Did you just remain inside the palace and read? You weren't able to visit yesterday because of the preparations and the party, right?" Christian's voice was gentle and silky, it rang inside Alexandra's ears multiple times as she thought for an answer to his question. "I unboxed the gifts that were given to me and read books," She answered. She can't tell them that she was with Harrison while she was unboxing and during the night before she fell asleep. Christian's gift to her was a series of books and she really did love it although, she still hasn't read it but she was sure that it will be a good one since Christian was good at picking books or the books that he would recommend her or give her are really good ones and she will end up liking it and staying all night just to finish reading it.


"I'm glad that you love it," Christian responded and he continued eating. Gilbert was staring at them as they talked while he ate and him being a quiet person, he didn't join or butt in the conversation, he prefers to listen to them. Because of that, he learned that what Christian told about Alexandra to him was true. Gilbert once asked Christian what Alexandra was like after meeting her and Christian told him or probably blabbered about what Alexandra was like and how innocent she is. He even told Gilbert Alexandra's interest in books and their similar interests. As a result, Gilbert took a liking and got interested in Alexandra.


"And thank you for the gift also, I love it. I can't believe that you still remembered the title of the book and you found it," Christian also added. Alexandra bought him a book too, the one that he's been always talking about and they don't have it at their library. "I have asked for help, so yeah," Alexandra replied back and took a sip from her glass of milk just right beside her plate as she looked at Christian who took a bite of his food. "By your friend?" Christian asked and Alexandra nodded as a response to his question.


"I have started reading it though, I'm taking it slowly since I wouldn't like to finish it that fast. It would just like be too short for me and I would think of the book every day finding similar books like it," Christian stated and Alexandra let out a giggle after hearing what he said. It was true when Christian likes the book, he would take his time to read it and not finish it that fast, so he can sometimes be seen reading the book for like 4-10 days straight depending on how thick or how many pages it has. The same is also with Alexandra although she gets impatient and wants to read the ending, so she would finish the book in 3 or more days depending on how many pages it has.


"What book are you currently into right now? Have you read the books that I have recommended to you?" Christian asked in a rather excited tone of voice and Alexandra once again let out a short giggle. "Some of it yes and some no since I can't find it at the library, can I borrow a copy if you have one? I'll return it in just a few days," Alexandra replied with a gentle smile plastered on her face. They are like kids excitedly talking about what toys they want and what they would want to have but its books, thick and old books that are supposedly meant for people way older than them. Gilbert just listened to their conversation and their father remained silent as they watched them talk. The atmosphere or aura that both surrounded them was too bright and lively, it feels like flowers were blooming in their background.


These two, when they are together, it seems like flowers will bloom because of how bright and sweet their smile is. That's how powerful their smiles are, what about if their other family members who are cold and always serious smile? That's probably an impossible thing. His tone of voice tells that it would be an exciting or fun one to read and Alexandra wished if they have that book in their library. "I will surely read it if I can find one at our library, hopefully," Alexandra said in a gentle and sweet tone of voice, it sounded silky and smooth. It rang inside their ears.


"The Girl and The Sea is a good one," Gilbert decided to join in their conversation after he finished eating and Alexandra's eyes darted at him, he was just seating in front of her. They stopped on their tracks when they met eyes with the person sitting at the end of the table, it was their father who is unusually having breakfast with their other brothers and the girl which they truly hated. Alexandra couldn't help but gulp witnessing what is currently happening. Calixander and Chandler entered the room with their personal knights behind them. It seems like they just took woke up and took a bath based on their not fully dried hair and neat and newly-worn clothes. Aside from that, they had a fresh look and aura which surrounded him.

With a creased forehead and a frown plastered on his face, "Good morning, father. Why is that girl here?" He was stopping the urge to point a finger at her or it would look rude and it seems like he didn't have manners.

He would not be able to do so if in man, apart from body-subject, there would be another form of subjectivity, for otherwise dualism would re-enter his philosophy by the back door.” (Kwant 1963:46)Kwant argues that Merleau-Ponty’s “philosophical thought shows a general tendency to reduce that which often is called the ‘light of the spirit’ to the chiaroscuro of the body.” (Kwant 1963:46)As I will argue in my section on Merleau-Ponty, this reduction of man to corporeality likewise repeats metaphysics like Heidegger in a negative sense, and hence does not manage to escape metaphysics or overcome metaphysics. Phenomenology, according to Derrida, is the aporia between the transcendental and empirical rather than the privileging of either since transcendental-empirical difference is an illusion. Phenomenology is conditioned by differance and the quasi-transcendental, or the difference between transcendental and empirical.
	Derrida will argue that the reversal of the cogito and rethinking subjectivity in terms of embodiment and corporeality is a non-philsophy and anti-metaphysics that repeats metaphysics by negating and reversing it. Derrida’s notion of truth is quasi-transcendental rather than anti-metaphysical like Merleau-Ponty’s, which locates truth in the difference or differance between transcendental and empirical. Rather than privilege idealism or empiricism as both camps have done, Derrida posits the quasi-transcendental, differance, or the mediation between transcendental and empirical as the space of truth. Differance enables the thinking of both transcendental and empirical, and thus a thinking of the conditionality of structurality as differance is the true resolution to the impasse between idealism and post-metaphysics, or philosophy and non-philosophy. 
	 A common misconception of Derrida is that he continues the legacy of Nietzsche and Heidegger by negating the positive or the transcendental in favour of the negative or empirical, as Stanley Rosen argues in Hermeneutics as Politics. Rosen argues that Derrida’s differance is a nihilistic embrace of nothingness over the transcendental and an inversion of Hegel, as well as that contrary to Derrida, speech is superior to writing because of the politics encoded in the hierarchy: while one can adjust conversation according to the nature of the interlocutor, in the way that the equity of the judge adjusts the written law to the individual case, writing says the same thing to everyone. Rosen misses Derrida’s point entirely, which is to bring about democracy through his emphasis that speech is a form of writing and writing is hence prior to speech. Rosen also misses Derrida’s point on metaphysical conditioning by accusing him of being a nihilist and empiricist, Derrida rather locates the conditions of possibility of metaphysics as that which is neither transcendental nor empirical, but the difference between them, or differance. Out of differance arises the differentiating trace that distinguishes transcendental and empirical. This paper argues, contrary to Rosen, that Derrida is not an empiricist, or nihilist, but posits the meta-conditions that enable metaphysical perpetuation and production- which are differance and iterability. The transcendental is nothing outside its iteration as the empirical, and hence arises not from transcendental as condition of possibility, but through the movement of repetition, or the trace. The trace retrospectively distinguishes transcendental and empirical. Derrida’s deconstruction is thus a meta-phenomenology rather than a negation or inversion of phenomenology as critics like Rosen argue.
Another critic who holds a view that Derrida continues Heidegger’s legacy is Paul Manithottil, in Difference at the Origin- Derrida’s Critique of Heidegger’s Philosophy of the Work of Art. Manithottil argues that deconstruction radicalizes the task of destruction inaugurated by Heidegger. I would like to demonstrate that Derrida’s work does not represent an extension of Heidegger’s as I do not believe, as Manithottil argues, that Derrida is critical of Western metaphysics or that the aim of Derrida’s deconstruction is to undo the transcendental absolute of Western metaphysics. Derrida argues that the absolute is constituted by iterability and the trace, but does not in any way negate or invert the absolute, only investigating the conditions of possibility for its production. Manithottil further argues that Derrida reduces every concept to the play of the text. I contest Manithottil’s view that Derrida’s work negates presence and reduces everything to textuality. Rather, Derrida investigates the conditions of possibility for the perpetuation of presence and logocentrism, his arguments about textuality are not a reduction to the empirical but an argument about the fundamental mediation of meaning. The transcendental has to be iterated as the empirical and repeated in the empirical through the movement of differance and the trace rather than existing without a medium or in a vacuum as Husserl’s Cartesian reduction would have it. The transcendental exists only in and through iterability. This is what Derrida means by the statement, “There is nothing outside the text” (Derrida 1976:158)that truth or the absolute is irrevocably mediated, rather than existing without a medium, through iterability and repetition with a difference. 
In Structure, Sign and Play Derrida describes history as “a detour between two presences- between structure, sign and play. The one seeks to decipher, dreams of deciphering a truth or an origin which escapes play and the order of the sign, and which lives the necessity of interpretation as an exile. The other, which is no longer turned toward the origin, affirms play and tries to pass beyond man and humanism, the name of man being the name of that being who, throughout the history of metaphysics has dreamed of full presence, the reassuring foundation, the origin and the end of play.”  (Derrida 1978:292)Derrida argues that there is no “question of choosing between the two, but to conceive of the common ground, differance of irreducible difference”,(Derrida 1978:292) the monstrous birth of the quasi-transcendental. The quasi-transcendental conceives of differance, or the interval between transcendental and empirical, as the condition of possibility and common ground for both transcendental and empirical idealism.
This passage from Writing and Difference was written while Derrida had been working on his subsequent manuscript Speech and Phenomena, and in it we see the genesis of Derrida’s thoughts on metaphysics. It is no longer a question of simply choosing between transcendental idealism or a metaphysics of presence and radical empiricism with Nietzsche and Heidegger, because each thought of either requires the opposing term as its relational other and defining axis. Idealism means nothing when defined in isolation from the empirical, just as empiricism is an empty term without its relation to the transcendental. In Husserl for instance, his maintenance of the transcendental subject depends on his exclusion of the indicative, just as Heidegger requires the exclusion of the ideal from his situated Being in order to maintain a pure Being untainted by Christian spirituality. Transcendental is not conceivable without the empirical and empirical is not conceivable without the transcendental, they are only related dynamically through iterability and repetition with a difference. Truth is then not localizable to transcendental or empirical, but situated in between as differance and the quasi-transcendental. Deconstruction thus proceeds by revealing the aporia that thought cannot do without its ghost or unthought and then proceeds towards transgressing the limit toward thinking the unthought of discourse and bringing it to light. Deconstruction is thus justice as it reveals the dynamic interdependency between discourse and its shadow or ghost. It proceeds to demonstrate that thought cannot do without its ghost or unthought. Deconstruction is the thinking of simultaneous identity and difference, identity in non-identity as a priori difference is necessary for thinking both terms which thus share the condition of being determined by this prior difference, hence difference translates into sameness. Deconstruction shows that the possibility of a distinction is simultaneously its impossibility as that which makes the distinction impossible, for instance what allows expression to exclude indication, is precisely the defining moment that upholds the distinction. It is necessary to exclude indication in order to maintain the transcendental subject, just as it is necessary for Heidegger to exclude Christian spirituality from his anthropological Being in order to maintain its worldliness and separation from the transcendental. Each moment of exclusion is necessary for the maintenance of the defining term as it means something only in relation to its other or unthought. Deconstruction is thus the thinking of the simultaneous similarity and difference, identity in non-identity of thought and its unthought. Deconstruction is the thought of the simultaneous one and its other, or simultaneous positive and negative, because the other or negative is the relational assumption that founds the possibility of thinking the one or positive. Deconstruction is thus the simultaneous thought of both one and other or both positive and negative, because these exist only in relation to each other, through iterability and differance. 
The trap that many contemporary commentators fall into is assuming that Derrida privileges the empirical and continues the work of Nietzsche and Heidegger, as Martin Hagglund assumes in his book Radical Atheism. Hagglund describes Derrida as a materialist who dethrones the sacred in his texts. Likewise Michael Marder, in The Event of the Thing argues that deconstruction is a realism that detaches the object from ideal origins in a post-phenomenological turn, thus returning to the thing as fundamentally empirical. My interpretation diverges from such interpretations of Derrida because I hold that they have failed to grasp the aporia of Derrida’s thought: you cannot think the transcendental without the empirical and vice versa, the transcendental and empirical are paradoxically similar and different, identical and non-identical. Derrida is not to be mistaken as an empiricist, rather he is a thinker of paradox, aporia, and the very conditions that make thought possible such as differance and iterability. Transcendental and empirical do not exist outside the structure of repetition as each term requires the other for the distinction to be upheld and only can be defined in relation to the other term as each term, is, on its own, an empty term that requires the exclusion of the other to be thought and conceptualised. The transcendental has to be excluded from the empirical to be defined, just as the empirical has to be excluded from the transcendental to be defined. As we will read with the papers on Husserl, his idealism can only stand with the expulsion and exclusion of indication from his philosophy, just as radical empiricists such as Heidegger, Levinas, Merleau-Ponty, Ricoeur and Blanchot require the transcendental to be excluded from their philosophies to define them, accounting for the transcendental on empirical grounds. This act of exclusion is thus necessary, yet mistaken about the fundamental structure of metaphysics because transcendental and empirical only exist in relation to each other through iterability and differance. As Derrida demonstrates, philosophy since Plato has assumed the ontological structure and vocabulary of metaphysics, whether it has affirmed it as philosophy or deviated from it as non-philosophy. Transcendental and empirical are thus terms that are inscribed in language, whether we associate or disassociate ourselves from these terms, these metaphysical terms haunt the structure and vocabulary of our philosophy. True philosophy would, thus, as Derrida demonstrates, come to terms with the necessity of both terms to thinking each other and acknowledge the quasi-transcendental, the between, the neither transcendental nor empirical, as the paradoxical space between that determines the thinking of both, or differance.
In this survey of secondary sources on phenomenology I have located the problematic of an aporia that lies at its center. Phenomenology has divided itself itself into transcendental idealism or empirical idealism and non-philosophy. In both these incarnations of phenomenology, Husserl’s transcendental idealism and the radical empiricism in the philosophies of Heidegger, Levinas, Ricoeur, Blanchot and Merleau-Ponty, lies a form of theoretical essentialism and blindness to the meta-condition that structures phenomenology. It is differance, the space or interval between the transcendental and empirical which conditions and produces both the transcendental and empirical through the retrospective movement of the trace. Derrida’s contribution to phenomenology, as I will argue in this paper, is his discovery of the quasi-transcendental, or the interval between the transcendental and empirical which determines phenomenology. It does this through the productive and differentiating movement of the trace. As transcendental-empirical difference is an illusion, then truth would be neither transcendental nor empirical. Rather the difference or differance between transcendental and empirical would be its meta-condition and that which enables the thinking of its structurality. Truth is neither presence nor absence, Jew or Greek, being or non-being, self or other but the difference and differance between these two extremes, Derrida emphasizes the importance of iterability or repetition of both extremes as essentially the same, truth is thus quasi-transcendental or the interval between transcendental and empirical which enables both. The concept is marked by its signature, or its breaking away from the origin, to signify a different kind of writing in order to communicate – which is the logic of the graft, intervening in order to signify anew, and renovate meaning and experience, to mark a double writing, and effect a displacement of the traditional hierarchy of meaning and a reversal. Deconstruction examines these principles of displacement and reversal, in order to bring about democracy, and emphasize writing as a primary form of communication. Writing brings about a force of signification that exceeds its origin, so there is always a surplus and excess of meaning, which can never be reduced to a univocal signified. In doing so deconstruction turns philosophy towards infinite possibility rather than a hierarchy, as meaning always exceeds its origin. Origin itself is an illusion and supplemented by the function and logic of the trace, which displaces it in order to communicate.  Derrida inscribes in phenomenology it a measure of fallibility through his demonstrations that thought is always contaminated by its unthought, the ideal is always contaminated by contingency and undecidability. Derrida’s arguments are modes of interrogation in which he questions the basis of presence, fully given to itself, uncontaminated by absence, contingency, the empirical, the Other, and as such inscribes the necessity of incarnation and a necessity for the mark to fail as presence as it has to differ from itself materially in order to be realized. Derrida thus inscribes failure in phenomenology, its necessity for the mark to die and survive itself as the trace to live on in the material world, and thus rescues phenomenology by demonstrating that its success as an enterprise depends on including what it had excluded- which is transcendental-empirical difference.

My name is Crystal Bachleda and my PSEUDONYM Name is C. M. Brighid Bachleda, and welcome to my FIRST attempt at writing a Speculative Fiction of Echtra, Romantic Fantasy, Mythic Fiction, Urban Fantasy, Supernatural Fiction and Erotic Literature.

Echtra is an interesting genre and its plural form Echtrai makes for an interesting title; this story is my own Modern Fairy Tale mixed with Mythic Fiction and Urban Fantasy with a touch of Supernatural Fiction. I was inspired by *Hayao Miyazaki's* SPIRITED AWAY to try writing my own Mature version BUT with a gender bender twist to *Hans Christian Andersen's* SNEDRONNINGEN/THE SNOW QUEEN with a touch of H. P. Lovecraft's Cthulhu Mythos mixed with a twist to Tam Lin.

I am also trying Romantic Fantasy with a modern and supernatural twist; I'm taking a step out of my comfort zone as I try my hand at Erotic Literature. I did my research, even read erotic stories for inspiration and used my imagination with more research to the best of my abilities.

I have also turned this book into a TV Show of sorts told by the main character's view point; there will be episodes instead of chapters and story arcs instead of parts or books. I'm also taking a page from *Rick Riordan's* THE KANE CHRONICLES trilogy by making it into recordings of sorts and I am happy with the results.

(This Warning is to forewarn what *might* happen within the story; I want to make sure that the story I've written will not cause problems. This is ONLY a story that I made up and I will apologize if I made anyone uncomfortable but I also hope that you, Esteemed Readers, will give this book a chance)

"What are you doing here?" Christian said with disbelief. He could feel his blood pressure is rising, which is not a good sign for a hotheaded like him. The feeling of betrayal is what he hates the most; he despised liars. He rather live in painful truth than beautiful lies. One of the main reasons why Christian only writes Non-Fiction, he's not a fan of sugar-coated happy endings and imaginative reality. Disclaimer, it is his personal preference and opinion. 

The person, whom Christian is meeting looked at Christian's cold eyes. Before the person could even speak, Christian asked the person again. "Joyce, What are you doing here?" He calmly said while hiding his anger. It was Joyce who showed up. Christian could sense that anytime, Joyce will either have a panic attack or trauma because of his harshness. "I mean, I didn't mean to show rudeness. I am just confused." He reassured her while sitting in front of Joyce. On the other hand, Joyce somehow felt relieved but she is already expecting this before she came into this place. "I'm sorry, Mrs. Haris had an emergency. Instead of postponing, she sent me here." She said trying to act professional. 

"Mom, you had a meeting with Mr. Simoune later at 8PM." Joyce shouted from her room as she checks the time. 6:45PM. A few minutes later, she didn't got a response from her mom. She felt something bad happened to her mom, as she snaps because of nervousness. She searched in the kitchen, No signs of Mrs. Haris. On their living room, still no Mrs. Haris. Joyce could hear his unstable breathing as she was approaching Mrs. Haris' bedroom. Her heartbeat pounds faster and faster the closer she gets. She stands in front of the door, slowly reaching the door knob. She gulped while steadily twisting the door knob. She pushed the door bit by bit, taking a peak what happened inside Mrs. Haris' room. She let the door swung open, while looking at Mrs. Haris pissed. "You had little time to prepare and here you are watching a stupid cliché love story. Plus, you made me panic!" Joyce retaliated. Mrs. Haris took his airpods and looked at Joyce confusedly. "Huh, what? I didn't hear you at all." Mrs. Haris mocked her. Joyce let out a deep sigh to calm herself before responding. "Mrs. Haris, you need to prepare because you had a meeting with a famous author named, Christian Simoune at 8PM."  Joyce explained, trying her best to be calm. However, Mrs. Haris looked at her confused. "When did I plan this? I don't remember planning a meeting." She asked innocently. Joyce jaw dropped, 'Are you for real?' She thought to herself. "You told me yesterday to send an e-mail that you will be meeting him to check his progress." Joyce said calmly. "Postpone it, I'm still watching a series." Mrs. Haris said in a serious tone. Joyce couldn't believe what she is hearing. It felt fictional, unrealistic and unimaginable. "It's too late--" Joyce did not finished what she was about to say because Mrs. Haris plugs in her airpods. "Be my proxy then. Now, vanish." Mrs. Haris said as she continues to watch. Joyce sighed in defeat, leaving Mrs. Haris alone in her bedroom. She could still hear her old squealing, which sounded weird. 'That's what happened.'

Joyce looked away, trying to hide how embarrassed she is. Christian let out a chuckle, kind of amused on the story that he heard. "I may not be great as my mother, but I am great on my own." Joyce assured Christian. The boy just nodded and gave her a warm smile. "Let's start?" Christian asked, as Joyce nods in agreement. Christian took out the printed storyline, along with the guidelines and showed it to Joyce. On the other hand, Joyce took out his red pen and started reading the storyline. 

It took an hour for them to finish giving some notes and discussing how to improve the storyline. The grammar, technicalities and structure are taken into considerations. Surprisingly, Joyce was impressed that in a span of two days, he was able to pull something outstanding like this. He is truly The Summer. She thought. Even Joyce herself, couldn't deny that she was affected by the story. It's been a pleasure for her. I needed to thank Mom after this. She chuckled. Christian looked at her confused of her sudden body language. "Is there something wrong?" Christian worriedly asked. Joyce startled, "No, it's just an impression of me." She said. Finally, she finished her final check and handed the proofread storyline. "It's been a pleasure." Joyce said as she offers a handshake. Christian nods as he reached his right arm to shake her hands. "It's a pleasure as well." Christian replied.

The both of them talk casually for a while before they decided to separate ways. "The taxi is already in front of the cafe, I'll get going." Joyce informed Christian, as she bows down exiting the place. When Joyce is out of his sight, Christian sighed in relief after working. It's finally down to minor revisions. He thought, as he stretches his arms. 

Christian left the cafe two minutes after Joyce. He walked in the dark alley, wherein the street lights and the quarter moon are the only source of light. While walking, he thought that he should call Ezekiel so that Christian could give an update to him. Unfortunately, "The number you have dialed is busy at the moment. Please try again la--" He ended the call, just to cut off the 'annoying' service line.

Christian put his mobile phone inside his pocket, as he continues to walk on the dark alley. It doesn't take Christian that long to reach the condominium building. He felt excited when his phone vibrated. To his disappointment,

"I thought so wrong." He sighed in disappointment, as he enters the building. He chose to use stairs but he gave up and takes the elevator, on the third floor when he realized that he lives at the twelfth floor. When the elevator reached twelfth floor, he exits the elevator and proceeds to his unit. In his surprise, his unit is unlocked. What? I locked it when I went out. Maybe a thief! He immediately barged in when he thought of a thief. "What's with the surprise look? You gave me your spare key because you always forget your key inside." A familiar voice spoke. Huh?

Christian was out for grocery. He rushed to the supermarket before it gets crowded. However, when he finished buying the stuffs he needed to sustain his living, he grope his pocket just to find out he forgot his key. He took a taxi back to his condo, and runs to his condo unit. He violently twist the door knob but it wouldn't budge. He started to panic and dialed Ezekiel's number. "I forgot my key inside, meet me at my condo unit." He said, as he ends the call immediately not giving Ezekiel a chance to speak. A few minutes later, Christian is now walking back and forth, and the devil finally showed up. "I don't know what to do, I forgot--"  Christian stopped blabbering when Ezekiel showed him a key. "You could have just go to the receptionist and ask for a key, Dummy." Ezekiel said as he unlocks Christian's unit. "You should get an extra one." Ezekiel suggested, as he stars to walk away. "Thank you, but aren't you coming over?" Christian asked. "Nope, I'm still not yet done with fixing a famous author's grammar." Ezekiel mocked him. Christian glared at him, slamming the door behind him. 

Christian accepted Ezekiel's suggestion to get a spare key, so he went to the locksmith. "Kindly just deliver it to this address." Christian said, as he shows the address to the locksmith. He went back to his condo so that he could rest for a bit. An hour had passed, someone is calling him and he answered it immediately. "Why did you send me your spare key?" The person on the other line said. "Just keep it in case of emergency. Without my permission, you can't show up in my unit. I trust you Mr. Phillips." Christian said. Soon, he ended the call. 

"Ezekiel Phillips, what are you doing here. Haven't we made an agreement." Christian said as he clears his throat. "I just came here to celebrate your productivity. It rarely happens." Ezekiel teased him. Christian ignored him and went to his room. Ezekiel followed him, as he taps Christian's shoulder. "Congratulations! I know you'll win this." Ezekiel said softly while giving his gift to Christian. Christian looked at him surprised, because something like this never happens. "You better be sure that this is a gif--" Christian was stunned when he opened the gift wrap. "Don't you like it?" Ezekiel smirked. "A FREAKING DICTIONARY!" Christian shouted, as Ezekiel couldn't hold his laughter anymore. 'He is getting on my nerves!' Ezekiel patted his shoulders, giving him an encouraging smile. "That's just a teaser gift. I'll give you my gift when you finished writing it. Plus, it will help you widen your vocabulary." Ezekiel chuckled, as he takes his cotton fabric jacket. "WHAT'S NEXT, ENCYCLOPEDIA?" Christian complained. Ezekiel let out a small laugh. "Got it." He said before leaving Christian's condo unit. 

Christian feels irritated, pissed and disappointment. He took his phone out to text Ezekiel, "Thank You." He crawled to his bed, deciding to just continue his work tomorrow at his office since it only deals with minor revisions. 'You never showed up. You ignored my text. And you gave me a freaking dictionary to tease me?' He groaned in frustration. Well, maybe I'm overreacting. It's just two days or three, silly me. He chuckled. 

Christian is used to Ezekiel's irritating presence. He was his editor since he started writing a novel. Christian's editor never changed, it was always Ezekiel. The main reason is that no one could stand how stubborn Christian is. He hardly accepts changes in his novel. But Ezekiel believed in him more than Christian believes in himself. Some editors changed the way Christian wanted to express his thoughts through his novel. Even though the changes are not that big, he hates it. Some are asking, why did he even had an editor. Christian needed mature opinion regarding to his novel, not to change what he wants. And as an editor, they are the first one to read the story and give comments about it. Also, he needed someone to help him improve the plot. Improve is different to change. He just hates it when the flow of the story was completely changed. Lastly, Christian may be creative. He is one of the prominent writers in today's era, but his grammar is off. Some editors tried to understand his sentiments but they failed. They are not even close. Only Ezekiel, alongside with his close friends knew what his heart is trying to express. That's why he only had one editor. Despite of him being stubborn, he produced novels which made the readers feel the emotion. Thanks to Ezekiel. 

"The deadline is near. I'm nervous but I know I got this. I had Ezekiel to support me." He unconsciously said before falling asleep. Or maybe not.

Christian Simoune, a famous author.  Throughout his journey, he faced a lot of challenges. Unfortunately, He tends to feel burned-out writing because of those challenges. As time passes by, he experienced unusual events.  Will it help him reach his goals despite of the challenges he is facing?

But after a long time, His journey reached to an end. Is he happy? Is he satisfied? But the important question is,

The book keeper noticed Rory walking towards the book store " Hello Rory " hi.. " HI " how do you know my name ? Honey honestly there's not a new person that doesn't move in the community that no one finds who they are in such short notice.. Oh so everyone knows my name ? Yeah! You and your sweet mom Lauren.. I didn't quite catch your name.. 

Oh my name is Tiffany my mom owns the mall just up the street " The Mall " This little community has a mall too ? Rory's eyes got big and her heart swelled up with joy. Well me and my mom will definitely have to visit! So what kind of books do you have ? We have fiction to non fiction, Christian books, Christmas books as well, we have classics and children's books as well!! Wow, I just love books.. Rory is anxious to take a look! Do you mind ? 
Not at all.. Don't you just love books ? Rory heard another voice. Yes I have loved books back to when I was in 1st grade. She looks to see a woman who looked like she was in her 50's and heavy set! Oh Rory I'm pleased to meet you I'm Mitzi I'm the Mayor's sister! " Oh Hi " don't you just love The smell of books ? Mitzi asked! Yes I sure do.. well I'm gonna keep looking and see what I can find! Oh OK, I'll let you go. You have a good day Rory.. You too! 

She finds several books and turning pages to page the little words that really stood out to her really caught her attention to purchase the books. 
" Oh umm, Tiffany ? " Yes Tiffany answered back! I wanna purchase these books.. Oh come on for you Rory you can have them. I have more copies. No honestly I wanna buy these books. RORY they are your's to keep. Honestly, it's my book store I won't get into trouble.. I still feel bad! I need to purchase these books. Rory, I'm not gonna take no for an answer, it's tour's to keep honest I told you I have more copy's in the back! I'll just write them down and later I'll put the other copies back in their places. Yeah, but still.. Get them and go, get out of you. Tear's fill Rory's eyes. Anything to see a smile on anyone's face is a blessing. " You are so sweet "
Rory's heart can't take anymore heartfelt moments. 
Now go.. " Get OUT " Tiffany suggested! Ok, I'm going! But wait.. Go Rory! Meet other people.. 

On her way out she noticed the City's town Hall and walks on bye and noticed the most good looking face on a man that she had never seen. At that spare of the moment! " BOOM " Someone opened the door to a store and hits her in the head and knocks her down on concrete and knocked her out! Everyone noticed as they watched and surrounded her  even the guy she seemingly had locked eyes with noticed and ran to help her gain conscience. He gets a few words out of her and picks her up with the bag of books still attached around her wrist and takes her to the town doctor. Rory then wakes up in a bed! Her eyes are starting to focus and she comes to herself.. Where am I ? Rory asked! She noticed that face again. Didn't I just see you ? Yeah, but we haven't been formally introduced! The doctor walks in. Looks like you've came to consciousness. 

You alright ? Yes, I have and I have to go; my mom don't know where i'm at. It's alright she's outside. She's outside ? " Rory asked! while her heart seems to be racing. " Wait! My name is Rory.. My name is Derek! My dad is the town doctor. His name is Luke! Ok, nice to meet you Derek! Wait Rory.. Yes! Rory answered! Are you doing anything this weekend ? Not that I know of.. Would you mind to go out with me this Friday ? Sure! On Rory's way out.. Wait I'm concerned, did we ? You know.. Kiss ? She suggested that she knew without knowing.. Yes, Derek answered with a smirk on his face. Really ? No! She smiles and he follows her out.. 
" Here are your books " with a smile on his face Thanks She grins and smiles back. He sneaks in for to kiss her on the right cheek. Her hearts racing with excitement! See you.. and thanks for helping Me. Next time I'll watch where I'm going. 

She makes it outside and see's The doctor and Lauren holding a deep conversation. Mom ? 
Are you alright Rory ? Yes I'm fine, wait you're getting a black eye. What ? Wait! Am I ? Yes the doctor takes a look and suggested that Rory go home and hold a cold compress over her right eye. Wait! That door knob must have been pretty high to hit your right eye. Well I better get her over to the Inn.. 
Wait! Luke stopped them.. Is that your Bed & Breakfast ? Yes I own it.. Well then it seems like we'll be seeing more of one another. Looks like it Lauren suggested! 

Lauren and Rory gets to the Inn and Lauren grabs a cold ice pack from the freezer and made Rory go straight to bed while allowing the Redness go down with the Ice pack on her eyes. So Rory goes straight to their room and lays her books down and lays the cold ice pack over her eye and falls asleep.
