Chapter 5 dead?

Sam was scared he thought that one of them had been shot but when he actually turned he saw the man3 lying on the ground .

"sam pick that man up and stuff him at the back and you two get in the car "

said carter.

that night was long for them .

they had to report all of this to Chester Phillips who was really angry at them for going out on dinner .

Erskine was sent to his room and the security was increased, the man from hydra was being tortured so that information could be extracted from them .

"how did you notice that they were not our guards"

carter asked Sam as she did not get it how they were able to change places with their guards and kill them .

"Their body shape even though they were nearly the same as the ones that used to guard us before but there were slight differences and I could notice them .and they were also acting strangely unlike how they normally were .they were more alert then normal "

Sam's head was aching with all the questions that carter was throwing at him .

He just wanted shout out that 'i don't know anything and how those guards got their places changes '

Sam entered his room and got into the bed .He was tired and sleepy .

' Hydra humm ,maybe if I could control an organisation like their's .it will make my work easier if the piece of the puzzle does not appear

he fell asleep while devising plans for the future .

Next day he was sleeping on his bed when he heard high-pitched noise .

"For god's sake what is happening now ?" groaned Sam as he woke up .

He directly when to the main lab as he could hear that. It was the source of the sound .

He used his access card to get inside and exactly at this time the sound stop .

"Test one complete except for the sound issue s everything is working smoothly"shouted Howard

"for god's sake Howard I am trying to sleep"

"hi Sam I see that you are up could you call Dr Erskine from his lab for the final checks ."

Sam groaned and walked away to bring Erskine

"now I know where the future Tony gets his attitude from both father and son are as shameless as ever "

Sam opened the lab door and walked in he could see Dr Erskine using a microscope to look at a drop of the serum and his hand holding the first bottle that was perfectly brought to existence .

"Good morning doctor "

"good afternoon Sam "

'Oh I slept a lot. '

"so I heard that you were with carter till late at NIGHT .therefore I thought that it was best not to disturb you, so I did not send anyone to wake you up"

Sam had black lines on his head we he heard Erskine.

'this old man is really something his power to tease other people is out of this world .'

"Thanks to you, I was being asked questions about how I saved your ' ass' life"retaliated Sam

hahahaha Erskine laughed for some time on Sam statement .

Then they both reached the main area where all the machinery was set up and did some check with Howard . Sam insisted on reducing the sound which the machine gave and this was approved by Erskine so Howard was busy with this, and he also had work for the stark expo that was going to happen the next week .

with that done Sam and Erskine started looking for the best candidate for the serum infusion.

"Doctor I have a question that is bugging me .

"Sam asked while they both were sitting

in the car

"ok what is it "

"are the vita rays really important for the solider serum "whispered sam

"they speed up the process of strengthening without them the body will take time to collect vitality on its own and it may happen that the peak effect is never seen."

"so other rays could not be used for it "

"well I thought about them but other kind of rays will have distinct characteristics which can cause mutation of cells in place of strengthening the current cells ."

Sam was in deep thought he wanted to try something with his energy power .he had not stopped practicing with his power even for one day after he had traveled to the marvel universe .And he discovered that his energy can change into the purest form of energy of other kind he just needed to fucus .so he could nearly anything create fire ,ice or teleport as all these require special energy but the only problem was that he is not able to change it willingly .except for the white harmless energy which helps him travel to different world it is impossible to use other energies.

After listening to Dr Erskine's explanation he had a very good idea, but that will have to wait .He was not willing to reveal his power to anyone .

one month later at stark expo the time had come a Sam has been looking at the watch from time to time he did not want to miss the chance of getting a piece of the puzzle.

'Finally the show is starting 'Sam was tired of waiting .they had been invited by Howard to see the flying car

They looked at the whole show, Howard kissing the girl on stage and then the car hovering in air for a some time and falling.

" I did say a few years din't I " announced Howard awkwardly

Howard finished the show and doctor Erskine walked out .

Sam follows him, and they found Steve arguing with his friend, and then he walked towards the army recruitment area .

"Sam this young man has been under my radar for a long time, and I think he is perfect for the program"said Erskine

"I am going to go take a final test for him you can return for today."

"Are you sure doctor "

"yes "replied Erskine

Sam walked out of the expo area he was going to get in his car when a shadow alerted him of someone watching him .

"Get out I know you are there "

shouted Sam

A man walked out of the alley nearby and said

"your are lucky if you had not found me and if this place was not crowded then you would have been de.."

a shadow appeared behind the man chocked him to death .

"ya right "sneered Sam as he sat down in the car

he had an evil smile on his face

'hydra now you have crossed the border .I am not your normal civilian I was a part of a special military force and this is how you greet me '
