This is what I want but this will be short it won’t be long or anything just something for you to pass time because there is almost no twilight stories but I wound go far in this story so don’t get too invested because this is like a 40 chapter to more type of story.

Aaj looked around. Those white uniform teenagers had left a long ago. He saw that all the students now scatter here and there. With that, he also left the hall to venture around the city…

4 years later, Riverside restaurant.
Riverside restaurant is the most famous and most expensive restaurant in the outer circle of the Gracious Garden. Only Rank-4 or above can come to this restaurant. . It is famous for its fried fish and alcohol. It is that famous that sometimes the inner circle students also come here from time to time.
Today, in one of the VIP rooms of the restaurant, a bunch of teenagers wearing white color uniforms were sitting in the room. The air in the room was very gloomy. It was like everyone in the room had been diagnosed with cancer and they are about to die in just a few weeks. Everyone was quietly sitting around a round table and drinking their respective wine. It was then a girl with short black hair who spoke…
"Does anyone have any ideas? Anything?"
"…." Everyone in the room stayed quiet and stared at her.
"Goddamit!" the girl said while slamming the table with her fist.
The atmosphere became gloomy again. But then the door of the room abruptly opened. Everyone started looking towards the door.
On the door, another teenager was standing. He had brown color skin and had long black hair up to his shoulders. He had a broad body and bulky arms.
"Who are you? Don't you see the sign? This room is occupied right now. F*ck off before I castrate you." The short-haired girl started screaming...
The man looked at the girl and ignored her. He then started ruffling his pockets like he was looking for something. The short-haired girl started fuming with rage as the boy in front of her just ignored her like she was nothing. She was going to scream again, but before she could do that the boy finally found what he was looking for.
He took a small chit from his pocket and then spoke while looking at the chit…
"I was told that in this room there is a girl named Amelia. Is there any Amelia here?"
"What do you want with her?" one of the boys of the group asked
"I am sorry. I don't want to be rude but I have ordered not to disclose any sort of information to any other people except her. So is there any Amelia here?"
Everyone in the room looked at the person like he was an idiot. Soon the short hair girl spoke…
"Who are you? Who send you here?"
"As I said before, I cannot disclose any information to anyone except for her. So, are you Amelia?"
"Yes, I am Amelia."
"Great! Miss Amelia may I have a word in private."
"For what purpose?"
"I cannot disclose anything unless we are alone. But I can say this, after our meeting you would be very happy."
"Guys can you leave us alone for a minute or two." The short-haired girl called Amelia said. With that everyone in the room left and soon only she and the intruder were left.
"Now everybody is gone. Now tell me."
"Ok, before I disclose any information I want to tell you a story."
"A story?"
"Yes, a story. You see….
In a Galaxy far far away…
There lived an evil god. He was an omnipotent being who took pleasure in someone's tragedy. What he would do was he would ask his prey about his deepest darkest desire. With his power, he could easily grant any wish to anyone. So the prey would tell him his/her deepest and darkest desire. Then he would fulfill them.
When the wish would be fulfilled his victim would enjoy his/ her wish was many days. Then after some time, the victim's wish would become a curse. Then the victim would beg the evil god to take away his wish. Then evil god would happily take away his/her wish if the victim would sell his/her soul to him.
So, to get rid of the torment the victim would happily oblige to this condition and sell his/her soul to the evil god."

"So? What do you think of the story?"
"What does this story has to do with me?"
"Good question. You see the man who I work for is kind of like the evil god. He can grant any wish you desire. Whether it is power, wealth, or revenge. But in return, you would have to sell your soul to him."
"What does that mean?"
"My boss sees potential in you. So he is willing to grant you any wish that you want."
"Any wish I want? And you would take my soul for it?"
"No! No no. We would not take your soul. But you would owe us one. And then the time comes you would repay this favor back to us."
"What you guys want in return for the favor?"
"We would tell you when the times come. Now is not the time."
"I can wish for anything?"
"Anything."
"Then I want Reid of the inner circle dead."
"Are you sure? There isn't anything else that you want?"
"No. I want him dead."
"Done. He would die within the next 24 hours." As the boy said and then he formed a smile on his face and he got up from his chair and started moving towards the door. But as he was about to get out Amelia started speaking…
"That is it. I said it and it is done?"
"Yes, this how the deal works."
"What if I back down on repaying back the favor?"
"Miss Amelia, please drink no more. The alcohol is affecting your thinking."
"What did you said?" Amelia asked fuming with rage.
"You just gave me an order to kill a Rank-9 mage. And I said that it would be done within 24 hours. Tell me, Miss Amelia, if we really kill a Rank-9 mage the what does that tell you about our boss. Do you even have the power to back out?"
"Who is your boss?"
"He goes by many names. He is the most terrible guy out there. His name is IVAN"

Days goes by and sunday comes. A family of three on Beverly Hills just having a breakfast in a living room, the child of this family, a 9 year old girl was reading a newspaper and see this, her parents treat this as normal occurance as there is no entertainment like smart phones or video games this era.

See his daughter seem fascinated reading a newspaper, the father feel curious and ask his daughter. " What's on the news sweetheart? I've never seen you such having those interest reading newspaper." The daughter heard her father saying that immidiately feel iritated," Dad, I'm concentrating on reading this story, you know it's really hard to read on the newspaper😤".

Hearing that, her father didn't feel angry at all and become more curious for his daughter behaviour, " Okay sweetheart, I will just wait for you finish the story and then you tell me what this is story about" her father just smiled after saying that.

The mother saw the father daughter interaction just smiled and also became interested about what her daughter read. A moment passed and the girl has read the story with happy and frustated expression on her face, see her father become curious, she began narate the story to her parents

" This short story is the best that I have read mom, dad. It's exciting and funny. I wish I got those toys mom, dad. I like Woody, Buzz, and Bo Peep, too bad it has no illustration on it and this story still has continuation and won't be released next week. But dad, newspaper story is usually different each week and I'm afraid I won't get the continuation next week."

" Yes sweety, the story is really great and I really like those Buzz Lightyear character, it remind me of my favourite movie <Star Wars>. Don't worry honey, I will call L.A. Times and make sure they will release it next week. I got some friends in there and I'm sure with my reputation they will fulfill my request."

Board directors, chairman from each newspaper section and shareholders were having monthly meeting and after reaching the end of the meeting, some of the board directors discussing some topics that recently occurs.

" I heard our sales from sunday's post has increase at least 20% from before and the one of the article became a hot topic and got good mouth to mouth reputation along the readers. More so, many of the customer want this article to be present at next week coloumn. Did anybody know about this?"

At this moment, William F. Thomas, the chief editor answer the one of the board director question. " That would be a kid section coloum Mr Bill, there is a young boy who wrote the good story and I decided to publish it to the newspaper. And my judgement is correct, this boy's story not only good for children but also adults. And don't worry Mr Bill, there will be this story on children coloumn on the next 6 weeks."

" Did you ask this kid to write another story after the story finished?" He ask. " Yes, I make sure to get this newspaper priority if he want to write another story, so if he wrote for another newspaper, we can sue them."

" How about book publisher? Did you also make request about this?"

" No sir, this is kids story afterall, few of them want to publish it and if they did, the popularity is uncomparable than put it in our paper"

" Okay then, I belive your judgement is correct. It's just a children fairy tale afterall, our newspaper are focused on bigger news."

Oh maybe soon they would find it that they were wrong but they would be to late to taste the medicine called regret.

At a same time, our hero, Alphonse is saving a damsel in distress from a mighty dragon in the castle of camelot.

" O evil dragon, I will banish thee from this face of the earth and free the beautiful princess and I will marry her and live happy ever after."

" None of you shall pass, the princess is mine."

" Let's go my fellow knight.... and knightness, we shall vanquish the dragon and and and, what is the line, I forgot....."

" Huft, why did we play this again Laura?"

Preaent time, Al and fellow kids were playing knight and dragon in the backyard. Al, Jon, Annie and Melissa play as knight, Toby as dragon and Laura as princess.

They ask to get authorization from you and they will design everything. We can get at least $50.000 for this authorization and I'll make sure they only got book and pitcure book authorization. Other things like toys and cartoon will be still held by you."

" Wow awesome, but Mary, make sure I'm the one who draw the characters and I will be the one who wrote the book and it's sequel and if I did this, can I get a cash and dividend at least 20%?"

" You can also draw the characters? That is even better, but 20% is hard but I can make sure you get at least 10%. That's the dividend from famous author and with me, I can make it happen. I know some of publishing house and once it was my client."

" You want to make another stories Al?" Said little Annie

" Yes of course Annie, not only that, I can buy you many dolls and candies with my writing."

" Really?". Then he nods. " Yippie, Al gonna buy us more dolls and candies with his stories, now go Al! Make more stories!" , ' This girl 😑, I think she is too much playing with Laura'

" How about the L.A Times Mary?"

" How about them?"

" I mean the story priority, I think we promise them the next story will be handed to them."

" Don't worry Al, we only promise them one story and we don' t promise anything about publishing house. Well technically, they don't know how capable I am haha."

' Okay, increase vigilance output to 50% more when with Mary'," When will we negotiate with them? I need some time to make the stroyboard and draw the pitcure."

" On early August Al, I have made an appointment with them, just relax, I'll make sure to get enough benefit, now go on continue to play, I'll help Mrs K to prepare a dinner."

Lara's POV
I've been this building before. Memories come to life in my head. I was going to do a documentary-style series. Anyway, that doesn't matter to me beacuse I came here for acting meeting. What I wouldn't give to get rid of those two years in my life. My thoughts were interrupted by the voice of manager's assistant. ''Miss Anderson,  I think you were pensive this way.'' So she must have summoned me before. I said ''Ok.'' And went to room she showed. My manager said , comesit down.'' I sat. Wishing he wouldn't talk about what happened in the last 2 years. I said,  ''You called  me here for acting interviews. Is there role for me?'' He said ''Yes.'' and we talked for half an hour. As I left building, memories came back to my mind. I quickly left the building., hoping to forget. After returning home, I took a shower and slept.
I think this part is short and I'll try to write longer next part. Have you ever wondered what happened to Lara? You will understand in the following chapters. Even a renowned web novel platform such as Shōsetsuka ni Narō and others that existed in his world was nonexistent here! Utter blasphemy!
'Just what the heck happened to those historical figures of light and web novel industry? Did they not exist? Perhaps, they had some accidents or never pioneered the light novels in this world? Whatever. That's not important. With the low quality of light novels in this world, I can use it to generate money for me!'
Haru browsed the list of famous publishing houses in this world. He discovers that Dengeki Bunko, Fujimi Fantasia Bunko, Kadokawa Bunko, and HJ Bunko existed here. "Are you not going to share your problems with me?"
Haru pondered for a little before answering. "Well, I'm not sure of what stories I must write. I have many ideas in my mind."
"Hoo?" Sora raised her brow, apparently intrigued. "Tell me about your ideas."
"Let's see. I have two ideas in my head: God's Blessing in this Wonderful World and Sword Art Online. Which one do you want to hear first?"
Haru decided to focus on those two famous works first. He liked Konosuba because of its comedic nature. Meanwhile, Sword Art Online was a revolutionary idea because there were no renowned VR novels in this world. Moreover, Sword Art Online could branch out to anime, comics, and games, like what happened in his previous world.
"Let me hear about the first one."
"All right. So, this story is about a NEET named Satou Kazuma..." Haru gave Sora the overview of Konosuba.
They chatted about Haru's (plagiarized) idea merrily. Well, instead of plagiarism, the correct term was making fanfiction of Konosuba.
In truth, Haru felt dissatisfied with how Kazuma ended up with Megumin. He was rooting for 'Kazuma X Darkness' pairing in his previous life. Since he would introduce Konosuba in this world, he willfully changed some parts to suit his taste.
Haru enjoyed their chat and was happy when he heard Sora's pleasant laugh from the antics of the characters in the stories.
"Oh, haha, hahaha! Haru, these ideas are funny! I'm sure it can sell well!" Sora, sitting next to Haru while clutching her stomach, said. She cleared the tears pooling in the corners of her eyes with her index finger in graceful movements.
For a short while, Haru got mesmerized by Sora's graceful movements. Added with her delicate appearance, Sora unintentionally created a sight that stole Haru's breath away.
Haru quickly snapped out of his daze and forcefully calmed down his frantic heartbeat. He also controlled himself because his face felt hot; he could imagine the red hue coloring his cheeks.
Embarrassed, Haru didn't want Sora to see his flustered face.
"You think so?" Haru asked after calming himself successfully.
"Yeah. I'm sure of it. I never read that kind of funny story on the internet," Sora replied with an excited grin.
Haru felt relieved and happy that Sora grinned merrily like that. Of course, the assimilated memories and feelings were the main reason behind Haru's relief and happiness.
After the death of their parents, Sora had been a depressed state. She was prone to get angry and closed herself off. So, witnessing such a wide grin on Sora's face, how could Haru not feel relieved and happy?

"Okay. Calm down a bit," said Haru while attempting to calm down Sora's excitement.
"All right," said Sora after calming down, "Now! Tell me!"
"So, Sword Art Online is about..." Haru began presenting the edited story about Sword Art Online for Sora.
Just like with Konosuba, there were some parts in Sword Art Online that Haru felt unsatisfied!
In truth, Haru preferred Suguha (Leafa in-game), the cousin/stepsister of the protagonist, Kazuto (Kirito in-game), as the main heroine instead of Asuna. In the end, he changed the story to match his preference.
A while later, *Sigh* "This story is also wonderful," Sora sighed and remarked after Haru ended his presentation.
"So, what do you think? Which one should I write?"
Sora sunk deep in thought. Haru gives her space to think in peace.
A while later, Sora looked at Haru. Her expression was as if saying, "I have decided!", and Haru was eager to hear Sora's opinion.
"Well," Sora began, "I think you should pick…"
