"Mmmm no."

"Aren't you looking for Ally's? You are forming your own fleet right?"

"Yes but the price for your alliance is to steep with me having to help you give you the north blue, you need to come up with some incentives or something to sweeten the deal Judge."

"…. I shouldn't say this but I have just recently come upon technology to mass produce clone soldiers that could be of assistance to you in the future should this alliance go through."

"Hmmmm I would first like to see this facility of yours before I make a decision on the matter."

"That can be arranged, question is where are you currently?"

"I'm on my private island in the north Calm belt on the new world side of the Grandline, why you ask?"

"Because my kingdom is a mobile kingdom on water, so I can bring Germa to you instead."

"I see… well that's fine by me and if your intrested I have an offer that may interest you as well that may make your clone soldiers stronger by proxy."

"Interesting… if what you say is true then I think something can be arranged in that matter, Germa will be heading there soon, I will see you in a few days."

"Pleasure doing business with you Judge."

"Pleasure doing business." And with that we both hang up.

"Hmmm I think this counts as getting an alliance with Germa in North Blue should be enough right?"

System- Yes an alliance with them would fulfill the conditions set for the North Blue.

"Good, well while we wait and since I have free time I think I should spend some time with my daughters." I say to myself as I take a Gate straight to Amazon Lily.

After a short walk I come to the baby room where Hancock is currently nursing Rose while Violet and Daisy are sleeping in there cribs.

I just smile as I quietly walk up to Hancock who just smiles as she gets up so I can take her seat letting her sit in my lap.

"You look even more beautiful now that your a mother than you did before Rose was born." I say as I hold both my wife and daughter close to me.

She just smiles as she rest her head on my shoulder, "I'm happy that we met all those years ago, 14 years ago we escaped that hell hole, and six years after that we finally were wed and after all that time me and my sisters finally have daughters of our own." She says as she pulls the now full Rose away and places her against her shoulder and started to pat her back to make her burp.

*burp* and it doesn't take her long to do so either as she just smiles and cradles her in her arms.

I just smile tenderly as I place my hand on her baby belly holding them both close, "After a few years, do you want to have another one?" I ask as I look deeply in her eyes.

She just blushes a bit but ultimately nods, "After a few years will try to have a new one, because at 3 that's when all the tribeswomen start to go through there training, though it's very basic and only get more difficult when there a bit older, me and my sisters will have even more free time to ourselves." She says with a gentle but sexy smile on her face.

"Mmm I'll like that, though that doesn't mean I won't give you girls attention in the mean time." I say as I begin to kiss and lick her neck, but since the kids are here I don't go to far.

"Mmm I think I'd like that." She says as we snuggle up together until Rose falls asleep and is put in her crib alongside Violet and Daisy.

A few days later, F. Haven.

"Boss we got uhh…" Zeek comes in to say something but is having a hard time putting it into words.

"We got what Zeek?"

"Well…. Have you ever seen Giant Mushi's that can carry castles on there backs before?"

"….. no but I think I know who it is…" I say as I get up and leaving HQ and go towards the shore before pulling out some binoculars and looking off towards the north.

And about 10's of miles away off in the distance I could see giant Mushi's carrying along castles and parts of castles and other things on there backs as they slowly made there way towards here.

I hand Zeek the binoculars back, "Most likely that is the kingdom of Germa, I have a business deal with there leader, well we should prepare for there arrival, go get the good wine and food we have to at least be somewhat welcoming to our guests." I say as I go back inside and put on some rather good looking clothes with my flaming red overcoat that I only wear on special occasions or I'm gonna do something important and or world changing.

(A/N it looks similar to Rogers coat but on the bottom and on the end of the sleeves it has flame patterns on the edges.)

"Now all we have to do is set everything up and wait for my guest to arrive, wait I should have Noel come back as well." I say before heading off to PunkHazard and grabbing Noel to help with this in understanding about cloning tech.

A couple hours later the kingdom finally reached my shores and a ramp/stairs come down landing on the shore where a full squad of armed soldiers come down and stand at attention as a rather tall and broad man and 4 others begin to walk down the ramp to the shore below.

As it would be making myself look weaker in comparison Lilith, Carmilla and a disguised blonde haired and white masked Shalltear come down to meet Judge and his family for me.

"It is a pleasure to make your acquaintance King Judge Vinsmoke, we have come to bring you to meet our leader Eagle-sama, if you would please follow us." Shalltear says as she offers to lead the way along with Lilith and Carmilla.

Judge just nods as he and his 3 sons and 1 daughter come along following after them, and not that long later come upon a fine dining set up in one of the most scenic spots in all of F. Haven overlooking the sea, the volcano and the orchard below where I had a table set up to fit everyone from the Vinsmokes and myself.

"Ahh welcome, welcome, please take your seats, enjoy some food and wine, while we discuss terms." I say from the head seat at the table as I offer them to take there seats, which they all sit down and begin to eat there meals I have provided with Judge sitting opposite of me.

After we finish our meal is when we discuss terms, "So your asking for an alliance with me, and in return I get some cloning technology while you get the north blue under your control is that right?"

Judge takes a napkin and wipes off his mouth before he responds, "Yes that is correct, I have heard rumors that you are also in an alliance with the Beast Kaido and that you guys are planning something big, though what is yet to be determined…"

"Yes we do have plans like that and well the cloning technology will be very helpful when the time is right, and I already know which kingdom that I can offer up to you, though do you care if I have to burn it to the ground first?"

Hearing that shocks them well at least Judge and his daughter as the brothers seemed to not really care, "I'd prefer keeping the lands in tact if at all possible, I might not care about you taking out anyone that gets in your way but I think burning an entire kingdom to the ground is a bit much even for me." He was more saying this because it would be the loss of many resources that he could use if the entire kingdom was burned to the ground after all.

"What if I said it was necessary to make that land inhabitable once more?" I say while I swirl my wine while looking at him.

"Necessary? I don't think there's…" he says before he stops and thinks about all the kingdoms in the north blue that would need to be burned to the ground to be inhabitable again, then he was shocked before he stood up and looked very excited, "Your talking about the remains of the Flevance Kingdom right!?"

"Mhmm the kingdom that is currently uninhabitable due to the Amber Lead Poisoning outbreak that is highly contagious that has infected everything there from people to plants and animals alike, so what I'll do for you is this that I will help you conquer Flevance by first burning it all to the ground, removing all the Amber Lead deposits and then help regrow the land to make it inhabitable again, giving you all of Flevance to you….. though Flevance is a very large land mass and well it obviously will take a few years to get the lands up in running, costing me a lot of resources in the process…" I say while I rub my fingers together meaning that this extra service is gonna cost them more than what there offering.

"Heh, with the money and power I have I can easily afford your services."

"Fantastic, Noel can you give a rough estimate of how much this will cost him?" I say as I look over to Noel who has been calculating the overall cost for this expedition that we would be going through with.

"Burning down Flevance which would cause toxic fumes to come out that would take about a month for it to fade away because everything is covered in some form of Amber Lead, then needing to mine out all of the Amber lead deposits, if you let us keep it for ourselves we can lessen the overall cost of this clean up, then after that planting new plant life on Flevance to make it fully inhabitable and make the land arable to plant not contaminated crops, if you want to keep the Amber Lead that will be 1 billion berries, if you want to give it off to us then that will just be 750 million berries instead, either you can pay it all now or pay us over the course of the time needed to complete this project." Noel says after listing off everything that is needed to be done, the only reason we would take the Amber Lead is that Noel has been studying it in his off time and has both found a cure for it and a way to remove the harmful toxic substance from the rest of the valuable material.

Even to Judge that was a bit on the expensive side for him, "I can do the 750 million but it would have to be over the course of how long it would take to complete this, can you give me an estimate on how long this would take?"

"Well Flevance is the biggest land mass of all of North Blue, and at the earliest to make it available to you would be somewhere around the 5 year mark, so 750 million over 5 years would be 150 million a year to pay for all the expenses."

"That is much more reasonable to do, though I'd like to see a bit of the work done before I would want to hand the first payment over and how the cloning technology is done." Judge says as a counter offer.

"Heh, that sounds reasonable enough, in a few days will head over to Flevance and I'll show you some of my skills as well as some of my crews skills, so stay here and relax there's a multitude of places you can visit if you so wish and if not then I'll just meet up with you in a few days." I say as I stand up and head over to Judge who also stands up and shakes my hand as we seal the deal.

"Pleasure doing business with you Eagle."

"The pleasure is all mine, now enjoy your stay, if you need me at all I will be staying up in the largest building on this island." I say before I start to head off with Noel but someone decided to stop me.

"Now that the deal is finished I have always wanted to test my skills against an Emperor themselves, am I right guys?" His children were completely silent through the entire conversation between me and Judge but the red haired one seems to want to fight me along with the rest of his siblings.

"Hooo? So you want to see how strong I really am? Well you must have heard of me completely trashing Kaido's crew alone…. So Ichiji, Niji, Yonji, and Ms. Reiju, are you sure that you all want to fight me, even though you'll lose?" I say as I sit down and cross my legs while leaning back as hearing there challenge as nothing but wind in the breeze.

"AHHH!?! Who cares how strong you are! With these raid suits of ours we can easily kick your sorry ass!" Says the rather callous Yonji.

"Heh, alright then I'll take you brats seriously if you can make me get off my chair." I say in a rather nonchalant manner.

"You seem to really be underestimating us." Says the rather cool headed Niji.

"No I'm not underestimating you guys but you seem to be overestimating your strength, Judge let me guess outside of there training when they were kids they have never lost a fight before?" I say as I look at the patriarch of the family who has been looking at this in amusement this entire time.

"Nope, so this will be a learning experience for them after all." Judge says as he takes his wine and decides to stand off to the side.

"Well even your father says your gonna lose, so the question is whether you can get me serious or not?" I say as I pull out a cigar and light it before relaxing and giving them the go ahead to attack.

As soon as I say that they press buttons on there body's that change there clothes into more form fitting combat gear, but before they got the chance to attack a wave a pure pressure fell down on there bodies making it very hard for them to move, but they were able to stay fully conscious, then again my conquers haki isn't the strongest it can be yet but them being able to withstand this level mean that there at least a bit good.

"Well your at least not complete disappointments, now how about showing off your skills?" I say as I release them from the conquers haki allowing them to come at me full force.

After letting them free and them shaking the pressure off they all decided to attack me at once, which in return I change positions on my chair and do a handstand before spinning myself around with flaming kicks to throw them off me before getting back into a normal position once again.

This seems to irritate the brothers as Yonji turns one of his arms into a winch, Niji pulled out his sword and started to cover it in electricity, Ichiji had his hands covered in a reddish looking lightning of some kind and lastly Reiju covers her fists in a poisonous mist, I just smirk before summoning my flaming blade, "Now your getting serious enough that I have to use my blade, congratulations." I say in a very sarcastic manner as I click the blade open and closed with a rather bored look.

This pisses off the rashes one of the brothers Yonji to lash out by sending his elongated arm careening towards my head, but I easily stop it with my sheathed sword, "Here's a lesson for you…" I say as I click my blade out for a split second but cut at such speeds that he doesn't realize until the blood is splitting out that I have already cut off part of his arm.

"AGGHHGHHHH!!!! YOU BASTARD!!!" He says as he pulls his now cut in half back arm and holds it tightly, in the mean time I casually grab the falling arm before snapping my fingers and Theo appearing.

"You require- oh I see, you want me to fix this?" He says as he sees the severed arm in my hand and the green haired man before him clutching the stump of his arm.

"Yes plus this gives a demonstration to them about how skilled are medical staff are." I say as I toss him Yonjis arm.

He just nods and goes over, completely ignoring Yonjis complaints he grabs the stump and at blinding fast speeds reattaches the arm and pours high cure on it to rapidly increase his regeneration making his arm good as new.

"Shall I stay just in case sir?"

"I think that would be for the best, though based upon his siblings looks there not as rash as there little brother is." I say before motioning them to bring it on.

Not taking lightly to how there strength is being looked down upon they all try to attack me simultaneously which I am able to expertly block and deflect there attacks.

But as the fight is going on I'm not paying attention as the chair slowly cracks under the shock waves of the battle until finally.

*SNAP* the chair breaks apart and I lose balance, not wanting to miss there shot at getting a hit in on me they send full all out attacks at me that I'm still able to block but because I'm off balance sends me sliding away.

But as the dust settle they see me patting off the dust from my clothes before slowly clapping for them, "Good job, you were able to get me out of my chair, I guess you deserve me taking you 3 a bit more seriously."

I say as I then take a position readying to draw my blade, they could feel that I was going to put more effort than I was earlier into this fight, so all 3 of them charge up there abilities to there max before launching themselves at me.

"PINK HORNET!" (Reiju)

"DOUBLE SPARKING FIGURE!!!" (Ichji)

"LIGHTSPEED BLADE: HENRY BLAZER!!!" (Niji)

They all say together as the launch all of there special moves against me, I just grin, since I can't kill them I decided to use one of my other moves.

"Brave Burst: Flare Ride Climax!" I say as I unleash a a large fire dragon at them engulfing all of there attacks and sending the brothers flying as Reiju is just barely able to dodge but by the time she get her bearings a sheathed blade is placed against her neck as I stand off to her side.

"Game, Set, Match, I maybe the newest emperor of the sea but I'm given that title for a reason, I maybe the weakest one out of all 5 of us right now, but that won't be the same in the future." I say before I just smile and tap her head with my sheathed blade before walking off like I was planning to originally.

"Hmph, trying to act cool in front of a lady is pretty lame." Reiju says as she scoffs at me.

I don't even turn around, "Not like I need your approval on what I do, besides your lucky that your attractive that's the only reason that I went easy on you." I say as I wave them off and head back to HQ.

This makes her blush more in anger as she stamps her foot on the ground before she try's to sneak attack me which I easily dodge.

"So your looking down on me because I'm a woman huh?!" She says as her eyes turn white from anger as she try's to keep attacking me as I keep dodging with minimal effort.

"No I just don't like to hurt women, especially beautiful women, but push comes to shove…" I say dodging her attack and landing a solid hit on her gut with the butt of my sword making her cough up a bit of blood in the process before rapidly hitting her pressure points in her legs causing her to temporarily lose the ability to stand or walk, before she can even react I have my blade unsheathed and pointed at her head.

"I will take down a woman who seems persistent in taking me down, and don't worry you'll get feeling in your legs soon enough." I say as I begin to walk away.

Thing is I didn't know that she actually has skilled knowledge in medicine and was able to undo what I did to disable her legs before launching herself and getting a solid kick to the side of my face.

This actually makes my nose bleed but before she can pull away I hold her ankle leaving her in a standing split's position, "Oh so you have some skills in medicine that you were able to undo what I did Huh?" I then point at very specific pressure points on her body as I hold her there.

"Then you must know what these pressure points would do to a woman if there hit in rapid succession right?"

She blushes hard in both embarrassment and anger, "You wouldn't fucking dare!!"

"Oh I would question is do you want to keep fighting? Because if you do I will do just that to you."

She just grins her teeth and shakes her leg out of my grasp before going back to her family to help treat there wounds in anger.

I just shrug as I go back to my HQ to relax for the next few days before we head off to Flevance.

Judge who was seeing this all play out just strokes his chin as he thinks of ways to possibly make this alliance more permanent, as he's thinking those thoughts he's looking towards his daughter who is currently helping heal up her brothers unaware of her fathers plans for her.
