"Shameless!" the demonic hamster shouted as it brandished its toothpick-sized sword, pointing it at Song Shuhang.
While they were having a one versus one fight in the arena, this guy had actually cheated and used a 'talisman' at the critical moment!
"What? Shameless?" Song Shuhang stared at the demonic hamster in disbelief.
Did this hamster think that they were having a friendly spar between cultivators? This was a battle to the death between a demon of the Netherworld and a human cultivator! The objective was to kill the opposite party, and as long as they succeeded, everything was allowed!
"Yes, I have never seen someone as shameless as you!" The demonic hamster was fuming.
"Actually, if we are talking about being shameless... you are the one who is being shameless!" Song Shuhang said to the demonic hamster while lying inside the transparent barrier. There wasn't much he could while inside the barrier. As such, he decided to verbally attack the demonic hamster.
"What? I'm the one who is shameless?" The demonic hamster brandished its toothpick-sized sword, and said, "How exactly am I shameless? You'd better give me an explanation real quick because I'll tear you to pieces otherwise!"
Song Shuhang lay down on the ground of the arena and pointed at himself. "What's the current level of my strength?"
"You've just advanced to the Third Stage," the demonic hamster replied.
Song Shuhang gritted his teeth, and said, "Very well. Now, why don't you tell me what's the current level of your strength?!"
The demonic hamster said smugly, "I'm currently at the peak of the Fourth Stage Realm, and I'm only one step away from advancing to the Fifth Stage. Even if my body is small, my strength is much higher than yours!"
"Don't you realize how shameless you are?" Song Shuhang said. "I'm someone that just advanced to the Third Stage Realm, while you are already at the peak of the Fourth Stage and only one step away from advancing to the Fifth Stage Realm! Aren't you embarrassed for setting up this arena and forcibly pulling me here, forcing me to fight a one versus one battle against you?"
"Are you retarded or something?" It was now the turn of the demonic hamster to look at Song Shuhang in disbelief. "I reached my current level because I practiced diligently, and the battle between the two of us was fair and square. What's shameless about it?"
"..." Song Shuhang.
You are retarded, your whole family is retarded!
He was completely unable to communicate with this hamster!

But before it could even make its move... five evil-warding talismans and five sword talismans flew toward its face. This turn of event was simply too sudden, and the hamster was unable to dodge.
In front, the corner of Song Shuhang's mouth rose.
The time of the defensive barrier wasn't up... and it was Song Shuhang who had withdrawn the barrier.
Ten talismans exploded on the body of the demonic hamster. Its small body was engulfed by the continuous explosions of spiritual energy.
These evil-warding and sword talismans were talismans of the Fourth Stage rank that Palace Master Seven Lives Talisman had manufactured with great care.
The evil-warding talismans had the power to disperse evil energy, and had the capacity to restrain the demons of the Netherworld.
As for the sword talismans, they had an attack power comparable to 70% of the power of Palace Master Seven Lives Talisman's own attack. Getting hit by five streaks of sword qi at the same time would be enough to inflict severe injuries upon the body of the demonic hamster!
The purifying effect of the evil-warding talismans and the sword light of the sword talismans completely suppressed the demonic hamster.

The transparent barrier didn't truly disappear after it was withdrawn.
The barrier would lose its effectiveness only after all the energy inside the talisman was depleted. As such, within a short period of time, it was possible to erect the barrier again after it was withdrawn. However, even while it was temporarily withdrawn, the barrier would still keep consuming energy as though it was active.
Nevertheless, the energy of the transparent barrier was going to last for a long time. As such, Song Shuhang returned in the barrier, and lay down again.
After getting pounded to the ground, it took the demonic hamster a while before crawling up from the ground of the arena.
"It was really painful! Even more painful than what I had imagined!" the demonic hamster muttered as it rubbed its body. Then, it turned its head around, and discovered that Song Shuhang was once again hiding behind the barrier; its lungs almost exploded from anger.
The demonic hamster clenched its teeth, and said, "Are you a turtle or something?"
"Hehe." The corner of Song Shuhang's mouth curled up, his face expressionless.
The demonic hamster faintly sighed.
Forget it... after all, it had already completed its duty. The demonic hamster stretched out its claw and gently waved it. "It's this, isn't it?"
Song Shuhang's pupils immediately contracted. There was a vial of medicine in the hand of that demonic hamster...
It was the demodragon medicine.
"This thing should be the demodragon medicine, right? I can smell the scent of demodragon coming from it," the demonic hamster said in a soft voice.
After seeing the scene before his eyes, Song Shuhang immediately thought of something.
"I understand now. You are the demon that Senior White Two sent over to get a hold of the demodragon medicine, right?" Song Shuhang said while laying down inside the barrier. While in this special space, he could say Senior White Two's name aloud without getting censored.
"Senior White Rabbit? I'm not sure what you are talking about, but getting one vial of demodragon medicine from you was one of my duties." The demonic hamster clenched its teeth, and said, "Another one of my duties was to test your strength. Assessing your strength, cultivation techniques, martial skills, and magical techniques was all part of my duty."
Just what kind of strange duty was the demonic hamster carrying out?
"Oh..." Song Shuhang nodded his head. Still, the demodragon medicine was inside his size-reducing purse. As such, how did the demonic hamster take it out?
"Although I don't know what the point of my duty was... I know that is it now complete." The demonic hamster lifted its white robe, and put its toothpick-sized sword back in the sheath. "I'll take advantage of the fact that the scholars have yet to get serious to leave this place. If I delay any further, I might be unable to leave. In that case, we will meet again in the future, Song Shuhang... you bastard!"
After saying this much, the demonic hamster took out and activated another rune. The rune opened something akin to a space gate within the 'Battle Arena Dimension'. In the next moment, the demonic hamster drilled into the space gate while holding onto the demodragon medicine, disappearing without a trace.
It had left just like that.
"If Senior White Two wanted the demodragon medicine, couldn't he have just told the hamster to directly look for me? Was there really a need to go through all this trouble?" Song Shuhang was confused.
Wait a moment!
There is something wrong with this situation!
"Waaaait! Can you get me out of this place first?" Song Shuhang shouted while lying down inside the transparent barrier.
The demonic hamster had used some high-level space-related method to leave the 'Battle Arena Dimension'... however, Song Shuhang was still stuck in this dimension! He couldn't use the power of space, and thus had no way of leaving this place!
"Hey! Senior White Two, can you hear me? Quickly get me out of this place!" Song Shuhang shouted.
Just as he was shouting, a flying sword suddenly pierced through the 'Battle Arena Dimension'.
"Little friend Shuhang... what is the meaning of 'Senior White Rabbit'? Why are you adding 'rabbit' after my name?" Venerable White's voice was transmitted from the flying sword.
It was Venerable White's Meteor Sword.

At this time, in the level of the demons of the Fourth Stage.
The 'Battle Arena Dimension' wasn't transparent anymore, and was currently covered by a layer of strange light. The people outside couldn't see what was going on inside, and the people inside couldn't see what was happening outside.
After Venerable White rushed over, he used his space-related innate skill to slash toward the 'Battle Arena Dimension' with his sword.
In the next moment, he heard Song Shuhang calling out...


One day, Song Shuhang was suddenly added to a chat group with many seniors that suffered from chuuni disease. The people inside the group would call each other ‘Fellow Daoist’ and had all different kinds of titles: Palace Master, Cave Lord, True Monarch, Immortal Master, etc. Even the pet of the founder of the group that had run away from home was called ‘monster dog’. They would talk all day about pill refining, exploring ancient ruins, or share their experience on techniques.
However, after lurking inside the group for a while, he discovered that not all was what it seemed... 

Today was another sunny peaceful day where nothing happens BUT BUSY. 

If you asked CC what happened today, she could not answer you. Can't recall at all. She remembered she ate half a calzone for lunch? Everything else? Nope. Maybe something Covid-19 related?

"Your stupid human slave pen is medical related so yes, it was that." bites Mr. Hamster, doing research in CC's brain deadness. The hamster was looking up ancient roman aqueducts, yes bathrooms and fresh water supplies are very important to world-building. CC and Mr. Hamster likey. They also like semi-arches, pretty useful arches. 

Nerds. 

"Huh? Mr. Hamster when did I zone out?"

"Like....after lunch." 

"Oh!"

Ah yes the life of an office slave was .....mind numbing. So many phone calls. So many Covid-19 test scams.

"Mr. Hamster did I finish the press release rewrite for the doctors?"

"Ya."

"K cool. Did I do a good job."

"No. I did."

CC kinda remembers now, translating doctor speak was hard. Especially when they're cussing and crying about how stupid their patients are. It sounded a lot like high school teachers correcting their students homework.

"Remember everyone, don't get scammed so easily- do your research. Yes that was the motto!"

"Meh. " squeaked the hamster, not caring about the high scam rate of humans in their scary pandemics. 

Hamsters just want to scam readers. Of their feels. Tears and feels. 

Money would be cool but tears and feels. THe goal was to scam them into a sense of quiet security and then TRUCK-SAN them into oblivion with feels. The only problem was that the hoooooman it controlled was also slammed by the same truck of feels. Why are humans so troublesome?

"I'm so sleepy again Mr. Hamster. Did we get any more work done?"

The hamster was mad.

So the answer was no.

"YOU ZONED OUT RESPONDING TO COMMENTS!!!"

"Again?"

"SOmetimes you passed out and I had to take over!!!"

"Oh thanks for thank Mr. Hamster! I think the readers like your answers more because they're so detailed with the facts."

"FACTS SMACTS I WANT SUFFERING"

CC would argue more but she was too brain dead. She did however recall it being a wonderful update bc then she would get lots of comments. Despite what the hamster complained about, both human and hamsters liked comments. 

For they were authors.

Weak weak attention-seeking authors that fangirl/hamster over their own novels.

Speak and you shall receive.

"k cool, I'm gonna pass out again." 

"NOT HERE, NO DON'T LEAVE ME IN FRONT OF THE SCREEN,!!!"

And so once again, CC will wake up with a strange kink in her neck and a ringing hamster in her ear.She will not get enough sleep, again, and work will make her run aorund like a headless chicken in a medical face mask. Again.

But the comments were nice. 

Comments keep authors alive. Tomorrow CC would reread all her comments, again.

And maybe food too. 

In this case, it was screaming hamsters that weren't wrong. What would this human ever do without the evil writing hamster? Write more fluff maybe?

Looking at the time, Logan realized he didn't have long before he had to go. The elderly hamster was slowly walking its way to the bush where Dani and the rest of the hamsters hid.

It was a long journey. Given it was only Vanessa, her three friends, and the elderly hamster, they were able to get by without being detected by predators. If only Dani put in the same amount of effort.

Upon escorting the old hamster into the bush, a giant puddle of hamsters was seen dug into the dirt. Dani was in the center sleeping like a kitten.

"Dani," called Vanessa, "You were supposed to watch them,"


"Nothing in this forest will touch them," she yawned, "I am fierce".


"You mean 'feerse'," said Logan looking at the time.


Mimi added, "Dani sleeping while the rest of us were running around like hamsters".


Vanessa rushed her lazy ass up and assembled her fur babies. After taking count, she realized somehow none of them died. Logan mocked Vanessa for allowing two hamsters to die back in the beginning. It was an amazing gift of the feral cats he added, to watch over young while sleeping.


"We will not let another hamster die," said Vanessa.


Logan added with a smile, "Well you got one, maybe two hours before I leave... And Dani doesn't run".


Vanessa rushed the hamsters into place. As before, Dani was to sit on top of a hamster while Logan, Mimi, and Kiki ran like heathens. When Vanessa wasn't touching a hamster, Kiki whispered, asking Logan if he was trying to make her fail. Instead of sabotaging, he was rather proud she made it this far. He even admitted that these hamster abilities would come in handy for not just the team, but her as an individual as well.

Despite her goofy nature, Vanessa was once again very careful about moving the hamsters across the forest. From bush to stump, she bound them away.

A fox was spotted on the radar. Using hand signals, Vanessa pushed everybody into hiding. The fox sniffed about the bushes, looking for food. She further signaled her three useful teammates into position. They waited for the fox to come near before striking.

Watching the predator from the radar, Vanessa studied its movements. It rushed over towards them. Logan and Mimi ran for a frontal attack, but the fox jumped clear over.

"Fuck," said the two attackers as an eagle swooped down at them.

Vanessa created a magical ball around them to prevent the eagle from gripping them. Her energy took a big hit creating those two spheres. She yelled for them to get back into the bush.

Logan yelled for Mimi not to listen, but it was too late. The eagle saw Mimi running towards a bush and attacked it directly.

Everything within the bush rattled to no end. It was an obvious hunting tactic that Vanessa wasn't aware of. It was to be expected from a girl who never hunted. Nor has she been through many survival themes.

Just the bush was nearly tipping over, Vanessa ran her furbabies away. The eagle swooped again to grab a hamster. Vanessa guarded it with a sphere.

The eagle's claws clashed with the magical sphere, causing it to fly up. Vanessa seized the moment to run everybody in a single pack.


As the eagle turned around for another strike, Vanessa set her team into a diamond formation. Each wing of the bird stretched well beyond that of the formation. Probably the size of a normal human.

Just as it nearly grabbed a hamster, Mimi rushed on it. Fortunate to the hamsters, they weren't shredded by their friendly spheres. That didn't stop the eagle from landing in the back with Dani.


"No no no no no, you will not eat Dani," she pleaded shooting at the large bird.


Logan called out asking Vanessa not to shield him again as she placed a sphere over each hamster in the back row with Dani. Being on a hamster herself, Dani was also shielded.


It glided to the center of the formation to grab one of many hamsters. Kiki hopped over many to jump into the eagle.

Like rain, the eagle saw it coming. Sure enough, Vanessa encased Kiki in a magical sphere.


A slight tilt was all it needed to avoid Kiki's clever attack. That slight tilt positioned it perfectly to Logan's throw card.

That tiny paper cut to the eagle's eye felt like a full-blown peck from another eagle. The bird flew into a tree.


Logan picked up a tiny hamster and ran after the fallen eagle.


"Not my baby baby," cried Vanessa.


Once Logan threw the little guy at the giant predator, Vanessa had no choice but to place a sphere on it as well.

The baby hamster ripped down the eagle's thigh. Logan further pushed it on the crying eagle's foot.

Mimi and Kiki cheered on Logan's antics against the bird while Vanessa cried for her baby.

The eagle flew away defeated before it lost any more blood.


Kiki called over, "Vanessa, I think this is a race"!

"Bro, this entire fucking trial is a race to not get eaten!" yelled Mimi.

Dani continued laying on her soft cuddly hamster, listening in on the team bicker. After a short minute, Vanessa decided to run her team through the forest. The cliff wasn't far. But with a potential threat at any turn and her magic reserves low, only time would tell if they made it.

Shortly after entering the desert, a foreign tremor was detected on the radar. It wasn't clear, but it was definitely headed their way.

"What is that?" asked Vanessa.

The elder shook while fumbling his words.

"It's a snake!" yelled Kiki.

Mimi and Logan grumbled under their breaths, not wanting to deal with anything. The cliff itself was in sight. Kiki asked to send her with Mimi or Logan. Mimi rejected the moment she looked on the radar. The area of the tremor wasn't only moving fast. It was also a big area. Meaning they were either facing a big snake or a bunch of small snakes.


Dani laid on her running hamster and said, "How about no. Just no more. Dani's done for the day".


"Quick!" yelled Logan, "Sacrifice Dani! It's the only way"! 

Dani quickly responded calling him a "Fucking traitor". 

Vanessa shook her hands, refusing to let a single hamster go. The elder saw the anguish in her heart in sacrificing one of her own for the sake of the rest. With the group of snakes approaching, she was left with no choice. 

She held one finger up at Kiki, signaling to cripple a single hamster. Kiki kicked a hamster's legs, causing it to fall back into the hoard of oncoming snakes. It cries screeched to Vanessa's now sensitive ears. 

Dani yelled again, "That could've been me, asshole"!

The pack of snakes ate at the hamster before continuing their chase. After noticing, Vanesa held out two fingers. Kiki and Dani each crippled a single hamster. They fell into the hoards of snakes, stopping them near completely. 

It was just the time needed to get up the cliff.

Fully reunited, in the tunnel, Vanessa stood in front of the elder hamster. 

Mimi couldn't resist pointing out how brutal it was. Logan even added that the fox pact wasn't hurtful. The very idea of sacrificing one's own for the sake of others was a challenging decision to be made. Ironically, it fell on Vanessa's shoulders. 

The elder acknowledged Vanessa's contribution. And while many of her achievements came from the help of friends, it was her wise decision to listen. He held out his tiny cold paws out, releasing a light that went into Vanessa. The Isekai system appeared informing her that the hamster skill tree has been activated. 


She immediately cheered through Logan's tutorial. He explained that the hamster skill tree was added to her training chart, but that she still needed to study each skill like she would a normal job class. 

Though it seemed Vanessa ignored every word he said to hug and play with the hamsters, she was fully aware of everything he said. 


The girls remained to enjoy their day with hamsters. Logan had to reschedule getting the two limit breaks for the next day. For now, he left to attend some important matters on behalf of the team.

Just a place where I can freely write and publish drafts for future events of my story.

Despite her goofy nature, Vanessa was once again very careful about moving the hamsters across the forest. From bush to stump, she bound them away. 

A fox was spotted on the radar. Using hand signals, Vanessa pushed everybody into hiding. The fox sniffed about the bushes, looking for food. She further signaled her three useful teammates into position. They waited for the fox to come near before striking. 

Watching the predator from the radar, Vanessa studied its movements. It rushed over towards them. Logan and Mimi ran for a frontal attack, but the fox jumped clear over. 

"Fuck," said the two attackers as an eagle swooped down at them. 

Vanessa created a magical ball around them to prevent the eagle from gripping them. Her energy took a big hit creating those two spheres. She yelled for them to get back into the bush. 

Logan yelled for Mimi not to listen, but it was too late. The eagle saw Mimi running towards a bush and attacked it directly. 

Everything within the bush rattled to no end. It was an obvious hunting tactic that Vanessa wasn't aware of. It was to be expected from a girl who never hunted. Nor has she been through many survival themes. 

Just the bush was nearly tipping over, Vanessa ran her furbabies away. The eagle swooped again to grab a hamster. Vanessa guarded it with a sphere. 

The eagle's claws clashed with the magical sphere, causing it to fly up. Vanessa seized the moment to run everybody in a single pack. 

As the eagle turned around for another strike, Vanessa set her team into a diamond formation. Each wing of the bird stretched well beyond that of the formation. Probably the size of a normal human. 

Just as it nearly grabbed a hamster, Mimi rushed on it. Fortunate to the hamsters, they weren't shredded by their friendly spheres. That didn't stop the eagle from landing in the back with Dani. 

"No no no no no, you will not eat Dani," she pleaded shooting at the large bird. 

Logan called out asking Vanessa not to shield him again as she placed a sphere over each hamster in the back row with Dani. Being on a hamster herself, Dani was also shielded. 

It glided to the center of the formation to grab one of many hamsters. Kiki hopped over many to jump into the eagle. 

Like rain, the eagle saw it coming. Sure enough, Vanessa encased Kiki in a magical sphere. 

A slight tilt was all it needed to avoid Kiki's clever attack. That slight tilt positioned it perfectly to Logan's throw card. 

That tiny paper cut to the eagle's eye felt like a full-blown peck from another eagle. The bird flew into a tree. 

Logan picked up a tiny hamster and ran after the fallen eagle. 

"Not my baby baby," cried Vanessa. 

Once Logan threw the little guy at the giant predator, Vanessa had no choice but to place a sphere on it as well. 

The baby hamster ripped down the eagle's thigh. Logan further pushed it on the crying eagle's foot. 

Mimi and Kiki cheered on Logan's antics against the bird while Vanessa cried for her baby. 

The eagle flew away defeated before it lost any more blood. 

Kiki called over, "Vanessa, I think this is a race"! 

"Bro, this entire fucking trial is a race to not get eaten!" yelled Mimi. 

Dani continued laying on her soft cuddly hamster, listening in on the team bicker. After a short minute, Vanessa decided to run her team through the forest. 

The cliff wasn't far. But with a potential threat at any turn and her magic reserves low, only time would tell if they made it.

Shortly after entering the desert, a foreign tremor was detected on the radar. It wasn't clear, but it was definitely headed their way. 

"What is that?" asked Vanessa. 

The elder shook while fumbling his words. 

"It's a snake!" yelled Kiki. 

Mimi and Logan grumbled under their breaths, not wanting to deal with anything. The cliff itself was in sight. Kiki asked to send her with Mimi or Logan. 

Mimi rejected the moment she looked on the radar. The area of the tremor wasn't only moving fast. It was also a big area. Meaning they were either facing a big snake or a bunch of small snakes. 

Dani laid on her running hamster and said, "How about no. Just no more. Dani's done for the day". 

"Quick!" yelled Logan, "Sacrifice Dani! It's the only way"! 

Dani quickly responded calling him a "Fucking traitor". 

Vanessa shook her hands, refusing to let a single hamster go. The elder saw the anguish in her heart in sacrificing one of her own for the sake of the rest. With the group of snakes approaching, she was left with no choice. 

She held one finger up at Kiki, signaling to cripple a single hamster. Kiki kicked a hamster's legs, causing it to fall back into the hoard of oncoming snakes. It cries screeched to Vanessa's now sensitive ears. 

Dani yelled again, "That could've been me, asshole"! 

The den of snakes ate at the hamster before continuing their chase. After noticing, Vanesa held out two fingers. Kiki and Dani each crippled a single hamster. They fell into the horde of snakes, stopping them near completely. 

It was just the time needed to get up the cliff.

Fully reunited, in the tunnel, Vanessa stood in front of the elder hamster. 

Mimi couldn't resist pointing out how brutal it was. Logan even added that the fox pact wasn't hurtful. The very idea of sacrificing one's own for the sake of others was a challenging decision to be made. Ironically, it fell on Vanessa's shoulders. 

The elder acknowledged Vanessa's contribution. And while many of her achievements came from the help of friends, it was her wise decision to listen. He held out his tiny cold paws out, releasing a light that went into Vanessa. The Isekai system appeared informing her that the hamster skill tree has been activated. 

She immediately cheered through Logan's tutorial. He explained that the hamster skill tree was added to her training chart, but that she still needed to study each skill like she would a normal job class. 

Though it seemed Vanessa ignored every word he said to hug and play with the hamsters, she was fully aware of everything he said. 

The girls remained to enjoy their day with hamsters. Logan had to reschedule getting the two limit breaks for the next day. For now, he left to attend some important matters on behalf of the team.

The Isekai Game is a vigorous sport where players battle in a variety of themes each month. From magic, alchemy, melee combat, gun slinging, themes, players are forced to fight each other and monsters alike. 



Vanessa finally has her shot at playing and making it to the pro leagues to live a life of wealth, fame, and adventure. But when her small guild of misfits is threatened by an in-game assassin and her "ghost" warns her of a traitor, she feels at the end of her ropes.

I know my first 2 chapters are confusing. I literally give the first 65 chapters free. My story has a "Do now, explain later" rhythm to it. The characters you read on in the first two chapters get fleshed out in the next two chapters. 
So give it a chance.

Alex had his mouth open at the scene in front of him. Before him was a 50-foot giant Hamster with dark green wings, Gold and silver stripes on its back and eyes like a ball of mercury. It was a weird combination.

The Hamster stood in the place where the wolf supposed to be and looked at Alex with eyes filled with excitement.

Alex stood there at the scene where the Hamster was at the size of a huge dragon. He couldn't react at the scene but not feeling any killing intent from this creature; he stood calm and steady.

"Big brother," a shout from his sister broke the silence. The Hamster was going to say something, but it shut its mouth with annoyance.

"Lily, What are you doing here? It's dangerous." Alex panicked, looking at his sister at the scene.

He continued, "Why do you people are here? You should've at least left Lily there." Alex shouted at Rose and the Voluptuous maid.

"Big Brother, it's not their mistake. They left me at the camp, but I was the one urged to come." Lily replied.

"kekeke, a pure little soul, aren't you?" the hamster which seemed silent talked in human tongue.

The air was surrounded by dust so the others couldn't notice. Alex had higher cultivation, so his vision was better than others.

When everyone heard the voice, they looked at the direction. Suddenly the dust cleared, showing its full majestic body in view.

Except for Lily, everyone felt terrified, looking at the creature. Lily thought the hamster was cute.

"You! Who are you? Where is the corpse of the Demonic Wolf?" Alex asked the hamster with vigilance. This is the first time he saw a beast talk, and it seems the intelligence of the beast is higher than a average human.

"Ke keke, Corpse? The attack at your level of cultivation and age is commendable, but it wasn't enough to kill me. Even calling it a scratch is excessive." the hamster replied with its eyes full of arrogance.

"What? You are that, Wolf?" Alex shouted in disbelief.

Mir felt she could clarify his doubts, "Alex, the beast in front of you is a Divine Hamster. Even though it is weaker than most of the divine beasts, but its surviving capabilities are second to none."

"What? Is this beast the same as the Divine Mammoth?" Alex asked in surprise.

"Yes, but the Divine Mammoth blood is an adult, and it belongs to the higher Realm. This one is just a baby compared to the real Divine Beast. In power, this one might somewhat comparable to a weakest lesser Divine beast." Mir replied.

The divine beasts are categorized as Lesser, higher, and Adult, where Alex's phenoix blood came from a lesser one.

"Brat, tell me how did you get the Divine blood? I can feel its artificially induced into your bloodstreams not inherited." the hamster questioned Alex with a threatening face.

Alex was confused by the actions of the creature in front of him. But he knew the beast need something from him; otherwise, it wouldn't wait and start a conversation between them.

"And what if I don't?" Alex asked with a calm expression like he wasn't afraid of offending the creature in front of him.

"Hmph, Arrogant! Brat with your puny cultivation you don't get to be arrogant." the Hamster said with a serious tone.

"But I don't mind. All these years of my waiting have come to an end. Come with me." the hamster ordered Alex.

"Don't worry! I don't have any intentions of harming you. You can also bring your female slaves with me." the hamster said again.

Princess Noel and Rose who was hearing the conversation between Alex and the Beasts felt their blood boiling in rage when that beast called them as mere slaves of Alex. The maids didn't mind as they already belonged to Alex and they knew their prospects of living with him is better than being a princess of this kingdom.

Lily, who was silent suddenly shouted, "They are not slaves, they are friends of big brother Alex."

"Yes, this is Princess of the Gromor kingdom, and I am the captain of the Royal guards." Rose stood before the beast trying to wipe the insult laid on the princess Noel.

"Princess? Kingdom, you say? Hahhahaaa....." the Hamster started to laugh out loud like it found the speech very funny.

"Little girl, let me tell you. I've seen kingdoms with their dump site bigger than your so-called kingdom. There are thousands of clans in this world with their territory 100 times bigger than your kingdom. A single sneer from their nose can wipe your kingdom off the existence" the hamster sneered at Rose for making such a statement.

"And the maids of those clans are thousand times powerful than your princess...." Alex cut off the hamster to stop it from making further insults to the girls.

"Stop it and tell me why I should follow? What if you had a trap waiting for us to fall in?" Alex said.

"Humph, Don't get carried, kid. I know the last attack was your trump card and I only need to pinch you to death. So If I wanted you already be dead." the hamster spread its aura suffocating Alex and the girls behind him.

Alex was helpless since the girls followed him; otherwise he could have escaped. Without any other choice, he had to accept.

The hamster looked at Alex with a smile and slashed the space with its claws. The surrounding area began to tremble, and a portal at the size fit enough for the hamster to enter appeared.

"Follow me!" the hamster said and jumped inside without saying anything.

Alex was amazed by the portal created by a single slash of the hamster. He started to feel the real power of the Divine beast.

He looked at the girls behind him and asked, "Look, I don't how dangerous the other side is going to be. And I am at least capable of escaping myself but I don't think I can with you guys."

"Alex, don't say more. We are capable of making a choice for ourself, and the rat itself said we could follow it." Princess Noel replied. Thankfully the hamster was at the otherside so it couldn't hear their conversation.

"Yes, we will follow you no matter what." the maids also replied.

Alex looked helpless on their decision. Lily also didn't say anything, but her eyes conveyed her resolution.

Alex jumped in first with Lily in her hands, and then others followed in.

Except Alex others started vomiting food on the ground. Their body wasn't strong enough to withstand the pressure from transportal. 

Alex placed his both hands on their head, which he already regrew without them noticing any change. Soothing energy entered their heads and healed them from feeling dizzy or weak.

They followed the hamster into the jungle and soon reached an old creepy hut which looked like it might crumble with a fart from their ass. 

The hamster which was big as a dinosaur suddenly shrank at the size of an ordinary little hamster. It slowly walked towards the hut and asked them to follow inside.

"Big brother, I am afraid!" Lily, who was in Alex's hands, said.

"That's why I said to wait at the camp. Do you want to return?" Alex asked with little expectation.

She quickly hugged his neck tightly and refused to open her eyes. Alex sighed and took her inside. The others, too followed them with vigilance.

The hut looked small, but they walked for an hour inside the long tunnel connecting the hut and the mountain behind.

At the end of the tunnel, a bright blue light was radiating with a bright shine. They looked at each other and went in.

The second they took a single step inside they stood motionless with their mouth hung open enough for a watermelon to fit in.

A child with his Ancient bloodline awoken gets killed in a plot. He then reincarnates into another universe with the spirit of the previous universe source sticking with his soul.

Chapter 49: Sloan's first fight.
Sloan stood in the center of the arena. His blood pumped with excitement. He shook his arms outward and bounced on his toes. He was so ready for this. Octnavin said that there were tons of aliens watching and betting on the other side of the mirrors. Sloan wished he could see the cheering crowd.
-No, you do not. A cheering crowd would distract you. Focus.- Octnavin snapped in this head.
Sloan jumped up and down to shake out his jitters. He stretched his shoulders. He could do this. 
Another platform rose near the other side of the dome. A human-sized hamster charged him. What the hell was that thing?
-Assess your opponent.- Octnavin admonished in Sloan's mind. -What are you doing? I told you to focus.-
Sloan had no fucking idea what he was doing. Razor teeth went for his jugular. Narrowly, Sloan escaped as he rolled to the side. Blood washed down the front of his chest. The giant hamster's teeth had got him. Only his adrenaline shielded him from the pain. As Sloan turned to run, the hamster swiped at his back. The bottom of his band shirt was shredded with his skin. That hit burned all the way down to his toes. He screamed. He sooooo couldn’t do this. Sloan got away from the rodent and bolted to the other side of the arena. He hit the glass. Sloan bounced off the mirrors and fell backward. The walls were like a giant trampoline. 
“Fuck. You could’ve told me that.”
-Focus.- Octnavin snapped in his mind again. -Your opponent is the Melzian. The alien is mostly harmless.-
-Harmless?- Sloan asked in his mind. Jumping up, Sloan ran again, all the while talking to Octnavin. -That thing has got teeth!-
-You have teeth, and you are mostly harmless.- Octnavin pointed out.
Sloan hit the ground face first when the hamster dug its fangs into his left calf. He kicked the rodent in the nose with his right heel. The alien hamster screeched like a bird and let go. Sloan got up as Octnavin fed him information on the weakest points of a Melzian. The hamster alien was mostly teeth and four paws. He had the claws, though. Those dagger-looking nails curved toward him, and they fucking hurt.
The hamster dove for him and got Sloan’s ankle. There was a crunch of bones. Sloan was drug across the mud. He flipped over onto his back as the hamster went for his neck again. Punching the creature, Sloan aimed for the eyes. He got in one good swing before he scrambled to his feet. He got into the fighting stance Octnavin taught him. Again, those paws with claws swiped at him. His stomach was ripped open. 
Sloan wrapped an arm around his middle. The agony and the blood loss had him dizzy. The hamster went for Sloan’s throat again. For the second time, the Melzian got his fangs into Sloan’s neck. Sloan gurgled on his blood. The hamster was shredding him. Even if he knew that he could be restored, Sloan didn’t know that for sure. His vision narrowed as he fought to stay alive. Wildly, he swung. The hamster had him pinned in the center of the arena. His body was covered in grime and blood. Gushing red fluid sprayed the hamster’s face.
-Did I make it more than ten seconds?- Sloan asked Octnavin in his mind.
-Twelve.-
Sloan’s vision blurred, and tears filled his eyes. His body seized. Pain flooded him. This was in more agony than he’d ever felt in his life. Claws dug into his chest like the hamster was ripping out his heart. What if the folantos couldn’t put him back together? What if he died for good? Maybe the snake girls wouldn’t bring him back. His life flashed before his eyes. His mom never loved him. His dad used him. He was so alone. He had always been that way.
-Octnavin?- Sloan reached for the calm that the alien always offered. Octnavin opened his mind like a warm, soothing shelter from the torment.
-Peace, little pebble. Peace. I am here.-  Octnavin’s thoughts were a warm hug. -You are not alone.-
Sloan closed his eyes. -Thank you for being here with me.- 
When Sloan took his next breath, he sucked in water. His eyes popped open. He was back in the revival tank. Sloan didn’t remember anything about how he got here. He supposed he died.
-What happened?- Sloan hooked to Octnavin’s brain immediately and hunted for information on what happened.
-You amused the crowd immensely,- came the alien’s reply.
“Fuck that.” He swore out a few colorful sentences. 
-Tell me if you see JP.- Octnavin gave a clear picture in his brain of his sibling.
Sloan pushed on the frosted glass. The water began to drain exactly like before. He fumed about his death all the time the cylinder lifted off him. When he was free to stand in the Folanto’s bring-back-the-loser’s room, he spotted JP. The Dagerstanteen tended to another alien on the counter. This alien looked like he’d been sliced in half. JP’s red hair had been cut off and was shaved on the sides. The hair tubes looked like a buzz cut for the Army and showed off JP’s more elf-shaped ears.
JP glanced at him but then returned to another fighting failure. On the opposite table, Sloan spotted the hamster. As Sloan pulled on his muddy jeans, he shook his head at the Malzian. The alien was no longer the ferocious competitor Sloan lost to in the ring. Now the hamster appeared as dead as Sloan was not too long ago. The hamster’s body was a mangled mess. Apparently, the rodent went onto the next round. That was a sobering thought. Sloan couldn’t survive a human-sized hamster, and that alien couldn’t survive whatever was next. 
JP crossed the room and handed Sloan his torn, shredded, and now bloody band shirt. He wanted to cry at its sad condition.
“Any luck connecting?” Sloan whispered as he pulled on the garment. The folanto that was probably waiting to take him back to his cell stood in the hall talking to another snake teenager. Sloan gave fugitive glances at the exit all the time he spoke to JP.
“I got to Rhylent. Our family knows we are missing, but I was caught before I could give details.” JP gestured to his newly shaved head.
-I tried to touch on Keltrix’s mind.- Octnavin shared his connection to his sibling with Sloan. -The tie was not strong enough to give out a whole message.-
Sloan repeated the sentence to JP. 
“We will keep trying.” JP nodded. The alien then turned to the dead hamster. JP pushed Sloan toward the door as the snake girl walked in with the iron rod. This time Sloan followed quickly so as not to be struck. He was going to get back to Octnavin and start training again. Twelve minutes was laughable. He had to get better. 
-You must get better.- Octnavin agreed as Sloan started down the mud hall. -You will amuse them, but only to a certain point. After about three or four deaths, the folantos will get tired of your silliness.-
-And then?- Sloan hated to ask, but he had to know.
-They will not bother to reanimate you.- Octnavin's words were heavy, and Sloan nodded.
Sloan wasn’t sure what was worse, dying and being restored or trying to live longer while a hamster ripped him apart. Both sucked. The only thing he knew for sure was that he didn’t want to leave Octnavin. The alien was all he had.
