Thud the man’s body fell lifeless on the floor as blood began to pool on the cold concrete floor. 

“Clean this up,” the tall suited man ordered his subordinates as he hugged Luna away from the scene. 

“You could have just waited for me to arrive home before you interrogated him, right? Your gentle hands had to carry that heavy gun... you need to rest. Come on let us go,” he worriedly said as he helped her up the stairs. Looked at her, he couldn’t help but kiss her on her forehead. 

“Next time you wait for me, you understand?”

Balam looked over the various species that he could summon and he was both surprised and not. Common snakes already had many different types to them so adding into magical variants, and Balam was greeted by an incredibly large number.

He directly skipped over both the E and D rank species. Even though those would be the ones he would use the most during his early battles, there were simply too many.

Each rank had over 500 different species of snakes in each of them that could be used for battle.

Balam decided to look at the C ranks first since he had a free summon for one and planned to build his early army off of it.

The C ranks were numerous but not as numerous as the previous 2. C rank composed of nearly 100 different snake species that could be divided into 3 categories according to the menu.

The first was fighter snakes. These were snakes who had the most changes physically. They were basically normal snakes but stronger.

The second types were venomous snakes. These were the ones that had much deadlier venom than normal and could even shoot out venomous mists.

The last types were magical. These were creatures that exhibited elemental control or other unique magical effects. Most of these types had special venom related to their element, one elemental ability, and 1 support ability. Their main weakness against the others was their small sizes compared to other snakes.

Balam went straight to the third type. Even though they were usually the smallest, their other abilities made them worth it. He also saw that their cost was about 50 DP higher than snakes of the other two types.

'Hmm. We need something that can take out groups of weaker enemies or at least slow them down so the other snakes I get can take out the enemy creatures. Let's also hope that they are faster or have good lounging. Maybe even a stealth ability.'

After listing out his requirements, he searched through all of the C rank snake types until he found 4 that met his criteria of being worth his free summon.

Fire Dragon Snake (C rank): A snake that has the blood of a fire dragon within it. Although not a true dragon, it has gained a large increase in size as well as toughness of its scales. It has burning-blood venom and can cast the burning armor ability on itself.

Shadow Snake (C rank): A snake that was born from the shadows. It has stealth on a level that can hide from even B rank searching abilities and specializes in ambushes. The venom of the snake is a liquid nerve gas.

Flying Serpent (C rank): These snake type creatures are born with feathered wings and can fly through the air. They are the fastest snakes below B rank because of their flight. These snakes' venom has strong paralysis effects.

Sweet Dreamer (C rank): Instead of the normal venom, this creature releases miasma from its body that causes any non-snake type who inhales it to be in a dream-like state.  Very small and takes some time for the miasma to spread due to this.

'These 4 suit my tastes and needs the most. The fire dragon snake seems more like a controller and a tank. That would be useful for distracting enemies and ensuring their survival.

Shadow snake is best for taking down enemies on its own but I think it will lack when there is more than one enemy. Depending on the location for the wave attack, this may end up pretty bad.

Flying serpents seem like truly the best for me. They can kite enemies from a distance. In most games, lower-ranked and beginner enemies lack long-range attacks or at least powerful ones. This could get me through quite a few waves.

Sweet Dreamer is also great. By trapping enemies in illusions, it would allow me to use my other snakes the best. The only issue is the randomness of the instant dungeons for the wave assaults.

I have 500 DP as well. So I can afford to buy one more of these guys. So let's get a Flyer and a Sweet Dreamer. We can purchase a bunch of lower ranks for anything else that we need to be done.'

Balam decided to spend the token on the Flying Serpent and spent 150 DP for the Sweet Dreamer which brought his total DP down to 350. Soon a pair of snakes appeared out of nowhere in his dungeon.

One had sky blue scales on most of its body except for the belly which was white. It had a pair of white, feathery wings on the sides of its body. The snake was about a meter long. Its scales looked both hard and soft which gave Balam the urge to touch it. Sadly, he had no hands.

The other snake was almost half the size of the Sky Serpent. It had scales that were shades of purple and black all over its body. As if slithered across the ground, it let out a pink miasma that was slowly filling up the room but it would take hours or even days to truly fill the room.

'These two aren't too bad. Let's see what [Status Scan] can do.'

He focused the skill on each of the snakes before a small window appeared over each of them.

'So the skill only tells me about abilities, ranks, names, and attributes. As for anything special they can that is just a part of their biology, it goes not tell me. Might be because the skill is only A rank. I will have to see how I can improve that.

Let's focus on the other snakes now. I have 350 DP to spend. And since I will not be getting attacked in here anytime soon, no need to worry about defenses. So what can 350 DP get me?'

The reaction of the Black Mamba was very swift. Its attention was on Griffin. However, the action of Li Du caused it to turn around at once and stick out its tongue.
The snake's mouth opened at almost 180 degrees of curvature, and the color of the tongue was as dark as jet. This was where it got its name, 'Black Mamba'!
Even though Li Du controlled the speed of time, the attack launched by the Black Mamba was still very fast. With a hiss, it attempted to bite onto Li Du's outstretched palm.
Fortunately, the speed of that attack was still manageable. Li Du took the opportunity to tighten his grip and grabbed onto the snake's neck. His thumb clamped down on the snake's jaw and his index and middle fingers clasped the snake's head. He exerted his arm as much as he could and finally, the Black Mamba fell into his hands.
Then, one second later, the snake's long body coiled around his arm so tightly it was painful.
Griffin and the two other men looked stunned. Li Du raised the Black Mamba and showed it to them. "The end."
The Black Mamba struggled and continued to stick out its tongue. As it hissed, the black tongue was exposed at some times and withdrawn at others. However, it was no longer able to hurt anyone.
It was easy to spot that one was an expert by observing how they worked. Looking at the Black Mamba in Li Du's hand, Griffin was shocked and frustrated. It was hard for him to believe it, but it was true!
"D*mn it, how can that be?" Singer said with his eyes open wide. "How did you do that?"
Li Du said coolly, "Should I show you again?"
Singer nodded enthusiastically, "Go on, go on,"
Li Du said, "Then prepare another one hundred thousand bucks."
Recalling the bet, Griffin's heart bled.
He looked at Li Du with a pale face and Li Du turned to look at him as well. Li Du said provocatively, "What? Can't afford it or can't accept defeat? Want to try again?"
Griffin looked like he was about to say something. His lips moved but finally, he said helplessly, "No need, you won. I lost. Sorry, I underestimated your ability. That was foolish of me."
In this trade, he was indeed an expert. He had never bumped into a worthy rival. However, Li Du's performance and his action had proved unmatched skills!
Li Du could not be bothered to stoop to his level. He had just wanted to prove himself because Griffin upset him. Now that he had achieved his aim, he threw the snake into the cage and shut it.
Singer looked somewhat distracted as he looked at Li Du. He went to pick up the cage and asked, "How did you … oh, f*ck!"
Just at that moment, something happened. The door of the cage was knocked open from the inside and the Black Mamba rushed out again. It opened its mouth and slithered towards Singer!
It all happened too fast. The fearsome attack speed of the Black Mamba was showcased perfectly.
Li Du knew that something bad was about to happen when he saw the snake knocking into the cage door. Hence, he activated Time Deceleration. However, he was still unable to stop the happenings.
It was just too fast!
Singer, of course, did not react in time. He had not noticed that the cage door was not locked properly. He casually reached out for the cage and realized that it was not closed.
The venomous snake bit Singer. As a snake breeder, he was experienced with that. However, it was still his first time being bitten by the Black Mamba, and he was frantic.
Panicking, he swung his hand around, yelling, "Ahh, ahh, I, I, I've been bitten! Griffin, God! Hurry, help me! Black Mamba, this is a Black Mamba!"
Li Du went forward to catch the venomous snake. Once the Black Mamba had successfully bitten someone, it became even crazier. Seeing Li Du, it immediately moved its head forward to attack.
Li Du activated Time Deceleration and clamped down on the snake's head again. At that moment, the snake's body was still coiled around Singer's arm.
Four tiny holes had appeared on the back of Singer's palm. Blood oozed out from the wound.
Li Du retrieved the snake and Griffin swiftly picked up the serum and gave Singer an injection. Then, the other youth who had been watching the drama left to fetch a bottle of saline. He added some medicinal powder to it and then inserted it into Singer's arm.
Singer remained frantic and asked, "Will I die? I've been bitten by a Black Mamba. God, no…"
Griffin tutted. "Weakling! Don't worry, you had gotten the antidote, you'll be fine!"
"But I feel like I have breathing difficulty," Singer said with mounting panic.
Li Du said, "That's just psychological. What are you scared about? How can the venom affect your breathing and heart so quickly?"
The venom of the Black Mamba contained mainly neurotoxins and cardiotoxins. Two drops of it were enough to kill a person. The horrible thing about the Black Mamba was that it had twenty drops of venom in its fangs at any given time.

Griffin gave Singer a punch. "F*ck, don't tell me that you godd*mn forgot to shut the cage door?"
Singer said, "I, I, I can't, can't have made such a mistake, I must have shut it."
Hearing what he said, it was obvious that he was guilty.
Everyone entered the room and looked at the monitor screen. In one of the areas, more than a dozen venomous snakes had gotten outside the cage. Two of them entered a snake pool. The pool was full of snakes, and after getting into the pool, the two venomous snakes started chaos. They began a full-blown attack in the pool.
Under normal circumstances, the snakes would not have attacked each other. To launch an attack took a lot of effort. Hence, they would conserve their energy to deal with their prey instead of their own kind.
However, those snakes had been locked up for a long time and had become stressed out. One could say that they had turned anxious or depressed. In short, they went bonkers.
The snakes in the pool were bitten and quickly stiffened and turned up on their bellies. They died within a short time.
That was the Inland Taipan snake, the number one horror on the world viper list!
Griffin sighed. "It's a disaster!"

He was surprised the snake was actively attacking. He soon realized the snake was poisonous. This wasn't the first time he had been bitten by a snake, nor the first time he was bitten by a poisonous snake. He was clear whether the snake was poisonous or non-toxic.
His body quickly reacted. This snake was a viper.
"Zhong Liuchuan!" he screamed with all his strength.
Lightning cut through the sky. His voice seemed to be blocked by the thunderous sound.
This snake venom broke out quickly. He vaguely heard the sound of the door opening. The lights in the room lit up.
"What happened?" Zhong Liuchuan entered the room.
When he turned on the light, he saw the snake biting Jia Zizai's calf. It was a very thin black snake and only 15 inches long.
A light flashed as Zhong Liuchuan broke the snake into two pieces. The snake's head was still biting Jia Zizai's calf. When he looked at the snake, he knew that it was a rare poisonous snake.
"This is not good," he said.
Zhong Liuchuan quickly took out his phone and called Wang Yao, who was on the Nanshan Hill.
"Snake? Why is there a poisonous snake?" Wang Yao was surprised to hear the situation.
He lived in the village his whole life. He knew there were snakes, but he had never heard of poisonous snakes being in the area.
Instead of rushing down the mountain, he stayed and made a decoction. Since it was poison, leaf detoxification grass was enough.

Heat shrouded Jia Zizai's body. The feeling of softness and weakness retreated but quickly came back. The former was because of the temporary withdrawal of Wang Yao's restriction on him. The latter was because of the remnant snake venom.
Wang Yao collected the snake and left with Zhong Liuchuan.
"Is he really OK?" Zhong Liuchuan asked.
"It's nothing," Wang Yao said. "The snake venom should be resolved within two days."
"OK, let's go home and rest," Zhong Liuchuan said.
Rain was still falling from the sky.

"I saw that," Zhong Liuchuan said.

Silver light glittered, and many of the impurities in the medicinal pill were removed; shockingly, it rose from mid-grade to premium-grade!
Medicinal pill in hand, Bai Xiaochun strode out of the stone hut to stand at the edge of the spell formation, where he looked at the countless snakes spraying venom and slamming into the shield.
"Half a year ago, Lord Bai told you that I would show you how awesome I am. Don't forget. You forced me to do this!" With that, he waved his hand, sending the medicinal pill shooting out of the spell formation to land in the middle of all the snakes.
He had added a drop of his own blood to the mixture, so as soon as the pill flew out, countless snakes pounced, struggling amongst each other to be the one to swallow it down. The snake to win out in the end was in the fourth level of Qi Condensation, a cloudy-eyed death viper. As soon as it swallowed the pill, a tremor ran through it, and its eyes began to shine with a strange light.
Bai Xiaochun looked over excitedly, but before anything else could happen, one of the bloodgod cobras charged forth. Considering it was in the eighth level of Qi Condensation, it crushed numerous other snakes that got in its path, reducing them to nothing more than a gory paste. Then, it swallowed the cloudy-eyed death viper in a single gulp.
Bai Xiaochun's eyes went wide as he looked over at the bloodgod cobra, which looked back at him with cold eyes before slithering to a rocky outcropping, where it coiled up.
Bai Xiaochun was starting to get nervous, but had no choice other than to wait and see what else happened. After the time it takes an incense stick to burn, the bloodgod cobra suddenly shivered. Apparently, it wanted to open its mouth, but there was something very sticky keeping it shut. It struggled mightily, and managed to open its mouth a crack, revealing sticky strands stretching between its lips and fangs.
Bai Xiaochun was delighted to see that his work was a success, and eagerly awaited the second effect of the spirit medicine to start working.
Yet again, enough time passed for an incense stick to burn. The bloodgod cobra's mouth was now completely sealed shut. Its eyes were bulging out of its head, and instead of being cold and vicious, they now looked like the eyes of a goldfish. The snake seemed confused, and instead of being fierce like before, it seemed slightly cute....
Soon, poofing sounds could be heard from the bloodgod cobra, like that of flatulence. A pink gaseous substance appeared, which rapidly transformed into a fog that spread out in all directions.
More poofing sounds could be heard; apparently the bloodgod cobra was not yet finished expelling gas. Bai Xiaochun looked on excitedly as the process continued for the rest of the day.
Other than the area within the spell formation, the entire cave was now filled with a pink haze, which the other snakes inhaled. Gradually, a sticky substance began to build up in their mouths, and their eyes began to bulge. Soon, the next set of snakes began to pass gas.
Eventually, the poofing sounds rang out like muffled thunder, echoing out about the cave constantly. As the haze filled the subterranean chamber, all the of the snakes came to be affected.
Even the snakes deepest within the chamber, whose glittering eyes Bai Xiaochun found the most frightening, began to emit poofing sounds.
A few days later, the haze faded away. Bai Xiaochun stood there in the spell formation, looking around at the silent snake cave. There was no hissing, no venom spraying around. The mouths of all the snakes were shut tight, and their blank eyes bulged with confusion.
Bai Xiaochun threw his head back and laughed uproariously. Sticking his chin up proudly, he naturally assumed the sullen manner of a lonely hero and swished his sleeve.
"With the snap of a finger, I shut the mouths of all the snakes in 10,000 Snakes Valley. As for that profoundly consummate pill of mine, I shall hereby name it... the Shut Your Trap Pill!"
The lonely hero strode out from within the spell formation into the hordes of lovely little snakes. As he looked around, he smiled happily and felt like even more of a hero. But then he noticed a one-step viper off in the distance who was glowing red, almost as if its body were heating up. Then, in the strangest of developments, it suddenly started thrashing around violently.
Now that the one-step viper's mouth was stopped up, it couldn't hiss, and even seemed impervious to pain. Soon, its skin was lacerated and bleeding, and yet it didn't stop thrashing around.
Shocked, Bai Xiaochun had a mind to intervene, but the one-step viper truly seemed to have gone mad. Then, Bai Xiaochun's face fell as more snakes in the vicinity all started turning red and thrashing around. The heat emanating from them even caused the air to ripple and distort.
Most conspicuous of all was the bloodgod cobra, which had grown much larger since consuming the medicinal pill, and was thrashing about with particular violence.
In the depths of the cave, rumbling sounds began to echo out, and soon all of the snakes were thrashing around with maddened violence. Some of them even launched themselves into the air and slammed into the stone walls.
Bai Xiaochun's eyes were wide as saucers as he dove back into the spell formation. Instantly, the countless surrounding snakes began to batter against the spell formation shield as if they were insane. The mere sight of it caused Bai Xiaochun's scalp to grow numb.
"Oh man, this is bad. These snakes are going crazy. If they keep thrashing around, something really bad is going to happen!" Bai Xiaochun was starting to get very nervous. His original intention had simply been to get the snakes to close their mouths; he had never imagined that something like this would result. As soon as he thought about how angry Li Qinghou would be when he saw the current state of the snakes, he began to tremble.
He ran anxiously back into the stone hut and began to concoct a medicinal pill. He produced vast amounts of medicinal plants, hoping to concoct some remedy to solve the problem. No longer was he proudly complacent like before. Instead, he looked like he was about to cry, and frightened out of his mind. A few days later, he charged out of the stone hut, hair disheveled, eyes bloodshot.
He had three medicinal pills in his hand, which he had concocted over the past three sleepless days and nights. What he hoped was that these pills would calm the snakes down, and at least buy him some time to concoct a true antidote.
The scene which met his eyes as he emerged was shocking. All of the snakes were writhing and thrashing in complete madness. The stone walls were cracked and smashed, and many of the snakes were covered in bloody wounds.
Bai Xiaochun really was about ready to cry. He quickly tossed out the medicinal pills, which exploded in midair, causing a mist to spread out over the snakes. Almost immediately, they calmed down, and their wounds even began to heal....
A few days later, the snakes were still calm, and the thrashing behaviour hadn't returned. Finally, Bai Xiaochun breathed a sigh of relief.
"You nearly scared Lord Bai to death! I thought something bad was going to happen. Humph! Well, with my skill in the Dao of medicine, this was pretty much a non-event!" Feeling very proud of himself, Bai Xiaochun was about to go about working on an antidote when he suddenly stopped in place and swallowed hard, looking at one particular snake off in the distance.
It was a cloudy-eyed death viper, and now that it had recovered completely, it began to emanate a shocking aura. The fluctuations were not that of the cultivation base, but rather, its fleshly body. It suddenly twitched, hitting a nearby boulder and smashing it to pieces.

Before, the spell formation could stop them easily, but now it began to tremble and emanate cracking sounds. If that spell formation broke, Bai Xiaochun couldn't even imagine how he would possibly deal with so many infinitely powerful snakes.
It was then that the bloodgod cobra, which had an even stronger fleshly body than the other snakes, slammed into the spell formation. At the same time, the head of another snake appeared from the very depths of the cave. The snake stared at Bai Xiaochun with bulging eyes.
The head was enormous, roughly three meters long; as such, it was only possible to imagine how long the rest of the snake was. Terrified, Bai Xiaochun screamed and ran back into the stone hut to start concocting another temporary remedy.

Currently, I am in front of the "gate" of Iguro's Snake Pit. The "gate" is just two trees that had merged together during their growth and the walls that surround the compound are also just trees. Walking through the arch of trees, I suddenly hear the voice of Iguro. 

"So, the non-demon slayer finally arrives. I've heard of your accomplishments with the others, but what have those accomplishments done so far. You haven't killed a single demon; you haven't saved a single soul." 

Activating All-Seeing Sight, I look to where he's currently sitting to see him looking at me with what I can guess to be a sneer on his face. 

"I shall only teach you my art since it will help to kill Muzan. You want to train, do that on your own time." He continues in a condescending tone. 

After meeting him, I can already guess that his personality is that of someone who only cares for the rules and if you don't meet his expectations for those rules, he will be very harsh with you. He drops from the tree he's currently on and walks towards me and gets right into explaining Serpent Breathing. 

"Serpent Breathing is my technique that allows me to mimic the movements and powerful bites of serpents and snakes. All of the techniques I will show are focused on twisting and bending the sword like how a serpent slithers, the attacks are not direct and constantly meander which can ultimately strike anywhere. If you use my Breathing Art properly, you should be able to visualize yourself and manipulating and generating snakes in lavender and white, causing serpents to seemingly emanate from your weapon." Iguro finishes.

The Serpent Breathing forms are: 

1st form – Winding Serpent Slash – The user moves like a slithering snake and releases several slashes in a winding pattern. 

2nd form – Venom Fangs of the Narrow Head – The user dashes behind their opponent at blinding speeds and lops off their head. 

3rd form – Coil Choke – The user circles around his opponent while using his sword to slice them from all directions. 

4th form – Twin-Headed Reptile –The user leaps forward and preforms a horizontal slash that slices through the target. 

5th form –Slithering Serpent – The user curves their sword in multiple directions and slices his opponent, making it capable of decapitating multiple enemies at once.

Proceeding past the forms Iguro began to speak about the easiest wat to achieve Serpent Breathing. 

"The best way that I found to be able to use Serpent Breathing is to surround yourself with the venom of serpents or snakes and then breath in the toxic fumes that they create. If you did that though, you might die." He ended with a creepy laugh as I just clicked my tongue at having to deal with this kind of teacher. 

Despite what I thought he would do after his little laughing spree; he actually chose to show me each of his forms. 

Afterwards, he let me have pretty much free reign over using his area to my training. At least he knew that I wouldn't be able to learn his forms until I had Serpent Breathing. 

Before he completely left me to my own devices though, he gave me twisted katana that looks exactly like an Indonesian Kris Sword. The katana he handed me was only a normal blade and seemed to have already been used before. 

As soon as he finally disappeared into the trees of his enclosure, I began my Rengoku workout while exchanging my katana mastery practice with the new twisted katana. It's relatively used the same way as a normal katana, the only difference is that it uses more crescent moon strikes along with slightly feigning attacks to attack somewhere else. 

Once again, after completing the regime, I looked around me with a sudden smirk on my face. 

It's Time.

PARKOUR! 

Climbing up the closest tree, I stepped unto a sturdy branch before looking to where I would go next. Smirking, I did a high jump from the branch I was on to another before then jumping on the axis of the tree and rapidly jumping between trees. I of course hot hit by low lying branches or those I knew wouldn't prohibit me, but other than that, I was able to achieve mastery over parkour in a forest. 

My speed of jumping off the axis of the tree increased with each time I managed to jump. At this point, I'm pretty sure that I was just a blur to anyone, even Iguro. After literally doing parkour for the rest of the day, I had managed to achieve the general mastery of parkour in any area. 

Also, since my speed was also so great, I had achieved the ability to run up a tree in order to then use my complete mastery over forest parkour. 

Going back to the Butterfly Mansion, I went towards Shinobu's room first. Knocking on her door, I waited three minutes for Shinobu to open the door while looking tired. 

"What do you want?" Shinobu asked in a slightly grumpy voice at probably being woken up. 

"Do you have snake venom that wouldn't be harmful for me to inhale the fumes of?" I ask. 

"That's oddly specific and yes, I do." Shinobu says while looking at me for a better explanation. 

"This is to achieve Serpent Breathing. I apparently need to inhale snake or serpent venom, but I'm pretty sure that any snake venom I would manage to get my hands on would be able to slightly kill me rather than giving me Serpent Breathing." I explain. 

Shinobu takes my explanation as adequate enough for her to help me and then closes her door before returning not even thirty seconds later with a vial in her hand. 

"Don't break the vial at all costs. If you do, I will kill you in your sleep." 

Taking her threat very seriously, I take the vial carefully from her hands as I walk back towards where I sleep. 

Uncapping the stopper on the vial, I put a small dosage of it on a towel before putting that directly under my nose and falling asleep. 

When I wake up in the morning, I do actually have Serpent Breathing. 

I call bs at this point because I literally used the lowest amount of venom in the towel as possible and yet I managed to get the technique. 

Yeah, no. 

Arriving back at the Snake Pit, I walk through the "gate" while making sure that I use Total Concentration: Constant (Serpent). By doing this, I magically summon Iguro who falls from a tree to just look at me suspiciously. 

"How'd you achieve Serpent Breathing so fast?" Iguro hisses at me. 

Calmy looking at him, I answer with, "I managed to get my hands on a vial of nonlethal venom and did as you said to do and smell the fumes that it created." 

Iguro seems upset that I leaned his breathing form so fast but doesn't stay with me long as he soon runs back into the trees. 

Looking at where he went, I did my Rengoku training before focusing on the Serpent Breathing Forms. 

This is by far the easiest to understand and use since I already have a multitude of forms that can do the exact same thing. The hard part would only come from properly using the twisted katana, but I manage to master it in a week to a level above that of Iguro. 

This is simply because I can put more "bite" into my techniques than Iguro can which causes them to be more effective. 

Iguro does not appreciate me having a higher mastery than he does, and I know this because every time I arrive in the morning he would hiss at me before retreating to his mystical pit. 

Another improvement that I made was on my parkour mastery. I had managed to improve my speed once again while jumping off the terrain. If I have enough time to build up, I can surpass the speed of two hashiras and building up in speed wouldn't be hard since I can just use "Six Fold" or "Eight Fold." 

As of right now, I am trying to figure out how to create my Final Form for Serpent Breathing and since I was bored enough, I had decided to use my wood carving skill to make a pungi. 

I made a pungi because I figured out that the ground of Iguro's snake pit it littered with snakes. It's really cool to see and be around, but all of them are venomous so I can't ever get close. 

Back on topic, I was playing my pungi a week later while walking in an area full of snakes while listening for a specific movement among the snakes. After playing for thirty minutes nonstop, I finally managed to hear the snake. 

Disappearing from my spot, I appear above the king cobra while still playing. I fall down in front of the king cobra and begin to seemingly hypnotize the snake. Moving like that of what a snake would, I use all of my senses to observe the movements of the cobra while it's following my movements. 

After an hour of sitting there while playing my pungi, I achieve my Final Form for Serpent Breathing. 

Removing the pungi from my lips, I sigh in relief before disappearing from where I was sitting to stand on top of a tree. I then move towards the only safe zone of Iguro's Snake Pit and use my Final Form when I'm sure no one watching. 

My Final Form is called, "Shéquán" which allows me to replicate the movements of a snake to attract the attention of anyone who looks at me. A snake then forms from me and consumes the heads of any opponents currently trapped in the illusion created by the me. 

The disadvantage is that if the opponent has enough willpower, they can break out of the illusion. Other than that, though, it has no visible weakness like that of "True Love." 

Since I completed my training with Iguro, I quickly decided to thank him for the form and then leave. Out of everyone else, he was the most useless when it came to training me. Even Tokito did better than him by actually giving me advice on how to improve. 

Anyway, I returned back to the Butterfly Mansion and received my final request. 

"Gyomei Himejima, the Stone Hashira, has asked to train you now that you've completed training in every other current form." Kanae says to me when I return. 

I gladly accept his request as I am quite excited to learn under the undeniably strongest hashira. 

After that, I have the entire day to myself that I aptly use to train since I need to be prepared for how hard Gyomei's training is going to be. Although, after I return to the Butterfly Mansion I remember the fact that Shinobu's birthday had passed, and I forgot to explain it.

*Flashback*

Currently on the first day of the last week of the second month, I had returned early from Iguro's snake pit in order to celebrate and give my gift for Shinobu's birthday. Shinobu had wanted to spend her time in her room on this day to continue her research, but Kanae had prevented her from doing so. 

Anyway, I spent the entire evening with Shinobu and had given her her gift which was a painting of a butterfly that had one side purple and decaying while having the other side of it be green and full of life. The colors blend into each other to make the statement of needed one in order to have the other. It's like ying and yang but it instead uses the relationship between poison and medicine. 

Lets just say that Shinobu really liked her gift enough to kiss me on the cheek and then running away while realizing what she had just done. 

I'm guessing that this day would be rather memorable for Shinobu, only, it would be for the wrong reasons.

Another thing that I also remember occurring is another creation of an Ice Breathing Form. This form is called "Flurry of Ice."

This form specifically uses a whip-like katana. The user extends their blade to max length before slashing in a random pattern towards the target. Whenever a slash is made, a light blue colored residue is left for a short amount of time after the slash has been completed. If something comes into contact with this residue, it sinks into the targets skin before suddenly freezing the portion that touched the residue.

Wen Zilong killed Sun Haoming, flapping his wings and following Wen Yuqi all the way.

He carefully avoided the cameras on the road to avoid unnecessary trouble for Wen Yuqi.

Fifteen minutes later, he followed Wen Yuqi and came to the "Village in the City".

The room rented by Wen Yuqi seems to be in good condition, not as hard as Wen Zilong imagined.

This made Wen Zilong a little relieved.

Wen Yuqi returned to the room and went directly to bed.
