Her eyes squinting shut in fear as her dream proceeded. Her little heart drumming against inside her chest...
"The light's flickered back on..." ...

"Everyone in the room dead..."

Amara woke up Cold, and sweaty. Tears running down her face. But she was not out of her dream yet.. The image's flashed through her mind, making her only more scared than ever.. She collected herself together, And went downstairs to make a drink...

This is a non-fiction work. based on an incident I had when attending a family gathering. I found this very amusing and thus, I am sharing it today.

Story Description

She was an orphan back in modern times. Left without a name in the cold winter streets of China. But miracles exist when a childless couple came, saved and adopted her. 15 years later she became a renowned Military General, but it was too tragic. Forcibly taken in a camp raid, was put to slavery by the terrorists, tortured, hungered, killed without remorse and her lifeless body was thrown in the deepest trench of the sea. Her pure soul was tainted with revenge and evilness.

It was in written in the history that the soul of a woman with iron heart and frozen fists will be reborn and shall rise as the only descendant of the royal family. Her death date was also the date where the 2nd princess of the dynasty left for a journey in vast oceans of the South a thousand years ago. It was a stormy night, their ship was struck by lightning, everyone was lost in the sea and the ship burnt in the silence. But the body of the princess was never found and she became a legend. And whenever sailors travel they'd offer something before they pass, because those who don't would never return.

The soul of the Military General from the modern world was lost in a parallel dimension, causing her to transmigrate a thousand years back. She became the princess who was in the middle of her journey. A princess who was never noticed in the palace and was never given importance. She who lacks the skill in arts, doesn't topnotch in school and doesn't have the talent in combat. A weak girl who was left hidden in the walls of her chambers. Yet now was give a chance to change her destined fate.

Qin Ruoyun the 2nd princess of the dynasty will rise as a phoenix in the sky. Her thirst for revenge will change the lives of many. But what will happen if she meets the Crowned Prince of Light?
