"KYeaak!" The wind falcon did not seem to like being called an oversized chicken as its determination to eat Kana grew even more frantic. It clawed and pecked at the hole Kana made, trying to make a spot big enough for its beak, but Kana kept digging the hole deeper into the rock. 

"Damn it! Why won't this stupid rock not let me dig up, down, or to the sides!?" Kana frowned, she had tried breaking the rock above her head to climb upwards, but for some reason, this seemed to not be possible. She could only dig deeper into the rock and not up or down. 

"How dare you!?" A voice suddenly came from behind the wind falcon. "Blazing slash! Leave Miss Beautiful alone!"

"KYeaak!" The wind falcon roared out in pain and flew backward from the wall. At the same time, a figure jumped into the hole and looked around. "Miss Beautiful, where are you!? I, Fan Sengya, am here to save you!"
