"Shinigami? As in God of death? Are you here to take back the Death note?", Fang Yuan asked back. He was powerless to face this unknown entity right now and wanted to judge it's intentions before taking any actions. 

"Yes the humans do refers us as Gods of death. However, I am not here to take back the Death note. It belongs to the person who has picked it up. And by Shinigami rules, I have to follow the owner of the Death Note around, so I came here."

Fang Yuan squinted his eyes but kept silent. 

Ryuk continued, "Death note is the connection between Ryuk, the Shinigami and Light, the human. I will give you two choices. If you want to keep the death note, then I will keep following you until you die and write your name in my death note or if you can't handle the consequences of using this book, I will take the death note from you right now and erase your memories of the same and pass it to someone else. What option do you want to take?"

"So you are saying the death note will be mine if I want it.Before I choose that option, I have some questions which I need the answers to."

"Haha. Sure, ask away.", Ryuk had a horrifying smile on his face. But Fang Yuan didn't even blink his eyes. He had seen much more gruesome creatures in Gu world. 

"You mentioned Shinigami rules and the Shinigami world. What are they? There are more of you?"

"Hmm. Are you sure you want to know this? This information is classified from humans. However, if you choose to use the death note, then it will be available for you. If at any point, you choose to forfeit death note, then your memories of the same will be erased. Also, you are not allowed to speak of this information to anyone. Otherwise, kekeke.", Ryuk started laughing hysterically. 

Light flashed through Fang Yuan's eyes as he started considering risks and benefits of the proposal. He was not someone who will hand over his fate to someone else. 

"Fine. Please proceed."

"As you wish. The Shinigami Realm is where us Shinigami live and dwell throughout our existence. It is connected to the Human World by a Portal through which us Shinigami alone are able to travel. We are only able to remain in the Human World as long as the Death Note is in a human's possession. Our world is dark and lifeless. Very little vegetation is found there."

Saying so, Ryuk picked up an apple which was at the desk and started eating it. 

"So Yummy. It was a correct decision to come here."

Fang Yuan observed the scene carefully. He had earlier seen Ryuk pass through the walls and assumed that it existed in a different dimension than theirs. However, this creature in front of him could even affect things in their dimension. Fang Yuan increased his wariness. 

"So where was I? Right, the Shinigami rules. There are many of them but you don't need to know all of those. Just one of them is for us to follow you in your adventures when you choose to possess the Death Note. Another is we need to constantly write names in the death note to extend our lifespan. Also yes, there are hundreds of Shinigami like me."

Fang Yuan easily took notice of all the key points. 'So even Shinigami are also restricted by lifespan and rules. They can extend lifespan using Death note. Probably by taking lifespan of their kills? How convenient. Also, more Shinigami means more Death notes. It's possible that other humans also have had the death note before. My identity as Light Yagami is very well known. This could cause issues. I need to hide this identity.'

"Are there other humans too in possession of Death notes? What do you mean by extending lifespan? Can Shinigami be killed using Death note? "

"Many humans have come into contact with Death note earlier but I am not allowed to tell you if there are any of those right now. All the memories related to Death note have been erased from the persons involved. We also get half the lifespan of humans whose name we write in Death note."

"In the Shinigami world, everyone just enjoys playing games and doing other boring stuff. If you write names in Death note, other Shinigami will laugh on us for working hard. Also, we cannot kill Shinigami using the death notes even if we write their name. It's no fun killing humans either from the Shinigami realm. Some Shinigami even tend to forget to write names down, causing their lifespan to end and they end up dead."

Ryuk observed the person in front of him for two seconds before continuing :

"Unlike Shinigami, humans cannot gain lifespan by killing other humans. Only us Shinigami can gain the lifespan by killing humans."

'So Shinigami can die if they don't write names for a long time but it's really boring that way. I can see why he had dropped the book. However, is it a coincidence that I reincarnated into the person who supposedly would have found the book? How amusing.'

"I see you have dropped this book since you are bored and want to roam the human world. But it's sad that there's no way to increase my lifespan using this book. Sigh. Such a waste."

"Hahahaha", Ryuk laughed, 'As I thought, humans are interesting.'

"No one before you has raised this point before. They are either almost too satisfied with the death note that they start using it to achieve their goals or too afraid to think of anything. Haha it won't be much use to you but I will tell you that there is one other rule for us Shinigami is that we cannot save other humans we care about if that person is about to die by their lifespan ending from natural causes, because the purpose of a Shinigami is to end life, not to give it. However, there are no absolutes in the world. If any Shinigami goes against this rule and help out a human to extend his/ger lifespan, the Shinigami will be killed. Shinigami who die are reduced to dust, and their remaining lifespan after converting to human time, is given to the human they saved."

'This guy reminds me of Bai Ning Bing during the early days we met. BNB wanted to roam the gu world freely and Ryuk wanted to roam the human world freely but both were restricted by rules/fate.'

"I see. It's assuring knowing that Shinigami also care about humans and not just consider them ants to be crushed.", Fang Yuan formed a smile on his face. 

Ryuk retorted, "It differs from Shinigami to Shinigami. Some Shinigami observes a person and may help them out. It can also relieve themselves from eternal suffering in the Shinigami realm."

"That's how it is. One major disadvantage of this book is not knowing the name of the person I am supposed to kill. How would you know the names and faces of human you want to kill when you write the same in death note?"

Ryuk widened his eyes on this question. 'This human is very peculiar. He has caught on all the points which are normally told by me over months or years. The last one didn't even ask about the rules or this question.'

Ryuk pondered for a moment and then answered. "We Shinigami have eyes which can see the name and remaining lifespan of the human who we observe. It helps us in calculating the lifespan to be gained from killing that human. We can have a deal if you want. I normally only suggest this after a person suffers failure using the death note but consider yourself lucky."

"Give me half your lifespan and you will also get the Shinigami eyes. Kekeke"

MC who has read RI completely using translated and MTL chapters, and continuously reads RI for about a 100th time suddenly reincarnates into the world of RI in the character of Mo Bei. He tries to figure out the path to survival using his profound understanding of the world of RI.

"Grandma, I cooked these dishes and they are still warm." Xie Yujia walked in and placed the boxes on the black wooden table.
The old Grandma nodded and sat at the table.
Xie Yujia sat next to her and took out two pairs of chopsticks. Today, she was alone at home, so she cooked the meal to eat with the old Grandma.
The old Grandma ate slowly without a word.
Xie Yujia glanced at her and said after a few seconds of hesitation, "Grandma…"
"Yes?" The old Grandma looked up.
"One of my friends wants to make Beauty Pills. She… wants you to help her," Xie Yujia said cautiously while observing the old Grandma's expression.
"What's her name?"
"Su Han."
"The Dragon Tribe's inspector in East Ocean City? I won't help her," the old Grandma said.
Xie Yujia was a little surprised, but she didn't pursue the topic since the old Grandma had refused to help Su Han.
"However, I can teach you how to make the pills," seeing Xie Yujia's awkward expression, the old Grandma softened and changed her tone.
"Me?" Xie Yujia looked at her with doubt and excitement. "Can I do it?"
"Why not? You are my disciple!" The old Grandma's face fell a little.

She looked around and found that she was standing in front of Hao Ren's house!
"Grandma even knows that I wanted to come here…" Xie Yujia looked up at the sky but couldn't see the old Grandma in the thick white clouds.
No one could see the whereabouts of a grandmaster of the Soul Formation Realm! In the whole world, who would have the audacious to block a Soul Formation Realm cultivator?!
"Grandma! Grandma!" Xie Yujia stood in the doorway and called out in her clear voice.
Hao Ren's grandma was an early riser. Hearing the voice, she immediately opened the window to check who it was.
"Well! It's you, little Yujia."
"I'm free today, so I came to see you," Xie Yujia said, blushing.
"I was wondering why you haven't come yet!" Hurriedly, Grandma walked downstairs and opened the door for her.
"Where's… Hao Ren?" Entering the house, Xie Yujia whispered shyly.
"Him! He's still in bed! He told me that he was going to the beach for a jog, and he came back very late. He must be tired." Grandma walked toward the stairs. "I'll go and wake him up."
"Don't! Grandma!" Xie Yujia stopped Grandma immediately. "Let him sleep."
"Ok, ok!" Grandma looked back at Xie Yujia's flushed face. "Yujia, you are even prettier than a couple of days ago!"
"I wasn't planning to come here, but I still wanted to see you." Xie Yujia tiptoed onto the second floor.
"You must come every weekend!" Grandma held onto Xie Yujia's hand and said warmly.
When Xie Yujia began to carry her heavy beddings to the balcony, she immediately said, "You are here to keep me company, not to do these chores!"
"The sunlight is great today; I'll help you put the beddings in the sun!" With smooth movements, she spread the bedding out on a string in the balcony. "Hao Ren is a guy, so he doesn't know how to do these things."
"Just like his father, he cares for me but doesn't know how to do these things properly. Neither does his mother; she doesn't know how to do house chores too," Grandma complained while shaking her head.
"They are busy," Xie Yujia helped their defense before asking, "Is there any laundry that needs to be done?"
"I can't let you do such things for me," Grandma said.
"Grandma, don't take me as an outsider. I will just do it while I'm here," Xie Yujia said with a smile.
"I washed the laundry in the washing machine and planned to let Ren hang them to dry outside when he gets up," Grandma yielded after a moment of consideration.
"Let me do it!" Xie Yujia walked into the laundry room, took out the damp laundry, and put them into a basin.
The damp clothes were heavy; no wonder Grandma had left them in there and waited for Hao Ren to get them out.
In Xie Yujia's hands, such chores were a piece of cake. Although she had little talent in cultivation, she was a master in housekeeping.
Watching Xie Yujia hanging clothes on her tiptoes, Grandma watched her and murmured to herself, "The girl is going to be a great wife…"

"Grandma! The lunch is ready!" With some sweat droplets on her nose, Xie Yujia walked out of the kitchen.
"Ok. I'll call Ren downstairs for lunch! The lazy boy is sleeping in so late today!" Grandma 'scolded' her grandson with a smile.
"Well, if there's nothing else you need me to do, I'll head back!" Xie Yujia waved at Grandma and walked toward the door.
"What? Why are you leaving so early?" Grandma asked anxiously.
"I have some homework to finish this afternoon. I came here in the morning to see you." Xie Yujia walked out of the door, declining Grandma's invitation to stay a bit longer.
Meanwhile, Hao Ren sat in his room cross-legged facing the sea.
Gradually, he returned from the state of oblivion.
Last night, he tried the lightning cultivation again and unlocked two more openings.
The progress was extremely fast with lightning cultivation.
After reaching Zhen-level, the dragon cultivators would find the cultivation progress slower than before, and the unlocking of openings would get even more difficult.

TL Notes: this novel was written quite a while back, and its statistic isn't as great as some of the newer novels. However, the storyline is great, and the development of characters and emotions between them are the highlights of the novel. I read this novel more than three times, and I hope you all enjoy it as much as I did.

Minerva quietly put away the note she held in her hand, as soon as the note was put away the whole hut seemed to be relieved of a heavy burden and the wizards hidden in the shadows responsible for stopping Minerva if she wanted to intervene with Solace quietly let out a breath of relief. 
       They were very nervous a moment ago when the battle in the distance stopped and Minerva pulled out the note. 
     Although they were all level 2 wizards but they knew the power of Minerva with that note more than anyone else, although the use of note would require a price but who knew if Minerva suddenly became excited and urged the note ignoring its steep price then no one present would be qualified to stop her.
      After waiting for a few seconds and not feeling the fluctuations of the battle they knew most likely the battle had ended and it was most likely in Solace's favor. 
    The four purple hooded female wizards walked out of the shadows and bowed towards Minerva to show their respect while quietly leaving the hut.

    "inform the principal I will be promoted soon and I will be at headquarters' soon to thank him for his concern."
The four wizards who heard this lazy glamourous voice that echoed from inside the hut shuddered, they knew there was going to be an upheaval when Minerva got back to headquarters. 
      Although it was rumored that Minerva had lost her family support because she was stuck as a level 2 wizard because of Solace but everyone knew her family had not given up on her yet.
     In fact, her family had secretly cooperated with the assassination attempt on solace and had pressured the principal to give the order to restrict Minerva, in their view this attempt would either be a boost for him to promote to a level 3 wizard or would kill him, either way, Minerva would be free to promote to the next level.
  Minerva surely couldn't fight against her family but she could surely show her dissatisfaction and displeasure over the course of events to the principal.
         The four wizards quickly flew out of the valley the hut was situated their only thought was to go back to headquarters quickly and inform the principal while requesting for a vacation.
      They did not want to be around when Minerva got back after all she was famous for remembering grudges.
     Minerva saw this scene with a smile of amusement hung on her lips, after a few minutes when she was sure the wizards had already teleported out of the plane she triggered the protective magic circle of her hut making sure no one would disturb her.
       After this was done she got up and walked to her bedroom where a large complex ritual circle was inlaid on the floor, this circle was needed for her perfect promotion, her first rune was a string rune from the same plane solace had also gotten his first rune, it was in this rune that Minerva and Solace first met.
      Her second rune was one called Shinigami eyes from the same plane she had acquired the death note the note was highly adaptable to her second rune and her innate eye ability as a fate which to see destiny had further improved this compatibility and this had allowed her to successfully acquire and use the note whose personality and power was far above hers. 
      Ultimately the way she had acquired the rune and the book was problematic so it had caused her a lot of problems some which had not been solved yet.
       Minerva walked into the middle of the complex circle and summoned out the death note, she urged the ritual circle hurriedly, there was not much time left, if she did not advance immediately while solace was still undergoing the process of promotion then her ritual would have failed, she needed Solace to share some of the pressure the note exerted on her destiny so she would have a perfect promotion, the ritual was exquisitely made so that solace would notice nothing and the pressure he needed to bear would virtually nonexistent as long as he was in the process of promotion. 
      The ritual circle shone with a sacred purple glow and a silver flame engulfed her and the death note she was holding. The death note quickly turned into particles under the scouring of the flames leaving only a crystal full of fate divinity the death part of the divinity had been absorbed by the ritual as a price for activating the magic. 
         Minerva stretched out her arms from the silver flames which were still burning and held the crystal, the crystal immediately merged into her spirit sea attracting all her runes and forcefully merging them making her promoted to a level 3 wizard.

Layton awoke in a new world, what he thought was just a normal medieval world with wizards turned out to be much more. 
 Wizards, Magic, gods, Martial arts,numerous worlds, and grand civilizations that run through numerous multiverse in the void, a place filled with countless planes and numerous planar universes.

Walaupun sama sekali tak berkaitan dengan komik Death Note, buku ini akan membawa pembaca untuk mengenal sosok L secara lebih mendalam lewat kasus yang ditanganinya.  

Dikisahkan, tiga pembunuhan keji terjadi di berbagai wilayah di Los Angeles. Korbannya seorang lelaki, seorang anak-anak, dan seorang perempuan muda. Di setiap tempat kejadian perkara yang terkunci dari dalam ditemukan wara ningyo, boneka jerami Jepang yang biasa dipakai untuk mengutuk seseorang.

Polisi dibuat bingung oleh metode pembunuhan yang berbeda-beda, tetapi detektif terhebat abad ini yang tak pernah memperlihatkan diri, L, mulai mengendus motif pelaku.

Pertarungan inteligensi antara L dan pelaku pembunuhan berantai di Los Angeles pun dimulai!!

After L dies when Rem writes his name in the death note, Light’s world comes clashing down onto him, he gives up on the deathnote. Misa killed herself after Light wrote her name down in the death note, a few years later a life note drops.. whoevers name shall be written in a life note shall live once again! What will Light do next after he picks up the note book? (Has some YAOI in later chapters but this is mainly a romance)

It was already seven in the evening by the time I had come up with a feasible plan. 

The idea that I had in mind was to write a name on the death note with a pencil. It may sound stupid, but it's ingenious nonetheless. I would tear out a page of the death note, and I would continue to write names on the page. After the page would be filled, I'd erase it and write another name on the same page. That way, the notebook would never end. I'd be writing names for all eternity, and I'd still get away with it. 

However, this wasn't the main thought process behind the plan. If I continually killed people for one day, and didn't write as many the other day, due to college activities, homework, eating dinner, etc. I'd easily be caught. The time I would pass doing other activities, could be noted. Based on the timings of the deaths, anyone could trim down the approximate location. They could assume the location to be a hoax, a way to mislead them, nonetheless, they would still investigate the city to be sure.  

The only way I would escape suspicion, would be by giving the death note to someone else. When the death note would be in someone else's possession, I obviously wouldn't be suspected. I'd give the death note to someone who would indefinitely write a lot of names; a psychopath. 

As the psychopath would write names aimed at a different group of people, anyone observing the deaths wouldn't be able to track down a specific time a person would write in the death note. For example, while I'd be having dinner, the psychopath might be writing more names. This would make it hard for anyone to track down the owner of the death note. And for some reason, they were capable of doing so, they would catch on to the psychopath and not me. This was all assuming that they'd catch on to the way the death note would work.

Nonetheless, for this plan to function successfully, I'd require three things to be true about the death note. One, after passing the death note to someone else, it shouldn't have any side effects. Two, after writing down a name and erasing it, I should be able to write down another on the same location of the page. Three, tearing out a page of the death note, and writing a name on that page, should bring the death of the mentioned person. If the torn page of the death note didn't function similar to the death note, my plan would fail. 

I opened up a new page to start experimenting on the three requirements.

What if the 'Death Note' was given to someone other than Light? How would the incidents progress? Would there be havoc and chaos or peace and prosperity? Find out in an alternate story of the franchise 'Death Note'.

Congratulations To Myself!! I bought a copy of the game! I think It is actually a good thing that I came 3 days early. No time to waste! First, I have to sleep, I don't have any sleeps since 3 days ago. So I have to sleep now, or else it will ruin my health.

Now that you take a good look at it, there's so many people here at Akihabara. There's the Otaku who likes to play Eroge, the Otaku who likes to cosplay a black cat, and the typical Otaku Girl who is wearing a spiral shades.

I forgot! I forgot to buy this week's Jump. I am actually excited in the next chapter of Death Note, but... Death Note already finished so I don't have any reason to buy Jump anymore.

Doesn't matter, Jump is only 250 yen so I can afford it. So I have gone to the convenience store to buy Jump. 

I burst out laughing when I am reading the new manga at Jump called We Never Learn. It is a romcom manga, so give it a try if you have time. That's settled! I am going to buy this issue! 

Hey, what's that? I saw a looking familiar black thin notebook. Hey, this is a joke right? I mean, what is that all powerful notebook doing in a convenience store?!

If your thinking that it is the Death Note, Yes, it is the Death Note. Should I pick it up, and try it in my house? I mean, if it is the real deal, it is going to be a big trouble if Light came here and pick it up.

Don't get the wrong idea! I don't want to change the world, or make that "Keikakudouri" smug face!

Why am I making an excuses? Looks like I am really in the Death Note plotline. I bought it with only 10 yen, it's so cheap for an all powerful notebook.

I got home and rushed to take my pen and wrote Cardo Dalisay's name in it.

According to the Death Note rules it should work at exact 45 seconds. 

After 45 seconds I opened my TV and watched Ang Probinsyano. 

I shocked to see that Cardo Dalisay did not die! I have been scammed! 
After that I heard a girl's voice from above.

"Of course, it will not work in fictional characters, are you a moron?"

She has a super black hair and a black and white outfit. Her upper clothes are white and her fluttery skirt are black, and did I mention that she is wearing a black stockings, Yes, she is wearing a black stockings.

I think her skin is white and smooth and it is almost she used a whole bar of glutathione.

"I am sorry, could you please help me get down here?"

She is a moron too. She's in the corner of my ceiling like a ninja. She went up there, but don't know how to get down. I replied:

"Say, who's the moron here now?"

I helped her get down and after that she said:

"I am mostly thank you, but allow me to introduce myself. I am Clattanoia! The most powerful conjurer in my village!"

Her introduction reminds me of a certain archwizard who only know explosion but let's forget that for now. 

"So you are Clattanoia huh, I am Tasuke Hinata, nice to meet you."

We shook hands, then she suddenly said:

"Where am I?"

30 seconds of quietness enveloped my house. Then I replied:

"Could you please tell me where you came from? And please tell me how did you ended up here?"

"I am from a city called Neburisha, I was strolling for a walk then suddenly a small gate opened and I entered there, that's how I ended here."

So her story is a reverse isekai huh?
Wait, if she did isekai here, then... I could get isekai there too! 
I replied to her story:

"Okay, I now get it, but first of all, what kind of conjurer power did you have?"

"I can only conjure notebooks."

"Seriously?"

"Super Serious, I am the one who made that Death Note."

3 hours have passed, but the notebook still hasn't finished. 

"Done!!"

"Hinata-kun, I can only open the portal again for 3 hours so to be able to come back you need to wait another 3 hours."

We've spent weeks investigating the Jisung case but never found any leads but the note on his ches and his death wasn't a suicide, but it's his hand writing.

Seungmin tried to contact them but he had no luck, just like the others. All of us are thinking of just putting the case aside, it's hard enough to say what kind of death this is. It could be a suicide, but there's no gun around for him to have shot himself, so it has to be a murder. What ever, we just need to find out who did it. 
"Officer Hyunjin!"
"What is it Chan?"
He busted in the office, me and Chan have known each other for a while and we both came to this career cause we loved the idea. I love working with him and he's the same with me.
"The Minho guy we have been looking for, he's dead. same place as Jisung, there's a note here to."
I just smile. We have a lead! If this keeps up we could crack this case!
The scene was worse then Jisung's death, more blood and this time stabs. 
"Chan what time is it."

"Write down death from 19:30 to 20:00, the blood is still thick and warm so it had to have happened by then at least...got it?"

Chan can't handle blood most of the time, I'm surprised he came to be honest. I continued to look around the scene and I saw a wallet, I pick it up and everything is gone.

Chan spoke which startled me a bit so I turned around and glared at him as I snatched the note.
