Ch.139 Yukino(2)

As Yukino walked out of the group she looked back and saw Ryuu following her, stopping for a while she waited for him to catch up after which both of them continued on their way.

"So Yukino any reason you called?"

Ryuu asked as he walked next to her while looking at her face.

"Well, it's just a favor you see."

"Favor?"

"Yes, in the upcoming camping trip can you make some room for me?"

Yukino asked as she stopped in her tracks and looked at Ryuu's face waiting for his answer.

"Sure but Why?"

Ryuu replied while smiling at her after all this was quite unusual for Yukino.. to request something like this.

"I want to capture some pictures of the night sky in the mountains, so I want you to be with me."

Hearing her words Ryuu stayed silent for a while before nodding his head, seeing that a smile bloomed on Yukino's face as she hugged him.

"Thank you."

She said as she smiled.

"No problem."

Saying that he hugged her back, though still a little confused as to why she had to leave the group to say this.

"So why did we have to leave the group for this?"

So to elevate his confusion Ryuu asked the question, hearing his question Yukino tilted her head and looked at him.

"Because I want it to be our secret."

With that, her face bloomed into another smile.

"Ok, then let's do that. For now, let's go bring them some juice."

Ryuu said as both of them started to walk again, this time with a destination in mind.

Yukino followed next to him having various thoughts flowing in her mind, after all on normal occasions with Utaha, Sora, and Kaguys also being present there was no way she could be alone with Ryuu.

But since this situation was anything but normal, such a thing was possible. After all the conversation they had a few days ago made it possible.

...

A few days ago in one of the parks, Sora was sitting on a bench waiting for some people.

"So why did you call me here, Sora."

Yukino asked as she sat on the bench next to her, although she asked she already had a guess of her own.

"Wait for them to arrive."

Sora said bluntly as she returned to sky gazing, hearing her words Yukino nodded her head as she muttered.

"So you called them too."

After a while Utaha and Kaguya also arrived, seeing this Sora nodded her head as she stood up from a bench.

"Let's find a better place to talk."

Saying that Sora started walking with others following behind her, after reaching somewhat of a secluded area she stopped as she looked at the others.

"You may have already guessed why I called you here."

Sora said and all of them nodded their head, seeing this Sora closed her eyes for a while and then spoke.

"You may have already noticed that brother is behaving strangely."

"Yes, he is acting different than before.... almost as if putting on an act."

Yukino said and hearing her last words a look of suprise flashed through everybody's face.

"So you noticed too."

Utaha said as she leaned against a tree and looked at the sky.

"This situation seems to be more severe than I thought."

She muttered as her eyes turned to Kaguya, understanding the meaning of her words Kaguya sighed and said.

"I wanted to call doctors to check on his mental health but Sora is stopping me from doing that."

Hearing her words the three of them turned their eyes and looked at Sora, not avoiding their gaze she said.

"Let's wait for a while before doing that."

Hearing that all of them nodded their head, after all, although they didn't want to admit it the one who knew the most about Ryuu was Sora.

In fact, there are only a few things that Sora doesn't know about Ryuu and that list is decreasing by the day.

"So what do you want us to do... there must be a reason you called us."

Yukino asked the main topic as Sora nodded her head, taking out five straws from her pocket she looked at them.

"Pick one."

She said, and although confused by this turn of events they nodded their head and picked a straw.

Yukino had the largest, then Utaha, after which Kaguya and Sora had the smallest straw remaining in her head.

"This is?"

Utaha questioned as she looked at the straw in her hand.

"It's simple, before calling a doctor we should try to find the cause ourselves... as for the straws.. well it determines who spends alone time with brother first."

As the words left her mouth the three faces became more confused.

"Sigh.. I mean to say that Yukino gets to spend alone time with Ryuu first to get to the bottom of this situation first and then Utaha and so on.."

With that, they understood her words but couldn't find any logic in them, after all, what she was saying didn't make any logical sense.

"But.."

Kaguya tried to refute but feeling Sora's glare she stopped.

"No buts, we will do it this way. You have got no problems right?"

Hearing her words all of them nodded their head, after all, they weren't losing anything from this, especially Yukino.

In fact, she could be said to be overjoyed, after all, she doesn't get to spend alone time with Ryuu ever since Sora always follows him.

Though she was a little worried that Ryuu would get medical attention somewhat late, she also had this strong feeling that Sora knew something she didn't.

After all any matter related to Ryuu and Sora showing such behavior always hints at something happening in the dark.

But as she tried to read Sora's expression by looking at her eyes, she could see Sora looking back at her.

For some reason.. she saw it.. a sudden glimpse of desperation.
