Hours later, a private jet landed on a particular island owned by Virus as two people got off of it before the jet once again took off into the vast sky. Its next destination was New York.
"Welcome back, master." Since the Island ugly was already waiting for their arrival, Virus and the golden beauty were respectfully escorted to their base on the atoll.
"Here, take this and go finish that device as quickly as possible." Handing the Pink Star over to the Island ugly, taking on a leisurely tone, Virus declared.
"Actually master, that device was already prepared a long time ago. It just needed the Pink Star in order to be complete and functional. I'll bring it over this very instant." Presenting Virus with this good piece of news, the Island ugly left the room briefly.
Meanwhile, the golden beauty served him some quality tea as they enjoyed their waiting period.
"Em, master, after you're done with your thing, are we gonna leave to China or New York?" Inquired the golden beauty while taking a single sip of her own tea. 
"Hmm, I've some stuff to do in New York, so we'll temporarily return there." Replied the master mysteriously.
Creak~
At this point, the door to the room was pushed open as the Island ugly came back. This time, he had also brought something over.
"Is that the device?" Gazing at what could only be described as a glass-helmet, Virus questioned.
"Yes, master. You just need to place the Pink Star diamond in this hole here." Explained the Island ugly while pointing at the opening spot in the forehead area of the helmet.
Although most of the helmet seemed to be made out of a strange type of glass, there was also a very complex web-like network of lines and other parts similar wired within the very glass itself.
"Alright then, you two leave my suite while I do my thing then. Don't disturb me until I tell you otherwise."
"Yes, master." Both the golden beauty and the Island ugly heeded the command as they left the area subsequently.
As the two took their leave, the Island ugly queried, "So, how was it? Did you guys have some fun in Shanghai?"
"Fun?" However, a complicated expression seemed to flicker on the golden beauty's face as many notions appeared within her head, 'Was it fun? Well, I admit there were many fun parts to our travel, like buying those clothes and hanging out with master… it's just the final part of the journey that's been bothering me slightly.' 
Nonetheless, in the end, she uttered none of those out loud and instead gave a simple response, "Un, yes. It was kinda fun."

Meanwhile, within his personal suite on the island, after the two had disappeared outside, Virus picked up the glass-helmet at last. But for a few seconds, he simply stared at the helmet. 
Now although this glimpse of his seemed to be just that, a mere glimpse, in truth, he was constructing the most basic form of Artificial Intelligence as he locked it up within the tool.
'Hmm.' Next, he didn't hesitate to grab and place the Pink Star diamond at the very center-area of the forehead of the helmet itself. 
To be even more precise, the location of placement was exactly in the middle part of his eyebrows.
Targh!
The moment Pink Star was in close proximity to the hole, however, an odd suction force and some very small bolts of electricity seemed to take shape from the glass hat itself as it automatically drew the Pink Star to itself.
Following that, from all over the interior of the glass, with the diamond as their target, hundreds of red laser-like beams concentrated on the diamond. All of them were now shining at the Pink Star itself.
'Hmm, it's finally the time for me to examine my [Existential Codes] and discover just what the hell is wrong with me.' As this line, accompanied with some traces of excitement, took shape within his head, Virus didn't dilly-dally any longer as he went ahead and put the helmet on.
Thud!
The moment the glass helmet came to cover half his head, it made direct contact with the center of his forehead before some kind of connection seemed to be made between his brain and the Pink Star the very next second!
[Ding! Establishing a connection between the brain and the device…] Immediately, this sentence displayed itself before his eyes. This report, however, didn't truly exist in front of him as it was merely being transmitted into his brain, giving him the illusion as if he was truly seeing the sentence with his own very eyes!
[Connection Established. Does the host want to unlock and gain access to its/his/her relevant 'Existential Codes'?]
"Yes, unlock and access."
[Is the host absolutely certain? WARNING: Please keep in mind, due to the impurity of the crystal placed within the device, gaining access to your raw 'Existential Codes' comes with the following risks – (a) Possible loss of memory, (b) possible disorientation, and (c) Slight chance of failure in accessing the codes of existence.]
"Yes, proceed."

[Confirmed. The device is trying to gain access to the host's 'Existential Codes'.]

"Huh? Argh." This result which came as a surprise was promptly followed by sharp pain and headache that forced Virus to yelp briefly.
'It failed? Why is that?' He said doubtfully. The headache was already starting to recede.
[According to the feedback received, there could be a few possible reasons for this failure. But please be warned that these reasons are completely inaccurate and unreliable.]
'Go on and show me the possible reasons.'
[Here are the possible reasons…]
[1. The host is a human being, therefore lacks 'Existential Codes' to begin with and instead possesses a human soul.]
Reading the first reason, shaking his head, Virus denied the possibility while muttering to himself, "I wasn't born a human being, so that's most likely impossible. Logically, my 'Existential Codes' should still exist. Moreover, if I had a full human soul, the device would've been at least able to determine that it has come into contact with a human soul and determine that it is indeed the sole cause for failure." He outright denied this probability because even though humanity of the future deemed the soul as the most mysterious aspect of mankind which they had very little knowledge about, utilizing their advanced tools of technology, they were at least able to pinpoint, sense, and even recognize it.
'Display the second possible cause.'
[2. The device has come into contact with a mutated type of soul or an unknown form of 'Existential Codes', thus making it impossible to determine what or how it went wrong.]
'Hmm… what's the third one?' He was furrowing his brows at this point.
[3. The device has come into contact with an unknown being or race that's not been included in the transmitted database of racial soulprints.]
'And the fourth?'
[4. The 'Existential Codes' was locked and secured in a mysterious way which makes it impossible to access, discern, and connect.]

This was such a huge fortune!
Take the four great true gods, for example, with the most ancient Fairy Goddess left out.
The Beast God had only seven or eight power of faith domains as a peak intermediate deity.
The Titan Spiritual God also had only five or six power of faith domains before being granted more by the Theodore Titan Gods of the Thunderbolt Divine Realm.
On the other hand, the Dragon God was the weakest intermediate deity of the four, and he had only the Dragon God Empire as his power of faith domain.
How poor was that?
From this, one could easily imagine that the 48 material planes were such a massive windfall!
If all these material planes were converted into Meng Lei's power of faith domain, how massive would the power of faith be?
"Cyrus really got some dumb luck!"
Meng Lei wondered, Cyrus only emerged recently and met an unclaimed existential plane, if that wasn't dumb luck, what was it?

Meng Lei could not wait any longer to try it out as he followed Cyrus' memory and found the Heart of the Existential Plane of the Demonic Dragon Continent.
After that, he went into a vibrant, colorful world where laws of nature in the shape of chains covered the entire continent.

Ten types of basic laws of nature formed a densely packed web, filling the colorful world. In the center of this colorful web floated a multicolored rhombus-shaped crystal.

The ten laws of nature seemed to extend out from this colorful crystal. At the same time, the crystal seemed to be the heart of this colorful world.
"This is the Heart of the Existential Plane!"
Meng Lei sized up the crystal from top to bottom. He was rather curious since it was his first time seeing a Heart of the Existential Plane.
Having examined enough, Meng Lei released his divine cognition, which shrouded the Heart of the Existential Plane.
At that instant, Meng Lei could feel that his divine cognition permeated through the entire Demonic Dragon Continent.
Every single thing in the Demonic Dragon Continent appeared in Meng Lei's mind.
Every speck of grass growing, every cry of a bird, every sleeping little demon… They were all reflected in his mind!

After some examination, Meng Lei discovered something surprising as the Demonic Dragon Continent's existential plane was quite different from Heaven's Vault Continent.
Heaven's Vault Continent was surrounded by vast, endless oceans which occupied more than half of the existential plane. The continent itself was just a small portion.
As for the Demonic Dragon Continent's existential plane, it had no oceans as it was covered with land. The center of the existential plane had countless rivers and lakes, so water sources were still abundant.
If Heaven's Vault Continent was like Earth, then the Demonic Dragon Continent was like Mars. One was mainly made up of oceans, while the other was mainly made up of land.
Both were completely different!
"Since the entire existential plane was made up of land, the soil is much more extensive, thus giving birth to more intelligent species.
"It's just a pity that they were all killed by Cyrus, and Cyrus' demon army occupied the vast land. The continent then became a paradise for demons!"
Meng Lei learned from Cyrus' memory that the Demonic Dragon Continent and the other 47 material planes gave birth to many unique species.
The tragic thing was that ever since Cyrus' rise, every living thing in these material planes was completely erased by the demons. Demons then occupied these 48 material planes, becoming the only creatures to roam the lands.

Meng Lei was appalled as he started to refine the Heart of the Existential Plane of the Demonic Dragon Continent. It was quite easy to refine since it had no consciousness.
Meng Lei left his divine spirit mark in it within a few minutes and completed the refinement process.
In an instant, Meng Lei felt that he was the Demonic Dragon Continent existential plane, and the existential plane was him.
If he had the will, he could change anything in this existential plane. He could make mountains float, reverse the river flows, make a forest wither, and could also kill every demon within the material plane!

Of course, there was also the Power of Existential Plane.

As lesser deities, it was already difficult to subdue Demon Lords, not to mention Great Demon Lords!

Yet now, they did it. How could they not feel grateful from the bottom of their heart?

Since they had assimilated divine cores to become deities, it would be difficult for Bubbles and the rest to advance further in their cultivations. Their only route to advance was to assimilate divine cores of higher levels.
Meng Lei did not have any of those divine cores for the time being. Thus, they were not going to think about advancing for some time.
Would spreading faith be useless to them? The answer was negative!
The power of faith would always be useful to every deity, even if they became deities through the assimilation of divine cores.
Suppose there were three to four existential planes as the deity's power of faith domains. The deity would be able to gather massive amounts of power of faith that could be converted into the power of divinity or strengthen the divine spirit! Hence there were many benefits!
After all, for any deities, the amount of power of divinity and the strength of divine spirit would always determine the combat power of deities! Hence, the power of faith was very important!
The question was, was Meng Lei really willing to enfeoff all 48 existential planes to them? That was 48 existential planes, after all!
It just sounded unbelievable to them.
"There's no need to doubt." Meng Lei smiled faintly. "I'm planning to create a god system. After that, all of you will become true gods under my command!"
"Creating a god system?!"
A huge jolt went through everyone.
A god system was a closely linked combination of deities. It was similar to a nation or family where they were closely connected.
A god system would consist of a Lord of Gods and a bunch of true gods under it. The Lord of Gods not only ruled the god system, but it would also be prioritized to enjoy the power of faith—the power of faith collected by each true god would be shared equally between the Lord of Gods and the true god.
Thus, it was evident that the god system was a strict hierarchy, which differed greatly from alliances like the deity alliance.
"We stand by your decision, Master!"
Bubbles and the others naturally didn't have any objections to that.
They were already Meng Lei's servants. Even if Meng Lei decided to seize all the power of faith of the 48 existential planes for himself, they would not dare to say anything.
All the more, Meng Lei was going to split these existential planes among them, make them gods under him, and enjoy half of the power of faith!

A/N: Yahallo! I have decided to post this here as well, since its what I'm currently writing upon. As for those who have read my previous books, whichever it is. I still haven't found a single ounce of motivation or ideas in my bones to continue them for now. I'll occassionally write on the drafts, but for now. 

I present you my latest work, I haven't seen much Hololive fanfics around, so I decided to make one. 

I don't own Hololive, the idols, or anything that may came along them. I only own my OC, and probably the plot(?). For those who are wondering if this is a harem or not. 

Big no. I can't write harems, as simple as that. 

Some Idols, or hololive girls might be a bit OOC/out of character since I'm not that good to perfectly imitate how they act.

III. THE CHIEF GOAL FOR UTILITARIANS SHOULD BE TO REDUCE EXISTENTIAL RISK
In light of the above discussion, it may seem as if a utilitarian ought to focus her efforts on accelerating technological development. The payoff from even a very slight success in this endeavor is so enormous that it dwarfs that of almost any other activity. We appear to have a utilitarian argument for the greatest possible urgency of technological development.
However, the true lesson is a different one. If what we are concerned with is (something like) maximizing the expected number of worthwhile lives that we will create, then in addition to the opportunity cost of delayed colonization, we have to take into account the risk of failure to colonize at all. We might fall victim to an existential risk, one where an adverse outcome would either annihilate Earth-originating intelligent life or permanently and drastically curtail its potential. Because the lifespan of galaxies is measured in billions of years, whereas the time-scale of any delays that we could realistically affect would rather be measured in years or decades, the consideration of risk trumps the consideration of opportunity cost. For example, a single percentage point of reduction of existential risks would be worth (from a utilitarian expected utility point-of-view) a delay of over 10 million years.
Therefore, if our actions have even the slightest effect on the probability of eventual colonization, this will outweigh their effect on when colonization takes place. For standard utilitarians, priority number one, two, three and four should consequently be to reduce existential risk. The utilitarian imperative "Maximize expected aggregate utility!" can be simplified to the maxim "Minimize existential risk!".

IV. IMPLICATIONS FOR AGGREGATIVE PERSON-AFFECTING VIEWS
The argument above presupposes that our concern is to maximize the total amount of well-being. Suppose instead that we adopt a "person-affecting" version of utilitarianism, according to which our obligations are primarily towards currently existing persons and to those persons that will come to exist. On such a person-affecting view, human extinction would be bad only because it makes past or ongoing lives worse, not because it constitutes a loss of potential worthwhile lives. What ought someone who embraces this doctrine do? Should he emphasize speed or safety, or something else?
To answer this, we need to consider some further matters. Suppose one thinks that the probability is negligible that any existing person will survive long enough to get to use a significant portion of the accessible astronomical resources, which, as described in opening section of this paper, are gradually going to waste. Then one's reason for minimizing existential risk is that sudden extinction would off cut an average of, say, 40 years from each of the current (six billion or so) human lives. While this would certainly be a large disaster, it is in the same big ballpark as other ongoing human tragedies, such as world poverty, hunger and disease. On this assumption, then, a person-affecting utilitarian should regard reducing existential risk as a very important but not completely dominating concern. There would in this case be no easy answer to what he ought to do. Where he ought to focus his efforts would depend on detailed calculations about which area of philanthropic activity he would happen to be best placed to make a contribution to.
