200 years ago man created the greatest AI known but this Machine eventually grew a mind of its own and evetually it's own body, it rose up with others like it against the human race this battle went on for about 20 years and nature and most resources were dieing off cause of the continuing battles but the final battle it released a large blast but is wasn't a bomb it was something else entirely, the machines had something hidden down their main base, something that wasn't human or machine something not of this earth, the blast brought back nature it changed it along with the humans and Machines closes to the blast.....both of them went a evolution of some sorts and because of this both sides where able to form a peace ending the war



Lia Giles became a border guard and mechanic for the power lines on the in between of the main city and the unearthly forests, no longer being able to stand living in the high technology world where humans are treated like second class citizens. On one of her patrols she discovers something or more like someone that no one has ever seen before.

"What is the fundamental nature of law? It's simply a tool to rule over the social classes. Law is the materialization of the will of the ruling class. Law is a way by which the ruler will regulate every part of society."
Back in China of my original world, every law student who just started to study law would have to learn this definition regarding the fundamental nature of law.
Maybe since China was deeply influenced by Communist thinking, China's definition of law was also filled with class conflict.
"Law is a tool for the ruling class to control the social classes."
Back in China, this was considered the public opinion, orthodoxy, and a definite. In fact, most legal scholars and those in the law profession viewed this as a maxim… but, at least in my opinion, that wasn't everything there was to law.
It was quite evident that such a definition of law could only become reality after a country and social classes were formed. But, what about a society that was still unstructured, such as a primitive society that didn't have written or systematic rules? In that case, weren't the basic social norms the same as laws?
My old world's definition of law was endlessly battered in this new world where many different intelligent species coexisted together.
For instance, to use the Silver Dwarves as an example, they were abnormally successful in realizing equality for everyone in the tribe. They had no officials or tribe leaders, yet they were abnormally strict in obeying the tribe's rules. In that case, since there wasn't even a ruling class in the Silver Dwarves species, the classical Chinese definition of law was nothing more than a joke.
Another example would be the Antmen, a minority species. Every single Antman would be born for the sake of serving the Ant Queen. But actually, the Antmen had no self will at all. The Antmen had successfully connected all of their wills as one. There was only actually one mind for an entire Antmen tribe. If there was only one person in the entire tribe, then it would be quite difficult to say who was ruling whom. It was also quite common for the Ant Queen to be sacrificed.
There were also undead tribes, as well as dragons who had even stranger societal structures…
Such situations were actually quite common. In this world, orderly societal structures like the humans' and elves' societies with nobles and commoners as separate social classes were actually in the minority. I had witnessed countless societal structures which were even stranger than that of the Silver Dwarves' before.
Since the majority of species hadn't constructed countries for themselves, continuing to use social class theory as the basis for law would obviously be nothing more than a joke.
If I still used such a legal theory as basis, then the idea of "unjust laws are still laws" from my original world would only become an ever more vicious debate that would be impossible to solve here.
Maybe abstract theories would be difficult for readers to understand, so I will give an example. If a tyrant's depraved rule, a terrorist organization's internal rules, or an assassin organization's unwritten rules about killing were all recognized as laws, then the new power of Law that I created in this world would only become the strongest weapon of all for villains and tyrants in this world.
Eich was a world where a person's will was equivalent to actual power. Not giving a definition carefully enough would absolutely lead to complete disaster.
If there was a problem with the foundational definition that I gave to Law in this world, then my system for Law would either end up collapsing or become distorted sooner or later.
"Is Law only a tool for ruling? Law's functions for guiding people towards kindness and punishing evil in society can simply be explained as 'maintaining social stability'? Perhaps the kindness and benefit for society is what Law's true nature really is."
In the end, when creating the Original Codex of Law for this world, I abandoned the old Chinese "bible" of law on classical legal theory, and instead wrote my personal understanding of law based on the special nature of society in this world.
"Law is something that should guide people towards kindness."
From that moment onwards, law in Eich was destined to be different from the definition of law in China. The debate over "unjust laws are also laws" would never happen here at all. Evil laws enacted by tyrants would be disqualified from being laws in my Original Codex of Law.
"Law is something that should treat all criminals equally."
From that moment onwards, the power of Law would only act because of a crime, and the power of Law would never waver or change no matter the criminal's status or power.
"Law is limited to divine laws and manmade laws…"
As I completed my definitions for Law, I discovered to my astonishment that a certain way of thinking which had long since been discarded by my original world of Earth was actually the best explanation for my personal interpretation of Law.
"…It's actually the bloody and primitive… principle of retaliation."
Maybe legal retaliation had a certain definition, but what I meant was actually quite simple.
"An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth."
Someone who harmed or killed others should be treated in the same way depending on how many crimes they committed. Someone who tore out another person's eye should have their own eye torn out. Someone who killed another should be killed as well. In the most primitive societies, it was a blood relative of the victim who would take revenge in the majority of situations. Thus, this concept had another name… blood vengeance.
Since taking blood vengeance was far too barbaric, vicious, and cruel, modern-day countries in my original world had long since forbidden such a thing.
However, perhaps it was precisely because the world of Eich was too cruel and barbaric that my power of Law could be created in this world with such a form.
The power of Law would use even crueler methods to scare evil villains. Even if a villain was able to escape judgement in their life, they would still be punished after death in Hell. There would be zero exceptions to this.
Law gave victims the right of vengeance. Once an evil villain's deeds were exposed for all to see, once the Codex of Law at the River Styx Hall recorded a person's entire life, their heavy crimes would finally become a noose that would strangle them.
Law was something that gave the innocent and weak a necessary sense of safety because the cut-off heads of villains would remain hanging high up on the castle walls in order to strike fear into the hearts of would-be villains in the future.
Law gave the protectors and enforcers of the law an incomparably sharp sword as they were the protectors of the weak and ordinary people, as well as the representatives of vengeance for the victims.
Obviously, this was rather extreme, bloody, barbaric, and unreasonable.
But in this cruel world, if I used modern-day laws from Earth… which was a place where some places were already beginning to get rid of the death penalty, and the rich could simply pay money to get out of jail… using such "laws written in a peaceful generation" for this world would only mean that I was a huge idiot.
To give a very simple example, if I continued to use legal theory from modern-day Earth as the foundation for Law in Eich, then my Justice Knights would have to act like modern-day policemen even if they witnessed a murder themselves. They would have to first gather evidence and witnesses, then send the criminal to court to accept a fair and just judgement… in a way, the Justice Knights would be even weaker than modern-day policemen because the fixed Concept of Law would be far more inflexible and foolish than any justice system from Earth.
I should also mention that the death penalty as a concept of vengeance was becoming ever rarer on modern-day Earth.
"A murderer should pay with their own life."
This was considered common sense back in more ancient and primitive societies on Earth. However, many modern countries of Earth were already rejecting this idea that murderers had to face the death penalty. Laws on Earth were becoming ever more complex, which actually gave criminals who committed horrible crimes even more opportunities to commit evil deeds once again.
Eich was a world with limited resources. This was far too much of an extravagance to afford.
"A chaotic world requires strict laws… this world is more chaotic than the word chaotic can describe, so the laws naturally must be endlessly severe."
Only after I confirmed the core of the fundamentals of Law that I wanted were Law Incantations born.
Still, no matter what, Law was still a power of Order, and a type of elemental power in this world. While Law needed to obey the definition of its own Concept, it also needed to obey the natural laws of the elements.
Setting rules was a power of Order. The power of Law wasn't the only power of Order related to rules.
Prophecy magic, wish magic, and other such types of magic relying on "reason" were actually using the various layers of rules. This was quite similar to the power of Law. The traits of such magic spells were also the same as either the spell would succeed as expected, or the spell would fail and produce nothing.
Wish magic would distort any wish that was difficult for the caster to achieve. It would be impossible for any major prophecy spell to determine something overly complex or to try and force a specific future to happen. Thus, even if a pope tried to force a prophecy, he would still say that it was something really simple.
The power of Law was the same. Using a Law Incantation was still a competition of power between the two sides. If the Law user won, then the Law Incantation would succeed. If the villain was far too strong, then the attack-type Law Incantations would be weakened, and the binding incantations would become ineffective. It was still a contest of elemental power.
The more complex something was, the weaker its foundation would be. The more simple and direct something was, the stronger and more difficult to distort it would become.
In the end, when I resolved myself to create my Law sword, I finally used the most basic and primitive method to achieve my goal.
"Begin judgement, Law Sword Vengeance, an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth… a life for a life!"
My double-edged runic short sword suddenly appeared in midair. As Karwenz watched in surprise, his physical body was directly torn apart into several pieces. As I laughed at him, my physical body exploded at the same time.


This is the story of a crazy lich who possesses an internal game system and brings catastrophe to the entire world.
“Let’s look at the daily quests today… it’s the damned choose one-of-two-options-type again. Destroy a town with a population of 30,000 people or above; reward: 10,000 evil points. Steal lollipops from 3 children; reward: 1 evil point. If neither of the quests is completed, then 2 points will be deducted.”
“Tsk! You think I’m stupid? If I really destroyed a town, a crusade of Myth-ranked Holy Knights would definitely come hunting me down. Even if I earned the points, there wouldn’t be any life left in me to spend them. I better just go be a kindly lollipop bandit.”
I’ve already had enough of being a notorious lich. Who says a lich can’t be a good person? I’m definitely going to beat this damned system and be an upright and dignified good man.

Joel Rotierre had been working for the Social Justice Army for exactly three weeks before Homer Ikari had a chance to meet the new recruit. Homer had suspected that this was because Barack had recruited Joel for some sinister purpose. But in person, Joel was such a pathetic creature that Homer's first instinct was to just assume that shyness was the culprit beyond this elusiveness. Goodness knows that Joel walked with a self-deprecating gait, shunning eye contact if at all possible, in an apparent state of constant shame. It wasn't difficult to guess why. Joel was hideous, walking in a hunch with one eye slightly larger than the other. And to top it all off Joel's hair was a mess. Homer was staring at the hair, trying to figure out if had been gelled into that very peculiar position.

"I'm very sorry about that. I meant no disrespect to you," said Joel, very self-consciously observing Homer's reaction to the hair. "It's just, the only way I can get it to stay down is with hair gel, and there are so many military applications for hair gel these days it's hard to get my hands on any-"

"That's fine, that's fine," said Homer, forcing a smile. Joel was nervous and chattering. Military applications for hair gel- what a ridiculous thought. Homer was a forgiving man and had already decided not to hold Joel's personal appearance against him. There wasn't much Joel could do about that anyway, short of accepting cybernetic implants. Come to think of it...

"I'm just curious," said Homer. "Why don't you use cybernetic implants to fix your appearance? We offer them as a part of our insurance. They're not as invasive as plastic surgery. And they've worked wonders for me."

And it was true. When Barack Worthington had first found Homer Ikari, there was little trace of the mostly sane human being who now sat in front of Joel Rotierre. This was back in the early days of the Social Justice Army, before the organization even had a proper name or permanent members. Homer Ikari had not had a happy childhood. Homer's parents had medicated Homer so heavily that the young person had almost no memories of being a child whatsoever. Homer had found solace in fantasy worlds until luck and happenstance brought the teenager face to face with Barack Worthington at university, and he began to see a vision for a better world. The crude cybernetic enhancements then being pioneered by Barack's family company brought Homer the solace that drugs could not. When Homer's parents died in the Great Blackout, he had not been overly concerned. In truth, it had taken him several weeks to even make any effort to check up on them.

"I'm fine the way I am, sir," said Joel, hands nervously rubbing together. "I'm afraid cybernetic implants may impact my performance, which we certainly can't risk right now, can we?"

Truthfully Homer did not see the urgency of the situation. Yes, it was true that a cloud had descended over Chicago. The largest demonstration march in the city's entire history was expected to go on as planned the coming Saturday. But even so, Homer anticipated nothing out of the ordinary. The police would keep order, as they always did.

"You know, Joel," said Homer, "we are all equals in the Social Justice Army. You don't need to ask my permission to do anything. And you especially don't need to call me sir. That is unfortunate gendered language of a bygone era. I would just as soon have it expunged from memory."

"Of course, of course I agree," said Joel, continually twitching. "Again, I mean no disrespect. At least, not to you."

"Oh?" said Homer, raising an eyebrow. "Then who?"

Homer stood up from the very comfortable chair in the very nice office. Until that moment Homer hadn't really thought much about the context of their meeting, about how Joel was giving notification of an official leave. Joel's supplicant behavior was peculiar. Usually any given member of the Social Justice Army knew to keep their head high even in this environment. Granted, Joel was new here, but then that was part of what made Homer so suspicious. Usually new members of the Social Justice Army were also fans. They had a checkable social media presence, or could at least be vouched for due to being present at one of their many battles. But Joel was nobody from nowhere. Even as Barack intimated that Joel's past was too tragic to discuss in casual third person conversation, this made Homer uneasy.

"Please," said Homer, moving to stand next to Joel. "Sit in my chair. I think we'll be more comfortable with a bit of role reversal."

"I prefer to stand," said Joel, still fidgeting. But at Homer's motioning, Joel reluctantly sat in the chair while Homer prepared him a drink from the nearby minibar. He made a glass of fresh spring water with precious ice cubes, a lemon, and a tiny umbrella and put it in front of Joel, feeling invigorated by the role reversal.

"Anyway," said Homer. "Who are you disrespecting?"

"I hesitate to speak his name," said Joel, nervously picking up the glass and sipping the water. "I do not wish to cause you any great offense-"

"In the first place Joel, is it all right I call you Joel?" asked Homer, to which Joel vigorously nodded, "please just get to the point. I weary of unnecessarily convoluted talk. And also, please do not use gendered pronouns. I know you've spent quite some time in Iowa but out here in the east such language is considered extremely rude."

"Ah, but I am merely practicing," said Joel. "I need to go out west. And I need your permission to do so."

"What you do is of your own business," replied Homer. "And besides, you can confide your plans in Barack-"

"That being the problem," said Joel, eyes continuously shifting. "I dare not discuss this matter with Barack."

At this statement, Homer's sense of alarm intensified. Ever since becoming accepted by the Social Justice Army a few weeks ago Joel had always been by Barack's side, committing all the person's errands, major or minor. Homer half-suspected they were lovers, except that Barack was so obsessed with the mission of the Social Justice Army it was difficult to imagine him engaging any kind of sexual relationship whatsoever.

"You see," Joel said, leaning over in a conspiratorial whisper, with Homer too forced to lean down to that visage, "I've received credible reports that fascists are planning to attack the demonstration."

Homer stared at Joel, initially disbelieving, unconsiously with a shaking head. No, such an idea was preposterous. What little fascists remained in the United States were thoroughly marginalized. They could barely keep ahead of their own resource problems, let alone mount an attack on a major city that dwarfed their own numbers by scales of magnitude.

"Don't be absurd," said Homer, stepping away from Joel.

"No, it's true!" said Joel, panicked and recoiling backward. "Barack has been hiding this information from you. He intends to allow the fascists to throw Chicago into chaos."

"That's a serious allegation," said Homer, hands on hips. "Surely you have evidence?"

"I want to show you the evidence, but the risk is too great," said Joel, nervously looking around again as though he were afraid of spies. "Barack and I are the only ones who have seen it. Anything I tell you, will get back to him."

Homer was somewhat unnerved to realize that this part of the story, at least, seemed plausible enough. Homer and Barack had been in conflict lately over the definition of success. Homer believed that at this point the fascists were so thoroughly marginalized that further steps to eliminate them would do more harm than good. Barack believed the fascists needed to be publicly exterminated, to be wiped out once and for all, to send a message to future generations. Allowing an actual fascist conspiracy to fester, that there would be an excuse for retaliation. And it wasn't like such plans were unprecedented, coming from Barack.

"There is a way you can help me prevent the bloodshed," said Joel.

"What is it?" said Homer, still distracted.

"I'm going to look for allies to guarantee the security of the protestors," said Joel. "With that accomplished, the protest can proceed peacefully."

Homer loved the sound of that word. Peaceful. And yet-

"Surely the police can be charged with the task of protecting the protest?"

"Barack has spread distrust among them regarding the motives of the protestors," said Joel. "Barack thinks I don't know anything. If you send me away on a mission, Barack will assume that I am working for you on some obscure activity that has nothing to do with these greater machinations. Please...this is all I ask of you."

Joel looked at Homer plaintively. Homer observed that Joel looked all the more hideous while trying to be cute. Joel's eyes were more obviously out of proportion, and that odd habit of constantly scratching that probably unwashed hair made Joel look like a grotesque overgrown street urchin wearing adult clothes and feigning an interest in adult life, all in the name of some sort of hustle. But as inherently untrustworthy as this presentation felt, Homer felt a strong sense of pity for Joel.

"All right," said Homer. "If Barack asks where you are, I'll make up some excuse. But if this Chicago business is as important as you say it is, I need to be there as well."

"But then Barack will kill me for sure!" wailed Joel, in a very obnoxious high-pitched whine.

"Oh don't be so melodramatic," said Homer, head shaking. "I'll deal with any problems, don't worry about it. I know you don't trust me, Joel, but I can see you mean well, and all I ask is that you show me the same courtesy. You may go. Time is of the essence."

And with that small bit of prompting, Joel scurried out of the room, looking positively rat-like in the process. Homer observed that Joel had finished the water so thoroughly that even the ice cubes were gone. How odd. Was that why Joel had sounded so rattled? Juggling ice cubes mouthwise? Were the ice cubes even really necessary in this wintry weather? Well, the one who endures the cold, masters it. Homer vaguely remembered hearing a proverb like that at some point in the past.

Homer walked over to the window looked out upon the encroaching ocean. Homer wondered how long it would be before this waterfront property too, fell beneath the waves.

In 2051 the United States no longer exists as a functional institution following an event thirteen years earlier known as "The Great Blackout" which destroyed the country's electrical infrastructure. The dysfunctional national government could not repair the damage, resulting in various states and regions charting their own paths. Now, in 2051, various leaders, or Gods of this new world, confront one another with aims to either resurrect the United States- or destroy it once and for all.

Can Gay Marriage truly be supported? According to the U. S. Supreme Court in Obergefell v. Hodges, is the legal arguments in favor of and against a U. S. Constitutional Right to Gay Marriage supported by the fourteenth Amendment?
In the majority legal argument during the  Obergefell v. Hodges, the judges argued that each state was required to provide marriage licenses. Because each State had its own individual rules, it was difficult for same sex couples to be leguly married to their spouces in Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky, and Tennessee. Because there was discontent in those particular States that banned same sex marriage, the Original Intent of the fourteenth Amendment was reevaluated, which then altered the comprohension of the original penned words. Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr. argued in the dissent that " while same-sex marriage might be good and fair policy, the Constitution does not address it, and therefore it is beyond the purview of the Court to decide whether states have to recognize or license such unions. Instead, this issue should be decided by individual state legislatures based on the will of their electorates. The Constitution and judicial precedent clearly protect a right to marry and require states to apply laws regarding marriage equally, but the Court cannot overstep its bounds and engage in judicial policymaking. The precedents regarding the right to marry only strike down unconstitutional limitations on marriage as it has been traditionally defined and government intrusions, and therefore there is no precedential support for making a state alter its definition of marriage" (Oyez).  But it states  in the Constitution  that "No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws" (Fourteenth Amendment Section 1). The Majority holding of the U. S. Court of Appeals held a 5-4 for Obergefell. The Majority opinion was given by  Justice Anthony M, Kennedy, by which he stated " The Court held that the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment guarantees the right to marry as one of the fundamental liberties it protects, and that analysis applies to same sex-couples in the same manner as it does to opposite-sex couples...Judicial precedent has held that the right to marry is a fundamental liberty because it is inherent to the concept of individual autonomy, it protects the most intimate association between two people, it safeguards children and families by according legal recognition to building a home and raising children, and it has historically been recognized as the keystone of social order"(Oyez).  In many States there are outdated gay marriage bans.  Justice Scalia stated in his dissent that the majority opinion broke the Court's abilities by not using judicial power by exercising the legislative instead. He also mentioned that by using a judge that was currently unelected, that it went against the precepts of the Constitution. Because the political change didn't take place by the votes of proper representatives, they departed to create a right that wasn't supported in the Constitution. Justice Thomas stated that the due process rights found in the Fourteenth Amendment was overused and distorted when used under the judicial power. He also mentioned that "the Due Process Clause in both the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments...were meant to protect people from physical restraint and from government intervention, but not grant them rights to government entitlements"(Oyez).  It is important to allow the legislature of the state to decide the interests and proper code of right and wrong because the Constitution never mentioned the type of marriage unions.  Like in the Obergefell v. Hodges case, Bowers v. Hardwick and Baker v. Nelson cases also dealt with same-sex realationships.  In the  Bowers v. Hardwick case the acts of being intimate between same sex coubles engaging in sodomy is not only unconstitutional but also states can outlaw it.  In the Baker v. Nelson case it was unconstitutional in  Minnesota  for gay couples to marry. The Minnesota Supreme Court stated  '"The institution of marriage as between a man and a woman, uniquely involving the procreation of children within a family, is as old as the book of Genesis." The court further held that the Supreme Court's landmark decision in Loving v. Virginia did not apply because "in commonsense and in a constitutional sense, there is a clear distinction between a marital restriction based merely upon race and one based upon the fundamental difference in sex"' (The Forgotten Same-Sex Marriage Case). I personally chose these two as the Case Presedent because they both are against same sex relationships. I feel that those who break federal rules that are unconstitutional will have less privacy. Rationally thinking I perceive that those who go against nature's laws and the constitution will ultimately be more miserable than their fellow men who follow the rules. Laws were made for man to know what is right and wrong. When the rules are broken, then the harmony of marriage is forsaken for the burning of lust. The Defense of Marriage Act and the Homosexual Conduct law were created to create more law structure in the United States.  The Homosexual Conduct law was impemented to criminalize those engaging in unlawful sexual intimacy.  The Original Intent was to protect society from sodomy relations, keep the People thriving, and provide healthy future generations. The Living Document was used when deciding whether or not the couples were guilty of breaking the Federal rules of the United States. One thing I noticed was either the people who were found guilty and case dismissed or the same-sex couple ended up with being labled a criminal. In the Lawrence v. Texas  and the Masterpiece Cakeshop, Ltd. v. Colorado Civil Rights Commission case, the same-sex couples were also discriminated against. I chose these last two cases because they fit under the same-sex relationship issue. Whether same-sex couples chose to be open or private about their relationships, there will always be oppositions and the Federal system that will oppose their union. Whether the people in question choose to be lesbian or gay they will be discriminated by the court system or by those who for religious purpuses choose to refuse their service. The Original Intent of the Fourteenth Amendment originally was meant for I believe the people of lower  education status or poverty levels such as the Afrocan Americans. I think the Fourteenth Amendment originally was designed to protect them more than their counterpart brothers and sisters in the LGBTQ comunity. 

Gay Marriage is sodomy and crimminal in many states and can not be properly supported. According to the U. S. Supreme Court in Obergefell v. Hodges, the legal argument is against an U. S. Constitutional Right to Gay Marriage and unsupported by the fourteenth Amendment.

Then Selene made a signal towards her best friend and the queen of fairies to give her some privacy with her older brother.
Queen Titania and Chloe gave in to the request of Selene but they told her that they would be checking the premises instead.

Both siblings faced one another.
"I want to know … what is your plan once we defeat Viktor?" Selene directly asked Lucas.
"Going directly to the point, huh? As you know, I will take the throne as a collateral payment of what he has done. Of course … I will spare your mate! Then I will purge the remaining royal family and all his allies." Lucas did not hesitate in his answers.
A surprised look on Selene's face upon hearing her older brother's anwer.
"Even after we defeat Viktor? You would still purge and kill? Why, brother?" Selene tried to emphasize the plan of Lucas.
Lucas clenched his fist and was confused by the reaction of his own sister.
"Why are you even asking me that? Absolutely! Life for a life! They took our parents life and our wolf pack. The pain … the losses … the misery … everything we felt must be inflicted not only to Viktor but also to those who chose to stay by his side. That is the true essence of justice!" Lucas explained to Selene.
"Viktor should only be the one held accountable for his sins. No other life forms should pay for his sins! Your definition of justice is skewed path to take." Selene strongly retorted her older brother.
"Excuse me! Do not talk to me as if you know better … I am your older brother! Know your place! Pay respect to you king!" Lucas started to raise his voice towards Selene.
"You are right! You are my older brother but it does not mean you know better. And between us, you should be the one who needs to know his place." Selene confidently replied.
And she continued,
"I . AM . THE . CHOSEN . ONE ! You should pay respect to your supreme ruler!" Selene reminded her older brother regarding their difference.
Selene stood her ground with intimidating aura surrounding her.
In his anger, Lucas was about to grab Selene's collar but Selene stopped his movement.
The new rogue king could not move.
"My older brother would not even dare to think of hurting me. What did you do to my older brother? Give him back to me!" Selene became serious and was filled with fury.
Lucas could feel the different aura of his younger sister.
He released a sinister smile and replied her,
"Just accept it already! This is me now … I am no longer the same Lucas you knew before! I have chosen a path of no return. Only infinite power and strength awaits for me …" Lucas elaborated to Selene before he released his frightening and immense aura.
Other supernatural beings within the castle could feel a sudden shiver in their senses emitted by the aura of Lucas.
A threatening feeling they could not explain.
As soon as Queen Titania felt it, she checked the siblings if what was going on.
"You chose the path of never-ending blood lust. That is a dark path and far from the true justice you want to achieve. Big brother …" Selene looked at Lucas straight in his hollow and dark eyes.
"I have decided that after I fulfill my promise in defeating Viktor and making him pay for his crimes. I will stop you from inflicting any harm towards those who are innocent. And if you dare hurt my mate … forgive me but I will have to seal your powers as your punishment." Selene declared to her older brother.
"Who do you think you are? You are just …" Lucas was not able finish his words because a sudden explosion could be heard from the outside.
The ground shook from an unknown cause.
"What the????" Lucas uttered in his surprise.
Fluffy immediately caught Selene before falling to the ground.
"You wait for me here! We will finish our talk once I get back. I will check what is going on." Lucas told Selene before leaving her in the great hall.
In an instant, Queen Titania and Chloe went to Selene's side to reassure her safety.
The final battle has finally begun!
