he would rather deal with an astonishing strength than venom.

Dorian did not approach any further and tried provoking it to leave its post, but it wouldn't move. Were it on land, Dorian would be able to kill it, but in the water his fighting capacity was just too low.

After thinking for a moment, Dorian swam back up and searched for a stone around. After finding a big one, Dorian sharpened it until making a rough edge with his daggers.

Once done, Dorian made four others, and then looked down in the water. Because of the water falling, the surface was opaque, and Dorian couldn't see anything. But he knew where the snake was.

Dorian took one of the rocks in each hand, and gathered Life Essence in his arms. After accumulating to the max, Dorian threw both the sharp rocks at the snake.

The rocks were launched so fast that the water exploded in a geyser, and the two continued their way down the water. Dorian didn't look at the results but instead continued sending all his rocks before diving.

The snake wasn't coiled anymore, its full body was wriggling in the water. Fresh blood could be seen from several spots on its body and one stone was still stuck in its body. But it was still alive.

Dorian thought it would try to seek revenge, but it only retreated a bit, continuing to guard the entrance. Now, Dorian was lost. What should he do?

Reviewing his abilities and skills, he decided to take one that wouldn't cost him much. He could create a blood clone and make it distract the snake while he killed it, but that would be a bad choice. First, it was a blood clone so it might dissolve in water. And even if it doesn't the cooldown is an hour long, and he might need it in the following fight.

This made him think of another unused skill though. The one that came with [Arteon's Revenge]. It allowed him to summon a spirit wolf, and even if the cooldown was half an hour long, it was too weak to help him in a real fight.

Dorian proceeded to use the skill, and a phantom appeared next to him. It was a big white wolf, and felt as strong as Arteon's himself. It was strangely able to ignore the environment and ran like it was n the ground despite being in water.

It rushed toward the snake and attacked it. It was very brave, and very dumb. It was barely Level 1, while the Snake was Level 2.

But Dorian didn't use the wolf to kill the snake, only to distract it. As the snake coiled its body around the wold, Dorian arrived behind it and stabbed it with [Tina and Tima.] He had infused them with Holy Fire Life Essence, so they shone with an orange light.

They stabbed into the snake easily, one of them going for the brain and the other for a random part near the head. It didn't get to resist before getting killed.
