"Why so serious?" was a common question for Evan. To him, the obvious answer was his life sucked. Evan had no hobbies, few friends, and a mundane daily routine. Of course, the chief reason was the stupid new kid. Ever since he stepped foot into Evan's sight, his life changed. Not only did the new kid steal Evan's confidence, but he also stole Evan's only friends.

At least Evan had Jun...right? [Locked away,] Evan has unresolved feelings. Would Jun bring them out? Or would the new kid push out Evan's true colours? Evan has to learn his true feelings himself, or his only chance to regain everything he lost, may be ruined.

Suzanne O'Izzy's journey still continues. New year, new rules, new things, new team mate, new .....feelings.

Suzanne was to find out this in a much harder way ever imaginable.

Follow Roland on his new journey against an unexpected foe.

"Hey wakey wakey Mr.Sleepyhead. You're gonna miss breakfast." A faint soft male voice called out to a young man sleeping soundly in bed. 

 "There's no point Aki, you're gonna have to do the thing." Another male voice called out. This one lower and smoother than the other having a sort of southern with a blend of wisdom in it as well.

 "Well I don't want to miss breakfast because of the new kid so I guess I'll have to do it. Just look away. You know I can't work with you staring at me while I do this." The first voice said now embarrassed for what's about to happen to the still sleeping newbie.

 With a sigh the second Male turned around and just kept a lookout in the doorway while the other began to speak Japanese while performing a dance. Slowly as he performed each step in the dance his body began to change. A small hole began to grow at the top of his head with water filling it in, skin began turning to a smooth green texture while his back began to broaden and caused him to slouch as his mouth began to extend and change into a beck like shape. After he finished the last step in his dance he stood at the end of the bed looking down at the still sleeping boy. 

 "Why do we always get the heavy sleepers?" Aki asked himself ensuring the other male wasn't looking at him as he took a deep breath and began to squirt out water from his mouth onto the sleeping boy. It took a few seconds but after the blanket began to absorb all the water the sleeping boy sat up still getting water shot in his face. Until he held his hands up blocking the near endless stress. 

 "Okay okay! I'm awake! Stop with the water already!"

 "Look at that, he's not dead. I was wondering if you were in a coma but it's good to know that you're not because I would hate having to take care of your motionless body." The second voice chimed in coming up along side Aki not even phased at the others strange transformation. He moved along around the side of the bed to a small dresser opening it and pulling out a black uniform. A black button up suit jacket with red highlights at the hem with red buttons, a polyester sweater vest with accents of red, black and grey and to top it all off a pair of black slacks to put it all together.

 The second kid tossed them at the foot of the bed patting Aki on the back signaling them to get out so the new kid could change. With in seconds Aki went back to his original human form rolling his shoulders back and stretching his back making a very audible popping noise. The two soon leaving the room giving the now wet new kid a chance to change.

 It took a few minutes but the kid manage to come out of the room fully dressed as he pulled on his shoes walking out. Aki and the second kid were at the end of the corridor waving their hands from him to follow. Hesitant at first the new kid followed looking at each door he passed by. Each one having at most four name plates on them with a few having one. Each door also had some sort of decoration to them giving him an idea of what sort of person or persons sleep in that room. One thing he notice was that most of the names were of Japanese origin with a small few having English first names. One door that stuck out the most was one that appeared to have claw marks at the bottom of the door. They were far to large to be a cat's but to wide to be dogs either. The new kid was gonna take a closer look until the door opened and out came a very large and intimidating young man. The new kid had to strain his next a bit to look up at him and took a step back out of fear and curiosity as to how tall this kid even was. If you can even call him a kid. 

 Before he could sleep Aki came up beside him and just pulled the new kid away with a nervous laugh. The look in his eyes saying more than enough when it comes to interacting with this giant. 

 "Sorry about that Hachi, you know how the new kids are. Always curious and nosy not minding their own business. We'll be on our way to breakfast. See you there, have a nice day and please don't hurt us." The nervous laugh still continuing until they turned the corner of the corridor and walked down the stairs. Aki letting out a sigh as they seemed to be a good enough distance from Hachi. "Okay new kid, rule number one: Don't mess with Hachi. He's the toughest guy in this dorm and he's pretty much a monster when he's in a bad mood. So your best choice is to walk the opposite direction he's going in."

 The new kid just nod following the two boys as they lead him to the dining room of the dorm. It was nothing fancy as you would expect. They're were bench tables lines up in rows of five with other boys taking up several of them. The lunch line was more of a buffet set up with the kids taking their trays and getting whatever it was they felt like having. There was also two vending machines with one being for soda and the other candy. It really wasn't all that interesting. 

 The three boys went in the line with the second one going over the rules of breakfast, lunch and dinner. "Alright new kid, breakfast starts from six to seven thirty, lunch takes places after third period so it goes from ten thirty to twelve and dinner starts at seven and ends around nine. Breakfast and dinner are in the dorm and lunch is in the cafeteria in the main building by gym. We'll show you it on our way to class." 

 "That's nice and all but not to be rude or blunt but who are you two and where exactly am I?" The new kid finally asked having this question pop up in his head the second he woke up and realized he wasn't in his bedroom anymore. 

 "Oh yeah introductions, I always forget about those. Been forever since I last introduced myself to a new kid. I'm Inari and this Aki, we're both sophomoresand this is Eternal Boarding School. A place for the gifted and troubled kids who have so much talent that they end up using it for the wrong reasons. Think of it as a sort of celebrity rehab but with talented and gifted kids from the ages of fourteen to eighteen. So instead of drama relating to drugs or addictions the drama comes from hormonal teens trying to find a meaning in their lives. It's like a drama show but you're in it and instead of their being a happy ending or a season finale that concludes everything you're forever boned." Aki balancing his tray one one hand while extending his other for a proper handshake. "Alright new kid what's you're name?" 

 Slowly the new kid extended his hand up and shook Inari's and then Aki's still a little hesitant at trusting them completely. Then again they haven't done anything that didn't come off as untrustworthy. "I'm... I'm, I don't remember my name." 

 The two sophomores looked at waxy other than at the new kid just as confused as him. They walked towards an empty table signaling the new kid to follow them and take a seat beside them. Aki was more logical than Inari so of course he just stood up and looked at the vest tag to see if it had a name printed on it like everyone else's. Instead be gave Inari a look saying they he got nothing and couldn't think of anything else that could help them figure out the new kids name. 

 "Alright new kid, do you recall anything that happened yesterday? For example how you got here or even why you were sent here in the first place?" Inari taking a bite out of his eggs as Aki went to the vending machine and got each them a bottle of apple juice. 

 The new kid sat there and thought about what happen the day before. Closing his eyes straining them a bit as he thought over what had to have happen to him to get hom here. the more he focused the more blank thoughts kept appearing in his head. The only thing he could recall is the color white but then it instantly vanished to a blank memory as well. Before he could focus anymore on the thought Aki shook him to get him to snap out of it. Quickly handing him a napkin and pointing at his nose as it began to bleed a little. 

 "I don't remember anything. It's all blank and the only this I recall is the color white. It hurts a bit trying to focus on that color and what I means." Wiping his nose clean as he bundled up the napkin and set it aside as Aki tried to focus on anything but the napkin. 

 Inari gave Aki a look and let out a sigh as if this was the biggest lost to them. "Well we're shit out of luck and ideas then. They didn't tell is we were getting a new roommate and they didn't put a name tag up on the door to give us an idea of what your name is. I didn't want to say this but I snooped around your dresser before we woke you up and the only thing I found was a note saying the dean will want to see you after breakfast. If anyone has any ideas as to who you are it will most likely be him. As a heads up he's pretty much an asshole all around so be ready to sit in a chair while he lectures your very soul away." Aki giving a look that pretty much agreed with every word Inari said. 

 The three boys ate and talked a bit with Aki and Inari explaing the basics of the school. The new kid asked if what had happen this morning with Aki turning into a weird turtle was normal or at the very least he was seeing things. Inari just laughed as Aki rest his head against the table disappointed that the new kid remembered what had happen. 

 "Okay since it's stupid to keep things simple here and try to follow the first rule we were told to follow I'm gonna take a note from Inari book and break it. Look when Inari mentioned special talented kids he didn't mean like young professional violin players or artist he meant demigods. As in the love child between some ancient god and a mortal and we're all sent here to serve a prison sentence for however long the gods see fit. What you saw is my special demigod power. I can turn into a kappa and I hate it because it's the worst gift anyone could possibly have." Aki looking up at the new kid who didn't seem to believe him for asecond. "Dont believe fine. Watch this." Aki getting up and taking a fork as he stabbed it right through Inari cheek all the way through before stabbing it in his throat. 

 Everyone wasn't phased at all and only the new kid jumped in fair as Aki sat down and cleaned his blood stained hand with napkins. Inari fell forward motionless and lifeless as he bleed out. The new kid was about to leave to get help but Aki grabbed his wrist and pulled him down to watch what happened next. It was as if time itself rewound in on itself as the blood that was dripping on the floor started to float up and back into Inari open wound. Even Aki hands became clean as the blood came off him and back into Inari body as the wound slowly closed in on itself. Soon Inari breathing came back as he slowly sat up with the fork slowly pushing out of his throat and onto the table. He lightly rubbed his throat and twisted his neck until he let out a sigh flipping Aki off. 

 "Yeah, everyone in this dorm is immortal meaning we're all here because we abused our powers." Inari said as he just stood up and stretched his back before grabbing his tray heading towards the trashcan to dump out his food. Aki followed behind him until the overhead speaker went off signaling for all tenants in room 2-E to report straight to the Dean's office. The two boys looked at each other than to the new kid who sat at the table in shock. Inari went up to him and just pat him on the back snapping him out of his fear induced state. 

 "Come on new kid. They're calling for us. You'll get filled in at the Dean's office." The three boys leaving as everyone else went on with their usual day to day business as if nothing out the usual happened. However the new kid kept his head down and just tried to process everything that just happened. Not even listening to Aki and Inari explain the layout of the school to him. 

 Just what sort of hell did this new kid wake up to?

Since the dawn of time mortals have wanted immortality but only a few have been blessed with such a curse. Demigods have always wanted to either be acknowledged by their God parents or live peaceful normal lives. However there are the few Demigods who want neither and are punished with what man only desires. In order to keep these immortal demigods hidden and away from the world the Gods from all realms have agreeded to make a place for them to live out their punishments. Now with a new pair of demigods joining the ranks of Eternal Boarding School old students and new come together to escape their torment, prove their innocence and even return the torment done on to them back to the ones who wronged them.



*Arthur's PoV* 

8 months had passed, and I'm still trying to know what this world really is about. I was finally able to crawl because my limbs and bone muscles grew drastically from constant milk consumption and due to the proper care of my parents. 

"Damn, elf's milk sure is different from humans". 

I can speak finally speak too but can only mutter few words some of them are "dadada" "papa" and "mama", those simple words is useful enough for me to move around this house. However, im disappointed how idiotic of me to say those words, I'm a ruler and yet i can only say dadada? That is an embarrassment not only for myself but for my people. 

In terms of vision, my vision gradually changes. When i was newly born the image i can only see are illuminations of random colors, there's no shape nor images. But now, from constant milk consumption i was finally able to see something, i can finally see my family without any bothersome blurred colors and such. And there, my heart feels elated. 

It felt like it had found a treasure that no one knew existed. I found a treasure more worthy than jewelry and gold combined, a family. 

My mother is so beautiful like an elf. She's a hybrid, half-human and half-elf. She got blond and pure white skin, her eyes are blue like the sky. 

My father is like Sasuke who left the hidden village because he's so stupid. He's tall, pure human, had long black hair and his eyes are as black as the night sky, scary yet beautiful. He's handsome however, he got an emo vibe. 

The amount of joy i had at that moment is like finding a treasure buried beneath the deepest part of earth. A treasure indeed.

*ARTHUR's POV* 

It's 8 am in the morning and my mother finally went to buy ingredients in the town, it's an opportunity for me to study in the library again. 

Arthur then climbs up on his cradle then crawls towards the small library. It is such a hassle for my small body to do this, If hypothetically i fell down drastically in this poorly built cradle, i could end my life by literally crushing my skull. 

This house is not so bad at all, considering that they even have a spare room for a library indicates that they are not poor and have the privilege to have a library, even though it is small it is still endearing. 

Everything is such a hassle, from moving and reading. I have to exert an unimaginable amount of force to just simply crawl let alone i do something a baby wouldn't even dare to do. 

"the doorknob" Arthur said in dissatisfaction. To enter the library in his house, he must first crawl all the way through there and open a door. Luckily the library is right next to where his cradle is. 

Now, in front of the door thinking of what way to approach and open it. Arthur found himself in a giant task he couldn't do. 

And so he seeks outside help, a very clever yet working plan. 

First, he will cry. 

"HUWAHHHHHHH" Arthur had sold his sanity to the devil. 

"DADADADAAAAAAAAAAA" Arthur is calling for his dad. 

After quite a while, Arthur finally heard footsteps and there his dad finally came. 

"Art, what are you doing here" Troy found Arthur laying on the ground in front of the door that leads to the library. 

"DADADADAAAAA" Arthur cries while pointing to the door that leads to the library. 

"do you want to go there?" Troy was amused. And so he picks up and carries Arthur to the library. 

"yes, become my feet and hands being that brought me here" arthur speaks in his mind. 

"do you want to read?" Troy asked. 

"dadada" arthur had no choice but to act like a baby, because he really is a baby. 

The library had three bookshelves, each having 5 shelves. A table can be seen in the window and that's where they are headed, first Troy leads Arthur to books where baby stories is stored. 

"what do you want to read" troy approach the bookshelf and let arthur choose books. 

However that's not the shelf Arthur wants, so he pointed the shelf near on the side of the table then pointed at a book name "the three kingdoms". Troy noticed it so he looked at it but- 

"you wanna know about the kingdoms huh, but you won't understand the contents anyway" troy then picked a children story type book, but arthur insisted that he wants that book. 

"i was finally able to reach the upper level of this shelf and then you'll say that I must read a childrens book? that's very stupid of you father." Arthur spoke in his mind. 

There they sat at the table while Troy put Arthur on the top of it, Troy opened a book about a kid that is lost and somewhat found himself in a different place. Arthur who poses no power, let his father read him the story. He was of course interested in it because the title is quite catchy for him. 

His father began telling the tale of a kid who plays in the woods and lost himself. 

The tale features a bright kid, a kid of talent, and is loved by everyone. He lives in a very dilegent life, the kids' father is a diplomat so they travel to town and town. One time, at a town where his father works. A lady comes and pays a visit to their house, the lady is his father's colleague the lady also brought her daughter with her. The kid doesn't care about the daughter, yet the daughter seems to be interested in him. 

Every time the lady pays a visit to their house, The kid and the Lady's daughter would always play. From a family roleplay chase, they would play all day and tire each other if they. However, while playing tag under an apple tree, a new kid appeared. They do not know who the kid is and where he came from. Both of them are hesitant to play with him however the new kid explained that he is their neighbor, the kid and the daughter agreed to play with him but only for One time only, the new kid agreed and so they played. 

Not knowing what to play, the kid and the daughter asked the new kid what game he wants them to play. 

The new kid is delighted and so he chooses. 

"Hide and seek" he says. 

"what are the rules" the daughter spoke. 

"One will hunt the two down, while the two hides where ever they want" the new kid said. "even in the woods." the new kid added. 

"Woods?" The daughter exclaimed "i am not sure if we are okay with that, my mother doesn't want me to wander too far" she added. 

"Oh come on, we can do this its not that we will go that far anyways" The Diplomat kid exclaimed. 

The daughter liked the diplomat kid so she agreed nonetheless of the concerns. 

"the diplomat kid will be the one hunting us, while she and I hide." said the new kid. 

"ehhh? i want to hunt you guys" the daughter exclaimed. 

"oh come on, wheres the fun in that." The new kid contradicts. "the kid of the diplomat is much will be cooler if he hunts us." 

"yeah the new kid is correct, i am talented and all in. And i will never lose!" The diplomat kid is prideful and so the three of them agreed. 

"Okay, you can count to ten while your eyes are closed. while we hide." The new kid said and made a sinister smile. 

"Okay" said the diplomat kid, he faced the apple tree and started counting. 

"Ten" the daughter ran of inside their home 

"Nine" the new slowly walks away. 

"Eight" 

"seven" 

"Six" 

"five" 

"Four 

"three" 

"two" 

"o-" before finishing to count he heard the yell of the new kid. "IM INSIDE THE WOODS, COME AND FIND ME FIRST" 

"one. READY OR NOT HERE I COME!" And there, he runs straight to the woods without even hesitating. "you fool! you yell your location HAHAHA" He laughs while running expecting that he can catch the kid easily. 

"OVER HERE" The new kid yells, making the diplomat kid change the direction of where he runs. He runs and runs until he stopped to catch his breath. He's now in deep shallow woods. He hesitated at first yet he heard someone. 

"HERE" The new kid yells once again, but this time the voice is near and is heard loud and clear. The diplomat kid knew the exact location of where the new kid is, and so he approached it slowly. Slowly but surely. 

He walks and walks and now he is in the back of the tree where he thinks the new kid is. He jumped and- 

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH" Someone grabbed the diplomat kid. 

Meanwhile, Arthur and his father are having a little quarrel because Arthur cried all of the sudden. 

"WHAT KIND OF BOOKS ARE YOU READING ON ME" Arthur yelled. "I AM ONLY A TODDLER!" He cried. 

"oh come on now, it's not even finished yet." troy exclaimed. 

"NOT FINISH? I JUST READ THE LAST PAGE OF THIS BECAUSE OF HOW SLOW YOU READ IT" He yelled at his father but on troy's eyes, he is merely crying. 

"THE DIPLOMAT KID JUST GOT BUTCHERED AND SLICED INTO PIECES AND THEN HIS BODY PARTS GOT SOLD ON THE BLACK MARKET" Arthur who is enraged at how stupid his father is, started punching and slapping his face. 

"Now Now, please be nice at me" troy said while laughing. "I am merely scaring you" he added. 

"I AM A TODDLER! YOU'RE TRYING TO SCARE ME BY READING A HORROR STORY? WHAT KIND OF A FATHER ARE YOU." Arthur continues to punch and slap his father. 

"Okay okay, ill stop now," troy said. 

"I am not accepting you as my father." Arthur said, yet troy only heard dada dada. 

"how cute" troy blushed. 

"HOW DARE YOU!" Arthur is mad. 

"Okay, ill read the book you asked me to" Troy exclaimed. 

"Good" Arthur nods. 

"DID YOU JUST NOD ON ME?" Troy put his face in front of Arthur's face. But Arthur nod in disagreement, Arthur swayed his head left to right to indicate that he did not nod. 

"yeah no way you'd understand me, you're just a toddler anyway" Troy put his hand on his chin then nods to confirm his theory. 

Arthur who is dumbfounded said "what?" 

Now carrying the book Arthur wanted, he and his father sat at the table and began reading it

A king who once ruled a planet had now been reborn in the old times where not even computers existed. Now suffering into his new life, he tried to fit in but he figured it'll only be for a while. 

May the king, a boy, have a fine life. For God, who had planned everything will try to have fun with him as long as God wishes.

Hat Kid's mind is seeing darkness in her dream, as some dreams are just that. She sees an orange mist start to form. She hears an echoed scream but not like the one from the black and red creature, this one is of pain and suffering. She jolts awake panting; eyes wide and full of fear. Elder bug still standing where he was before looks over with concern. "Oh my! You scared the geo out of me." Hat Kid laughs and wonders to herself if that's possible. She takes a deep breath, gaining her composure back. "Y-you okay Hat Kid?" Elder Bug stutters with fear and concern. Hat Kid shutters. "Y-yeah, I think I'm good." She gets up off the metal bench. "I should go to sly's shop, I'll be back." Hat kid enters sly's front door. She hears an eager voice. "Patabas geo." A bug behind a counter says with excitement. "Guess my translator doesn't know everything, but I do know geo means currency" Hat Kid says nicely. "You must be Sly, I'm Hat Kid." "I am sly, what business of it is yours, do you come for trade or something more?" "Um... I come for trade I guess." "Ah, lovely what do you need?" "I need a new nail... that's what it's called right?" "Yes a nail; an ancient weapon of Hallownest, yet still used today." "I can see your's there is very dull and rusty. I'll take your geo and get you a shiny one which is standard issue for only 1000 geo." Hat Kid hands Sly 6 geo. "Kid... your kidding right?" Hat Kid shakes her head. *Sighhh* "Well I can't let a Kid die because I'm greedy." Alright I'll give you the new nail and when you have enough geo you come straight back here and pay me, alright?" "Wow! Really? Ok thanks Sly." Hat Kid takes the new nail and runs out to Elder Bug to show him her new killing machine. "Look Elder Bug I got a new nail." "Lovely, I think that will be much more useful than that old one." "Goodbye Elder Bug, I hope I see you again soon." Hat Kid says as she runs down to the well" She sees Elder Bug wave as she opens her parasol and prepares to float down. Hat Kid gives a smile back and jumps down the well, back to the forgotten crossroads.
Hat Kid starts walking down the grey roads with her parasol in one hand and her new nail in the other. "I crave blood right now... and not the drinking kind." More infected Husks come her way and she begins to strike them down with ease. "YES this is the adrenaline I need!" A husk with a nail and shell shield approaches. Hat Kid blocks it's strike with her new nail. She quickly knocks it off balance with her parasol and jabs her nail into its side; leaving it to crawl as it bleeds out. "That might have been a biiiit brutal... oh well, it's not like it could have been saved hehehe... maybe I am a monster. It's not like I want to kill ok... and now I'm talking to myself, great." "I'm listing." says a voice from above." "Gah, who's there." "Me, Tiso and who might you be? "Ahhhh, I'm Hat Kid." "Well Hat Kid; I can tell you're a great warrior like me based on that blue scar of yours... that or you're a terrible fighter. Either way, you could use some improvements." "Oh really, like what." "Well that parasol of yours is a bit of a waste of space... it does no damage I mean." "But this parasol saved me from falling to my death, I think it's good luck that I grabbed it." "Well then maybe you can combine it with your nail." Tiso leans forward with his hand out. "May I?" "Um, sure," Hat Kid says with a look of suspicion. She gives Tiso her nail and parasol. Tiso cuts the top of Hat Kids parasol off and attaches her nails hilt and a bit of the blade though the middle with some web. "Webs? Oh no, does that mean there's big spiders here?" "Yes and no, the weavers have left Hallownest but what they created in this kingdom still remains I was told. The only spiders left are wild and infected." Tiso hands back the new weapon to Hat Kid. "Hat Kid may I ask you to help me take down a thief." Well I'm no crime stopping time traveler she thinks to herself, but... "Sure, maybe they have something of use."
Tiso leads the way while Hat Kid follows behind. Hat Kid uses her new nail to attack at a greater range keeping herself safer. "Wow Tiso this combination is great." "ngak sehleh mak." "Whatever that means." Hat Kid whispers to herself. She sees Tiso using his only weapon which is a shield to bash infected bugs around. "Why don't you use something sharper like a nail because that shield doesn't seem to offer much offensively." "Ah child *Bam* you underestimate my weapon, for it can do much more, but I like the challenge against these weak bugs." Hat Kid decides it's best to not question Tiso's weapon anymore. They reach a large room and Tiso gets on one knee. "Child, you must go to the center of the room to lure the thief out." "Why can't you do it?" "You look weak and feeble compared to me and that will make the thief want to flatten you." "Fine" Hat Kid casually walks to the center of the room and looks back at Tiso who gives her a thumbs up. *Crash* "Ahhh" Hat Kid expecting a small creature to be the thief is met with a large grey armoured beetle with a mace crashing through the roof. "Woh samah!" Tiso springs into action bashing the big bug in it's helmet repeatedly trying to loosen it. Hat Kid dodges the bugs swings and strikes at it when it's safe as it fails to shake Tiso off. The false knight starts banging the ground back and forth, cracking the roof and causing debris to fall around. Hat Kid barley dodges the crumbling roof which sends her to the ground rolling. Tiso perks his head up distracted. "Kid!" He's grabbed by the False Knight and thrown to the hard floor. Tiso is forced to the defensive as the False knight leaps into the air preparing to come down with full force. Hat Kid picks her head up, her vision blurry as she reaches her hand out to Tiso who is about to be crushed. Tiso hurls his shield at the helmet of the False knight knocking it off. This puts an end to the False Knight from coming down with a powerful blow as it's now vulnerable and concerned. Tiso's shield returns to him at sonic speed. Tiso quickly holds his shield in front of him as the bug rapidly pummels it with it's mace. Hat Kid picks up her hat and weapon while watching Tiso run out of time before his shield breaks. She wobbles over and jumps on top of the False Knight. The bug unaware of Hat Kid is stabbed in the neck a few different times; the bug now in shock; the armor falls over to which the bug inside falls out with it's stubby legs flailing as it dies.
Tiso stands up tall looking beat up and inspects his shield which has been cracked. "Child, this fight was definitely a worthy battle of my time, you can take whatever the armor may have because I'm just in it for the thrill." "Is your shield still good?" asks Hat Kid. "Not to worry kid I can easily repair it; my species made them after all." "I really should have asked what we were up against because I thought we would be taking down a small bug like the one that fell out of the armor." "Yes, it appears it was a maggot that was using the armor that belonged to one of the Pale Kings champions." "How do you know so much about Hallownest." "I was told much about the history of Hallownest by a bug named Lemm in The capital city but the way I got in and out has collapsed so you will need a new way in." Hat Kid starts to loot the False Knight and finds lots of geo along with a fancy looking stone. "Your passion and pride for battle is going to get you killed one day Tiso." "I can't say I like your choice of words, battling is my only passion, if I felt passionate doing something else, I would do it." Hat Kid gives him a worrying look but he doesn't notice it. "This was a great battle, hopefully we met again for another wonderful challenge." Tiso takes off and waves goodbye. "Bye?; just like that?" Hat Kid continues her journey back to the well and goes in the opposite direction of which she came. A new scenery creeps into her field of view. This land is full of life. She is very calmed by the greenery and plants which is a nice change of pace from the dark and dirty Forgotten Crossroads. The sound of little critters rustling in the grass is never ending here on this green path. She feels the presence of something magical and it's not magical engineering like her stuff.

Far after the events of A Hat in Time, Hat Kid is back to her normal time traveler duties and ends up lost in the ruined kingdom of Hallownest, Hat Kid; who is now 283years old (relatively 17 in human years) must adapt to the mad world she has gotten stuck in and find timepieces to fuel her ship and get the peck out. Hat Kid meets familiar faces from Hollow Knight who help and/or hinder her in her quest to find timepieces. She must either leave Hallownest or help save it from the infection that plagues it, which is kind of the responsibility of time travelers, but this kingdom is no ordinary world by time traveler standards. Hat Kid try's not to go literally insane from all the chaos around her. Gaining new awareness, skills and gear from the world of Hollow Knight, she may just make it out. She will do what needs to be done in order to survive this psychotic world. 



(There is a bit of blood (Possibly not highly detailed gore) in some of the action scenes which is about as graphic as it will get... kind of, but it's not "human" blood so it's fine right?)

As much as I know, the hospital is lying about Richen's condition, his injury is life-threatening. Otherwise, why would that rich bastard put the condition of paying bills instead of waiting for Richen getting discharged and going for a settlement, wouldn't it be less hassle?" Miss Mary almost growled at Ray.

"She didn't agree, right?" Ray's voice went low by an octave.

Miss Mary understood it was not a question, it was his deduction.

She sighed and said " let's go to the hospital, we still don't have a clear picture of Richen's condition. I haven't received any call form your friends or hospital yet, his operation must be still going on."

Ray followed behind her without saying a word, his face darkened, fists still clenched, he wasn't even feeling pain when his nails dig under his skin. 'You dared to help a person who was hit by rich kid's car, couldn't you stay and help more and speak for him, if I ever met you or any other eye witness who didn't dare to talk because were bribed by that bastard, I will rip you in pieces.'

Miss Mary stopped a taxi and got inside, seeing Ray standing there with a stony expression she called him, " Richen living is more important right now, get in the car."

Ray unwillingly got into the taxi. As soon as he sat he rested his arm over his eyes, to Miss Mary it looked like Ray was taking a nap but only he knew sleep has left his eyes long ago and his brain was not helping but making him feel more miserable.

"Are you really agreeing in bringing the new kid in our room Alex?" A chirpy voice could be heard in the corridor.

"Yes." Alex replied flatly.

After returning to the room, Ray was surrounded by the twins and boy with glasses.

"How come Alex agreed? The new kid is younger than us, right?" Yujin asked in a small voice.

"Exactly! Exactly! Didn't Alex announce he won't babysit younger kids anymore?" Yuan's excited, loud voice resounded in before silent room.

'These guys are asking me as if I would know why Alex agreed.' Ray snorted.

"The new kid is just 1 yr younger than us, and Alex is smartest among all of us, just go with it." He turned and jumped into his bed and covered himself from head to toe in the thick quilt. 'Go ask Alex yourself if you have guts.' Ray snickered and started reading the actions comics he was issued by his class teacher under torchlight.

"Alex! Cris! Ray! Dummy, you too get up! The new kid is on the door with Miss Mary, HURRY UP!!!!" Yuan jumping could be seen by the 4 kids, and his excited, loud voice could be heard by Miss Mary and others outside the door.

The door was opened, and a kid with light honey-coloured skin was standing with Miss Mary and 15 yr old guy holding 2 suitcases and 1 school bag that looked like it belonged to the new kid. He was covered in olive green colour puffer jacket which was reaching his mid-thighs, he was wearing thick pants with winter boots. His forehead was covered in thick gauge which looked fresh.  He was holding Miss Mary's hand with his right hand, the left-hand sleeve of jacket looked empty as it was hanging loosely.

Seeing 5 eyes staring at him, the new kid moved a step back and held Miss Mary's hand more tightly.

"Oye! didn't you saw him and me yesterday? Why are you looking as if you don't remember us?" Ray said, moving towards the new kid while pointing at Alex.

For any other person, Ray's voice would sound chirpy sounding lively and casual. But for some reason, the new kid almost hid behind Miss Mary.
Seeing the new kid's behaviour, Miss Mary wanted to ask Ray to calm down as Richen was feeling scared and nervous. But before she could say anything she heard Cris speaking.

"Ray, I guess you should let the new kid in first he just saw you. Did you even introduce yourself to him?"

"Uff! I forgot." Ray slapped his forehead and looked at Richen, lowered his voice and spoke with a smile.

"Hey, New Kid! I'm Ray, Your new roommate. You are going to sleep with me on my Bunk bed, If you want you can take down one, I don't mind sleeping on the top bunk. Uh! These are also your roommates, you can know them later. I love sports and reading comics if you want I can share mine."  Ray spoke in one go. Even though he lowered his voice to not scared the kid, his cheerfulness couldn't be masked.

New kid's eyes grew big, one could see he was astonished by Ray's behaviour, before he could even grow used to it, he was surprised yet again.

"Here, take this. i'm bribing you now only, by giving you my favourite comic. So. whatever happens you wont shift any other room or even other bunk bed in our room." Ray's voice was heard again.

Nobody knew when he went in to get the comic and were shocked. But what shocked them more was the new kid was smiling and his head bobbing while holding the comic as a treasure.

He was successfully bribed. Everyone knew it.

Watching from the rooftop he thought to himself about his past ‘ i did it mom.’ He said to himself.

“Stop talking to yourself , will you?” Came a melodious voice with hands wrapping around his waist.
Seeing the woman in his arms staring at him with her dazzling eyes, he smiled and kissed her forehead.

“We did it mom.” This time it was not said to himself, but out aloud for everyone to hear.

"Mr, will you marry me?" he looked towards the woman who was in her arm few seconds ago now, proposing him for marriage.

"You took my job." he scratched his head feeling embarrassed.

" Just answer for once." the woman chuckled.

" Yes. I would be happiest man to be your husband".

"Honey! It's time to go to your new school!" Cody's mom shouted, "Coming!" Cody shouted back. Cody sighed, he wondered why he had to move away from all of his friends back in Washington. So far he hated Pennsylvania, but he didn't complain to his mom after all she had been so sad after dad and her got divorced, so he packed his backpack, threw on his coat and got ready for a new adventure. "Hurry up Cody! You're gonna  miss the bus" His mom told him "Okay, Okay I'm going" . He scrambled out the door and told his mom goodbye, "New student eh?" The bus driver asked. Cody ignored him without even realizing. He was so sad to move away from his best friends in the whole world. He remembered the time they pranked their math teacher Mr. Grayson by putting a whoopee cushion on his chair and the time they Switched the music at the dance to whale noises. "Hey New kid" somebody whispered to Cody. "Who said that?!" Cody asked. "Woah, calm down new kid I just want you to buy something" The kid whispered "Okay?" Cody whispered back He saw the kid had a black eye. "I saw you looked a little sad you know what will cheer you up?" the kid told Cody  "Who Are you?" asked Cody. "" the kid screamed "It doesn't matter, because you see I got this egg here and I already have two dogs, so gimme five bucks and he's all yours" The kid said while grinning "I don't know" Cody said "Three bucks?" the kid asked "I'll think about, do you ride this bus in the afternoon?" Cody questioned the boy. "No, Deal or no New pet" the kid said, "uhhh, fine" said Cody. The kid quickly grabbed the egg from his backpack and gave it to Cody.
