Cedric is now sunbathing with Nami feeding him Mikan. He is having the time of his life at this moment. "Where should we go now Cedric? We already got our ship and our bounty is already big" Nojiko asked Cedric. The man didn't answer because he is thinking about something serious, it involves the case of Kaya. 'How come she knows that Khaladore is Captain Kuro? She shouldn't have any doubt towards him because he looked nothing but a loyal butler on the outside' Cedric was contemplating about that, he just can't understand the weird dreams that Kaya was talking about. 'System, care to explain anything?' he thought asking the only anomaly in this.

The system's reply irked Cedric, its basically saying that because he is so pitiful that he can't even handle a conversation well, the system is helping him. It didn't help that the system sounded pretty innocent about it. "Forget about it, show me my rewards then" Cedric shrugged the topic off and turned his attention to another one.

Cedric tilted his head at the rewards, he can understand the haki but the other one? 'Does this mean I can charm enemies? Is it even an active skill?' He thought. Unknown to him, the two on his side instantly noticed the change of temperament on him and started drooling on his body. Cedric on their eyes became even more handsome and beautiful. His appearance is already making them wet, it was such a huge jump. 'System explain more'

Cedric was happy with what he heard but everything stopped when he sensed 4 hands carresing his chest. He turned his attention towards it and saw Nami and Nojiko panting heavily while molesting his body. He flinched before moving away there instantly. Once he reached 10 meters away from them, the two snapped from their trance. "Huh? What just happened?" Nami muttered in question. She then remembered what she had done causing her face to turn red. "Cedric.. you've gotten even more handsome.." Nojiko said. Cedric went to the side and looked at his reflection on the sea, he was surprised when his features became even more detailed. Just like what Nojiko said, he indeed became more handsome, it would not be an exaggeration to say that he surpass anyone in terms of looks in this world.

"This is troublesome" Cedric commented touching his face. "No, no, its fine! You look great this way!" Nami shook her head in denial, she has to admit, this Cedric is so delectable for her. Nojiko looked at Nami with pitiful looks, she understand what Cedric meant about troublesome however Nami probably didn't. If she knew then she will rather choose to detain him rather than letting him roam around. "Girls, I have something to give you two" Cedric said making them excited. The last time he gave them something, it changed their life. Now they wonder what kind of gift it is this time. Cedric touched their heads and commanded the system to transfer the two Armament Hakis to them. The process didn't took long as the two digested the information that they gained.

Cedric also did the same, he made himself familiar with the Haki. He looked at his hand and with just his thought, it suddenly turned black. The arm stayed black for 10 seconds before dissipating. It was the weakness because he only has mastery of beginner. He can't maintain the haki for a long time. He was already doing great considering Nami and Nojiko could only last 5 seconds when using it. They weren't disappointed because a single second can change the course of a fight. The two girls also understood the uses of Armament Haki from the information they gained. "Isn't this like nice? We can finally hit someone with Logia devil fruit! It would be better if we had one of those" Nami smiled happily at the new ability she gained. She rushed to Cedric and embraced his body already forgetting about the trance she went seconds ago. The moment Nami touched Cedric's body, she instantly sniffed the manly scent Cedric has.

That served as an aphrosidiac hypnotizing Nami. Fortunately Cedric could still control himself and managed to latch Nami away from his body. "I know you're grateful to me but be careful. I still don't know how to supress my charm" Cedric warned the them only for the two to jump on his embrace again. Cedric's lips twitched, he chant a mantra on his head preventing himself from being consumed by lust. "Right, we need to think about our pirate name again. Suggest something girls" Cedric remembered that from their bounty papers, their pirate name was always left blank. "Then Cedric Pirates! Sound simple right?" Nami gave her suggestion which was considered by Cedric. "Cedric Harem Pirates. Sounds perfect!" Nojiko gave her which gained a deadpan from him. Nami on the other hand was thinking seriously about that name. "Sorry, I don't want to use my name as a pirate group" Cedric denied Nami's suggestion.

"Ah right, let's call ourself Anteiku Pirates" Cedric remembered something which made him decide. "Anteiku? Although its nice to hear, why?" Nojiko tilted her head in confusion. "It came from a group of strong ghouls. Its just an inspiration" Cedric smiled a little reminscing about that story. "Then its decided! We will now be called Anteiku Pirates!" Nami announced loudly. "I heard about my bounty being 80,000,000 but I haven't heard about the two of you. How much did you get?" He asked curious about it. "Ehh, its not that much. It is far behind yours. I only got 25 million while Nojiko gained 30 million. How unfair is that?!" Nami complained because she got the smallest bounty between them. "The reason should be Smoker. You only punched him right? Nojiko chased him around after all, the wings also brought some kind of trauma to him. We can't blame the poor guy" Cedric shook his head. Smoker experienced some awful things during their encounter, he is sure that the guy is contemplating somewhere.

Sengoku is currently having black lines on his forehead from the report he received. It came from East Blue LogueTown branch, from Smoker to be exact. He is having a headache because of this newcomer. "Ability to change the power of devil fruit? Impossible" he muttered. He would have considered this report as a bullshit but the one who reported it was a serious man. A person who has a proper justice in heart, Sengoku knows that Smoker wouldn't do anything stupid. That is the reason he is getting headache from this. "If this is really true then it is game changer" Sengoku said massaging his forehead.

"What is?" A voice appeared, it was a familiar one so Sengoku wasn't that alarmed. "Tsuru. Read it" Sengoku handed the report to Tsuru who raised an eyebrow, it was not uncommon to see Sengoku having trouble but this point was rare. Tsuru slowly read the report and just like Sengoku, she couldn't believe it. It was too unbelievable.

"Is it a cruel pirate?" Tsuru asked. Sengoku shook his head in denial, "Opposite rather. All the islands he traveled hailed him as their hero, pretty weird for a pirate" Sengoku explained. "Sengoku, any chance we can recruit this young man? He would become too dangerous if his ability is geniune. It would be better to keep him at our side" Tsuru suggested since she considered the danger level of it.

"I was also thinking of that. Try sending someone to contact him, if he refuse to become a marine then capture him. If impossible, we can recruit him to become a Shichibukai" Sengoku said which Tsuru accepted. "Also, inform the marines in East Blue that no matter how outrageous his feats are, don't raise his bounty. Lock it at 80 million. Him gaining attention would be troublesome" Sengoku added. He can already see the bloodshed once his information get out in the world. Forget about normal pirates, even Yonko or Revolutionary Army might get close to him.

"Understood" Tsuru nodded in acceptance. She shared the same sentinent as Sengoku, it would be bad for them. "Anything to report Tsuru?" Sengoku asked because she wouldn't enter this room if she don't have one. "The war between Big Mom and Kaido are slowly getting fixed. They finally let go of their grudges" Tsuru reported with slightly relieved expression. "Damn, those bastards finally stopped. They have been causing trouble for how many years now! Just because of an idiotic thing!" Sengoku cursed out loud.

He suffered a lot from the war of those two. It started 17 years ago when Kaido heard that his son was lost by Big Mom. It enraged him so much that he waged war with Big Mom Pirates. The unreasonable woman also didn't back down thinking that it wasn't her fault, she blamed the baby because of how fragile it is enhancing the war. The number of pirates in New World was visibly lessened thanks to their war but marines were also included in those.

Sengoku can't remember how many times he had to send Admirals just to prevent big casualties to happen there. "That's all. I'll send Gion to meet this Cedric guy" Tsuru said giving her farewell to Sengoku. "Wait, where is Garp? I haven't seen that old bastard for many days now" Sengoku asked. Tsuru had a surprised look on her face before coming to a realization, "He said that he already asked permission. He went to East Blue to have vacation" Tsuru shook her head knowing that Garp escaped again. Sengoku's whole body shook, he is slowly turning red before everything erupted. "Garp!!"

In East Blue a old man fishing on the sea suddenly sneezed out loud. He scratched his head in confusion knowing that it is impossible for him to get cold. "Is someone talking about this old man?" He said before shrugging it off and opened a senbei. He continue his fishing on right hand while eating senbei on the other.
