Who's That Girl?

As Sharie and Zee were about to exit the shop, someone opened the door to enter inside.

The sound of the heels and the silhouette appearance of her slender figure make it more intriguing from their perspective. Like a slow motion, with her elegant fragrance that smelled throughout the whole shop, everyone in the room glanced at her.

Sharie looked confused about who it was. Who is that someone who looked so fine even from afar? Her eyebrows arched as she waited to see the woman's face.

Zee stared, thinking that she looked familiar to him. Zee was surprised and thrilled to see her when her face was seen enough as if a light shone across her whole projection.

It is his assistant, looking like a different person from Zee's perspective. Her style is completely different today compared to her everyday simple clothing and nerdy appearance.

Her hair is straightened and gorgeously long and shiny. Zee did not even know that her hair was that long as she is always seen with a messy tied bun.

Wearing an elegant plain white dress with a square neck and a length almost touching her ankle, partnered with a waist nylon sling bag, she surely would steal the show.

Let's not forget how glowy her face is despite having light makeup, but with luscious eyelashes and slick eyebrows. Her lips are as shiny as those celebrity's lips in trending commercials.

As she looked entirely different than her usual look, something must be going on with her, or it was just because she wanted to change her style to a more fashionable one.

"Do you know her?" Sharie asked Zee.

"She's Jenesis, my assistant," he replied.

The shock was written on Sharie's face. She did not expect that Zee's assistant was a beauty who simply needed some great fashion pieces to make her beauty stand out.

Jen's eyes widened as she saw Zee. She quickly went where he was standing and grabbed his arms to take him near the sofa at the left corner of the room. "Why are you out here?" She whispered as her face got close to him.

"We came here to buy a gift for Chared," Zee replied as he showed the gift box that he was holding.

"We? Who's we?"

"Me and Sharie... Don't worry, Sharie knows the staff here, and they can be trusted."

"Sharie? Where is she?" She did not even recognize the girl beside Zee. When she turned around, she noticed her and greeted her shyly. "Hello, Ms. Sharie. I almost did not recognize you."

"I didn't know we'd get to see you here." Sharie reacted, her lips quirked.

"I am also surprised to see you both here," Jen replied.

"Are you also going to buy something here?" Sharie asked.

"I'm just passing by. I visited a friend's house earlier, which is just near this area. And I am on my way home. Fortunately, I saw this cute shop and wanted to look around, so I decided to go inside." a smile played on her lips. "What about you two? Don't tell me, are you on a real date? Am I being a bother right now?"

"No, we're not on a date, and you're not a bother. We also happened to run into each other earlier. We came here cause I recommend that we buy the gift here. I just helped him pick the best gift for Chared. Since he looks like he doesn't know what style to pick." Sharie's eyes danced.

"I see. Thank you for helping him."

Sharie's phone rang, and she reached it from her bag. "Please excuse me," She then moved to the right corner to take the call.

While Sharie was on call, Jen and Zee had the time to talk.

"You visited a friend? Who's friend is it? Do I know them?" Zee asked quickly as Sharie took the call. His face looked confused.

"I'll introduce you to him someday. I'm sure you'll be surprised who it is." Jen replied, her eyes are sparkling.

"Why would I be surprised? Is he something important to you?"

Jen nodded while smiling. "Yes! Very important."

"I think I should go now. Something came up. What about you guys?" Sharie then asked a question after her call ended.

"We're going to Chared's, but we can drop you off at your place," Zee said.

"No, it's okay. My assistant will fetch me in five minutes, he's just nearby. You guys should go!"

"Ah... I forgot to tell you something earlier. But I'll call you later." Zee said as he raised his hand to his ear like a phone.

"Of course, call me anytime. Take care, you two."

"Thank you. Take care, too, Ms. Sharie," Jen said before leaving the shop.

As Zee and Jen are inside the car. Zee can't help but be curious. Before starting the car's engine, he asked her while his eyes narrowed. "Who is it that you visited?"

"Er... Someone... special. Why?"
