As soon as Ye Jie said this, everyone in the backyard froze.
"Well ... another ignorant young girl who has been fooled by Xiao Ruo's appearance." Qiao Chu couldn't help but laugh out loud. Rong Ruo's appearance was not of a gentle beauty, she had that extra heroic spirit. If she dressed as a girl, she was very beautiful, but if she dressed as a man, it made it impossible to discern her gender. 
In the Lower Realm, when Rong Ruo presented herself to others in men's clothing, she had also owed a lot of "romance debts". It caused her so much trouble that she had to switch back to women's clothing for a while. 
Fan Zhuo and others also laughed. Ye Jie was pure-hearted as until now, she was unaware of the fact that Rong Ruo was a woman.
Looking at the smiles on everyone's face, huge confusion shone on Ye Jie's face. She didn't know what she had said wrong. Why did they all laugh?
Ye Jie looked at Jun Wu Xie anxiously, "Miss, did I ... say something wrong?"
Jun Wu Xie shook her head lightly, "Xiao Ruo is a woman, but she likes to wear men's clothing in front of others."
Fortunately, Rong Ruo was a woman, otherwise if Ye Gu heard what Ye Jie said, that was it. 
However, instead of dissipating the bewilderment on Ye Jie's face, her confusion became even deeper. She looked uneasily at the crowd, and lowered her head a little.

She was not wrong.
Rong Ruo returned to her residence after leaving the city's official residence. Jun Wu Xie had originally arranged for them to stay in the official residence, but her companions had the foresight and a clear view on things, and they were afraid of disturbing Jun Wu Yao and Jun Wu Xie from spending time together. Thus, they consciously declined Jun Wu Xie's kindness and each of them picked a residence within Sea Spirit City. 
The residence which Rong Ruo picked was not large, but she chose it because of the quietness. 
In the small courtyard, there was only Rong Ruo, no other servants were around.
Rong Ruo walked to her room, and sat down in front of the dressing table. The dressing table was empty. There was no rouge gouache, lotions or powder, neither was there any gold and silver jewelry which women loved. The dressing table looked like a brand new one.
Sitting in front of the dresser, Rong Ruo looked at her reflection in the bronze mirror.
Cheeks that were fair and clear, exquisite facial features, although it was not as perfect as Jun Wu Xie's, but there was also have a charming appeal, her forehead lacked a woman's softness, but there was a sense of brilliance and carefree. When dressed up as a man, at first glance of the person in the mirror, no one could guess that it was a woman in said guise. 
She had long been used to this kind of dressing; satin and silk, long sleeved gowns. For her, it was so strange and rarely useful.
Rong Ruo sat quietly in front of the dressing table, staring at herself in the mirror for a long time, her eyes were filled with deep troubles, her brows and forehead frowning with sorrow.
"Ah ..." After a long time, Rong Ruo couldn't help but sighed. She raised her hand and touched the coldness of the copper mirror with her fingertips. She looked at herself in the mirror, but it felt like she was looking at something on the side. 
"What should I do?" Rong Ruo's brow frowned slightly, helplessness and perplexity filled her tone.
Fei Yan's feelings, how could she not know?
However, the more serious he was, the more afraid she was.
She didn't know how to respond, and did not dare to respond ...
She could only pretend to not understand, to not comprehend. 
She just hoped that one day, Fei Yan would tire, would detest, or meet other women he admired and then everything would be over. 
"Little sis ... if it were you, everything would easy right ..." Rong Ruo stared at herself in the mirror with a bitter smile ...

This is an interesting cross over story with some magic, romance and a black bellied miss as the main character.

Life, to some people, is a sort of game. Life has infinite possibilities, and there are more paths than you could count that you can take in life. Not all of those paths are available to everybody, though. People born healthy, good looking, and of high social status almost always have life much easier than those who weren't so fortunate with their genetics and their parents. Most people live their lives as a balancing act between living to make money, and living to do the things they enjoy. 

But it's not always smooth sailing, and it's in times like those where the fortunate people in life begin to excel. Someone who's not the most attractive person might get bullied in school, and someone who is rather good looking likely won't experience that, or might even become the bully. Later in life, when a job is necessary to keep living comfortably, someone could face discrimination during work, or get paid less if they're born a certain gender or ethnicity. 

There's countless traits that can and will put someone at a disadvantage in life, and if you have some of them, then things aren't going to be as easy as you'd want them to be.

Life also has rules, as well as people who obey and break those rules. Some of the people who break the rules get caught, and some don't. It's frustrating to watch someone 'unfairly' move ahead in life without getting their just desserts. It can also hurt to watch someone who's having a much better time of life and is much happier than you are, even if they've done nothing wrong.

 Everyone has been there and felt that. Life has ups and downs, and how many of those you face and how often you face them depends on how lucky you were when you were born. Effort and hard work can help significantly if someone is unlucky, but more often than not that effort and hard work is never compensated in the way it should be. Both people who work hard and people who don't will all suffer eventually.

 Everyone in life, at some time, at some point, in some situation, will find themselves on the losing team. And it'll happen more than once.
That's the general consensus on life, from what I've gathered. Everyone struggles. That's it. 

All of life, all of the good parts and bad parts, every single person, place, thing, system, design, concept, idea- everything in life, down the the most minute details, was designed to cause some sort of suffering to every person. But even so, people still revel in the good times, and they can still appreciate life for the parts they enjoy. People who can find things they like about life do exist.

But what's the point of any of that if the live you're living is fake?

I,  ̴̡͕͎̑ ̴͙̓ ̵̯̒̔̉̀̉ ̸̡̹̣̫̭̾̕̚̕͝ ̵̙̥̥̗̤̾ ̶̞̳̥̊̋̓̆̕ ̵̨̻̗̟͐̽͆  , lived a fake life. My life, my parents, my sister, my friends, my home, my town. The world I lived in. The planet I lived on. The entire universe I existed within. All of it was fake, in the most literal sense. Simply put, I had lived my entire life in a simulation. A fake version of reality. 

I first discovered this when I was eleven years old. I was attending to trash duty after school on a random afternoon, when I noticed the garbage can I went to collect the bag from was rumbling strangely. It's not very normal for a trash can to shake, but I wasn't unnerved by it yet. Once I got closer, the trash can seemed to rapidly flicker back and forth, taking a different level of visibility each time. It was fully visible, then it became partially transparent, until it just up and vanished. When I stepped even closer yet again to investigate the now invisible garbage can, I jumped back as the can blinked back into full visibility. Being the idiot I was, I didn't take that as a warning sign, and I reached my arm out to collect the bag before it stopped existing again. As my hand made contact with the bag, I felt a chill creep down my spine. I looked around, and everything was the same. But everything felt different. Then I noticed my hand. I couldn't grab the trash bag out of the can. My hand went straight through both the bag and the trash can every time I waved it around to grasp the bag. Eventually, I pulled my arm fully out and away from the trash can. I tried again a few seconds later, and found success. After struggling, I was able to collect the trash bag, and avoid a scolding from the teacher.
That was the first error I found.

After much self-turmoil, I had fully accepted that my life and everything in it was fake. I also confirmed that without a doubt, I was within a simulation, or at least some fake environment created by an outside entity. I went through periods of existential crisis, because learning that everything you know isn't real and that you yourself may not even be real aren't exactly the easiest things to come to terms with. During that time, I isolated myself from the family I had, since they weren't real, but eventually I started to tolerate their artificial concern for me. After I did learn to embrace my false reality, I began to wonder. Who or what created this, and why? Am I the only person in here who's not fake, or are there others? After many months of pondering, I never found an answer. I knew full well that I wasn't going to. Some time after the trash can incident, I began experimenting with the limitations of my environment. It was then that I thought of a few questions I could find the answer to:
「How bad can I break this?」
「How much do I have to break to get whatever's running this world to intervene?」
「Can I take advantage of the errors I find to gain the upper hand over everyone else?」
Using methods that shouldn't exist in order to live an easy life might be considered underhanded or shameful by some, but I had developed apathy towards the fake world after living in it for so long. I didn't care what happened to anyone or anything else, not even my 'family'. I believed using glitches and errors was perfectly fine, since everything is simulated.
「Nothing's real. Who could get hurt?」
Despite not caring about what happens to anything or anyone, I never let go of my morals, or at least, my morals never stooped down into depravity. Someone who truly doesn't care about others in the slightest could become an extremely violent, sociopathic, and manipulative person who abuses and uses others to get their way. I truly didn't care about others, but I never brought any form of hostility onto others for no reason. My lack of concern, however, did show. After discovering that the world is a lie when I was younger, I socially isolated myself. Other than my 'parents', and my 'sister', who I frequently talked to despite not caring about them since they're fake, I stopped all contact with the 'friends' I had other than the required minimum interaction at school. I kept socially interacting with my parents and my sister only because I figured I needed someone to talk to in order to stay sane. No one else mattered.
「Don't bother becoming invested in other people, they don't exist.」
And so, years flew by as I exploited every glitch I could find.
̴̡͕͎̑ ̴͙̓ ̵̯̒̔̉̀̉ ̸̡̹̣̫̭̾̕̚̕͝ ̵̙̥̥̗̤̾ ̶̞̳̥̊̋̓̆̕ ̵̨̻̗̟͐̽͆ , seventeen years old. Third year at the high school Akane Academy, located in S-prefecture, Japan. I have an older sister named Miyuki, who is in university, and also very overbearing yet fond of me. It's sometimes annoying how much she involves herself with me. My dad's name is Daichi, and my mom's name is Kotone.
That was "me". But like everything else, I wondered if it was real. Do I really look like this? Is this what I'm really like? Is this how I talk? Is this my real personality? Are these my real memories? If I left the simulation, would I still be the same person? Such thoughts led me to one clear question.
「What's it like outside of this simulated world?」
I figured that no matter how hard I tried, and no matter how many errors I exploited, I'd never find a way to slip out. I never felt overwhelmingly imprisoned being isolated from the real world, but freedom was something I'd need a miracle to get.
But. One such day.
I was due for a reality check.
During lunch break, I left school property to walk around town a bit, and maybe do a little shopping. I had a little spending money, as my bank account balance sat at a humble three hundred billion yen. I found an issue with ATMs where my paper bills would appear back in my wallet after depositing them into my account. After a few hours, the ten thousand yen I had on me became billions.
I made my way into a clothing store, quickly grabbed a few shirts and some pants, and rushed into a fitting room. I wanted to do some experimenting, and the clothing store dressing rooms was the only place nearby that had large enough mirrors. In the dressing room, there was a white mirror, fixed upon the wall. My goal was to test if there was a way to travel into mirrors, or travel from place to place via mirrors. As I hadn't found any glitches that allowed for teleportation, I wanted to come across something at least similar to it. The tests began.
Attempt to reach into the mirror: Fail.
Attempt to walk into the mirror: Fail.
Attempt to run in the mirror: Fail.
Attempt to jump in the mirror: Fail.
Attempt to alter the location in the reflection: Fail.
Everything else I thought of: Fail.
I faced the mirror, staring at my disappointed self. I turned around but as I was exiting the dressing room, I heard an eerie buzzing, that definitely wasn't coming from a nearby faulty light. I turned back to face the mirror again, and when I did, the buzzing immediately stopped. Shrugging it off as just a weird occurrence is normal. But I knew that I was onto something. I faced away from the mirror again, and the buzzing started again. That's when I had a thought.
There's something I hadn't tried.
Looking away from the mirror, I could clearly hear the buzzing. Slowly, while facing the dressing room exit, I walked backwards toward the mirror, until I bumped into it.
But I didn't bump into the mirror. I never felt a solid surface touch my back, because I passed right through the mirror, and the wall- I hadn't phased through the building. I phased through the world. I discovered a glitch, where walking backwards into that type of mirror causes the person to go straight through the mirror, as well as any other surface directly connected to it. Such an exploit allowed me to go somewhere no one was meant to go; out of bounds. This was a wonderful step towards getting the hell out of this fake reality, but I was now in a place where whoever made it clearly never expected anyone to get there, since it was an empty white void. The only thing in sight was the dressing room, of which the wall I phased through was now missing. After walking around, I noticed that the dressing room is only visible from the side of the no longer existent wall. The dressing room was invisible from all other directions and angles, but not just that. Walking into the dressing room from any direction other than the one of the "invisi-wall" didn't lead into the dressing room. It was just like walking around in the blank white void. It's not that the room wasn't visible from any other direction. It's that the room didn't exist in any other direction.

Except for the dressing room, there was nowhere to go, and nothing else to see, until I spotted a barely visible speck off in the distance. Given that everywhere was the same bright white, sense of direction and distance was nearly impossible, but the speck looked impossibly far away. To my surprise, or maybe not, this void defied all logic. Though it looked days away, four steps was all it took to be right in front of it.
Before me was a door. No frame, no hinges, and nothing fancy. Just a door with a knob. Where this led, I didn't know. I thought that it would take me somewhere random in the simulation, or if I was really lucky, it just might be a way out.
Fortunately for me, it was the latter.
From the void I left, and to wherever the door took me I went.
I found my way into a laboratory. It seemed to be part of a military facility based on the sheer size and amount of equipment. There were chairs, desks, computers, wires, and even various containers of chemicals placed around the room. Panel lights decorated the ceiling. I looked behind me, and there was no door.
There was a lady standing across the room, holding a clipboard and a pen. She hadn't noticed my sudden appearance, because her attention was focused on a large monitor. From my perspective it was hard to make out what was on the screen, but I found out on a closer look that the dressing room I was in was being displayed. The lady spoke to someone through an earpiece.
『...Yes. He's gone. He didn't leave the dressing room. He just went in, and... disappeared.』
「I see. I've really done it, haven't I?」
I let my guard down because I was overjoyed, and I chuckled softly to myself. She heard, and looked to me. A surprised expression adorned her face.
『Come here now! He got out!』

Calmly, I spoke to her.

『Relax. I'm not a threat, I just want to confirm something. Is this the real world?』

『...Yes.』
She relaxed her shoulders, and began flipping through the papers on her clipboard, as if she was looking for something. Then she turned to me and read the 'script' she was told to have on hand at all times in case 'this' happened.

『Ahem. Hello. My name is Roza, and I will explain t-to you the things that are most likely on your mind right now.』
She continued to read in a very emotionless voice.

『First, I can confirm that you are real. I am also real. This place is also real. The place you came from is not real, and this place is real. You are in the real world.』
「You don't need to explain all this like I'm a little kid. Just give it to me straight」, I said. She was startled at my remark, but obliged.
『This is a facility for the research of simulated environments and the socialization between real and artificial lifeforms. You likely already figured it out since you found a way out, but in case you didn't, the family and friends you had, your teachers, distant relatives, and any other person you met before you met me, the person reading this to you, are all not real, and do not exist. You will not find them here, because they are not real. If this information is too much for you to take at once, our staff will accommodate you with rest and medication, if necessary.』
As she was about to continue on, she was cut off as loud footsteps echoed nearby as another woman walked in the room. The second woman was tall with long, silky red hair that looked slightly mangled but still well kept. She was draped in a white lab coat with a plain black t-shirt. She had an ample bust and appeared to be no older than twenty five, maybe younger. When she came in the room, she looked straight into my eyes, and began to tear up. I heard her speak for the first time, and I picked up her voice. That's when I noticed.
『You really found a way out, huh?』She said while smiling and stifling tears.
She looked exactly like my 'sister' Miyuki.

This is a rough draft of a story I started on a while ago, but eventually dropped. I realized after writing the intro that it starts exactly the same as the rest of my writing, so I scrapped it. I do not plan on resuming this. I do not plan on improving this. I do not plan to revise or proofread this. I will publish it for what it is.

"Ooh! What about this one?!" Yashina asked as she tossed her long red hair off her shoulder. She grabbed a longer, bright white wedding gown hanging up near the dressing rooms. Natalie tilted her head as she considered the make of the dress. It was beautiful? The bodice was decorated with silver sequins and the lower half was adorned with pearls. "Hm..?" she hummed and grabbed the hanger. "I'll try it on" she mumbled before heading to the dressing rooms. 

She stepped into dressing room number 7 and closed the door, latching the lock before stripping out of her jeans and t-shirt. Once she was in her underclothes a hand clapped over her mouth and Fuuto's voice was in her ear. "Ssssh... It's just me" he whispered before kissing her neck gently. "Cute dress" he said before twisting her around to face him. He grasped her chin between his fingers and bit his lip, smirking. Natalie shuddered and backed up against the mirror. "Fuuto.. What are you doing here?!" she whisper yelled. "It's bad luck to see me before the wedding!!"

Fuuto slid his hands down her sides and pulled her against his chest, kissing her passionately. He soon pulled away. "I don't care about luck Natalie... I missed you.. I couldn't stay away.." he purred seductively before yanking her back into a rough and passionate kiss. "Now be quiet if you don't wanna get caught" he chuckled softly against her lips before pushing his tongue into her mouth, pressing her back against the mirror.

Natalie gasped and curled her fingers in his brownish pink hair, pulling him closer "mmn.." Soon pushed him back to sit on the bench and climbed over his lap, peppering hot, wet kisses along the side of his face to his neck. Fuuto gripped a good amount of her black hair in a fist and pulled her back. "You're such a romantic" he murmured with a small laugh. "Be a bad girl for once" he purred in her ear before nipping at her earlobe.

Natalie bit her lip stifling a moan. She soon yanked him into a fierce kiss, her fingers fumbling to unbutton his shirt. "Fuuto~" she mumbled his name against his lips before breaking the kiss. She got his shirt unbuttoned and shoved it from his shoulders before kissing his right shoulder. Fuuto grunted breathlessly. He reached around her back and unclipped her bra, removing it. His hands groped her bare breasts now as their mouths glued to one another in hot and hungry kiss.

"Mmn" Natalie sighed audibly against his mouth as their tongues engaged in a lustful, dirty dance. Fuuto chuckled before twisting her around so that her back slammed against his chest. He pressed a hand over her mouth, as his other hand found its way into her panties. His fingers rubbing against her damp entrance. She moaned against his palm and closed her eyes as he thrusted his fingers into her heated core.

Natalie whimpered and gripped his thigh as his fingers pumped into her, rubbing against her inner walls, pressing into her sensitive areas. Fuuto trailed the tip of his tongue along the back of her neck. He soon pulled his hand from her panties and stood her up for a moment to unbuckle his belt, and push his pants down. He dragged her white lace panties down before pulling her onto his lap, filling her with his lengthy member. 

Natalie whimpered slightly as Fuuto bucked his hips up against hers, thrusting into her. He covered her mouth with his left hand, his right arm around her waist as he thrusted into her faster. He buried his face in her shoulder and grunted breathlessly. His sounds of pleasure only made Natalie feel more aroused as she moaned shakily into his palm. She bounced against his erection and laid her head against his chest. Both of them were moaning at this point. Fuuto stood up with her and she pressed her hands against the mirror as he slammed into her from behind, gripping her shoulders.

Natalie shakily removed her right hand from the mirror to cover her mouth, stifling her breathless moans. She was about to explode! 

"Nat? Are you okay in there? It's been a while!" Yashina called out as she knocked on the door to the dressing room. 

"I'm fine!" Natalie gasped before covering her mouth again, curling her toes as Fuuto bucked his hips against hers, thrusting faster and rougher. He soon pulled her back against his chest and his right hand moved between her thighs, his fingers rubbing her clit as he thrusted into her. "Mmngh!!'' Natalie whined and closed her eyes as she reached her peak, exploding around him. Fuuto followed soon after.

"You sure you're okay!!?" Yashina asked loudly. 

"Yeah! I'm fine Yashi! Let me try this dress on!" Natalie whined. Fuuto smirked before kissing her neck. "That was fun Mrs Asahina... We should do it again sometime" he purred before dressing himself. He watched as she got dressed before picking up the dress she was going to try on. "You wear this to our wedding, I may throw up.."

Natalie smirked and grabbed his shirt front, yanking him into a fierce kiss. "Duly noted" she mumbled. "Now get your ass out of here." Fuuto kissed her cheek before stepping out of the dressing room, winking at Yashina, who was just shocked.

He hummed and headed for the front door.

Natalie stepped out next and pushed the dress into her best friend's hands. "This dress doesn't work for me" she mumbled before walking off to find something else.

Yashina just stared after her. Her green eyes flicked between the front door and Natalie.

This is a story I wrote for an anime lemons contest a while back, and got 2nd place for.

Fuuto Asahina is used to getting anything he wants, fame, fortune, many many women falling at his feet. But what happens when he becomes obsessed with a woman who doesn't care to look his way?

Teetering bodies, dirtied school uniforms, pale faces, and moving mouths like they were trying to say something. The three girls' faces were frozen in fear and terror, and their bodies seemed to have grown out of the wooden chairs.
As his gaze alternated between the mirrors and the entrance of the girl's dressing room, a chill crept over Chen Ge's heart. Just not too long ago, he had tipped the chair over and observed them closely.
Could that be considered my first intimate contact with a female?
He shivered involuntarily, and his footsteps that headed toward the door hastened. As he wandered closer to the exit, the three chairs shuffled incrementally forward, and the lockers in the dressing room rattled slightly.
After he mentioned Zhang Ya's name, things seemed to have changed inside the dance studio. The name appeared to be a taboo here.
The mirrors can only reflect what is in the dance studio. Perhaps there's something even worse in the dressing room—I need to leave, pronto!
As if confirming his thought, the steel doors of the lockers started to creak like something was trying to escape from them. Holding the mallet in his hand, Chen Ge raced toward the door. With a running start, Chen Ge used his legs to kick the chairs that blocked his way. As he tried to rush out, he felt something pull on his shoulders.
He turned to look at the mirror, and in the reflection, two slender and pale arms could be seen hanging off his shoulders. Without a second thought, Chen Ge turned and started his assault!
Bang!
The mallet landed on the back of the chair, causing a crack to appear on the chair. The scream of a woman reverberated in his ears. In the mirror, he could see the female student on the chair glare fiendishly at his back while her arms encircled themselves tightly around his shoulders like she was trying to press him onto the seat of the chair.
What is the purpose of her doing this? Could this be some kind of evil musical chairs game where my soul will be eternally trapped inside the chair if I sit on it?
The force on his shoulders gradually increased as pairs of pale arms latched themselves onto him, trying to pull him back into the girl's dressing room. To make matters worse, Chen Ge could hear shuffling from the outside corridor, and several seconds later, another wooden chair appeared at the entrance of the dance studio.
My luck is always used at the worst possible moment. It chooses a time like this to make me popular with the girls!
Chen Ge was at his limit. Instead of running away, he shifted to attack mode. With one hand on the chair's back, he used his other hand to swing the mallet around, laying waste to the chairs that surrounded him!
When his mallet formed the first crack on the chair, Chen Ge had noticed that the expression of the female student shifted from pleading to venomous resentment. Through the shift in expression, Chen Ge came up with the conclusion that the chairs should be their items of possession, similar to how Xiaoxiao's family attached themselves to the ragdolls.
Demolishing the items of attachment won't destroy them, but at least it'll be able to injure them.
The force on him intensified. A newbie who had not experienced this before would probably have ended up as a willing lamb for this group of girls by now. Unfortunately, their opponent was Chen Ge. This proprietor of a Haunted House had just spent a night at a haunted apartment with a serial killer. Chen Ge still knew fear, but after multiple incidents, his resistance to fear had been trained. Even when he was in fear or shock, he could still manage to make the correct decision, and his grip on the mallet didn't waver.
Bang!
Chen Ge smashed the chair and gripped the ends of the chair to swing at another chair. The image reflected in the mirror was a bit hard to describe in words, but Chen Ge did not have time to deal with that anymore.
He used about ten seconds to destroy one of the chairs. Just as he turned to aim his wrath at the second chair, he felt something grip his neck. Turning his head to the mirror, he saw a pale hand choking his throat. His opponent seemed to have given up the thought of pressing him onto the chair and decided to kill him instead.
This shift in situation did not slow Chen Ge down; instead, it only made him more vicious as he gripped the chairs and smashed them at the wall. As the chairs cracked, the force around his neck lightened. When all three chairs were nothing but splinters, the chokehold around his neck finally disappeared.
"Leaving these things behind benefits no one. Later, I'll burn all of you to help you seek closure." Chen Ge leaned against the mirror and tried to catch his breath. There were visible strangle marks around his neck.
The fighting must have created tons of commotion. This will definitely attract the attention of the person who is following me. I'll need to leave as soon as possible. Anyway, the red dancing shoes don't seem to be here.
This place was definitely haunted, so Chen Ge didn't want to stay at the dance studio anymore. The sound of the rattling of the lockers inside the girl's dressing room intensified, and that was not something that could be caused by a draft. Other than that, there were many other curious happenings like the sudden deepening in the colors of the walls and floor as well as the weird 'ping, ping' noises from the corridor that had gotten far more frequent.
Just as Chen Ge prepared to leave, he almost tripped from someone pulling on his lower calf.
Chen Ge turned to look at the mirror and saw the three female students were pulling on his leg, their fingernails almost pushing into Chen Ge's skin.
Seeing this, Chen Ge also grew desperate. He smacked his mallet down on the wooden splinters, but no matter how hard he smashed, the girls did not release their grips on his calf.
The weird noise in the corridor was getting closer, and the vengeful faces that were pulling on Chen Ge started to laugh maniacally. A heavy cloth seemed to fall over the dance studio because the light from his phone started to twist as the heavy stench that Chen Ge had caught a hint of earlier started to suffuse the air.
There's a scarier presence hiding at this school?
Chen Ge was spooked by the thought in his mind. He dared to come to this school so late at night mainly because he assumed Zhang Ya was the scariest presence this school had to offer. He was there to do a favor for Zhang Ya, so she had no reason to harm him.
This is bad.
Something seemed to have reached the door of the dance studio, and the stink in the air intensified.
The three girls on the floor were glaring at Chen Ge with fierce and sinister expressions. Chen Ge's back was leaning against the mirror. He reached into his pocket, and his fingertip had just touched the doll when the weird noise at the door retreated with a speed that was faster than it was when it arrived. Then, the stink in the air slowly vanished.
What happened? It feels like the thing outside the door was scared.
All the weird noises disappeared instantly, and Chen Ge could only hear his heartbeat then. The light twisted at a greater degree than before, and the temperature in the room seemed to have dropped further.
What is happening?
The pulling on his calf had also disappeared. Chen Ge lowered his head and saw the three female students were hiding as far away as they could and looking at the space behind him with desperation in their eyes.
Behind me?
Chen Ge turned his head awkwardly around to face the tall mirror. The image reflected back at him was not his own but a woman in a blood-red school uniform looking down at him.


The hearse with the weird odor slowed to a stop before the entrance. The sound of pebbles could be heard bouncing on the ceiling. There were footsteps coming from the corridor, and there seemed to be someone sawing next door. The door knob to the room rattled slightly, and the faucet in the bathroom kept dripping even though it had been screwed shut. There was a rubber ball that rolled on its own underneath the bed. Wet footsteps started to surface one after another on the floor. 
At 3 am, Chen Ge held a cleaver in his hand as he hid beside the room heater. The call he was trying to make was finally answered. "Landlord, is this what you meant by 'the house can be a little crowded at night'‽"

The shop Zach brought Brandi to was one she’d never seen before now. It was a boutique and she wondered if it had enough stock for her to find something. She was short and some dresses just didn’t look good on her. She paused in the doorway.
“Is there a problem, Miss, er, Brandi,” Zach said behind her.
Brandi steeled herself, then walked in as if she frequented places like this all the time. “Everything is fine.”
A rail-thin woman came out of a back room. “Zachary.”
“Gianna,” Zach said. 
He kissed both her cheeks and she smiled up at him. She had gray hair, slicked back from her face. “You are as handsome as ever. No woman has captured your heart?”
“None, but you, Gianna,” Zach said.
Brandi suspected that they went through this every time he visited. How many women had he outfitted? This made her step back from the situation in her mind. She was just another woman to him. This was a business arrangement. 
Zach stepped away from Gianna and took Brandi’s hand in his. “None, until Brandi, here.”
Gianna turned her gaze and Brandi felt like a cow at a beef auction. 
“Finally.” Gianna approached her and kissed both of her cheeks. “You must be an extraordinary woman to get this man to commit.”
Brandi didn’t know what to say so she only smiled. Gianna didn’t seem put out and turned back to Zach. “What can I do for you today?”
“Brandi needs a dress for a gala we’re attending tonight. She’s put off finding one so I brought her here, knowing that you’re the best.”
Gianna’s laser gaze came back to Brandi who did her best not to squirm under the scrutiny. “This will be child’s play. Come with me.”
“Thank you, Gianna.”
When Brandi glanced back at Zach, he was settling onto a plush chair, his phone in his hand. He’d loosened his tie and his gaze was firmly on the screen. 
Gianna led Brandi to a dressing room. Dresses were hung on various hooks on the walls. “Let me weed out what won’t work for your coloring.”
She pulled some dresses and hung them on a rack outside the dressing room. Then Gianna looked her up and down. She handed Brandi a dress. “Try this. Not sure it’ll work, but it’s a place to start.”
Gianna left her. 
When Brandi had the dress on, she crept out of the dressing room. Gianna waved her over to where Zach sat. “Let’s see you. Step up there.”
Brandi looked at herself in the mirror and let out a gasp. The green dress gave her eyes a hint of that color in them. It hung down to the floor but showed off her curves.
“It’s a good color,” Zach said. 
“This is perfect,” Brandi said. She loved the dress and if she picked this one, she’d be done. 
“No, it isn’t right,” Zach said. 
“I love it,” Brandi said, stepping down. 
“No,” Zach said firmly. “Something in blue.”
Brandi blinked. She didn’t often wear blue because she thought it made her look like a child. “Blue?”
“Yes, blue,” Zach said. He waved a hand. “It’ll bring out your eyes.”
She stared at him for a moment. Gianna ushered her back to the dressing room. “The man is right. He has a good eye. I know the one.”
She nudged her into the dressing room then followed her into it. She pulled one from a back of a rack. “This.”
The color was a deep blue. It took away Brandi’s breath. “I don’t know.”
“Try it,” Gianna said, pushing the dress into her hands.
Brandi returned to the mirror, Zach’s eyes on her as she walked there. She could see the purely male appreciation in his look. Had anyone ever looked at her like that? When she took a good look at herself in the mirror, she understood. 
The blue of the dress accentuated her creamy skin and made her eyes pop as if she’d worn dark make-up. Brandi had never wanted to own a dress so badly in her life, but this was dangerous territory. If she gave in and let Zach choose the dress, what else would he want to choose in her life? “I’m not sure.”
“Cara, mia, you look amazing, Brandi,” Gianna said.
Brandi stared back at Zach’s reflection in the mirror. He hadn’t taken his eyes off of her and his mouth hung open just a little. This was fun causing that much of a reaction in a man. It was even more satisfying because it was a man like Zach. She doubted he let women affect him this much. 
She looked back at herself. “I don’t think I like it.”
“Why not?” Zach said, his voice a little rough. 
She turned to the side. “It makes my butt look big.”
“No, honey. It makes your butt look hot,” Zach said. 
He was right, but Brandi didn’t want to concede that. She had to get out of him buying this dress. He couldn’t win so she frowned at the mirror.
Gianna hurried her back to the dressing room. “There is a time to stand your ground in any relationship, but I’ve never seen Zachary look at anyone that way. You might want to give him. You’ll still win because he’ll have to see you all night at the gala in this dress. And he won’t be able to touch you.”
Gianna had a point. There was power in the dress. Zach could give away some information at a weak moment. She looked in the mirror at her side and nodded. “Okay. We’ll let him think he won this one.”
Gianna laughed. “You are good for him. He needs someone to push back on him.”
They were back in his truck fifteen minutes later. “Where are we going now?”
“Hair and makeup, of course.”
She turned to him. “I can do my own makeup.”
“This isn’t a dinner party, Brandi. This is a gala. The beautiful people being seen. You will be under a lot of scrutiny.”
“I hate someone else doing my hair.”
“That isn’t a good enough reason not to have it done. The discussion is over.”
“It’s my hair,” Brandi said, knowing she sounded like a child.
Zach’s gaze paused on her as they were sitting at a light. “Brandi, you are my fiancé. There is no way I would go to a gala with someone who did their own hair. Someone is going to ask you where it was done. These are that kind of people. Not Hollywood stars, but close to it. Red carpet and cameras flashing. You will not be doing your own hair.”
He turned away as if the conversation was done. Brandi sighed. She had to decide if it was worth the fight or not. She didn’t enjoy being steamrolled, but jail was always hanging over her head if she didn’t like Zach’s behavior. She looked out the window as Zach’s phone rang. 
“I have to take this.”
He pulled into a parking lot and picked up his phone instead of answering via Bluetooth. 
“Hello, Mom.”
Brandi perked up. He had a mother? Everyone had one, but Brandi hadn’t expected him to actually talk to her. She watched him. His whole demeanor changed. He softened. 
“I have news. I wanted you to hear it from me. I’m engaged.”
He was going that far with this charade? That was interesting. 
“Yes, she’s lovely and yes we’ll come and visit soon.”
Brandi couldn’t hear what his mother said, but Zach grimaced. “I can’t commit now, but when I see my schedule I’ll let you know. Tomorrow. I promise.”
Brandi wanted to laugh. A man and his mother. 
“Yes, Mom. I will. You can call me and bug me.” 
He stopped and listened.  “I love you, too.”
He disconnected and tucked his phone into his pocket. Brandi couldn’t stop staring at him. The more time she spent with Zach, the more sides she was seeing of him. She suspected she was going to find it harder and harder to keep her heart to herself.

"Welcome to 'Ethereal', what can I do for you, young lady?" An employee greeted Elysia who had just entered the department store.
Even though it is called by Elena as a department store, this sprawling building is actually an all-in-one clothing store that provides clothing for all ages and for all ranks of status.
"I want to find some clothes for me. Can you help me?" Elysia nodded at the female employee who offered to help.
"With pleasure. Please follow me to the women's section. We have a wide variety of clothes available for you."
The female employee smiled professionally with an equally formal hand gesture to guide Elysia politely.
"Sure. Please guide the way." Elysia once again nodded at this polite employee.
Then the female employee immediately guided Elysia to the intended session to serve her in a friendly manner. It is the shop's motto to serve the esteemed customers well.
In fact, there are not many people who receive such special treatment as Elysia at this moment who was greeted when she first walked into this shop.
Usually, customers are welcome to buy freely and will be assisted if needed by employees or asked by customers. It's just that the female employee who is guiding Elysia at this time feels unable to bear to see a beautiful young lady absentmindedly looking around like a lost person.
"Young lady, we've arrived at the women's block. What kind of clothes are you looking for?"

Elena started pointing out some of the beautiful outfits she decided Elysia should try on.
'Um, right. Maybe they'll be a little suspicious if I buy it right away.' Elysia agreed to that and took the clothes indicated earlier.
"Where's the dressing room? I'd like to try on some of these dresses." Elysia asked the employee who was accompanying her.
"The dressing room is over there, let me guide you."
She was still with her professional smile. At first, she only intended to help this young lady out of kindness, but now that kindness has turned into a bonus that will await her seeing the number of clothes this young lady is going to buy.
Elysia goes into the dressing room with Vanessa carrying some clothes to try on the other hand.
She attached some of the clothes to the hanger then put Vanessa on the floor.
'Vanessa, I'm going to try on some of these clothes first, okay? Tell me what you think later.' Elysia stroked Vanessa for a moment before changing dresses.
'Okay, master!' The cute white cat sat there looking at her master attentively. From a human point of view, her master is very beautiful no matter what kind of clothes she wears.
Elysia slowly took off the beautiful, brownish-black dress that Rosa had given her from her body and stored it in [Space Storage] then put on a pure white dress with simple decorations.
For some reason, she blushed a little to see her feminine body reflected in the mirror. There was a young girl wearing only white lingerie trying to wear a white dress. But she immediately threw away the dirty thoughts and put on the dress quickly.
'Sister Elena, how do I look now?' Elysia tried several poses to see her form from the mirror.

Elysia tried for a moment by imagining herself to be Alisha. Instantly a change of form appears on her body with a faint white energy aura enveloping her body and now Elysia is already in the form of Alisha.
'Wow! Can you use everyone's form? That's cheating and heinous!' Elena was once again amazed by the abilities Elysia possessed.
'This form is different, Sister Elena. I still have to support this form with energy all the time, so it's just more like a disguise. It's not like Elysia form and yours which is like my own body.' Elysia returned to her normal form and shook her head slightly.
'Well, that's strange and true. I don't know what to answer. You are you and Alisha is Alisha. You two are different and take it that way.' Elena now doesn't know anything anymore and only shares her logical opinion.
Elysia just nodded and tried not to think too much. Then she tried some other clothes that she brought to the dressing room while asking Elena and Vanessa's opinion until she returned to wearing a brownish-black dress again before going out with Vanessa.
'We've done enough shopping, haven't we?' Elysia asked Elena as she was coming out of the dressing room.
'Everything is complete, hmm... lingerie! you still need a large amount of lingerie to spare just in case.' Elena cried out to the most important thing they had almost forgotten.

"But Ame...." my best friend Jamie said, beseeching as she succumbed in front of me. 

"Jame, you know that I hate clubs, I've told you that myriad of times!" I told her. And that's a fact, I certainly, truly, from the foot of my heart, despised going to clubs. I mean, why would somebody fritter their time dancing in a room that is full of clammy bodies grinding off on their partner. Just the sheer notion of it makes me groggy. 

"Please, Ame. For me? Just one party, and no more begging for you to come. Besides, your boyfriend will be there, too. Right, Johnny dear?!" she said to Johnny- my boyfriend- hauntingly. She's conceivably urged my boyfriend to come to Jamie's brother's party. Besides, Johnny's comprehended for partying, I don't even know what he does there. We aren't good in terms with my boyfriend. We aren't even in a decent relationship. We keep quarreling about nonsense things, and when I'm discussing those nonsense things, I'm talking about missing hairpins, missing pantyliners, and missing boyfriends. Yep, he does vanish without my awareness. Yeah, I'm a slight privacy-prying girlfriend, but I have to know some bits on his pastimes. 

"Uh, y-yeah. I'm going, too, babe," he declared nervously.

"*sigh* Okay, I'm going to that foolish party," I conceded weakly, realizing that I'm winning in a winless match.

"Yes!" She states victoriously. 

"But I'm only going to just look after you. No coercing me to drink anything. No- anything! Okay?"

"Now where's the fun in that?" Jamie stated, disillusioned in me not doing anything at the party. 

"Well, what do you think I'm going to do at the party? Grating my bottom onto someone else? Oh oh oh, no way. That's way out of the federation," I cried out.
There's no way I'm going to THAT at the party.

Jamie puts her index finger below her chin, acting as if she's giving it intense thinking.

"I suppose you can just sit at the corner," she says.

"Well, you needn't have to say it, because I'm going to do that anyway," I said in a 'duh' tone.

"Okay. Now let's pick you a dress to wear at the party. And you are NOT wearing that," she clamored tauntingly while scrutinizing my costume.

Well, what's wrong with wearing a pajama and a sleeveless shirt at a party? I think wearing this while sitting in a corner is pertinent since no one there notices me and I don't know them. What's there to lose?

"Amy, I know what you're thinking, so halt your thoughts and just let me pick you an outfit," she scolded as she climbs the stairs towards my bedroom.

I swear that best friends have mind-reading powers. She knows what I'm thinking every time we get into an argument.

A few clothe-throwing later, she finally settles on an outfit, and while she's checking it out, I picked up my clothes and dresses that are now scattered on the floor.

"Here, this will look perfect on you. And hurry up on outfitting it, I still have to pertain you with some make-up," 

"But-,"

"No buts, Amy, now go, we'reeeee wasting so much time," she said as she pushes me towards the dressing room. (Yes, I have my own dressing room.)

Once I have entered the dressing room, I sealed and latched the doors, afraid of someone unlocking it while I'm still dressing. With my really skinny body, I'm pretty sure that they'll just laugh at it rather than checking it out. (Hahaha, what?)

A few eras later, I have finally emerged from the dressing room. While walking towards the mirror, I horribly tried to zip the zipper on these really skinny jeans.

Just as I stood in front of the mirror, the zipper finally travels up to its end, giving me the opportunity to clip the buttons on these jeans. Why do I even have these?

I looked at the mirror and eyed the girl right in front of me. Her leopard coat blends perfectly with her bright blue sweater underneath it.

Jamie has some really good taste in fashion.

Just as I was going to call Jamie, she barges in my room and eyes my outfit.

"Damn, girl, you look cute," she says, ending her compliment with a wink.

Of course, me being me, my cheeks began to change into a hue of red.

"Oh, shush, let's just get this over with," I said as I put a few strands of my hair behind my ear.

"Now, let's start with make-ups,"
