Kendrick was a regular guy. Worked at a local retailer as an unloading manager. Went to work... Went home... Play games... Rinse and Repeat. 

One night coming home, he encounters that which he should of never seen. Before he knows it, he has been swept into world of living Nightmare and expected to compete as a Nightmare, with Nightmares, against Nightmares.

He will need to control his fear in order survive in a Nightmare without fear.

"I don't know who you're talking to but I'm taking you down."

The protector of Hell's Kitchen rushed forward with his batons at the ready. If Ruler did not know better, he would truly believe that the legendary Daredevil could see. But he knew the truth and could use that to his advantage.

Ruler's tail shot out from his body and wrapped itself around the AC unit atop the building before, without hesitation, throwing it off and onto the busy streets beneath.

Daredevil was stunned for a moment before he leaped off the building the try to catch the unit before it could hurt anyone.

'A normal hero already has to watch out for debris but you have to be extra careful and on the watch since you can't see perfectly. Fighting superhero rule number 1: Don't fight the hero unless you have. Rule number 2: A heroes job is to protect the innocent. Use that against them.'

And Ruler made sure to follow those rules. His job was to only ensure no one interfered with his teammates but it did not mean he had to fight every random hero and police officer that showed up.

'Police are humans who fear for their lives. Show a little bit of power and they cower before you. As for heroes, they are too stupid to be afraid. You need to be smarter when dealing with them.'

Ruler did not stay ideal and threw several other large and heavy objects on the roof onto the busy street below in different directions. Ruler did not want to make the hero's job any easier. After he ran out of stuff on the first roof, he retracted his tail and moved to another and repeated the process.

Before he could make it to a third, a familiar baton was thrown at him. This time, Ruler was ready and he caught it in his hands. 

"I thought you would be busy saving civilians," Ruler said as he tilted his head to the side in confusion. 'I would have thought that would have kept him busy for longer. Unless...'

And as if to confirm his thoughts, a voice rang out coming from a different direction but that was very familiar to Ruler.

"He had a little help. So mind telling me why you were shooting those nice police officers and trying to harm an innocent police officer?"

Ruler did not answer but instead threw the toolbag in his hands at Daredevil. He wanted to make sure of who he was dealing with. But before it struck him, a white substance came out of nowhere and pulled the bag into the shadows of the roof.

Ruler clicked his teeth. He was able to confirm exactly who he was dealing with. The only person in the city who was allowed to shoot out white bodily fluids in public and not get criticized or arrested for it.

"Spider-Man and Daredevil. Is the Merc with a mouth around? That would make all the guys who wear red spandex be in one location."

"Haha. Very funny. How about an introduction and explanation? You know us but I'm sure that I have never met you before. How about you DD?"

"First, I said to never call me that again. And second, nope. Never met him before."

Spider-Man landed next to Daredevil and questioned him. He looked different than when Ruler had last seen him. While it was mostly the same, the spider was much larger and there was some extra black on the costume as well. But the most obvious change was the new mask he was wearing.

"Why are you wearing a bag on your head?"

Yes. Spider-Man was wearing a brown paper bag with eye holes cut out. It looked very out of place with the rest of his suit that looked professional and almost militaristic. 

"Don't worry about that. Why don't you just tell us what you are up to?"

Ruler charged straight at them without answering with his knife drawn. Daredevil returned the charged with one of his own while Spider-Man decided he needed one more one-liner before he began.

"Tough guy, eh? We got ways of dealing with you."

Ruler clashed blade with baton against Daredevil before using his free hand to grab the hero's neck. He then proceeded to give him a swift knee to the chest. 

'Rule number 3: Never fight when you are outnumbered. Take the heroes out in one on one fights.'

Due to Ruler's enhanced levels of strength and speed, not only was Daredevil unable to dodge but the wind was also knocked out of him in a single blow making him unable to continue fighting at the moment.

Ruler did not give Spider-Man a chance to help before he threw Daredevil off the roof of the building. Spider-Man tried to shoot a web to grab Daredevil but it was blocked by Ruler throwing a loose brick from the roof. Daredevil quickly went over the edge and Spider-Man followed to save him.

"Mission progress?"

"All material gathered has either been recovered or destroyed. Destroying the corpse and any evidence. What's your situation?"

"Two heroes are here now. They have been temporarily dealt with but I am requesting permission to extract before having to re-engage. "

"Permission granted. Call in Junction to your location."

Ruler did not need to be told twice and immediately pressed the extract button. 5 seconds later, a green mist appeared in front of Ruler. He entered it and was soon returned to the Warclan base. 

He was greeted by the sight of an injured Junction. The wounds seemed fresh as if they just occurred moments ago. Ruler immediately summoned Assassin to give the teleporter medical care. Junction thanked both Assassin and Ruler.

After waiting for another minute in the launch room both heard the signal for the others to be picked up. They looked at the monitor and saw the location where the signals were coming from. 

Junction created a green mist again and the figures of the 3 other members soon emerged from the mist. Neon and Dart had slight injuries while Ember seemed unharmed.

"Good job to all of you. Judging by the comms that were recorded as well as the state in which you have each returned, I shall be giving you detailed grades based on your performance.

Dart B-: You were too reckless and willing to use explosives without trying to be stealthy form the get-go. Your mission was to assassinate a target and not wipe out the organization. You are also much more injured than you should have been for such an easy task.

Neon B: While you did not use explosives, you were just as reckless as Dart. And you are also just as injured as him even though your powers are much better being used defensively. You shall work on that.

Ruler A: You did your job perfectly and reminded the group to stay on task. You did not get caught up in battling and exited as soon as it was safe to. You did not create any unnecessary drama either.

Ember A-: You did an excellent job yourself. uninjured and took out your target swiftly and efficiently. You lose points in leadership. You allowed Dart and Neon too much freedom even though you knew their personalities. As a leader, you must control your members properly otherwise they might not just be injured but ould end up dead next time.

All of you are dismissed so you may go reflect on what I have said tonight. Domina will hand out rewards if she feels you have earned them tomorrow after training. Leave."

Everyone waited for Junction to leave the room before they each left as well and made their way to their own bedrooms. They knew they had improvements to make but none that could be accomplished at the moment. They were all tired and wanted to sleep.

From the sound of it, Dio knew that Matt was hiding something from Dio, but he knew that Daredevil might do it for a reason, so he didn't think much of it. 
Dio quickly arrived at the agreed place, and he saw that Daredevil and one more person has been waiting there.
The man was big with a pistol in his hand and a black short-sleeved t-shirt with a big skull on the chest!
That was none other than the Punisher!

He knew Bullseye was a strong assassin who never missed.
If Dio really killed him that meant Dio was immune against firearm!
Without delaying any longer, Dio asked if the Punisher really had the information he needed about the Kingpin or not!
But the Punisher didn't answer his question but instead told Dio to follow him!
Dio followed the Punisher to a pickup truck and headed towards the suburbs, in the way up to the suburbs no one spoke to each other, except the blaring engine of the pickup trucks, the atmosphere was deadly silent!
They quietly arrived at a huge manor, and the Punisher quietly parked his pick up truck a little bit away from the manor. 
"This is one of Kingpin's Hideout. I don't know if he still uses it or not, and I am not sure that even if Kingpin is inside is the real one. You have to make your choice now. We are already exposed, if you choose to get out of the car now, there will be no going back!" The Punisher said indifferently.
"Now, what is the catch? I don't think you would be willing to work for free!" Dio said casually.
"Kingpin's head! That is all!" The Punisher said quietly.

At the same time, Dio had the same thought, but he will use [Moody Blues] at that place after he killed all the mobs inside, there was no way the real Kingpin never set foot there!

I was going to make a more Christmas related one but I scrapped that since the MC will become OP and I don't plan on that until after Thor 2 & Ultron.

I went back to Wakanda to pick up my parents I told Shuri not to come but she insisted. I landed the helicraft and was clearly unwelcomed. The guards told Shuri to go in while I wait outside.
A few moments later my parents was escorted out with two other guards stating that Shuri won't be coming with us due to family issues. I tried to reason with them but, they pushed my parents and I away to leave.
*Christmas eve*
I stopped grieving Shuri's stay in Wakanda and decided to work on something else.
I made the new Avengers ID cards by using titanium to build a miniature hologram projector on the center of the card that can project them in emergencies. Then a vibrater as a warning before the hologram is projected. Along with a layer of nanobots, adding a blue Avengers logo outlined with black on the side that takes up the left side of the card. There is a small frame on the top right side that would have the hero's photo and at the back there is a clearance level for each one, from 1-20. I made 20 of them incase I see new members. I called Nick Fury to make this official, that means whoever has these cards can get the police to cooperate with them. This protocol is for when the Avengers has fallen, the world will need other heros to team up and fight for another day.
I checked out the map to see where Spider man is, since he should be the one the one that becomes an Avenger. The map located Spider man in Hell's Kitchen. What the heck is he even doing there? I couldn't use the helicraft since it's too big for buildings that go shoulder to shoulder so I used the thrusters to boost me there.
There were some stops where I have to bust out some drug dealers and muggers. Seriously, this is Christmas flarkin eve! Why'd have to sell drugs now?
I eventually arrived in the warehouse that Spidey is in. There were random gunshots here and there. I watched as two red figures punching thugs here and there. Wait, two red figures? I jumped in and yelled, "Is it too late to join the party?", and started beating up a thug.
"Zero, haven't seen you for a long time."
"You know him, Spidey?", a man in dark red body armor with two small red devil horns on the mask and two big black letter Ds on the front of the armor overlapping each other, he hit another thug with a billy club.
A man on the second flour fired a couple shots at us, I was about to fire a blast at him but then a red billy club flew right next to me and hit the thug in the forehead, knocking him unconscious.
"Daredevil, I presume."
"Yes, now let's get down to the reason why everyone is here.", he held up one of the thugs and yelled as he punched him in the face, "Where is the next shipment?"
The thug didn't answer, but as Daredevil was about to throw another punch, Spidey held Daredevil's arm back, "Devil this is too much."
The thug uses this moment to run away from Daredevil's grimp and ran towards a knife sticking out of the wall to try to kill himself, keyword, try. I grabbed him by the head and pulled him away from the knife, "Now, where is the Kingpin and the shipment?"
"I…I'm no…not telling you.", the thug trembled in fear but clearly not in me or Daredevil.
"Devil, please knock him unconscious, I have somethings that this man won't like to hear."
"Pleasure.", Daredevil walked over and punched the thug in the gut.
"Zero, What are you doing here?"
"First of all, why aren't you with Aunt may?"
"Things happen."
"Good, now the thug works for the Kingpin of crime. His name is Wilson Fisk. That's all I can give you except these.", I handed them Avengers ID cards with their name, face and clearance levels on it. Spidey's clearance is a 18 and Daredevil is a 15, "You can call the Avengers when you're in big trouble and I've seen you two in action so you will be part of the New Avengers protocol and in the event of the original Avengers' death, you will become an official Avenger. But now you can still use this card to get the police to cooperate with you."
"Why us? You barely know us.", Daredevil looked at me with a confused stare.
"Matt. Don't tell me you don't recognize me.", changed my voice into someone he knows about and activated the suit's second skin function and turned my face into Foggy Nelson's.
"Foggy?", Daredevil looked surprised as hell, no pun intended.
"HAHAHA. Can't believe you fell for that but this is just to show you that I know more about you than you know about yourself. One more thing for you Matt, if you see  Elektra call me with a private channel. Press on the Avengers logo and say Zero. Spidey, meet me on the roof."

James Curtis is the last survivor of the Kelvin plague and was reincarnated into the Marvel universe.

Thanks to Gaia, he managed to have the power to absorb other people's powers and memories, similar to Rouge's.

Using his knowledge of the marvel universe and his new found powers, what should he do?

Activating Sharp Nose, Luke quickly found a first aid kit in the room.
He then picked up the person on the floor and put him on a long table before turning on two lamps and angling them as he did his best to put together an operating table.
Twenty minutes later, he stopped what he was doing. "Mr. Black Mask, now that your injury has been treated, you don't have to pretend to be unconscious anymore. Hm, or do you want me to call you New York's Batman?"
The person on the table still didn't move.
Luke sighed. "Whatever the case, I saved you. Are you sure you want to act like this with me?"
The man in black finally turned around and asked in a low voice, "Who are you? How did you find me?"
Luke shrugged. "I saw you when you went ashore from the pier. You've gotten quite famous here recently. I only followed you here to take a look. I didn't touch your mask, so you don't have to care who I am."
The man in black was silent for a moment. "You should still have a name, right?"
Luke said, "You can call me Puncher."
The man in black asked, "Why did you save me?"
Luke crossed his arms. "As a basic courtesy, shouldn't you give me a name? I can't keep calling you Black Mask or New York's Batman, can I?"
The man in black was lost for words for a moment before he said, "You can call me Daredevil!"
Luke chuckled. "That indeed suits you. You're truly a daredevil for going out to fight for justice in just a black hood."
Daredevil frowned. "You've seen me before?"
Luke suddenly smiled. "Daredevil, you do have sharp ears, but please don't use them on me. It's not a good habit to pry into other people's privacy."
Daredevil's lips moved, but he didn't know what to say.
"There's no need to deny it." Luke continued, "With your face completely covered like that, anybody can tell that you're blind."
Daredevil said nothing.
"If I were you, I would first make a helmet and add two lenses to hide the fact that you're blind, so that the enemy will think that you're relying on your vision to fight," suggested Luke.
Daredevil was silent for a moment before he couldn't help saying, "I'm not a tailor. I can't make a helmet for myself."
Luke, on the other hand, chuckled. "Then what about your clothes? You can't hide your height in ordinary clothes, and your real identity will be easily exposed. You're truly inferior to Batman."
Hearing the name "Batman" again, Daredevil couldn't help but say, "I'm not Batman. I'm not doing this to imitate him."
Luke tilted his head. "That's a given; your imitation isn't even as good as the cosplayers."
Pausing for a moment, he then continued, "Since you're not a copycat, make yourself special equipment to hide yourself better so that you're different from the original Batman."
Daredevil was speechless.
The equipment which Batman used had been analyzed countless times by the newspapers and magazines.
Daredevil wasn't an engineering major; he couldn't compare with Batman.
Luke put the first aid kit aside and looked out the window at the Hudson River. "Tell me, why would a blind man be a vigilante? Is he relying on the fact that his hearing is better than an ordinary person's?"
Daredevil didn't say anything.
Luke didn't turn around. "You're blind, but you're talented. Apart from your extraordinary agility, your sense of hearing and smell are also very sharp. I told you not to pry into my privacy with your hearing, so you switched back to your sense of smell. Are you trying to remember my scent so that you can find me later?"
Daredevil's body stiffened, and he suddenly felt like a child that had been caught doing something bad.
Luke turned around and looked at him. "This world isn't as simple as you think. You're not the only person with superpowers in New York. If you want to live longer as a vigilante, you better learn from Batman."
Daredevil frowned. "I'm me, not anyone else."
"I'm telling you to be careful." Luke continued, "You may have to face more than just gangsters in the future. If the organizations investigating Batman are interested in you one day, information about you will appear on their desks in a few days."
Looking at Daredevil, who was silent again, Luke smiled and threw a blanket at him. "That's all I have to say. May you have pleasant dreams tonight!"
Daredevil finally couldn't help but say, "Wait."
Luke: "Hm?"
"Why did you come to New York?" Daredevil asked.
Luke chuckled. "New York isn't yours or mine. Enjoy your last free moments, kid. You'll be busy after this. We might meet again."
Then, he quickly disappeared.
Daredevil gritted his teeth and lay back down after a moment.
If Puncher really wanted to kill him, he had had countless opportunities just now.
The fact that Daredevil was still alive could only prove that wasn't his plan.
Daredevil had lost a lot of blood. He was dizzy and exhausted. He barely covered himself with the blanket before he fell unconscious.
After changing back into his clothes, Luke left the house and looked at the window on the third floor. He shook his head and left.
After meeting up with Selina, they went home together.
Selina asked curiously, "Is Daredevil's sense of hearing and smell very good?"
Luke said, "Basically. That's why I didn't let you approach him, in case the new neighbor finds out about our 'hobby'."
Selina asked, "But you got close to him just now. Won't that be a problem?"
Luke chuckled. "Do you think I would have dared approach him without being prepared? Remember to always clean up after yourself, or you'll easily be found, like this Daredevil."
Selina, on the other hand, frowned. "We'll definitely run into him again at night. Won't we also risk being exposed then?"
Luke said, "I'll modify your armor and figure out how to solve the problem. The new neighbor should be resting for a few days. We have time."
Selina nodded, then suddenly sighed. "New York is a lot more unbelievable than Los Angeles. We've only been here for a few days, and we've already run into all these weird people."
"There will be a lot more like what happened tonight. Don't get careless," Luke warned her.

"God, what did Boss do? Did he just assault his chest? I've never seen him play dirty like this…"
The sounds from around the training ground were completely lost on both of them. Being slapped hard on the chest, Feng Ling paused and couldn't help retreating, but she remained calm and continued to defend herself.
She didn't receive any strict and professional training. All her moves were by instinct and some of the skills she had learned from the gangsters. All she was capable of was to be as quick as possible. Now in face of Nanheng's systematic and flexible attacks, she could hardly resist him. As he attacked faster and faster, her chest was hit repeatedly.
Although Feng Ling was still calm, she couldn't help feeling angry. She had to stagger back a few steps to steady herself and Nanheng suddenly turned much colder.
It was not her.
Although they looked similar in size, most boys were of the same height at this age.
After making sure this boy was not that daredevil girl he met at the orphanage one month ago, Nanheng no longer tested him but exerted all his strength, not taking him as a newbie at all. 
Feng Ling had read his intention. Being hit a few times, she changed her tactics and only defended herself. She was still quick. If she only dodged his attack, Nanheng could only hit her shoulder once every ten moves, but if she wanted to fight back, she would have to train for ten years more.
It was just a test but Nanheng didn't reserve any strength. Feng Ling, for the first time in her life, recognized what real strength was. She calmed down and concentrated on the fight. When in the end Nanheng's fist was about to hit her face, she froze and was ready to take this hit, but as a gust of wind swept past, his fist stopped one inch away from her face.
She looked up at him who coldly glanced at her deadpan. Obviously, he was a bit disappointed with her martial skills, although she was much better than the other newbies.
Nanheng stopped and turned to leave without a single word.
The onlookers were about to clap for the wonderful fight, but they resisted the urge to clap for fear that the boss would strike them in a rage and they would all suffer. However, Boss just turned to leave. They stood there bewildered, wondering what Boss's decision was. Did he want this guy to stay or leave…
Feng Ling stood on the training ground and raised her hand to press the slightly painful spot on her chest.
Her chest is painful because he hit it a few times just now. The onlookers didn't know why, but she was very clear that he was testing whether she was female or not.
She was wearing a stronger, heavier breast wrap. She was only eighteen years old, and her breasts were not fully developed. Her chest was so tightly wrapped in the breast wrap that he basically couldn't feel anything when he slapped it. It was certainly not the same touch as what he had seen with his own eyes that day in the sauna room.
This alone was enough to dispel half his doubts about her.
"Boss!" A daredevil was too curious, so he followed Nanheng, asking, "Shall we let the guy named Feng Ling stay? I think he is very arrogant at such a young age. Why don't we just keep him and let him train in our base? I think just in a few years his edges will be sanded down!"
Without looking back, Nanheng said indifferently, "Since you like to train him, let him stay. Throw him to the drillmaster of your Team Three. Train him yourself."

Threw him to their Team Three?
That was to say, if that boy entered the training camp of Team Three, the drillmaster would often call Feng Ling out to fight with them?
Wasn't he making trouble for himself? Only Boss Li could defeat that Feng Ling! Of all the newcomers in the base, which one could do that?

Nanheng who seldom came to the canteen suddenly showed up. 
But a group of newbies and semi-newbies who had seen the fight last night at the training ground were still reeling from the shock of the night.
Someone whispered, "Hey, does Boss really like men? Last night, he had been punching that boy's chest. Wasn't he flirting with him…"
Although these people whispered in a very small voice, Nanheng could still hear them.
A drillmaster sitting across him dared not to make any sound but still glanced at him.
Nanheng gave him no response. After finishing his meal, he threw the dinner plate heavily onto the table and sneered coldly. 
Then he said coldly to the drillmaster of Team Three sitting opposite to him, "Kick out of your team that kid named Feng Ling whom I assigned to your team last night."
The drillmaster of Team Three. "???"
That boy had only been assigned to his team last night and it had been no more than ten hours. And Boss ordered him to kick that boy out now?
Then he heard Boss Li said with a straight face, "Send him to my team. I'll take care of him myself."

Feng Ling was taken to the base's canteen to eat by K early in the morning. Although XI Base was a training ground, its size was staggering. The fixer will get this done… Isn't that right James?" His eyes moved to another man, in a black suit with a black tie. 

He looked like the typical man in black, with dulled lifeless blue eyes and sunken lips.

James Wesley stood there in the doorway of the penthouse Office, strolling towards the men. 

"Yes, Kingpin. I will be able to complete the task that your secretary has failed to do..." James was a tall scrawny man with short slick back dirty blonde hair that had a very distinct widows peak. He was in much better shape than Silkworth, if not a little younger. 

"Sir! We cannot just send the fixer! If he doesn't make the Recluse disappear on the first attempt--" The arranger was cut short as Fisk stood from his desk, cracking his neck with intolerance. 

"You have failed me once, Silkworth. Your continued presence here today puts you in danger… Take the day off," he glared sternly at the secretary before flickering his sight to the Fixer who nodded.

Letting out a sigh, and a shudder, the man in blue would take a step back from the desk and turn to take his leave. 

"Can you kill him?" The Kingpin tapped his fingers on the desk impatiently as he sat back down, no longer needing to use intimidation to his favor. 

"It will take considerable preparations. I have studied his dossier, very little allows us to know the full extent of his abilities. Your silent partner, hasn't shared his information..."

The Kingpin nodded, knowing that this Recluse Assassin could mean the destruction of all his life's work. Everything that he created, everything that he was going to do, wanted to do. He had to get rid of him for threatening his family's future! 

"However we know his weakness..." He took out his phone, revealing the picture of Jack on the front lawn of the Stacy's house. "We can extor--"

"He's got her held up in his house," the Kingpin interrupted his right hand man, leaning back in his chair as he rolled his jaw in annoyance. "You won't be able to get your hands on her."

"Hm… Then perhaps the father who is just within our grasp? Use the officer to lure him out, a hostage situation, trade the Officer for himself." While this idea could work theoretically, it was likely Jack would eliminate everyone present in order to reacquire the old man.

"How would we call him out?"

"His phone was bugged by our friends in the FBI," the Fixer stated as he bobbed his head lightly in a nod, "It appears this 'Jack in the Box' of ours has made a call to warn the man in blue."

"...What?" The baldy raised a brow at this, not having expected the Recluse Assassin to be so brazen. Warn the Police? He just realized Jack had already intentionally endangered his Empire, this wasn't good.

It was all his fault anyway.

"Is there a partner in the car with the Captain?" Fisk asked as he kept an unenthused expression on his face, he didn't like that this was happening. It felt like a domino effect was on its way!

"Yes, but they're not under our payroll."

"Kill the partner, take the Captain hostage as you planned. Have the men hold him at the Docks," He'd order as he pulled his chair closer to the desk, he opened his laptop. 

"And if he resists?"

"Hurt him, but don't kill him. Not until you've taken care of the Recluse Assassin." 

"What about the police cruiser?"

"Dump it in the Delaware river. Make it look like the partner drove it off the road..." A sickening smile was across the man's lips. He never really wanted to hurt people, but he would do it anyways, as they were just mere stepping stones. So he took no pleasure in this, and forced himself to smile.

James took a step back from the desk, "As you wish Kingpin. It will be done to your expectations."

As he went to turn away, he paused, brought his arm up and checked his silver and sapphire accented watch. He nodded to himself for some reason, unknown to anyone witnessing his behavior. He then pulled his sleeve back over his watch and orderly made his way out of the room.

"Fifteen minutes," he muttered to himself as he entered the nearest private elevator and pressed the button for the basement floor. Drawing a pistol from a holster under his suit jacket, he began to screw on a silencer from the pocket of his suit.

His eyes however remained on the little light at the top of the elevator chamber, watching as the number continued to drop. 

In five minutes there was a satisfying ding sound and the doors scrolled open for the man to step out and into the basement. His eyes drifting along a group of thugs who were all crowded around a small table. One of them was dealing cards.

"Cleaners!"

Three men perked their heads up before standing from the table and swiftly jogging over towards him.

"Heh, What's the job boss?" The scrawniest of the group asked with a crooked smile on his face.

"We are going to be killin' a blue and taking the other hostage, do you have anything to detest?"

The three of them shook their heads. "No, boss!" They replied in unison, laughing as they did so. They were paid to eliminate threats, be it civilian, police or political. They didn't care who it was.

Another five minutes went by and they were exiting through the service duct and into the back alley of the building. "We have two minutes, until we're noticed. Two minutes to eliminate the partner, and less than few seconds to take care of Captain Stacy. Be mindful," James warned the crew.

However just as they were about to round the corner into the loading bay area, he held out a hand to stop the men from walking past him.

It was strange. At this time of night, it is usually bustling back here in the loading bay. Pressing his back to the wall, the man peered around the corner. There was no one there, it was a ghost town.

Blinking several times, James looked around. Up, down, left and even right. No one was there, until he heard a low groaning sound from one of the tractor trailers. It sounded like there were a few bodies in there. "That's… Not the Recluse's method of working, they'd be dead."

"Boss..." One began to whisper, "What's going on?"

"Silence fool, whoever took care of the workers here, might be still around." Stepping out into the open, he took silent slow and precise steps. 

"Boss, doesn't this look like the handiwork of the Daredevil?"

James froze for a moment, "Shit..." He turned his head and looked towards the three men who were walking after him. Directly behind the three of them was the man in red who was just mentioned, "Behind you!"

Just as he went to aim, Daredevil knocked one of the men in the back of the neck, knocking him out almost immediately before taking the other as a shield. 

"Wait! No! Boss, don't shoo--!"

James fired three rounds into the man, making a soft pecking sound thanks to the silencer muffling the shot. "Get him!"

The Daredevil shook his head as he tossed the body to the ground, grappling with the last cleaner. Keeping the cleaner in the way of any clear shots that the Kingpin's, his arch rival's, righthand might have.

"Oh for God's sake..." Shooting the last man in the back, twice, bringing him down onto his knees he went to shook the Daredevil as well. However the man was able to evade his expert shot by kicking a piece of trash into his face.

Covered in soggy food and polluted water, James growled out loud, frantically looking around himself. That momentary distraction allowing the Daredevil to hide from view. "You son of a bitch! Why are you helping the Recluse Assassin?!"

"Recluse Assassin…? Interesting," Matt Murdock, known as the Daredevil by those who had seen his alter-ego, sniggered at the man who was calling him out. "Has your lapdog gone rogue?"

The man grinned lightly hearing the vigilante's voice, though it sounded like it was coming from all directions. That was clearly meant to be disorienting, but it didn't bother the fixer at all.

"He's no lapdog of ours," he spat out as if disowning or even disavowing the Recluse Assassin from even being related to the operations of the Kingpin's Empire. "He threatened our family, now we're threatening his!"

"A recluse has a family…?" The Daredevil dropped down behind the Fixer, who whipped around only to be quickly disarmed by the blindman's swift reflexes. He even emptied the rest of the man's clip without letting him pull the trigger once. 

"You bastard!" The fixer threw a punch at the man, which was quickly deflected, only for a knee to connect with his stomach. This one blow from the Daredevil would send James crumbling to the ground, holding his spleen.

"I'd like you to tell me everything you know about this Recluse Assassin..." He squatted down in front of the downed mobster, a small grin forming over his lips. 

"...My phone..." James coughed, gripping a knife under his suit jacket.

"Does it look like I'd be stupid enough to reach down and take your phone…? Especially with that knife in your hand." When he said this, James sprung forward towards the Daredevil, who would clasped his hands on the man's head and twist.

With aloud crack, the fixer's limp body dropped to the ground, his neck broken. 

"Now, I'll take that phone," he glanced down towards the spot the knife had fallen which was a few inches from James' hand and shook his head in disappointment. Kicking the knife with his foot, he then turned the body over and sifted through his pockets.

Retrieving it from the deadman's body, he flicked it open and then closed it. Stuffing it into a pocket, he would make his way out of the area before he could be noticed. The last thing he needed was reinforcements from the Kingpin or for the police to find that he had made a visit.

"Looks like I won't be putting you back in jail tonight Fisk... But I will take you down. One way, or another." The Daredevil emitted as he disappeared into the night.

In a reality without Peter Parker, seventeen year old Gwen Stacy attends to Midtown High, a school located in the Queens of New York, with her new neighbor Jack Baker who moved in last summer. 

Jack was born at the end of August in the year 2002. He had a knack for drawing, painting and even photography. However what he was even better at doing was using guns, knives and various other items of the same nature. Despite these hobbies and capabilities, he is socially awkward and often left out. He has a cool and aloof exterior and doesn't let many people in. He doesn't appear to be capable of expressing grand excitement or extreme enthusiasm. 

While he is bullied by Eugene "Flash" Thompson, most of his friends are females. They tend to flock to him, simply to talk because they know he'll listen and if asked, he will give advice. Fans of Harry Potter often call him the Chamber of Secrets and sometimes a mood ring as he can tell how others are feeling.

After Gwen Stacy is bitten by a Radioactive Spider... He begins to notice her sudden change in behavior, and things get a bit weird when her hands get awkwardly stuck to his face.
