Changing back into his human form, Zane smirked when he caught Jasmine looking at his naked body.
Blushing at the sight of a naked Zane, Jasmine narrowed her eyes when she noticed his smirk, "You better get talking or else I walk!"
Knowing she was serious, "I'll be right back." He quickly ran to the laundry room, grabbing a shirt and pants. Putting them on as he made his way back to the lounge, fearing that Jasmine had ran away, sighing in relief, when he found her still in the same spot.
While Zane had left the room, Jasmine stood in her spot, thinking...She wasn't stupid or crazy, she had seen with her own eyes the transformation and as hard as it was to believe, it was real. She had read werewolves stories over the years, enough for her to understand what was going on, but...what did that mean for her and Zane?
"What now?" She asked, when she heard him come back.
"It depends on you..."
"Meaning?" She asked, looking at Zane inquiringly.
"As I said, you are my mate. You can either reject me or accept me." Zane responded, hoping she gave him a chance.
"So...everything that I was feeling since meeting you...has been...?" She queried, wanting a few facts in place.
"Part of the soul mate bond. My wolf recognized you as his mate, the moment we met." Zane replied.
"And you telling me this now...why?" Knowing there was more to this than he was letting on.
Rubbing his neck nervously, Zane knew that he needed to tell Jasmine the whole truth, "I didn't like lying to you..."
"But there is more...?" Jasmine asked, narrowing her eyes at him, "I can understand not wanting to start a relationship on a false note...But, instinct is telling me that there is more to your story?"
"True..." Shuffling like a nervous teenager, under Jasmine's intense stare, "There has been a threat made towards my mate...you!" He huffed out, "And I needed you here, to protect you and the only way to do that was to come clean."
"Okay...so let me get this straight." Glaring at Zane, when he attempted to interrupt her, shutting him up with a look, pacing the room, "You're a werewolf. I'm your mate. What I had been feeling whenever we came within touching distance, was part of the bond and there is a threat on my life...! And I can either reject or accept all of this? Or just walk away as if this never happened?"
"Yes..." He responded, unsure where she was going with all of this.
Her head spinning with everything, Jasmine needed to get out, she needed fresh air, to think and take a moment to absorb all that she had found out, "I need a moment..." She said, "Don't..." When Zane attempted to stop her, "Give me a moment and don't follow me!" Walking out the house, breathing in the fresh night air, her mind whirling...

She was human and he was an Alpha werewolf.

I lift the big wolf and place it on my back, I feel them hurt when I do this, but I support it and then I run away from that place where the battle happened.
I keep running for a while, trying to understand where I am, when I find out, I change the direction of my race to that of my base.
After a few minutes of running, I arrive exhausted, put the big wolf on the floor, and then lie face down on the floor, because my back is still injured.
 
Damn, this wolf is not heavy but it is very big, and that made it very difficult to carry him in a comfortable way, besides I had to make several detours, so as not to encounter other monsters.

Finally, the last one has only a small golden ball, which I found, where the wolf's heart should be.

*A/N: Hello lovelies, I'm sure a couple of you have been wandering what they all looked like and so I've been working on this since I started the book, Sapphire and Landon probably have the most details about them and themselves due to that they are the main characters, but I also did the other important characters that you will be seeing a lot of. My plan was to hold on publishing this until Trinna was fully introduced but I thought that this would be a nice spoiler on who she is until the next chapter is ready. I very much know that Evan Porter is all question marks and that's because he won't be in for a couple more chapters so I have given a sneak peek on a brand new main side character of the future or at least I gave his name. I am currently working on the new chapter when I find some free time, but I don't have much of that so hopefully I'll finish it soon!*

Sapphire is a normal girl who gets good grades, never gets into big or much trouble. That is unless a certain Landon is with her. She is the captain of the boy's baseball team for they is no girls softball team and captain of the girl's soccer team until coach requests her to be co-captain of a coed team. 
Landon is the alpha to be. He is arrogant, egotistical, the school's bad boy, one of the hottest guys besides Sapphire's brother Lee, and the biggest player. Landon loves to pick on some people mostly guys, but there is a certain girl who always picks fights with him as he also picks fights with her. 
"Come on Love just do it."
I looked at the man who is hidden behind the mask. "Yea, no I am not jumping off a tree into the pool, and like I said don't call me Love Landon!"
He smirked. "What's wrong, you scared Love?" He said stepping closer.
"L-Landon step away."  I said trying to push him away but his face was only a few inches away.
He smirked as my cheeks started to heat up even more than what they are. "Ah I know what it is, I make you nervous. Don't worry Love I won't tell, and we will continue this discussion later." He winked and slowly pulled away and dropped his coat on my head before he started to walk away.
"I-I hate you Landon." He chuckled as he met up with my brother.
