chapter 6 Hydra

The next day Sam applied for a leave .

"Sam may I ask you why do need a leave now? "

asked carter

"I am going to visit a friend for his birthday and I had promised "answered

"you know that your application may not be passed, especially at this time when the experiment is so near "

"its ok if its not passed there is no problem in trying "

just while both carter and Sam were talking

a guard came a gave slip to Sam which had rejected stamped on it

"told you"carter gave a smug smile

"ah no "Sam groaned

he wanted to go and have a chat with hydra ,he had put 2 clones on Erskine and Steve so that he does not miss the puzzle if it appeared .he wanted to go out with permission which would cause the least suspicion but with the application rejected he had only one more option ,he did not like it but it was necessary.

"carter can I have the keys to your car I want to get some gifts so that I can send them to my friend"

carter gave Sam the keys and said "its at the back gate you have to go through the antique shop ."

"ok" replied Sam

Sam went out of the antique store and sat inside the car he just started the engine and the car blasted .

A man in a different alley could be seen with a remote in his hand .he moved fast after finishing his mission and left without leaving any evidence .

Soon people rushed out of the stores and others got out of their cars to have a better look at the situation .

5 minutes later the police was there, and they sealed the area for examining it .

In a small office three people were sitting ,they all looked sad and a old man had tears running down his eyes.

A guard knocked on the door of the office

"what is it"a lady asked angrily from inside the office

"mam the report on the body is here "

"come in "

the guard handed the report to the lady and ran away

she opened the report and read it after that even she could not help but cry.

"What does it say "

asked the old man he had the last thread of hope .maybe that man was not Sam

"he is gone the DNA report confirms it ."

said carter as she tried to collect herself .

"who planted the bomb "

asked Howard

"its hydra only they use these type of bombs "

"he was like my child, I saw him grow ,it finally felt like that I have someone to care for a friend a son .if you will excuse me I will be returning to my room ."said Dr Erskine and he left the room.

'that idiot he had to take my car .it was not him who was suppose to die but me the bomb was meant for me '

carter felt guilty she did not like how the life had taken a turn .'I let my guard down, but next time this will not happen ."

1 month later

A man is sitting in the middle of the of forest .soon engine sound could be heard .

the man got up and said

"attacking at night would give better cover, but there won't be enough shadows then ."

The tank like vehicle approached him .

it showed no signs of stopping even after seeing him .

"Let the show begin "

soon the shadow of the branches started moving, and right when the vehicle was about to hit the man the vehicle could not move anymore a bunch of branches dyed in black were holding it from moving .

The guards got down and looked at the situation but in place of running they tried to attack the man in front of them .

"Ya right forgot you belong to hydra "said the man in black

before those men could fire at him two more branches had appeared and pierced their bodies .

The man walked towards the vehicle and the branches vanished as if they were never there in the first place .he removed his mask and the person under it was none other than Sam .

(flash back)

Sam got out of the antique shop put a dead man's corpse on the driving place, and then placed the bomb and his body melts into shadow .

In the alley nearby his real body pressed the button and the car blows up .

( back to the present time )

Sam throws the body of the guard away, and he gets dressed in their cloths and another shadow does the same .

He drives the car and stops near a security check of hydra .

"Hail hydra " said the guard

'no do I have to really do that '

"hail hydra "said Sam reluctantly, and he did their salute .

"Your late "said the guard

"ya... there was a tree fallen down "

"ok ,please tell the password"

'ya right the password . Sam you are getting sloppy, you should have at least asked those guard before killing them .but I don't think I would have gotten anything.'

Sam felt helpless.

Sam extended his finger a shadow nail came out and pierced the guard neck .and the guards shadow held him upright .

He drove the vehicle and the gate were opened but before he could get in he heard a guard shout

"stop them the guard he is not reacting and blood is rushing out of his throat ."

Sam slammed the gas peddle and forced his way through.

the guards surrounded the vehicle after it hit a wall .Sam vanished and moved into another person shadow.

after which he jumped again and got out .

"that took a toll on me as it takes a lot of energy to travel through them"

there was movement in the base the soldier s were moving all around.

As Sam was walking a 6 soldiers came into view

Sam calmed himself down he prayed that they would not ask him anything so that he could just walk away .

"halt which unit do you belong to ."

'seriously how hard is it to just shut-up and walk away, and what is with all this security '

"unit 2"said Sam nervously

"ok come with us to report the situation you can report it better as your from the front ."

said the guard

'jackpot ' Sam was very happy as they were going to deliver him to Schmidt, and he did not have to look for him on his own .

Sam entered the main room he marched in with the guards Schmidt was sitting on his chair .

Sam's blood was pumping with excitement he but the next second when the door fully closed the guard took a sudden 180° turn and pointed all their gun at Sam .

"Welcome our dear guest"

said schimidt
