She's Asking For it and Even Brought Her Brother?!

Yun Che walked with Yun'er to go meet Jia Hualing's brother and the entire time she didn't talk.

She knew that Jia Hualing's brothers had people following them since Yun Che returned from near the edge of the Black Stone Forest.

Jia Hualing's brothers had been named Jia Manchu and Jia Qiao, the first being the youngest and the second being the oldest.

The oldest brother Jia Qiao had fallen in love with his sister a few years ago, and believed that because they had a different mother that it should be fine to get married. However, his father Jia Wenyan cared about other countries perceptions more than anything, so marrying his sister became completely off limits!

Because of that Jia Qiao wanted to 'steal' his sister, and had begun making a rather large band of immoral types to help him go through with his plan. Overtime, once he became the ring leader of this band, his personality started to change, and he truly wished to make his own country from the ashes of his father's kingdom.

Yun Che didn't know about him, but he already had an extremely bad feeling in his stomach. He knew that if he didn't kill the two brothers, that they'd most likely report information about his strength. He had to beat a Soul Budding Realm Warrior and needed to keep his secrets under wraps.

He almost couldn't believe how heartless he became.

Going from someone who saved lives to someone who took them represented a large gap! However, part of him after suffering through the Golden Spider Queens trial felt like this 'change' inside of him had to be faced! He had enough intelligence to know what the people happened to be like in this world if they weren't strong.

The golden queen spider memories also made a difference!

In front of the Mistress Empress' house, Jia Hualing sat outside with her brother and a few of his warriors from the Savage Lands Heart and Sword Unit. The three men had much more frightening auras, but also seemed more dignified and less uptight. When Yun Che made it to them, the three of them even courteously welcomed him into the space.

However, what startled him the most had to be Jia Hualing's brother! He had Jia Hualing a few feet away from him and looked like an overprotective monster guarding his prey. Something about his intensity made Yun Che feel like he had to deal with this man fast!

The longer a man like this stayed in your presence, the higher the risk of something terrible happening!

He'd seen men that did extremely horrible things in the emergency room, and a few of them tried to escape with the strangest of approaches. One of them held a young girls hand and pretended to be her father only to try and kidnap her to use for ransom and a chance at a new life!

He'd been there, and punched that man in the face, and caught that man at that time! He'd always been able to detect certain types of people with bad intentions, however, never before did one of those men have an ability that completely eclipsed his own!

Her brother he could tell happened to be past the Soul Budding Realm, and might even be in the Sovereign King Realm! However, the most terrifying thing about him had to be his calm expression! He looked at Yun Che like one might look at a completely obedient child, and completely ignored him while he sat down!

Yun Che: "Sorry to disturb you and your sister, but I got the letter from your two warriors to come here. Can I ask why you'd bother to want to see me?! After all, your sister has matters of her husband to attend to right?! I can imagine you know she and Li Qiang have already begun to sleep together in the same bed?!"

Jia Qiao suddenly looked up at Yun Che and then fixated on him one more time before beginning to laugh. He looked over at Jia Hualing who'd started to blush at her brothers aberrant behavior. Every time she brought a guy home, he always behaved like this, but today it seemed like the intensity increased by a thousand fold!

"I'm sorry Yun Che, but my sister here doesn't have a fiance anymore because Li Qiang has been killed on the way here. It's unfortunate, but it seems some evil beasts struck him and devoured him whole. I just informed my sister, and she's still a little bit upset. I even called you here to ask if you'd like to be on a team to go see where he died. After all, my sister calls you her new best friend, so we might check it out together and become friends!"

Yun Che coughed and immediately grabbed at his stomach while reaching down to get some water. He drank it and looked over at Yun'er who stood prudently in the background. She felt like even the smallest movement might cause Yun Che to suffer.

'Please Yun Che, be careful! He wants nothing more for you to go with him, and it be the dumbest thing in the world for you to go! I hope with all that intelligence you have, you won't play into his hands! He's clearly an evil man with bad intentions! Don't fall for it!'

Yun Che: "I'm sorry, but Jia Qiao I can't go with you. My beautiful Yun'er hasn't seen me for three days and I'm just a new member of the clan. However, I'm very much interested in the bet your sister offered me. The one that she said might require you to go back home afterwards?!"

Jia Qiao shook his head and gently pulled Jia Hualing over to him before he began to uproariously cackle! He'd never met a man that had turned him down so immediately! He even had the nerve to ask for him to leave?! Did this man happen to be on some type of herbal medicine?!"

"You're funny Yun Che, and I admit that part of me wishes to spare you the pain of being here. However, since you're my sisters best friend, we're practically brothers! It's only right that you come with me! I already spoke with your Mistress Empress earlier and she agreed to let you go! In fact, if you don't go, I told her our little deal to protect this place will go up in smoke!"

Jia Qiao gave him a look like I got you which caught Yun Che off guard. However, he'd learned to deal with all types of people in his life, and this man clearly didn't know who'd started making negotiations with at this moment!

Yun Che: "I think it's best that your sister decide if I go or stay. After all, she did request that I fight one of your noble warriors in battle. Even though they are in the Soul Budding Realm, I can tell from their noble presences that they'd want to fight me at my current strength. Are you the type of brother who goes against what his sister wants?! I can tell you really like her Jia Qiao!"

"Insolence! You dare speak my name! You're nothing but a little stowaway that somehow got here from another world! Say my name again, and I'll show you what it means to have responsibility on your shoulders! My sister just so happens to be in a special place in my heart, however, right now it's more important that we do what I want, right sister?!"

Jia Qiao figured that provoking his sisters input immediately had the chance of putting this to rest. After all, his sister came here with the intention of killing Yun Che! If he wanted to make her like him, after losing her precious husband, he figured he'd take care of this little nuisance and then bring her home and start his plan!

Jia Hualing however seemed to not care and seemed to ignore what Jia Qiao said and crossed her arms. She sighed and turned around only to 'hmph' like a stuck up brat.

"Little sister, what's wrong?! What's wrong?! What did I do to piss you off! I will do anything I can to make you happy even if it involves destroying mountains and valleys. Please don't hmph like that because I know what follows. You're going to be mad at me for days."

"I want to watch Yun Che fight, and I think brother might want to too! If you don't do it, I won't talk to you for four months! I want to see Yun Che fight and fight out his maximum strength! After all, I think he's already in the Foundation Rising stage after only 3 days. He might even be in the middle stages!"

Yun Che nearly coughed out what he drank and looked at Jia Hualing like she'd turned into the ultimate trouble maker! He thought she'd be on his side, but it turned out she'd started playing for both teams!

Did she have some type of plan here that his discernment couldn't see through?! He looked at Jia Qiao and smiled before nodding his head.

'I'll play along with this little woman for now, but if she endangers me I'll poison everyone around her and cause her to see a dark world for the first time in her life. Even if it means going down, I'll take all of her loved ones with me!'

"Fine, we'll do what you want baby sister! Yun Che! You have one day to prepare for either the expedition with me, or to fight one of my fiercest henchmen. However, first, you'll have to promise me something. Do you hear me?!"

Yun Che: "Promise you what?! There is nothing I have that you can't control. Is there something special you want me to promise."

"Sure, just promise me that if you lose you'll go on that expedition with me. I'd really like to take care of something with you around, and in fact, it be a great time to see the road of light towards our kingdom!!"
