Kasusnya sendiri terjadi jauh sebelum kisah dalam komik Death Note dimulai, dan merupakan titik awal dari "perjumpaan" L dengan Naomi Misora, agen FBI yang juga muncul dalam komik Death Note.

Walaupun sama sekali tak berkaitan dengan komik Death Note, buku ini akan membawa pembaca untuk mengenal sosok L secara lebih mendalam lewat kasus yang ditanganinya.

Polisi dibuat bingung oleh metode pembunuhan yang berbeda-beda, tetapi detektif terhebat abad ini yang tak pernah memperlihatkan diri, L, mulai mengendus motif pelaku.

Pertarungan inteligensi antara L dan pelaku pembunuhan berantai di Los Angeles pun dimulai!!

After L dies when Rem writes his name in the death note, Light’s world comes clashing down onto him, he gives up on the deathnote. Misa killed herself after Light wrote her name down in the death note, a few years later a life note drops.. whoevers name shall be written in a life note shall live once again! What will Light do next after he picks up the note book? (Has some YAOI in later chapters but this is mainly a romance)

Nandito ako ngayon sa national bookstore gusto ko kasing bumili ng manga (anime comics) ng Death Note, actually napanuod ko na sya trip ko lang talagang basahin, dapat talaga sa comic alley ako pupunta ehhh kaso wala na daw silang stocks kaya dito ako pumunta.

Naglibot libot pa ako hanggang sa mapunta ako sa section ng puro manga. Marami ring magagandang books dito, may aquarion evol, sword art online, date a live, kuroko no basket  etc. At buti nalang nakita ko na yung hinahanap ko sa wakas, good thing umabot ako dahil nag-iisa nalang to at mukhang para sakin talaga hahaha. So ayun kinuha ko na yung manga ng Death Note at kung mamalasin ka nga naman bumangga pa ako sa isang higante. Higante talaga yung term ang tangkad ehhh hanggang balikat lang yata ako

"Sorry miss"

"Taray ahhhh, pasalamat ka gwapo ako kaya hindi kita lalabanan hahaha" ang yabang nya!!! Grrrr!! "Eto pala yung hinahanap kong book ehhh, swerte ko naman" sabay dampot nya sa sa Death Note na book ko

"Hindi na ako bata!! Bwisit ka!!" Sinikmuraan ko sya tsaka umalis na sa bwisit na lugar na yon.

Waaaah nakakaasar yung impaktong kapre na yon pinagkamalan akong bata ng hay*p!! urghh!! Nakakainis sya!! wag syang magpapakita ulit sakin kakalbuhin ko sya!!! 

Pumunta nalang ako sa ibang bookstore baka meron pa silang stocks ng Death Note. Bwisit kasing higante yun ehhh
nag-iisa na nga lang kinuha pa sakin!! Kaasar!! (>_<")

Until now he's still getting on my nerves!! I really don't want to see that idiot's face ever again!! But I guess it's inevitable. We both go on the same school, anyways that is how our story started. Together with my friends I wonder how we can still live a peaceful life with those idiots around.

I open my eyes and in front of me is a smooth ceiling, that has the typical light dead right in the middle of the ceiling.

It's in the middle of the night at around midnight so the light is off.  But even so, the room is quite bright.  The reason being the window shines in a myriad of colors.  Colors coming off from the city outside.  Colorful and full of life.  On the signboards outside my room are signs hung up with japanese letters written all over them.

I walk to the bathroom and wash my face then look at the mirror.  In the mirror I see my face,  the same face that I had in my last life.  But I know this isn't my previous world but a another world altogether.  Although similar to my previous one but not quite.

"I had a billion dollars in my credit card I could have peacefully lived out my life without a care in the world!  I had my skyscraper I had my manga anime and novels!  I had even stacked up enough food in the impenetrable skyscraper to fend off against an apocalypse if one came!"

[System: Start of the story.  To be exact 1 day before the Death Note Falls into the hands of Yagami Light.]

"So this is easy mode.  Or maybe this is the so called tutorial of this system?"

[System:  That is correct.  You will be given 1 year of time to kill the MC of this world.]

"1 Year of preparation time huh..."

"Time to sleep..."

Laying down on the bed I shut my eyes and think about what to do,  what should I do with this year of preparation time.  

Death Note is something I must get my hands on that is the item I will take with me after leaving this world.  But the Shinigami's are worrying.  

I currently don't have anyway of killing those monsters.  

The main character is easy to get rid of, but if I kill him I'll lose my preparation time so I can't yet...

What can I take from this world that will be useful to me after leaving for another universe...

The strongest weapons of the modern world is a Nuclear Bomb... If I can get my hands on the way to create one... hmm... that would be useful in the future indeed... 

But the problem is the Death Note,  Ryuk is the owner of the book dropped for light so I can't take that one.  Meanwhile the second book is in the hands of Misa Kira #2 but she's in love with Light...

Sigh* so many problems... I need to solve... 

I'm already missing my comfortable life of retirement...

During the night of a stormy weather there was an Elite NEET living on the top floor of a skyscraper reading mangas and novels and watching anime...

The Gems and Willow's Mansion

Willow made a mental note to remember everyone's names. Red Beryl continued examining Willow's outfit apparently interested in the design or possibly the 'unusual' fabric.

Since Willow lived in a mansion, she had a extensive library in one room. When Willow showed it to Ghost Quartz mentioned someone called Lapis Lazuli and how they would like this library.

Ghost Quartz smiled at all the different manga, books, dictionaries and various language dictionaries.
They picked up a manga that had the words DEATH NOTE on it. 

"What is this?"
"it's a manga which means Japanese comic. it's read right to left and is often made into a anime which is a cartoon. would you like to see an example?"
"Oh?"
Willow reached up to the shelf above her and pulled out a DEATH NOTE dvdcase.
She let it play and Ghost stared at the screen completly into it.
"oh dear I may have scarred them"

Willow went to her bedroom and found
Bort was holding or hugging a cute stuffed rabbit Diamond was standing there giggling.
"alright my two diamonds, this is my room you are welcome to stay in any of the spare bedrooms and-"

Then Phos came out if nowhere bombarding Willow with questions. 
"do humans all wear clothes like you? The Ruler of the Admirabilis told me a little about humans but you don't seem like what I remember about them. Is it true that you are made of flesh and bone not inclusions?" 
"now now one question at a time Phos-chan" Willow said politely.


"I wonder how you all got here, and when you'll be returning to your world" Willow asked to no one.

She noticed Kongo sensei seemed to be rather familiar with the concept of Humans but no one was paying him any real attention.
"Well, I'll be in the shower oh I suppose I'll have to explain that to the gems as they don't need baths. the gems are rather lucky."
Willow prepared some clothes and then left for the bathroom.

However some gems had followed her. To be precise it was Bort, Phos Euclase and Rutile.

Jade facepalmed "this isn't gonna go well", they muttered as the others walked by.
Willow had already started her shower but she forgot to close and lock the door. 
The Gems walked in and were more shocked than anything else.
"Wha- what are those jiggly bouncey things on your chest?!" Phos asked jumping backwards and falling to the ground.
Willow had turned of the water to apply soap but she stopped and pointed at her chest. "Oh you mean these? these are very important, not only do they help differentiate between male and female which I will explain later, but they have various other uses."
Rutile looked up "Oh what kind of other uses?"

Chapter 2- The Notebook Maker

Congratulations To Myself!! I bought a copy of the game! I think It is actually a good thing that I came 3 days early. No time to waste! First, I have to sleep, I don't have any sleeps since 3 days ago. So I have to sleep now, or else it will ruin my health.

Now that you take a good look at it, there's so many people here at Akihabara. There's the Otaku who likes to play Eroge, the Otaku who likes to cosplay a black cat, and the typical Otaku Girl who is wearing a spiral shades.

I forgot! I forgot to buy this week's Jump. I am actually excited in the next chapter of Death Note, but... Death Note already finished so I don't have any reason to buy Jump anymore.

Doesn't matter, Jump is only 250 yen so I can afford it. So I have gone to the convenience store to buy Jump. 

I burst out laughing when I am reading the new manga at Jump called We Never Learn. It is a romcom manga, so give it a try if you have time. That's settled! I am going to buy this issue! 

Hey, what's that? I saw a looking familiar black thin notebook. Hey, this is a joke right? I mean, what is that all powerful notebook doing in a convenience store?!

If your thinking that it is the Death Note, Yes, it is the Death Note. Should I pick it up, and try it in my house? I mean, if it is the real deal, it is going to be a big trouble if Light came here and pick it up.

Don't get the wrong idea! I don't want to change the world, or make that "Keikakudouri" smug face!

Why am I making an excuses? Looks like I am really in the Death Note plotline. I bought it with only 10 yen, it's so cheap for an all powerful notebook.

I got home and rushed to take my pen and wrote Cardo Dalisay's name in it.

According to the Death Note rules it should work at exact 45 seconds. 

After 45 seconds I opened my TV and watched Ang Probinsyano. 

I shocked to see that Cardo Dalisay did not die! I have been scammed! 
After that I heard a girl's voice from above.

"Of course, it will not work in fictional characters, are you a moron?"

She has a super black hair and a black and white outfit. Her upper clothes are white and her fluttery skirt are black, and did I mention that she is wearing a black stockings, Yes, she is wearing a black stockings.

I think her skin is white and smooth and it is almost she used a whole bar of glutathione.

"I am sorry, could you please help me get down here?"

She is a moron too. She's in the corner of my ceiling like a ninja. She went up there, but don't know how to get down. I replied:

I helped her get down and after that she said:

Her introduction reminds me of a certain archwizard who only know explosion but let's forget that for now.

30 seconds of quietness enveloped my house. Then I replied:

"Could you please tell me where you came from? And please tell me how did you ended up here?"

"I am from a city called Neburisha, I was strolling for a walk then suddenly a small gate opened and I entered there, that's how I ended here."

So her story is a reverse isekai huh?
Wait, if she did isekai here, then... I could get isekai there too! 
I replied to her story:

"Okay, I now get it, but first of all, what kind of conjurer power did you have?"

During all the year it debuted, the ninja fashion spread around the world. Many anime and cosplay conventions were flooded with various ninjas from the Naruto world, competing with various Sayajins and pirates. The more Clark created the story in his head, the more his hands accelerated when drawing Light. A handsome, detached, smart and cunning Japanese boy. Brown hair, white skin, tall, with the Japanese school uniform, with a bored expression sitting in his wallet by the window while looking at the sky.
Looking at the drawing, and matching the story, Clark knew that a new manga had been born, and a joy that he hadn't had for a long time filled him again. Clark finally remembered how much he loved drawing and creating incredible worlds with the pen.
And so, Storm announced that Kryp would launch a new manga, after so many years, making everyone anxious. It was revealed a long time ago that Kryp was the president and CEO himself, Clark Storm, but the otakus still called him Kryp-sensei. After editor-in-chief Parker reviewed the plot and the trace of the design, he gave the official stamp of approval. Even being the owner of the publisher, all the employees knew that its president was an impartial man to the extreme in respect to the quality of the material, so even he would only be approved if he was within the parameters he himself imposed. But everyone was not worried, because Kryp-sensei was a great and talented manga artist, and his works were always masterpieces.
Soon Storm Jump magazine announced the release of manga Death Note, and all animated lovers were thrilled to have a new work by Kryp-sensei again, and looked forward to the chapters.
After marking the release day of Chapter 1 of Death note, Clark only rested at home after finishing drawing the entire manuscript all the way to the end. After a shower, leaving with only a towel on his waist, Clark called Krypto to the sofa in the living room, and after sitting down, saw his canine friend lie on his legs yawning. With nothing new to do, he turned on the giant plasma TV and started watching the news.
The world wondered where Superman was. Why he left the avengers. And to make matters worse, now the government started trying to impose a control order to the avengers, after they destroyed a city by fighting against villains, killing some innocent victims, and were put in prison.
Clark watched with a cold expression the contrast of the images of the avengers fighting Ultron, and the city they passed through and left the trail of destruction, killing several observers when the building collapsed on them.
It was exactly for this reason that Clark totally abandoned his work as a hero and the avengers. None of them was really concerned about saving lives on a small scale. They only cared about great villains who had the power to destroy the world on a planetary scale. In the minor fights, many innocent sacrifices were brought down in the name of saving the world. So Clark decided that if he wasn't going to fully commit to being a true hero, he wouldn't go back to work just to save the world when a threat of cosmic level appeared like those hypocrites who took advantage of fame.
But even saying this, Clark had the strange feeling that the universe wouldn't allow him to be quiet without being involved in everything bad that would happen in the world. Clark could only close his hands in an angry fist, wishing to punch the bastard who always made a point of throwing him in the fire every time. Even if it was the universe.

Clark Storm, is the adopted son of Mary and Franklin Storm. While Susan and Johny's parents travel on vacation through the mountains of Canada, on Mount Edith Cavell exploring, in a cave hidden in a passage, they found an alien spaceship, with a beautiful baby with black hair and blue eyes, who looked curiously at strangers.

I decided not to press forward on that subject.

"I am sorry I can't tell you more."

"It's fine." I replied. "My bad for asking."

"It's ok. After that...I was in my bed one night, and when I woke up again I found myself in this world."

"Same, well I was in the middle of a league 1v1 against my brother. Then I just somehow wound up here."

"I see."

"By the way when does your shift end?" I asked randomly. 

"Midnight." 

"Same. Where you staying by the way?"

"Um...Master Iu's mansion for now."

"Are you kidding me?"

"Eh!?" She looked at me with a 
startled expression.

"I live there too as well. And judging from the way you called her 'master' did you become her servant too?"

"Um...Yep!" She replied with a smile.

"Anyways, what do you usually do for fun back on earth?"

"I usually just stay at home and read novels and manga."

"Which ones?"

"Death note, parasyte..."

"Oooooo!!! Parasyte is one of me top anime! Though I didn't finish the death note anime, the manga is much more better, more content."

"Indeed. I liked the manga much better as well. 

"Konichiwa mofos!" A familiar voice came bursting through the door.

"Lili? What are you doing here?" I asked.

"Eee...Just bored. And I heard your shift is almost over. It's weekend today so you don't have any training after." Lili said.

"True." I replied.

"Come on, I will show you guys around town. Hey who is this new girl?"

"This is Hazuki." I gestured to her.

"Cool! An actual Japanese person! I am not Japanese but I am Asian!" Lili said with one her chest proudly.

"Yeah I guessed. Anyways we got 5 more min, but I suppose we can call it a early day."

When will I ever get to read this note! So my sister came in here to tell me that I have to go to the convenience store to get her some manga. "Akari can't you get your own manga?" Your old enough to go by yourself. "Tora just go with me!" *sigh* Why are sisters such a pest.

So I ended up Taking her to go get manga. I also got groceries for my mom. Has we're heading home I see Rikka pass us on the street. I turn around as she turns and our eyes meet. All of a sudden she grabes my hand and starts running! I look at Akari and tell her go without me. Rikka slow down! She looks at me, stops then says " if you read the note you would have had to do this yesterday and the easy way"! There is Someone I want you to meet torakari. I look over rikka, and see another girl! She has brown hair that's tied up in two balls, each on a different side of her head. Blue eyes mixed with green. And she was really cute! Torakari meet makoto!

Makoto Aren't you the homeschooled kid?
She looks down and shyly shakes her head. When I think about it, rikka was shy in the school but not when she was running with me? Mabey it was just the fact that she gave me that box in front of the class. I look back at Mokoto she says to me "I'm not homeschooled!" I'm really sick that's all!
Her face was all red with embarrassment. Rikka gives me a hardcore death stare and looks back at makoto. Rikka announces that makoto wants to have a friend that's male and that I was the one to get chosen. 

Has soon has she said that makoto runs into the house. (Definitely embarrassed) Rikka then takes off yelling "Take care of her tomokari!" What the hell is going on and why is this all happening now!
