Ch.99 After Walpurgis

After the Walpurgis had completely ended Ryuu and Ramiris left the place with the three-tailed fox following them.

As they entered the gate they appeared inside the labyrinth of Ramiris in the same place where they had left from previously.

As they appeared there the gate behind them closed and Ramiris jumped toward Ryuu.

"Are you alright, did that attack from Gee still hurt, and did those maids do anything to you," Ryuu asked nonstop with concern on her face.

"I am alright Ramiris didn't I tell you that time, also the maids didn't do anything bad to me in fact they were quite kind," Ryuu replied in a calm voice so as to elevate Ramiris concern.

"Really, you aren't hurt or are you lying to me," Ramiris asked again just to be sure.

"Yes I am not hurt and why do you think I will need to lie to you," Ryuu replied a little intrigued by Ryuu's question.

"Well, I heard that men lie most of the time to hide their injuries," Ramiris replied as she rubbed her head.

"Well, you are not wrong, but don't worry currently I am not truly hurt due to Velzard healing me," Ryuu replied as he sat down on the sofa next to him.

As for the three-tailed fox, it was looking at the current situation with confusion, after all, Ryuu's voice and mannerisms had changed and he wasn't even calling Ramiris with any respect.

"Oh, are you confused about the current situation little fox?" Ryuu asked as he looked at the fox tilting its head in confusion.

"Well, now that you are going to a subordinate of Ramiris why don't I explain to you the current situation," Ryuu said as he picked up the fox and put it in his lap.

Ryuu then took off the helmet of his armor and the mask he was wearing underneath, as he did so Ramiris made herself comfortable in Ryuu's head.

As the fox came upon the full visage of Ryuu as he took off his helmet and mask its eyes lit up with stars as it licked Ryuu's fingers.

"Good to see that my looks are quite pleasing to you," Ryuu replied looking at the fox's behavior.

Hearing his words the fox stopped licking Ryuu's fingers and didn't even dare look at him due to shame.

"Ryuu are you sure you want to tell her the situation?" Ramiris asked as she looked at the fox.

"Well, she is technically now your subordinate, or does Miss Little Fox have anyone to return to?" Ryuu said to Ramiris and then questioned the fox.

The fox gave a no as a reply as it shook its head, though there were hints of sadness in her face as if she had remembered something tragic.

"Do you by any chance hate Clayman and want him dead?" Ryuu asked looking at the fox's face.

Hearing the question the fox won't be able to come up with a reply so just looked down, after all, how could it talk about hating a demon lord in front of another one.

"Don't worry about Ramiris, after all, we both can't said to be found of Clayman, in fact, his death isn't a matter of if but when," Ryuu replied as he gently rubbed the fox's head.

"Ryuu, thattt" Ramiris was going to say something to Ryuu before he cut her off.

"Don't worry Ramiris I won't do anything dangerous, plus the beating I gave him didn't quite satisfy me for the insult he gave you. So little fox do you want to be able to give Clayman a beating before he dies?" Ryuu replied.

Hearing that the fox looked at Ryuu's face to see any hint of a lie but didn't find any, so she took a deep breath and nodded her head.

"Good, so now for that to happen you need to get stronger. So do prepare to work hard." Ryuu said as he patted the fox's head.

The fox nodded her head while showing Ryuu a determined look and then made herself more comfortable in Ryuu's lap.

"So Ryuu where did you learn to act as a Knight, if I didn't know you I would have thought that you were a real knight," Ramiris asked as she looked down at Ryuu.

"Well, I have my sources," Ryuu said not saying anything more after all he couldn't say to her that he learnt it from anime and manga.

"Also I am sorry for the mistake I caused during the end," Ramiris said as she looked genuinely sorry.

"Well don't worry about that, after all, due to it I was able to use such high-quality ingredients and tools," Ryuu replied as he remembered the things he saw there. In fact, after asking Misery he even took some things with him so as to cook in the future.

Well to cook for Sora and Yukino, he had also kept many things for that reason, well after removing the chance of Magicule poisoning.

"Well you must be quite confused little fox, well let me explain in simple terms. You see I am the "Hero" that they were talking about and Ramiris asked me to follow her so as to make fun of Dino." Ryuu said in a non-serious tone.

As Ryuu spoke more the fox's expression showed various changes in a short matter of time after a while it just gave up and listened to Ryuu trying hard not to question the stupid decision that they had made.

'Should I give her a name' Ryuu thought to himself as he looked at the silent fox.

[Master it is advised to not name the fox currently and it is suggested to wait till the fox reaches the top of its current race.] True sage said as she heard Ryuu's thoughts.

'I see. Well, let's do that then,'

"Well then Ramiris I think I should help you get a new subordinate," Ryuu said as he looked at Ramiris, well he would have if she didn't sit on his head.

"New subordinate??" Ramiris replied a little confused by his words.

"Well, you see I had asked Rain to teach me a fancy technique called Demon summoning," Ryuu replied as he gently laid the fox on the sofa and then stood up.
