The attack part 3

"How far are they?!" Anna said as she shot a Holo that was charging at them. They were currently being swarmed by loads of Holos all the same species. They did not know how long they have been fighting these Holos for, but all they know was that they were running out of bullets "They are a mile and a half away from us" a soldier said as he shot a Holo in its eye, killing it and quickly changed his target to another Holo coming from behind him.

"Aaaah!" a soldier yelled out as two Holos jumped onto his body and began to rip off his limbs one by one, all while cackling a devilish cackle. A soldier aimed his gun at the two Holos and shot at their eyes, the bullets pierced through their heads and struck the trees behind them. "Aim for their eyes and stomach, their skin is thinner there!" The soldier yelled out as he threw his gun at a nearby Holo and quickly drew his pistol and began to shoot at the Holo stomach.

"I'm out of bullets" a soldier yelled out as she quickly drew out a knife and stabbed the eye of a nearby Holo. The knife pierced through the Holo eye and struck its brain, but in a last attempt to attack her the Holo launched its claw towards her stomach and pierced her. The both of them collapsed onto the ground as blood began to leak out of their bodies.

The battle between the Holos and soldiers began to become hectic as both sides began to not hold back at one another. Each side killed the other quicker than they were losing comrades. Many could see that if they continued to fight on, that both sides were going to suffer much more casualties than they were willing to risk. Of course they would not stop fighting since they had already lost too many to even think about retreating or giving the enemy time to recover.

"Graaaagh!" a mighty roared reverberated through the air as both sides stopped their onslaught and looked in the direction of the roar. As they looked in the direction, Anna noticed that it was coming from the direction that Lex and his group were being attacked from. "We need to hurry" she said as she brought her gun up and began to shoot at the Holos in front of her. The gun fire reawakened the Holos from their daze and soon the blood fight was beginning all over again.

"Then I'll play along" the Holo soon charged at both Lex and Tyrone as they too charged at the Holo. Just before they could clash with one another the both of them split up and rushed on both sides of the Holo. "Oh" the Holo said as it stopped its charge and turned its body towards Tyrone. Just before it could do anything Lex jumped onto the Holo back and stabbed his knife deep into the Holo's back.

The Holo roared in pain as it quickly moved its left arm towards Lex in an attempt to get him off his back. Tyrone, seeing this action, quickly jumped towards the Holo arm and plunged his knife deep into the Holo's left shoulder. A cracking sound could be heard as the knife snapped in two and the Holo arm limply fell down. The Holo widened its eyes out of shock as it stared at Tyrone who was on the ground giving it a shit eating grin. "You little" the Holo said as it opened its mouth wide and was about to charge at Tyrone.

But stopped as the Holo soon felt a ripping pain on its back. It turned its focus onto the pain and noticed Lex pushing his knife across its back. Every force he put into the push ripped so much of the Holo inside and skin. "Graaaagh" the Holo roared out as it used its tail to swipe at Lex. Lex attempted to dodge the Holo tail attack by jumping off its back. As Lex jumped off the Holo back he could see the tips of the blade near his face.

Crunch*

A hard loud sound was heard as he landed hard onto the hard ground. He checked his body and saw no signs of injury around his body.

Splat*

Or so he thought as he soon saw his left arm fall onto the ground floor. Feeling the pain Lex was about to cry out in pain, but instead bite his lips so as to not let out a shout of pain. He stared at the Holo that was standing upright now and staring at him with a vengeful glare. The Holo looked at its left shoulder and used its long claws to pull the broken blade out. Chunks of flesh and blood could be seen coming out of the Holo shoulder as it got the broken knife out of its shoulder. It tossed the blade onto the ground and stared and both Tyrone and Lex. The two of them soon walked to each other until their shoulders were touching one another.

The both were panting heavily and still were staring at the Holo with wrathful eyes. The Holo soon changed the way its body was positioned. It was now grabbing its weapon tail in its right hand, its back straightened and faced towards the both of them. Its head lowered to ground level and its legs clenching hard as if it was a loaded gun ready to launch.

As the Holo was ready to charge at the two of them, they all heard nearby gunshots coming from their right. "Seems we have some pests coming to us," the Holo said as he looked at both of them. It stood up right and stared at them. "I will allow you to live, on one conditi-" the Holo was soon interrupted as Tyrone soon spoke up, "allow us to live even though you were getting your ass handed to you!"

The Holo stared at Tyrone for a bit before giggling, soon his giggle became a chuckle, and his chuckle became laughter. "You think you had the upper hand this entire time" the Holo said as it soon made a clicking noise.

Without any form of warning Tyrone felt a great pain coming from his chest. He looked down and saw a claw piercing his chest holding onto broken pieces of bone. Soon blood began to come out of his mouth and the claw that pierced his chest slowly pulled out. Lex turned and could see five Holos that looked like the Holo they were fighting standing behind them. Lex turned his gaze at the Holo that the both of them were fighting. Lex felt something snap in him as he soon let out a loud bone chilling scream. Lex then quickly turned and charged at the five Holos.

In an instant he disappeared from his spot and appeared in front of the five Holos. Without hesitation he opened his mouth wide open and lunged at Holo's neck. The skin on his cheeks began to rip and some of the bones in his jaw began to break, the pain he felt was so great that a normal person would pass out from it, perhaps even die from shock. But he did not care and instead clamped down hard onto the Holo neck.

Crack*

A large cracking noise could be heard as Lex landed a couple meters behind the five Holos, well now four. Since Lex had in his mouth a dead Holo, its neck shattered inside his mouth. The four Holos looked at Lex with shock in his eyes. Lex then spat the Holo out of his mouth and charged at the four Holos. Lex was soon in front of one Holo and without hesitation launched a punch at the Holo face.

A loud cracking noise was heard coming from Lex's arm as he broke all his bones in the punch. But the Holo was not spared as his skull-like head soon cracked and bits of brain matter began to spill out. Lex landed on the ground and stared at the remaining three Holos.

Feeling his gaze the three Holos took a couple steps back out of fear. In their eyes Lex no longer looked like a weak prey that they could enjoy playing with, instead he looked like a predator that was ready to give them all a quick and brutal death. One of the three Holos shook their heads and charged at Lex with its mouth wide open.

Lex stared at the Holo for a bit and when the Holo was a couple inches away from him, Lex gave a swift punch to the Holo head. Its lower jaw soon snapped as it felt the impact from Lex punch seconds before it landed with its jaw. The Holo cried in pain as it saw its jaw hanging loosely from its mouth. Before it could do anything else Lex grabbed the Holo neck and with a quick tighten on the Holo neck a large cracking noise could be heard as the Holo's body soon went limp.

The two remaining Holo ran away from Lex in fear of facing the same fate, but the both of them could soon see their backs as their heads now landed onto the cold hard ground. The Holo Lex and Tyrone were fighting and moved its tail behind its body as it walked past the two decapitated Holos body.

"Well this is interesting," Holo said as he looked at Lex's body. There were spots in which his clothes were torn off and in the spots were bruises and tears in his skin. These wounds were not caused by the Holo, but were in fact caused by Lex. "What could have made you this strong that you could ignore such pain" the Holo said as it saw in Lex right arm chunks of bone piercing out of his skin and parts of his skin turning purple. "Well it does not matter since you can no longer move" the Holo said as it could see Lex attempting to move his body, but his body seemed to not be responding to his commands.

"I'll be quick with my talk with you then" the Holo said as it leaned close to Lex's bloodied face "where is the Holo you call H-00?" Lex's eyes widened in shock as he looked at the Holo, "what made you think that we were killing your men back at your base for no reason?" Hearing what the Holo said Lex's blood began to boil more as he tried to force his body to move from his spot.

"Don't bother trying to move, you most likely broke bits of your spine that allowed you to move your body" the Holo said as it walked behind Lex, mocking him all the while staring at his vengeful eyes. The Holo was soon behind Lex and with one finger touched a piece of Lex's spine, with the single touch both Lex and the Holo could feel the shattering of the bone. The Holo smiled as it looked at Lex's eyes that were showing fear.

"So where is H-00 or rather where is my father?" the Holo whispered into Lex's ear.

Lex's eyes widened in shock at what he had heard. "Oh right you would not know how my father reproduces. Well I'll keep that a secret, but all you need to know is that H-00 is my father and I am looking for him."

The Holo waited for Lex to respond, but no noise was coming from his mouth. "Oh right you broke your spine, so you shouldn't be able to talk. Well that is a shame isn't it?"

The Holo soon walked in front of Lex as it lowered its head to Lex eye level. The Holo opened its mouth as it spoke one last time "then I have no more use for you then."

The Holo mouth closed shut as Lex's head was smashed between the Holo beak. The Holo swallowed the remains of the head and soon vanished from the spot.

Minutes later Anna soon came out of the forest with at least ten. She stopped breathing as she saw the horrifying scene that was in front of her. Corpses of soldiers were littered across the floor as well as Holos that looked exactly the same as the ones they were fighting. A soldier near her soon puked out in a nearby bush as he could not handle the scene that was in front of him.

Anna soon grabbed her radio from her pocket and spoke into it. "This is Anna and we have arrived at Lex's group, there are no survivors."

A voice came through the radio a couple seconds later "it is a shame to hear this. Will you bring the bodies back to base so we can see what their cameras recorded and so we can send their bodies back to their loved one."

Anna walked to a corpse that was headless and was standing tall with bones coming out of its body. "I will '' Anna said through the radio as she soon put her radio back in her pocket and grabbed a dog tag from the person's neck.

The tag has a single name written on it "Lex Abdi."
