As soon as Min Jae's event ended around seven, he rushed to the restaurant.
"Ah! She would be waiting for me. Why did the event end late?" he cursed himself as he ran his way towards it.
But as soon as he entered, he found the single floor restaurant full of strangers.
"What about Nari?" he wondered.
"Welcome, sir. Do you have a reservation?" the waiter asked.
"No, but I would like to make one," he said with a smile.
"Then, please come this way." the waiter directed.
Min Jae nodded and followed the waiter. He sat there for a while, waiting for her to show up. But when she didn't, he called her.
"She isn't even answering her phone?"
He mumbled when the call was transferred to voicemail.
After sending her a message, he sighed and kept her phone down. Nari would come soon. He had a hunch.
"Sir, would you like to order something?" the waiter asked.
"Ah! Not now. I am waiting for someone." he replied.
The waiter nodded, bowed, and went away.
