Chapter 7

<p>Aster didn't have an idea that he was walking strangely. The woman saw it and laughed a little since she was behind him but he didn't know. Anyway, After appreciating the woman's advice Aster begins to walk towards the shop that the woman pointed to. <br/><br/><br/>He didn't really pay attention to how he walked and that's why he got a lot of weird stares from the people he crossed with towards the shop. <br/><br/><br/>In the front doors. <br/><br/><br/>Aster observed at the front door which has an exquisite design and many colors painted, as a sign that illustrates the shop insides. <br/><br/><br/>The toy's and doll shop. <br/><br/><br/>Ring! <br/><br/><br/>Aster then carefully pushes the door aside and a bell rang that indicates there's a customer going inside the shop. <br/><br/> <br/><br/><br/>???: " Welcome~ Ah… "<br/><br/><br/>As he walk in the shop, Aster was immediately welcomed by a woman's cheerful voice, as he heard the voice Aster looked up, he saw the woman staring at him from the counter below. <br/><br/><br/>The woman had a nice well bun hair that suited her clothes exquisitely while her face had an expression of interest, looking at the new customer which was actually a young little boy. <br/><br/><br/>Aster also looked at her for a couple of seconds then his eyes darted away from her as his eyes wander around shop toys and doll's inside after a couple of moments, then he waved his hand toward the woman who was still staring at him. <br/><br/><br/>Aster asked politely: "Hello, Miss lady, I want to buy some toys and dolls, which way do I have to go? " <br/><br/><br/>Aster don't know which way he should go cause there's a two side in the shop that is why he is troubled by it. <br/><br/><br/>Even though he had a system to lean on he really didn't want to actually be supported by a simple solution or a situation he can manage himself. Also, he wants to experience the circumstances he didn't feel in the long period of time in the past. <br/><br/><br/>The woman was surprised by the sudden polite and appropriate words made by the boy in front of her. Despite the young look of the boy in front of her the boy's attitude had an etiquette that the butler commonly used. <br/><br/><br/>Actually, Aster learned this etiquette in his last life in books. That's why it is appropriate to use the right word to ask or to say something to other people, right?<br/><br/><br/><br/>So to sum it all up, the one in front of the woman is a young boy who looks like he trained a formal etiquette even though he was so young!<br/><br/><br/>The woman stare at Aster again, although she was surprised by the boy. She took a few moments after she's done she held up her arms high, pointing. as she responded to the boy's words. "The doll will be on the right side and the left side will be the toys." <br/><br/><br/>Aster listened to what she said then he nodded at her word, understood it and said with a smile on his face. <br/><br/><br/>Aster: " thank you, miss." <br/><br/><br/>Aster began to stride up to the left of what he heard from the woman in the counter. <br/><br/><br/>The woman who saw his smile felt a tingling feeling in her heart she muttered in silence. <br/><br/><br/>Woman: "Cute…" <br/><br/><br/>Aster walked around curiously inside the interior of the shop he was then met with other people and many toy's around him. <br/><br/><br/>As he was observing he was bewildered at the toy's so many that he couldn't count them If he does count it he may spend hours to count all of it but if he uses the system to count it. It can probably count it in just a matter of minutes. However, he had no intention to count the toy's or had the intention to use the system. As he had only one in mind and that is to buy a present for Elsa's birthday. <br/><br/><br/>Staring at the people buying things for their children Aster who was stopped on his track made a move as he began to look at the toy's in the side, some were in the place of the flat wood. Seemingly high, he couldn't reach with his own hand so he had to scan it with his system to make an image to see if it is good. <br/><br/><br/>There are toy's with many intricate designs. That's why Aster, who had no experience buying things for someone, had a hard time picking some toy's. <br/><br/><br/>After looking around, Aster stops what he is doing and sits on the hard cold floor feeling the weight of the coins then. <br/><br/><br/>Aster sigh: "Hu…" <br/><br/><br/>Glancing at the towering toy's he squinted his eyes before opening it again over the people heading, selecting and buying in a matter of minutes.<br/><br/><br/>Aster then thought: " From what I can see, those people were buying toy's in a simple manner. Does it depend on the beauty of the toy's colours and the intricate design of it?" <br/><br/><br/>After he thought of that he stood up and walked. <br/><br/><br/>Aster said "But for what I know about Elsa's mind or interest it probably didn't matter right…? " <br/><br/><br/>Aster asks himself and prays that his judgement is right as he spent some quiet time with Elsa, naturally playing. <br/><br/><br/>He glances at the toy that looks like a penguin. It has short limbs but relatively small that can fit a child's body, a good for cuddling that makes one feel sleepy. <br/><br/><br/>Aster: "this is good for sure." <br/><br/><br/>After he picks up the seemingly looking penguin doll he also pick some doll's for anna his presents is already set. He then strive back towards the first time he encounters the woman in the counter. <br/><br/><br/>As he got close to the counter, Aster saw the lady smirking and currently mumbling something strange. <br/><br/><br/>She seems busy.<br/><br/><br/>But Aster didn't pay attention to that. He looked up and saw the counter which is really high for his height, which means he couldn't put the money on the counter and couldn't buy the doll he was presenting to Elsa's birthday.<br/><br/><br/>Aster then thought it over. <br/><br/><br/>After contemplating for a moment he raised his eyebrow seemingly had an idea. <br/><br/><br/>He put down the penguin toy and the other doll on the floor before he loose the pouch of money on his waist and distanced himself from the counter. After that he made a stance while both of his hands were holding a pouch of money. <br/><br/><br/>Aster then inhaled some air, then he threw it. <br/><br/><br/>Aster:" Hu, hah, Ah…" <br/><br/><br/>He only noticed now that he didn't really notify the lady who was reading in the counter that he was going to throw the bag of money in the counter, which he was busy thinking all about presenting something to Elsa. <br/><br/><br/>He wanted to speak but only a dumb sound left his mouth. <br/><br/><br/>Thud! <br/><br/><br/>… <br/><br/><br/>Meanwhile, the lady in the counter was reading something. She was really enjoying reading the book on her hand as you can see from her strange expression from the side.<br/><br/><br/>That's why she didn't notice the incoming bag of money being thrown at her. <br/><br/><br/>Thud!<br/><br/><br/>"What!? " <br/><br/><br/>Because of the sound she suddenly heard beside her that made her startled and jumped in surprise. While the book she's reading on her hand slipped and flew out of her hand. <br/><br/><br/>Aster who was staring wide eyed at the commotion he made because of  him forgetting to notify the lady about the pouch of money he was about to throw which left him standing still. <br/><br/><br/>Aster said:" Ah, I'm-" <br/><br/><br/>Just Before he was gonna apologise for what he has done wrong he sees a book that flew out from the counter which was directed his way. <br/><br/><br/>Aster caught it then he stared at it. <br/><br/><br/>After looking at the book he was holding, the book had no cover; it only had a black colour, a title and an author. The book title was " Ice Cage by Yamila Abraham.<br/><br/><br/>Aster:" Hmm…"<br/><br/><br/>Aster had no idea what's inside the book, the woman was currently reading up to. So he was curious but he didn't want to read someone else's book without permission. So he didn't casually open it. <br/><br/><br/>Woman:" Huh!? Oh, No, no, no! Where's my book?!"<br/><br/><br/>Unfortunately, for Aster he can hear the lady's rumbling in the counter looking for the Books which were in his hand. <br/><br/><br/>Aster glared at the book for a moment. then his body started to tremble strangely for no reason. <br/><br/><br/>His face now was sweating terribly that if someone saw him right now they'd notice it and help him stabilise himself! But there's no help coming, Aster then clench his teeth hard which makes his numb feet move. <br/><br/><br/>He then strives to walk towards the counter with the book in his hand, trembling, as he looks up and holds the book with his both hands then he stutters while saying. <br/><br/><br/><br/>Aster said:" Excuse me miss l-lady, i-is this what you're looking for…?" <br/><br/><br/>The woman hears the voice of a boy. <br/><br/><br/>She turns around looking for the boy's whereabouts but she can't see him! She felt a tremor in her body when she remembered her passed grandmother always telling her that ghosts are real and thought. <br/><br/><br/>Woman: ``Is it a ghost!? Waa… grandma! Why did you tell me that story! No, no, ghosts aren't real, it's not real! Look daylight! There's no ghost appearing in daylight, right?! <br/><br/><br/>Aster looked up as he saw the woman turning around and looking pale for some reason. <br/><br/><br/>Aster was in a state of plea just holding the book terrified him:"I-I'm here, please." <br/><br/><br/>The woman perks up her ear this time maybe in fright but she hears the voice again, this time she can tell what direction it came from. <br/><br/><br/>It's below her! <br/><br/><br/>She tiptoed her foot as she looked below the counter, in front of her she saw a book, it's the black book that she has been reading recently although her anxious expression still remains. But after she saw two small hands grabbing the book she sign in relief that a child found it first and not an adult! if they really saw it and read it without her knowing she might burst in shame! Next, if they know it's from her. She might really explode and run off the store immediately! <br/><br/><br/>So she is really lucky this time that it's not an adult nor a ghost but a boy!<br/><br/><br/>As she finally got her book back she could finally see the face of the boy. <br/><br/><br/>Woman said:" Oh? Aren't you the kid earlier- What's wrong? Are you okay? Kid you really look sullen right now and you're sweating a lot!<br/><br/><br/>She already knew the boy below but as she take a second look she couldn't help but asked worriedly what happened. <br/><br/><br/>… <br/><br/><br/><br/>Aster was currently experiencing a terrible situation right now, it's not from the guilt of throwing the bag of money from the woman earlier, we'll he felt really bad about that. <br/><br/><br/>But that's not it! <br/><br/><br/>It's from that book, that cursed book! <br/><br/>But why does he call it a cursed book when he didn't even know what was inside of it? Due to Aster using the system to scan the whole book it means the system was reading the whole book in a second! And also currently been transferring that info to Aster's brain which is still continuing and it can't be stopped when it has already been scanned. That's why him not opening it or reading it a while ago is a lie! <br/><br/><br/>So him, the progenitor of true terror for the Protagonist which has no weaknesses have been killed  literally by him in each world's. <br/><br/><br/>At the Start, He hadn't had those resolved to kill someone yet No, he had to try to kill just to save the many. Fear has been lost because the system has granted him a passive skill where the guilt to kill was no longer affecting him so he could continue to save every world. <br/><br/><br/>That means killing someone or getting killed does not matter anymore. Fortunately, he had a reason to continue living because of someone. <br/><br/><br/>So that's why he, In this situation, that fear which has been lost because of the compensation mention by the system when he reincarnated here was slowly coming back again. <br/><br/><br/>As a result, Aster who had a blank look in his eyes at the woman whose expression is worried and was asking if he's okay or not right now is definitely no. <br/><br/><br/><br/>Aster said:" I'm O-okay, miss…" while stuttering "it's just I runned here so that's why I'm sweating a lot you see…" <br/><br/><br/>That was a lie! <br/><br/><br/>Aster didn't want to tell her what situation he's in and he didn't want to tell the woman he read that book which on her hand without permission! that's why he had to lie, right now, so he can't be found out! <br/><br/><br/>Woman said:" is that so? But I'm glad you're not sick but do let me know if you're feeling something strange okay? <br/><br/><br/>The woman sign in relief and made sure that if something happened to him while in the shop he would quickly let her know it.<br/><br/><br/>Aster was feeling guilty over a simple lie which he uses everytime to play the role of a saviour. A saviour that lied many, many times so he can kill as he also lied many, many times so he can save someone. The Existence one, the one who value the many than less. <br/><br/><br/>That was him.<br/><br/><br/>That's what those god's refer to him.<br/><br/><br/>Now, in this new world, his new life there will be no one can call him like that ever again. Aster then shakes his head over those disturbing thoughts.<br/><br/> <br/><br/>He then looked at the woman who returned to her post. In the counter, the woman put the book below so it can't be seen beside her and then she look at Aster noticing the stuff toy on the ground. <br/><br/><br/>Woman said" So, are you going to buy that? boy. "<br/><br/><br/>Hearing her, He took the toy and the doll on the floor and nod he then pointed somewhere beside the counter and said.<br/><br/><br/>Aster said quickly " That is my payment miss, I'm sorry about earlier, I didn't mean it! "<br/><br/><br/>The woman put a question mark on her face after she heard what the boy said she then take a closer look beside her surely, there was a pouch that gave her quite a scare earlier and that's also why the book flew out from her hand.<br/><br/>The woman grabbed the pouch and opened it. She saw the coin inside which exceeded the doll's price! <br/><br/><br/>"H-hey boy is this really your's this is too much! A toy and the doll price is only 10 coins thus that's exactly only 20 coins and there's still many coins left, approximately 30 coins left. Hence here's your change boy- Hmm…? Where is he? Where did he go! " The woman at the counter was busy totalling the exact amount of the coins. She put a sum of 30 coins in the pouch and by the time she handed it toward the boy, the boy was already gone. Leaving her confused. </p>
