We all know Goblin is a weak monster, being fated to be hunted by adventurers. 

Being a Goblin was awful, Living as one is hell. 

Goblin is a pitiful existence until one peculiar goblin changed their fates.

This sole Goblin changed people's view toward Goblin.

Alex is the 4th and youngest of his siblings, graduated with passing marks and still unemployed after three years from graduation.
Today was supposed to be another regular day of his life, taking some pocket money from his older siblings like a parasite to society and go to a cafe place to spend time with his friends while occasionally sending his CV, hoping for a reply.
Except today was a special day for all of earth, as he was walking out of his parents house his vision was blinded by whiteness, he didn't panic at first for he thought he might've blacked out.  After all his diet wasn't a healthy one and the pressure from being unemployed and his mother nagging to find a job as if they grow from trees was substantial, but as he cleared his thoughts he found himself standing in a white room.
"Holy shit!! All this stress have finally drove me mad. Oh for fuck's sake I don't even have enough spending money how am I gonna get medication and proper health care!!"
Helpless, he could only take off his cap and scratch his head, after few moments he started feeling excruciating pain all over his body, and fell to the ground sweating all over.
Minutes or maybe seconds later, he couldn't tell for it felt much longer than hours to him, he stood up with black substance oozing from his body, and he started coughing black substance as well.
When he looked down and saw the black substance he couldn't help but sighing and reaching for a smoke, after all he kinda knew that smoking and asthma will most certainly get him a serious illness.
Before he could reach his smokes he heard voice, the voice was strange as it was gentle yet had a hint of lifelessness to it.
[Mortals of earth, you have been brought here and are given a choice. Step forward through blood and iron to grow strong and protect your world of the dangers surrounding it.
Or live the rest of your life in the shadow of fake security and be protected by others, speak of your choice mortal.]
When Alex heard that, he didn't know what to say, his first reaction was to enjoy this illusion even if it was a beautiful dream, but he didn't want to disappoint his mother and siblings and become an even bigger burden.
Sighing, he stood up lighting a cigarette and started talking:"Screw it! Even if it is a dream i'd rather dream for a while longer, nothing worse can happen anyway. Bring it on, I want to step through fire and iron!"
Once he finished second speaking rows after rows of weapons appeared in front of him, like that scene in the matrix, weapons that were from the medieval times.
He walked toward a sword, holding it in his hand, it felt rough, heavy and very real. He frowned and then passed it gently cut his hand, he yelped as blood started flowing from his palm.
"Shit!! Holy fucking shit !! It is real, it must be. I mean I know the subconscious is powerful, but this...this..."
After panicking for a few seconds, he took a deep breath  and started thinking aloud:" Either way, I need to prepare in case this is real and not a hallucination, first I am not a good fighter and my strength is not great, so no swords and spears, I need something shorter, destructive and doesn't need technique so a tomahawk or mace it is."
As he was talking the weapons rows started changing, and rows of maces, hammers and axes appeared in front of him, it looks like this space could read his thoughts, well some of his thoughts as most axes and hammers were too big and cumbersome.
He contemplated for a short while before choosing a small and light hatchet that has nail on it, the nail was coming out of the blunt side of the blade that made it look cool and menacing.
The hatchet was a shorter and lighter than a sword, next he asked for small shields and chose one that appeared to have strong wood and was light, again like magic the rows appeared in front of him and he chose a round shield that didn't cover much. except for his forearm.
As Alex was going to ask how to leave this place, he looked at his clothes, they were dirty with black dirt and decided to see whether he could get some clothes and armor.
And as expected, rows of armor and clothes appeared in front of him but all were leather with no steel armors.
He first took off his clothes and cleaned the dirt off of himself and wore a simple white shirt and brown pants, of course he didn't forget to take his smokes and lighter. For armor he chose a sturdy, light, leather armor, brown leather arm-guards and a pair of scaly gauntlets that weren't heavy but still looked menacing and had short nails in them to make punching more destructive.
After carefully choosing some equipment, he stood there quietly for a few seconds.
"Ohm! What now? How do I proceed?"
The moment he finished speaking, the area around him changed, he was in a small woods and the weapons and equipment around him disappeared and instead, in front of him is an ugly goblin holding a wooden club, he could instinctively feel that the place is small as if he wasn't supposed to leave outside of it.
Before he could assess the situation, the goblin pounced at him which forced him to hold his left arm above his head, even through he blocked the club his hand started hurting and he couldn't help but curse.
Again the goblin swung his weapon, this time Alex knew better than to stand still and keep watch, he took a step back to dodge then swung his own hatchet which took a good chunk of the goblin's left arm.
As he watched the goblin screaming in pain and glaring at him with hateful eyes, he started thinking that this might not be hard after all, the goblin is short and looks scrawny, even for a weak guy like him he could still take him on.
Calming himself down, he started defending himself better and side-stepping the obviously pained goblin repeating some words in hid mind:'Defense, defense, defense just like all those games you played, defend then counter, learn the pattern don't rush.'
After another ten minutes, Alex noticed that the goblin is getting exhausted while he himself hadn't even coughed once, and other than feeling tired there were no chest pains.
'Did that black goo heal me or something? This feels more and more like those novels I read, but I like it.'
Licking his lips, he was going for the killing blow when he stopped himself:'This is a great opportunity, just like in games! This is a tutorial to get used to the basic controls, movement, dodging, striking and parrying!! I need to get the best out of this, after all, if games taught me something is that the next location is always more difficult.'
After straightening his thoughts, he started actively 'fighting' the exhausted goblin, where he got used to the feeling of directing his blows with his shield, side-stepping when he needed to, when to counter and when to hold his place and how to measure the space between them. 
What he got out of this was precious experience for the price of a painful left arm that's starting to look blueish but it was time to end it, after all he was getting too tired and the goblin might get him with a lucky blow, still he didn't forget his motto 'defense', and he waited for the goblin to swing before stepping to his left hacking at his neck with the hatchet. But it didn't end as he expected it, he had hack a few times before killing it, proving that his strength is still pathetically low.

Alex is a regular guy with nothing to his name, has been summoned from modern earth to a strange place where he needs to fight for his life and earn strength and skills.

I select yes and am immediately taken back to reality.  Where I see the goblin again. Coming at me... But much much slower. What the hell?

Why is he moving so slow? I thought. 

I decide to walk towards him cautiously to see if this was some sort of trick.

As I'm walking toward him I see clearly the goblins face change from a vicious smile. To that of a panic and worry. 

~Wosha, The evolved Goblin~

Wosha was born blessed. With unusually high luck for a goblin, He was able to quickly excel in his tribe.

Earning him better equipment to go hunting and better chances to level up.

By the time his coming of age ceremony came around here was already level 8. After, He evolved, No one in his tribe was a match for him anymore.

Here in this forest he was to train for a month, Then meet the current tribe leader in battle, A long standing tradition to become Chief. 

Wosha, easily hunting best while just using his dagger, had greeted the tribe leader equipped as such. 

Gaining two levels in that short time after coming upon sleeping campers.

In which he quickly and ruthlessly eliminated them all before they could even wake. 

He knew he was fast and used his speed to bring an end to the current Chief.

He seen the simple looking human hiding in a bush while he finished his enemy.

He thought to himself gleefully, "What luck I have!" "With this human I'll be that much closer to level 11!" "Kek kek kek!" He laughed as he approached the human.

At this point he had him pinned down while he was no longer bleeding, he was sure he was near death.

Almost immediately he could tell something was wrong.  At one moment the human was on his knees.

The next he was standing seemingly unnamed. 
What's more he instantly vanished!

The next thing that happened was unexpected. Wosha, erupted blood from his neck! not even feeling pain before dying foolishly. He feel to his knees, grasping his neck and passed on to his next life.

The goblin was immediately terrified, He noticed. Well if he's just going to stand there all dumb. I'm going to get my revenge

I hurried a little faster and closed in on the goblin. As soon as I was close I stuck the wooden dagger deep in the goblins neck, and twisted it before pulling it out and jumping back a little too distance myself. 

I must of miscalculated because I ended back first into a tree several meters from the creature.

Shit! I thought 99 AGI might be a little too much. "God Engine on" I spoke.

Once I was taken back to reality.  I moved closer to where the creature was.
The goblin had fallen over dead! 

Surrounded in it's own blood, The creature held it's wound. No longer breathing.
Quickly I checked for signs of life fearing that somehow it might if survived my blow. Nothing it's dead, In my head I hear level up. I check my stats.

Sweet I gained a level! But what a rip-off, In most video games you're fully healed upon leveling. I guess this is the difference between those and real life. I thought, I check the goblins corpse for loot.

It must be my lucky day (well night) not only did level up. But this goblin had some cash and cool dagger. I pocket the gold coins and cut some the goblins rags to fashion the dagger to my hip.

I head towards the dirt road, the sun? Was peaking over the horizon, I wasn't sure because the Moon(s) were already so different from what I was used to I just took as guess. As I reached the road. I took some time to survey the area.

To my left, A vast open area expand as far as the eye can see, those same deep green tones speckled with crimson and maize. 

Not flat by far, rolling hills that lead to a large Cobalt blue mountain range spotted with White snow near it's peak.

As I was not equipped to to climb a mountain. I looked to my right, when I seen a town no more than a mile or so away.

 Not a huge town but decent sized in which I seen a few people a ways ahead with a cart. the houses were mostly wooden nothing luxurious. But study looking none the least. 

I tell myself this is where I can get some income and began my normal life. I head right and eventually find a two story building matte gray with a peaked roof. 

The sign outside the building reads Draginn.

"Oh God" I sigh, "how very clever". I head inside. I approach what looks like the main service area.  I don't see anyone around, the inside is decorated in the same matte gray paint that's outside, a few dragon murals lay on the walls. Quiet well drawn for what the rest of the place looks like. 

I ring the little bell that lies on the desk and a hefty woman about 5 foot tall appears from a room in the back behind the desk.

Hey big blond ringlets bounce as does the rest of her body, as she hurries to the dear to greet me.

Upon further inspection I can tell that she's an older woman around her 50s. 

She waves and says "Hello, will you be staying the night with us!" in an accent that I would attribute to Irish back in my previous life. 

"Not sure" I say "How much for a room?"  Looking around as to get familiar with the rest of the Inn.  "2 silver will get you a nights rest and dinner to boot" she says wistfully. 

I pull a gold coin out of my pocket And ask "How long will this let me stay?" She quickly plucks the coin from her hand and bites it as to test if it's counterfeit or not. 

"You can stay for an entire month with this. We'll do your laundry and feed you a hot breakfast and dinner entry night if you pay in advance" 

"Well looks like I'm staying" I say, no sooner am I done speaking a gruff looking older man wearing a dirty white apron and a just as dirty pants and shirt. "Follow me" he sighs and leads me to my room.

Most of the time you become a hero after you die, you acquire some sort of cheat ability how typical huh well I stumbled upon a cheat engine!

Izuku ignored the body of the kobold and together with the ghost, went deeper into the forest.
Even though Izuku trained his body pretty much every day, he still found it very physically demanding to move through the forest. 

His clothes are completely ruined, they would constantly get stuck on the various plants and bushes. It took him an entire three hours to get out of the weird mazes of trees, and he noticed that the sun wasn´t shining as much as it was before.

"How is it even possible for a dungeon to have a sun? Or is it something else? This whole place is so weird.  Anyway... I should probably find a resting place soon. Who knows what lurks at night. These dungeon floors would be much easier for me to beat if I didn´t have to walk hours for anything. Can´t I just burn this whole forest down and be done with it?" Izuku sighed.

Even though he was saying things like that, Izuku was convinced by what his "observe" skill told him. He also understood that if the "observe" warned him about anything, he should avoid doing it. 

"Avoid damaging the dungeon at all costs. I wonder what would happen if I were to violate this rule?"

But, it´s not like Izuku could do that. He only had a few matches on him, so his dreams of burning the forest were lost forever.

"Ah, where are you when I need you Itsuka. Her second quirk would be quite helpful in this damn forest. I wonder if I could bring people in here. AAAH I want to go back already."

Ignoring Izuku´s grumblings, ghost finally sensed something nearby and stopped moving.

Seeing this, Izuku stopped as well and looked around but he couldn´t see anything out of the ordinary.

"Oi Blackie, why did you stop? I don´t see anything. It´s just trees! Don´t scare me like that.." 

Despite getting yelled at, Blackie stood still and stared at a nearby bush.
Following his line of sight, Izuku looked at the bush. After a quick thought, he decided to investigate. 

As he approached the bush, he heard weird noises coming from within. 

"Guagah!"


Something is coming.
Izuku narrowed his eyes and prepared to intercept the enemy. 


A figure jumped out of the bush. A small green-skinned monster that was around kid´s height. The upper half of his body was covered in animal hide, while the bottom was barely even covered. It had a big head with an evil looking red eyes.
  
Izuku looked at the monster and couldn´t help but exclaim.

"Goblin! It exists!" 

When Izuku was little, he tried to figure out his quirk as much as possible. Due to his quirk being similar to some abilities from RPG games, he decided to "increase his knowledge" by immersing himself in the RPG genre. One of those similarities were dungeons and monsters within. While in the game, some monsters were nice too look at, for example, Dragons, Angels or even Griffins, While some stood out from the rest due to their ugly faces. Goblins, Orcs, and Ogres.

Weird looking beings one would often meet in the game while being the easiest to remember due to their ugliness.

Izuku looked at the Goblin and shook his head.
"His bones are really weak. I should be able to finish it in one blow."

Like a green meteor, Izuku´s green hair flew around as he tore through the air and charged at the goblin. His rush made Goblis´s leather hide stick closely to his dirty skin. Goblin didn´t expect an attack of this caliber. Izuku´s punch connected, and Goblin´s head flew off. Green blood smeared everywhere and a weird substance made of blood, brain and who knows what else flowed down his right hand.

He turned to look at Blackie and said.
"So Blackie, I was cool wasn´t I?"

Blackie didn´t look impressed, which annoyed Izuku. 

"Tch, it´s so boring to be here all alone with you. You can´t even talk and it doesn´t seem you even have any skills other than listening to orders." 


*Swish*

A small dagger flew at him from another bush to his left.
Izuku side-stepped at the last second to the right and the blade fell, just inches away from his shoulder. 

"An Ambush?"

Small green figures popped out of the bushes one by one and encircled the poor boy.

"There are too many goblins. Is their nest nearby or were they waiting and observing me from sidelines while their kin died painfully? If they saw what happened to him, why didn´t they just leave?" So many questions flooded Izuku´s mind.

A bigger goblin with a black skin came forward and waved its longsword around.

"He must be the boss. Show me what you got! Observe!"

Izuku opened his inventory and took out a small dagger.

When Goblin king saw the size of his weapon, he laughed as if he was mocking him.

"Just you wait. Despite its size, the dagger is quite deadly." Izuku smiled.


As if he understood him, the Goblin King stopped laughing and turned serious. Both warriors looked at each other warily while waiting for their opponent to take the first move.

All of the goblins who were present witnessed their brother´s brutal death. They seemed to understand the concept of terror as they trembled at the eye contact with Izuku. Despite feeling fear towards him, their king ordered them to stay close to him and they couldn´t refuse. Some of them even hoped for their king to lose so that they would be free.

Izuku opened his inventory and took out a small dagger.

When Goblin king saw the size of his weapon, he laughed as if he was mocking him.

"Just you wait. Despite its size, the dagger is quite deadly." Izuku smiled.


As if he understood him, the Goblin King stopped laughing and turned serious. Both warriors looked at each other warily while waiting for their opponent to take the first move.

All of the goblins who were present witnessed their brother's brutal death. They seemed to understand the concept of terror as they trembled at the eye contact with Izuku. Despite feeling fear towards him, their king ordered them to stay close to him and they couldn't refuse. Some of them even hoped for their king to lose so that they would be free.

After hearing Wang Yu, Captain Don't Open Fire had nothing more to argue about. The bunch from Quan Zhen Sect never knew how to take a loss, god only knew what these players had gone through. 
"Okay, let's not talk about that anymore." Fearless waved the matter away and interrupted their conversation. He pointed towards Goblin's carcass and directed Captain Don't Open Fire saying, "Hurry go and take care of it."
"Me?" Captain Don't Open Fire was taken aback. He did not expect Fearless to let him search for equipment as they already had prior arrangements on who should do it. 
Fearless replied, "You spent so much money. This matter is surely very important to you. If we find something valuable, we don't even trust ourselves with it. Do you dare trust us?"
"Hmm… I will go and search." Captain Don't Open Fire understood Fearless intentions and quickly went forward.
The players from Quan Zhen Sect were truly an unruly group of people, they would not even blink an eye when killing others. 
Treasure Hunter Goblin had spent a good part of his life scavenging for treasure. As a sentient BOSS, his death along with all his treasures was really a great loss.
Captain Don't Open Fire rummaged around for half a day but only managed to find an old dirty piece of armour.

It turned out that this seemingly decrepit piece of equipment was still part of an armour set. It was only around the level of a silver tier equipment. Furthermore, its additional attributes were pretty ordinary. 
The stats for this armour were way too trashy. Even if it was 10% higher, it was not worth wasting a slot in equipping this. 
As for the effects of Hawkeye, Luck and Treasure Hunting, they were still passable. But the difficulty lay in collecting the full set of armour…
"Old Bull, you take this armour and try to see if you can transfer the special attributes onto other equipment."
 Captain Don't Open Fire passed the equipment over to Fearless and Fearless tossed it over to Wang Yu. Wang Yu accepted it and stored it in his bag. 
Captain Don't Open Fire continued inspecting Goblin's body and found a second item. It was a magic item known as "Goblin Stinky Smokescreen". 
Although the item description showed the item that was used for escaping purposes, this item could be used for more insidious and wretched ways. Fearless proceeded to pocket the item…
"Can you do it or not? Should your luck be decent since you have so much money? Why do you keep finding rubbish?" Upon seeing that Captain Don't Open Fire did not find anything valuable, the bunch from Quan Zhen Sect began chiding him. His luck was way too awful. Was it the case that he used up his luck the moment he was reincarnated?
"Hm, there is one more chance, let me try again…"
Captain Don't Open Fire had a very thin-skinned and his face quickly turned tomato red upon receiving the playful insults of the other players. He gingerly went up to search Goblin's body for the last time. 
This time, Captain Don't Open Fire managed to find a dagger from his body. 
This dagger was familiar to everyone as he was the same one that Frost Blade had lost to Goblin. Even the attributes were exactly the same…
After using up his three chances and not finding the item he wanted, Captain Don't Open Fire had a darkened look on his face. 
"This, this is not possible… The mission introduction clearly stated that the Covenant Altar will be here. Why can't I seemed to find it?" 
Covenant Altar… At the moment, the players from Quan Zhen Sect finally knew what Captain Don't Open Fire was looking for.
"How is it supposed to be like?" Wang Yu asked curiously.
"I am also not too sure." Captain Don't Open Fire shook his head sullenly, "However, according to logic, it should be a round and circular object. 
Covenant Altars that were usually seen in games were mostly round-shaped.
"Round?" Wang Yu looked around his surroundings and pointed towards the magical base below the treasure chest saying, "Could that be what you are looking for?"
"That?" Captain Don't Open Fire scratched his head and he looked a little befuddled. How could that base possibly be what he was looking for? However, there was indeed no other round shaped objects in the Temple of Treasures. 
Captain Don't Open Fire went up to test if that was indeed what he was looking for. As he stood before the magic base, he brought out a model house. 
Everyone had seen such a model before, it resembled the guild headquarters…
Captain Don't Open Fire swiftly placed the model of the guild on the magic base. Once the two items came into contact, the magic rune on the base burst into a dazzling light. 
The magic base slowly became smaller and smaller and finally merged with the model into one singular object. It flew up and hovered in mid air. 
Everyone stopped probing as the altar descended before the players.

Bloody Alliance: Passive Skill, players who have signed the covenant can be merged into a single alliance guild within the valid time of the covenant. Up to a maximum of 50,000 people. 
"F*ck, an Obsidian Guild Treasure…"
The players from Quan Zhen Sect sucked in a breath of cold air upon seeing the attributes of the altar. 
Guild treasures were simply a luxury item because supply for it was too low. Even the most basic bronze tier guild treasure could be sold for an astronomical price, much less needed to be said about an Obsidian tier treasure.
Moreover, the attributes that this Covenant Altar possessed were quite BUG.
Although there were thousands of players in bigger guilds, an ordinary guild only housed about 500 members. 
Guild headquarters could not be shared among guilds therefore communication was inconvenient among the different guilds. It was also very restrictive to fight between guilds. 
With this Covenant Altar, one could merge many guilds in a single Alliance Guild. This could help to create an overwhelming numbers advantage in any guild war. 
It could be seen how valuable this guild treasure was to a big guild. Even though this item was of no use to Quan Zhen Sect, their members could not help but covet the treasure. It was no wonder why Captain Don't Open Fire spent so much effort to acquire it.

"Why didn't I take exercises seriously?" Ryuji muttered to himself. Back on Earth, he will do basic training but not as intensive as this. He would just occasionally join his co-managers who are into athletics. He would watch them lift heavy weights while he was just doing casual exercises like jogging, push-ups, and some dumb bells. Now he learned on a very hard way that he needs to be active. 
 
"Pyun-Pyun, pick up the bodies." Ryuji ordered and the slime complied as it bounced to the carcasses scattered around. The slime stored them to his body despite the carcass was three to five times larger than its spherical gel body.
 
Ryuji and Pyun-pyun also forage some useful herbs around the area with the use of the <Canopic Jar of Duat>. There were several colors faintly illuminating the herbs around him. He ordered the slime to collect the herbs as he picked up some berries and plants that the slime could not reach. He will make a concoction later on to test it out. There is after all a guide even without a potion manual. He just needed to figure out what he needs to do with the colorful light. He saw faint lights dancing around some herbs. There were more herbs that had multiple colors dancing around and Ryuji thought that this guide might be equivalent to a concoction of something. He just needs to know what he can make by mixing up random things. He remembered some games that it has some combination to unlock a certain potion or poison. He can't wait to study these things out. He was using <identify> from time to time about the herbs and new stuff that he picked up. He then threw what he collected to Pyun-Pyun to store it.
 
He called Pyun-Pyun and ask for the herbs that the slime gathered. There were plenty to choose from. He casted <identify> multiple times to familiarize himself with the herbs and shrubs they picked up. He was elated. While it was common and uncommon herbs, he finally gets to try potion making. There are also things that he can use for cooking. Since he could control his fire power, he can start cooking instead of eating raw meat. He got 
 
After more than half a day, they went back to their base. Ryuji also made a vine to tie the canopic jar and hung it up to his neck. It looked weird but he felt much more awful if he holds it all the time or attach this godly jar to his loincloth. He suddenly remembered the loin cloth. "Ugh… I should really have asked for clothes." He regretfully muttered. He was still wearing that ugly filthy white piece of cloth. For a bath loving nation, wearing the same clothes really disgusts him not to mention this filthy cloth. "If really evolve i need something cleaner than this body." Ryuji frowned. The cloth was no longer white, he was like wearing this dirty cloth for a few weeks.
 
Then it dawned on him that the fur from the rabivore, he can use it and try making some clothes out of those materials. He could experiment with silk threads abilities later so he could attach the furs to cover his lower half at least. Once he gets back, he could sew some fur as clothes. It's a tedious task but it needs to be done so he may finally say goodbye to the disgusting loincloth.
 
He called Pyun-Pyun and ask for the herbs that were gathered. There were plenty to choose from. He casted <identify> multiple times to familiarize himself with the herbs and shrubs they picked up. "No more bugs and raw meat!" He was overwhelmed with joy, no longer he would endure eating bugs or raw meat. Despite that he is currently a goblin, having the memories of his previous Japanese life, he could not accept eating raw and uncooked food. He was aiming for the myriad of flavors that he once knew. He had been a kitchen helper as one of his odd jobs before and did cook a lot in his spare time, especially when his brother was still alive. He quickly set his sight on the herbs. "Now I need salt." Ryuji wondered. He pulled out the rabivore and marinade it with herbs, but he scrunched his brows. While the rabivore was fully preserved like it just died a few minutes ago, when he tore the leg, blood immediately gushed out. "Crap!" He forgot to let the animal bleed. He was not minding it a few days ago because he was eating it raw. Though Ryuji is now a goblin, he still thinks as a human back on earth. Exsanguinating the carcass would be beneficial to the flavor and preservation of the meat. While he does not need it for preservation, he was aiming more on the flavor instead.

"Pyun-Pyun, bring that rabivore outside the springs." Ryuji quickly commanded. It was a good thing that his lovely pet can preserve it much better than a refrigerator, but it would be bad for the flavor. Pyun-pyun immediately spit out the rest of the carcasses of adult rabivores and while the goblin made an incision at the neck of the rabivore. He is unsure of this rabbit like creature that is slightly larger than a tibetan mastiff but to be safe he thought that there should be blood vessels for this hideous creature. Ryuji already tore the leg earlier but this time he used the <Sword of Tartarus> to make an incision which is slightly difficult. "I wish i really have some knife right now, using a longsword to butcher this is really awkward." He muttered to himself.

Pyun-pyun watched his master as if he was a student eager with a demonstration of practical skills when it felt some power pouring to the weapon that his master uses. Ryuji looked at the slime and the slime was looking at the sword like it was saying something. He was surprised that the slime was trying to get his attention and scarily smiled. "It's ok, we will clean the meat later." Ryuji gave a pat on the slime. Without warning to him that the sword was engulfed in an ominous purple light that gave an eerie feeling. What do you expect from a weapon of the underworld? The sword did change to a cleaver, a scary and intimidating looking one. It had a sinister looking handle like it was built from a spine of some kind of animal and a black blade that had a hooked like form at the opposite end of the handle that looked really evil. It gave chills to Pyun-Pyun and Ryuji as the <Sword of Tartarus> held by the goblin became a nasty murderous cleaver. 

In Ryuji's mind he became some game boss villain holding a creepy cleaver like it was made from his 'victims'. He felt chills by just looking at it, but he did not feel anything amiss like possession or eating away his life force. He is still cautious of the creepy looking weapon. Then a familiar chime sounded. <Sword of Tartarus, Kopis of the Underworld unlocked. Host's dormant skills: Butcher level 8 unlocked.>

"Oh!" Ryuji exclaimed. "Does this mean my previous skills are available?" He wondered as he asked the echo again, but it did not reply to his query. When the Takeda couple died, he accepted several odd jobs to make his brother comfortable, he had been a delivery guy, a florist assistant, a dishwasher, a kitchen staff, a butcher's apprentice, construction worker, fast food staff and salesclerk. He had to learn quickly to keep those jobs even for a short time. But it's been years since he honed his skills related to those odd jobs since he started working for corporate company which was the last company when he died. His stats did not specify any of those when he first arrived here which he did not notice at first but ever since he needed to butcher a rabivore now it felt he still had that tacit knowledge within him. "I guess those skills are handy now unlike the ones that I had when work working with corporations…" Ryuji seemed to answer his own question. 

Ryuji also thought about the second form for the <Sword of Tartarus>, it seemed that there are more forms for this weapon. Then a grumble from his stomach was heard, a sound that he had last heard when he was only eating insects when he first arrived. "Maybe later, I will play with this later." He instinctively looked to the creepy looking cleaver.

Takeda Ryuji is a single 35-year-old workaholic manager of a Japanese conglomerate. Both brothers were otakus, Takehiko loved magic and elven stuff while Ryuji loved transmigration, rebirth, more so Isekai type of stories. Sadly, his brother passed away due to liver cancer. This left Ryuji devastated, and he cherished the hobby that he and his brother loved, to honor his memory and this was his escape from the stressful life of a corporate salaryman.

On the sixth anniversary of his brother’s death he was called by his boss to cover for another manager to finish a project of their office. He finished his work and drank beer to end his day only to wake up in a pure white room.

That was the day that Takeda Ryuji died of heart attack and woke up in the Divine Realm’s reception area.

After his rebirth as the black-haired elf of prophecy, the elf child named Takeda Takehiko was praying in front of a pair of statues.

“Mama Sefie-sama, can you bring my brother here when he dies?” The black-haired elven child looked at the Goddess of forest with twinkling eyes.

“Hubby, do what our adopted child says!!!” The woman watching from their TV, turned to his husband wearing a dashing black suit with floral necktie.

“I am on it.” Hades subtly smiled. He immediately called using his smartphone. “Yubis, send over Takeda Ryuji here.”

“What?” The jackal god asked.

“My adopted son wants to.” Hades replied

“You know we can’t do that!” The jackal god retorted

“Would you like your sis-in-law do it instead?” Hades countered

“Oh! I am on it! In fact, Bishamonten said he will arrive in five minutes! I will be busy in accepting him, tell that to sis-in-law! Bye!!” The jackal god Yubis replied with delay. He was scared witless by the angry Goddess of Harvest. 

“Wifey!!! He will be over within five minutes!” Hades smiled

“Hubby you are the best!” Sefie hugged his overbearing CEO god.

Brotherly reunion in another world, god migration, scandalous heavens, world building and a multitude of migrant souls. This is my first novel as an amateur writer. Suggestions are accepted. This was meant to be a light fantasy novel for a regular corporate worker like me.

﻿After propping up Saeko, he told her that they will head towards the west.

"How did you know that west is here?" Saeko couldn't help but ask.

"W-Well, I looked at the sun! Look, it heads towards the Western direction when it sets right? So I just headed there!" although he wanted to tell her about the Menu, Ariel said that it would be better not to tell her first because he still can't protect her if someone got interested in his Menu.

'That's true, I can't even utilize my current strength so it will be dangerous if we bump into someone strong. Later, I will arrange my skills and see what the other functions does the Menu have,' he thought. He put that idea on the 'Memo' section of his Menu.

Heading towards the west hand in hand, Saeko still feels like she's in her dream. Her secret crush now showed that he likes her too. Although there is no burning feeling of love, she knew that it will grow with time.

While both of them were lost in thought, they arrived at a location where a group of people with swords, spear, wand, and a bow, battling a frog similar to what they fought earlier. 

After some time, they quickly finished off the frog and the guy with the sword dismantled the frog. The guy with the spear and blonde-haired guy wearing a neck choker and a red jacket started to laze around. From time to time, he would look at the brown-haired girl wearing a light green jacket with perverted eyes. Probably pissed off by the perverted gazes that the blonde man, she glared at him to make him stop.

'Isn't that Lean? Aren't I lucky to meet a known character from the anime from the very first day I got here? Let's try using the new skill that I gained,' Hiroto thought. He immediately did what he thought and activated his Identify skill while looking at Lean.

'Wait, what? Does she have a last name? Shame it didn't show her race though. I'm really curious about that fluffy tail of hers,' he thought while looking longingly at the fluffy tail.

After looking at the group for a while, Saeko and Hiroto went on their way towards the west.

Lean is a member of a Party of Adventurers consisting of 4 people. They are; Rein, commonly known as Dust, Taylor, the party leader, Keith, an Archer, and her, a mage.

Usually, they would go on several subjugation quests that aren't that dangerous. They do adventuring for a living so braving dangers aren't their thing.

"Stop looking at me using your perverted gaze! I feel so uncomfortable, with you looking like that at me!" Lean shouted at the perverted asshole.

"Who's gonna look at you with your flat chest?! Don't be so assuming!" Dust replied. Lean wanted to say something but stopped when she saw 2 people at the corner of her eyes.

Since Hiroto and Saeko are still wearing their school uniforms, they would look conspicuous in this fantasy world. But that wasn't what caught Lean's attention. What caught her attention is Hiroto's features.

Although it is pretty common to see good looking guys in the Axel Town, guys like him who surpass them on looks by a mile are rare.

'I wonder who they are? I think they're new here. I've never seen them in this town before, probably newcomers?' Lean thought.

"Hey, let's finish this up and go to the guild to report the completion of our quest!" she said to her party members.

"Yeah! I'll just finish dismantling this frog and we're good to go!" Taylor replied before going back to doing his work.

While continuing their journey onwards, they stumbled upon a few peculiar events.

The first thing they stumbled upon after seeing the seemingly normal party, besides the perverted blonde guy of course. Is a blonde-haired lady dawning a white armor, shivering in delight while getting pummeled by rusted swords and sticks of a few green-skinned little creatures?

'Isn't that Dustiness Ford Lalatina!?' he thought.

"Isn't that a goblin?" Saeko said.

"Yeah, I think it is. If our fantasy novel knowledge is correct, then that is most certainly a goblin," Hiroto said while using Identify to make sure that it is a goblin.

'Wait, why does it not show 'Goblin' in its name?!' Hiroto exclaimed.

‹That is exactly because Name pertains to your given name. Not the name of your race. If a monster has a given name, then that monster is a unique or legendary monster. Names are like a sacred thing for sentient monsters,› Ariel explained to him patiently.

'Is that so? Now that you've said it, I do remember that strong monsters in games have names that are unique to them,' Hiroto said. While he was conversing with Ariel, a silver-haired lady wearing a minimalistic kind of clothing appeared and killed off all the goblins.

After she killed all the monsters, she looked at the lady with blonde hair, fury visible in her eyes. Seeing this scene, Hiroto and Saeko decided to ignore this peculiar scenario.

"Alright, I think that scene is a little too... weird?" Saeko said awkwardly.

"Hahaha, that is certainly a weird scene to encounter. Who would have thought that there is such a person in this world?" Hiroto said while scratching his cheeks.

"Yeah, it's a really weird happening right?" Saeko agreed in his words.

"Let's just forget about it. I'm sure it's just that girl that has some weird quirks around," he said while he knows that it isn't the case.

'So she is with Darkness around this time of the plot. I'll meet you later, Goddess Eris,' he thought while thinking of a way to prank the cute Goddess.

After some time, they then came to a location where a... lake? Of some sort, is located.

After they reach the location, they saw a girl with brown-haired and crimson eyes that are glowing. She then came to a stop before the lake-like location before the crimson-eyed girl held her staff and muttered something.

Hiroto was excited to see this iconic moment right before his very eyes. The moment he laid eyes on Megumin, he wanted to run towards her and talk to her. But it is obvious that he cannot so he just decided to watch from afar.

After a few minutes of waiting, Megumin raised her staff and pointed it towards the lake-like place and shouted,

"EXPLOOOOOSION!!" right after she said that, a blue-colored mana shot out of the blue ball in her staff and landed on the surface of the lake. Moments after, 6 layers of magic circles appeared right above it and then *BOOOM!* an explosion occurred. Fragments of land and a large amount of water came raining down after a few seconds. As for Megumin? As usual, she collapsed after firing one spell.

"Let's quickly run away from here Saeko! We'll get dirty if we stay here any longer!" Hiroto told Saeko who was still stunned by the previous occurrence.

Running away quickly, they, fortunately, avoided getting a free bath right after transmigrating into another world.

"Haa… haa… haa, that was crazy! I've never seen such a huge explosion right before my eyes!" Saeko exclaimed. The previous occurrence was a first for her. It was such a weird sightseeing a girl smaller than her fire a large area destruction magic up close.

"I know right? I only saw these kinds of things in animes!" Hiroto replied. The adrenaline rush he felt after seeing such a display was still there.

‹Although it pains me to admit it, that little girl is really a genius. Even though the system of this world that they have access to is too little. It is still amazing to see her learn that Explosion magic. I think it costs 40 skill points,› Ariel said in a bit of amazement.

'Yeah, she is quite amazing. Don't you think that she's the once in a millennium genius of this world?' Hiroto asked.

‹I think she is. We just need to upgrade Identify to see her title,› Ariel replied.

"Is that so? What were you thinking anyway? You look like you're thinking of something complicated," Saeko said with a worried expression. Seeing the worry in her face, he patted her said to reassure her.

"I'm fine Saeko, I just thought of what we will do in the future," he said.

"Let's head towards a town first before you think of anything else!" Saeko said jokingly.

"Hahaha, you are right about that. We first need shelter and then a change of clothes. These clothes are quite conspicuous in this world," Hiroto said.
