SUPERHERO GETS A GRANDPA SYSTEM

It's not so easy to make it as a superhero these days. In the golden age of heroes, it didn't matter what kind of ability you had. If you had an ability, dressed up in bright colors, and came up with a crazy name; you had it made. You were a hero. The world isn't so simple anymore. Kyle Kane is finding life as a teenage superhero to be worse than a pimple on prom night. Eliminated from his team and forced into normal classes, Kyle's F class powers have doomed him to harassment and mediocrity. Then one day, he gets a cranky message from a system. "I'm your system, congratulations, blah blah blah." Is this Kyle's chance or just another new way to be humiliated?

Rajinn's Victory

Sif was about to be cruelly killed; she regretted not seeing G-Hawk or her brother one last time. However, when the Shadow Generals attacked; their weapons were stopped by Sif's armor.

It was at that time she remembered the upgrade to her armor Kyle had done for her. She even remembered her weapons seemed to share the benefit of the upgrade.

She launched her own attack at the two generals. She attacked the female general with her sword. She lifted her sword to block it but it was sliced through.

The male general also tried to defend against Sif's attack. She easily cut through his shield and left a wound on his arm.

"Not bad, G-Hawk," Sif smiled as she raised her aggression and attacked with a flurry of attacks. She looked like a human tornado as she spun, sliced, and moved from opponent to opponent.

"Why are there so many powerful warriors suddenly?" Rajinn wondered to himself. It didn't really matter, he was prepared to lose the battle so he could win the war.

He constantly monitored Shadow Bow's progress. He was able to sneak inside of the barracks where his sister was being held. She wasn't restrained, but all of her weapons were removed.

"Brother, where have you been?" she asked.

"You were captured?" he asked.

"Yes, Kane, told them to bring me here, but I'm a prisoner for some reason. I don't understand how Kane could betray us," she was hurt.

She thought of Kyle as not only her commander but also as a friend. Weren't they all life and death friends?

"He didn't betray you, I betrayed our team and now he doesn't know if you're with me or with them. He is being extremely kind. However, we cannot be overly sentimental.

We have to fulfill our duties as the Shadow Clan. The Great Master has returned," he said as his eyes sparkled.

"Great Master?" She asked her brother. She was very confused and stunned. How and why did her brother betray the team? She knew her brother, and he also liked working with everyone.

He felt grateful Kyle removed the slave seal from his sister and him. It seemed completely unlike her brother.

"I don't have time to explain. You've lost some memories. You must trust me. We are now enemies of Kane and our former friends. If you see any of them you might have to kill them, but try not to.

Once you act against the team, not only will you lose more memories; you will also lose all the strength you acquired over the last few months," Shadow Bow said.

"Brother, your energy, I can feel it! It's become so weak," she was utterly stunned by her powerful brother's situation.

"I know, listen we don't have time. I need you to trust me and do as I say. We need to escape from here and save the Great Master who is fighting outside.

Will you help me?" he asked his sister.

"Of course, brother, what do you want me to do?" She asked.

"I have a plan," he began to tell her all the details of his plan. Shadow Sis listened carefully and nodded as she understood her role.

The brother and sister pair melted into the shadows and disappeared. No one knew she had escaped and that her brother was there.

Even though Kyle tried to prepare a surprise; he didn't count on just how experienced Shadow Bow was. He easily avoided the traps Kyle set for him.

Outside of the tent where Shadow Sis was being held; the battle between Sif and the Shadow generals continued.

The advantage Sif had over the generals was her defense and attack power was way above theirs. Her disadvantage was that she lacked the experience they had.

This resulted in neither side having an advantage. The rhythm of the battle also became a balanced back and forth dance between the two armies.

Shadow Sis snuck through the battlefield and avoided being noticed by either army. She was able to reach Rajinn's side.

"Lord Rajinn, I am Shadow Bow's sister, Shadow Sis, my brother sent me to help you escape from the battle," she whispered in his ear.

"You are a capable young woman, my compliments," he whispered back.

"Just follow me, my Lord, and we'll leave.

"No, this is where I belong. I need to be here so I can activate a dimensional gate. Once it's open, be ready to jump through and return to my home dimension. We can grow strong there.

Give this ring to your brother and have him wear it. The two of you will need to stand together and hold hands; otherwise, the gate will separate you from each other," he said.

"But my brother," she began.

"I am Rajinn and I give the orders. Your brother and you will both obey my command, now go!" Rajinn said angrily. Shadow Sis shrunk back and left as quickly as possible.

I hope you can both succeed. This is all I can do for you and your brother. Grow strong and Rajinn will live!" he whispered to himself.

Shadow Sis returned to her brother's side and explained Rajinn's orders. He couldn't make sense of the orders, but he was raised to obey the commands of those above him. Rajinn was the greatest authority for the Shadow Clan.

It was at that time that Kyle, Gilbrew, Kantor, Bragg, and the other warriors returned. He happened to see Shadow Sis and Shadow Bow together.

"Gramps, do you need any more effort that Shadow Sis is betraying us?" Kyle roared inside.

"Yes, of course, I need more. She is just standing near her brother. I thought you were much nobler than this. Why are you in such a rush to condemn that little girl?" he asked.

"I don't want to condemn her, but we can't afford to lose this battle and I feel like she's the key to them winning. I'm pretty sure I can't rely on you to step in if she does betray us, or if things get completely out of hand, can I?" Kyle asked.

Gramps was completely silent.

"That's what I thought, so if you aren't going to be helpful then just keep your mouth shut! He roared at Gramps.

A hum could be heard as Kyle was running toward the Shadow siblings. Kyle didn't care about the sound. He figured at worst it would produce more warriors or something.

A black gate appeared near the shadow siblings; Sif, whose battle drew her near them turned to look for the moment at what happened; felt a sharp pain in her shoulder.

"Don't take your eyes off of me!" The female general screamed as she stabbed Sif in the stomach. The armor held against the attack, but she was forced back.

All of the soldiers backed off from the attack. Rollins just entered the barrier area when he saw Shadow Bow, Shadow Sis, Kyle, and several others get sucked into the gate.

"No, Sif!" He yelled too late as the gate began to close.

"Too late, I win!" Rajinn roared as his body broke apart into millions of pieces of light.

"Sis, G-Hawk," Rollins said as he looked at where his sister disappeared.
